This is a fun and tasty brunch / lunch spot.
Been here a couple times, and everything I've had was good.
I previously had the regular Breakfast Burrito (from the menu: "egg, potato, bacon, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro in a flour tortilla with homemade salsa served with home fries on the side"), and while it was not all that different from ones I've had elsewhere, it was a good version of it.
More recently, I had the avocado benedict ("poached eggs topped with spicy hollandaise set in avocado served on home fries"), which I also liked, especially the hollandaise sauce and the eggs (I had them poached). I would've preferred had it been on a biscuit or English muffin than a bed of leafy greens, but it worked.
One note: It's not actually on the home fries, they were on the side...and they were excellent. They're not typical home fries, more like double baked little potatoes, but they're very crispy and flavorful.
For the beverages, both times I had the iced latte, and while it wasn't as strong as I usually like, it was still good.
As for the place itself, it's cozy but comfortable, and also clean. Though I can see it getting crowded on weekends.
The staff were nice and friendly, and the food came out quick, but not so quick that I wondered if they'd rushed it or if it was pre-made. Though, admittedly, when I went (11AM on a Wednesday), they were not terribly crowded.
The only real issue is parking. There's not a lot of street parking (only two spots right out front), though I was able to find spots on the side streets.
All in all, this place is good. Solid. I will be back.
