Stopped by for a regular coffee and a latte. Both tasted good, and the prices were reasonable — especially for Hudson Yards. The best part is the view. You can see The Vessel right from your seat, which makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy your coffee.

Google
Eataly Caffe at Hudson Yards has a nice full view of the NYC Vessel. We went there for breakfast. The place was clean and spacious, with a large selection of European pastries and sandwiches, making it a good spot for breakfast or lunch. The prices were a bit high. I enjoyed my chocolate croissant and apple juice.

Google
Lovely, relaxing place with great view looking out the Vessel and the river. On the side with floor to ceiling window overlooking the lovely lobby festive holiday decorations. Shared one yummy sandwich. Free tap water to grab by yourself which is a nice touch.

Google
What a fantastic experience. Ask for a scoop of gelato in an espresso cup with a hot shot poured fresh solo affogato style! Download their rewards app Eataly Caffe for members-only menu items 🥳

Google
A lovely café experience with a beautiful view and great attention to detail. The coffee was perfect 🤎Cozy atmosphere, stylish presentation, and a perfect spot to relax and enjoy quality food and coffee. Highly recommended.

Google
Expensive. But tasty. Gelato $7.90 for small. Milkshake 12.90 Won't mind trying affogato al pistachio. Seating can take time. So does lines to pay. Eataly nice at WTC and Flatiron. This one smaller Caffe version can be nice quasi fast food with pizza. Catering to sarisfy aspirational luxury segment.

Google
Nearly $10 for the most haggard looking slice of pizza. Go check out Highline Pizza down the street, way better quality and less than half the price. It’s NYC, there’s tons of better options for a much better value.

Google
The food is great, but the associates that prepare the coffee and the cashier needs a lot of training. They are jumpy and have abrasive answers before I even asked my question. They serve coffee latte is poorly served as you can see in the picture

Yelp
This is a great coffee shop vibe in Hudson Yards. It's easy to get to from Penn Station or Grand Central (take the 7 line), making it very convenient for meeting up with people coming from different areas. They have plenty of seating but the line to order coffee can get long. They also have gelato, sandwiches, and wine, all in different lines so you can go up to what you want and order there. You actually cannot order a coffee and sandwich in the same line. The prices are a bit high but it's to be expected for NYC / Hudson Yards. I like the location and it wasn't too noisy so it's a great spot to do work or meet up with people.

Yelp
Feels a little overrated, but the focaccia sandwiches are where it's at! The sandwiches are so good, super fresh and they heated it up, so super crispy. Get the sandwiches or their pizza, pass on the baked goods...but if you do get one, get the hazelnut croissant. They pack that with chocolate which makes it so good, but it definitely didn't seem the freshest. Got the new coffee that they have and yummy. Creamy and sweet.

Yelp
I had a really bad service experience and didn't even get to try the food. I've been to the Flatiron location, so I expected it to be as good. I got there around 6 p.m.ish, I sat down at a table and the attendant vaguely gestured at me to use the QR code to access the menu. When I did, it wasn't a menu but a webpage forcing me to download the app. Very annoying, but I did. Then when I finished selecting items, the app said the store was closed and I couldn't place an order. I see other people are eating. I asked the guy, how do I get food if the app won't take my order? He walked over to someone else by the register, showed his phone (I don't understand why), then came back and said they're closed. I told him then you have to update the store hours because Google says you're open. He shrugged. I said how did these people get food? He shrugged and smirked. I said, I guess I should leave then? Shrug, smirk. I walked over to the register and the person explained that the app is only for to-go orders, and I can order from the register. No menu in sight, but I can order. Okay so why did the other guy tell me to use the app? Then vaguely gesture at me? That's when I realized he was high out of his mind and lacking common sense. I decided to just leave. That's the only thing that could explain his odd behavior. Too many people coming to work while high. I'll just stick to the Flatiron location.

Yelp
Food is honestly solid. Not a very extensive menu and quite hard to find seating on a weekend around 6pm. Beware if you have a nut allergy about cross contamination. I was well aware of the risk, but given that the workers were wearing gloves and the items we chose were surrounded by "safe" foods me and my friend ordered the pear ricotta torte and the pesto pizza. I have also tried Eataly before (both their gelato and hot food) and have been okay. I'm not allergic to hazelnuts/pinenuts which these items contain, but I am quite allergic to others nuts which these items supposedly did NOT contain. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction. It wasn't severe, but, nonetheless, had to take meds due to the likely cross contamination. The food itself was solid. Torte was tasty though a tad on the sweet side for me. Pizza was good- nice and hot. Overall, I will not be returning to any of Eataly's locations.

Yelp
The Eataly Cafe in Hudson Yardsis a great spot for a quick lunch or dessert. The gelato has a good texture and is flavorful but not too sweet. Solid option in Hudson Yards!

Yelp
We needed more coffee after frequenting the Edge in Hudson Yards on the 100th floor, so we came back down to the 4th where we found Eataly. The queue was light and fast where we could take our orders. My wife had an iced tea with hibiscus ultimately since what she originally ordered that was some specialty tea drink on the menu didn't have the ingredients all available, and which they didn't disclose until after we had placed the order. The price was the same, so I didn't argue the point too much. I had a nitro cold brew, which I will say was one of the creamiest I have had to date. It was wicked good and perked me with delight. They do have a nice display of Italian-inspired pastries that looked really good, but we were still full from breakfast, so we didn't get around to ordering any.

Yelp
Quality is as good as the original location and the bright west facing windows with a bar for quick eating with a view out over the Vessel and the Hudson to NJ is awesome

Yelp
They were out of anything besides coffee. My friend who did get a cappuccino said it was the most bitter and burnt coffee she's had in a while. My ham and cheese croissant was cold in the center. The only good part is the view and maybe the caprese sandwich. Go literally anywhere else in the mall lol.

Yelp
The food was really good and the hot chocolate too. The service was really nice and an amazing view.

Yelp
I was attending a conference at the Javits center nearby so decided to grab lunch at Eataly Caffè since it had just opened the night before. The restaurant has a much smaller footprint than the full sized Eataly markets but does provide the perfect space for a quick casual lunch. The line at the food counter was lengthy so I grabbed a seat at the bar to order instead. The high seats were comfortable and the bar top was a beautiful white marble. Only suggestion here would be to add hooks under the bar to hold bags. The food offered at the bar was different than what was at the food counter. For my drink I got a La Nostra Limonata from Lurisia. This was significantly smoother than it's San Pellegrino counterpart. Maybe there is something to using three different lemon blossoms harvested in three different seasons for flavoring. For food I got a sandwich with mortadella, buratta and pistachios drizzled with EVOO. Presentation was excellent as it arrived on an impressive Eataly branded wooden slab. Mortadella was very delicate and seemed to almost melt in your mouth. Bruatta was fresh and flavorful. Bread was light and tasty but was perfect to let the inside components shine. The combination of it all with a satisfying crunch from the pistachios made an unforgettable sandwich. I also sampled a scoop of pistachio gelato on a mini cone which was complimentary as a part of their opening celebration. It was creamy and had a strong pistachio flavor. I'll likely return here in the future when I'm in the area.

Yelp
Perfect lunch spot for a delicious Italian sandwich. It gets crowded at lunch so get there early to avoid the chaos of the line at the deli counter. Worth the wait though! Good price for the portion.

Irina S.

Yelp
Horrible service, makes you wait for coffee 10 min, food get cold by that time. Plus food is not that fresh just throughout 30$

Marissa C.

Yelp
Ordered their specialty hot latte featuring their chocolate. It came as an iced latte and took quite a bit of time. They seemed overwhelmed. It was good, but just not as chocolaty/ what I expected.

Yelp
so many people working on December 26 in the evening and no cold water for customers and they weren't even trying to be helpful. You get hired to provide a service and in return you get a pay cheque. Staff who have no customer service skills and cleanliness should be shown the door. I'm sick of poor customer service in these places. I work hard for my money, if I'm buying food I expect cleanliness and cold drinks, along with good customer service.

Mariya M.

Yelp
Phenomenal coffee and even better service. I work nearby by so I'm at the Hudson Yards mall almost every day Monday- Thursday to get my caffeine fix. Skip the other places in the mall and come here. The coffee quality alone is better than any of the other places nearby and the staff is incredibly friendly and offers up great recommendations if you don't know what to get. Rush, who often makes our morning coffee rocks -- he makes every experience a 10/10. If you want to go somewhere with great coffee, great service and employees who seem like they genuinely like their job (rare nowadays) go here!

Julia M.

Yelp
This Eataly location in Hudson Yards is my favorite. The service is great. (Rush is the best!)

Yelp
Visiting and stopped by Eataly Caffe, hung out at the wine bar. Matty, our bartender was great, so helpful - he answered our questions and was very attentive. My first Limoncello was excellent!!

Yelp
$18 for a slice of pizza, guys? Are you freakin' serious???? I got a slice of mortadella and burratta pizza, and honestly, it was nothing to write home about. If it had been $5, it wouldn't have been so bad, but $18? Please!
