"In terms of effort, Alison Roman’s lasagna recipe is about the same amount of work as Chandler’s, but its makeup sits at the midpoint between his and Nosrat’s recipes — it’s red-sauce forward, but has more creaminess and cheese. It’s vegetarian, unless you opt for the very Roman inclusion of an anchovy in your tomato sauce.
