These wood-fired oven-cooked pizzas are Roman-style, featuring fluffy, airy crusts that remain thin and never become chewy. Served on an oversized plate, they’re the ideal meal for one. Pair the pie with an Aperol spritz, espresso martini, or just a glass of Italian wine, of which Eataly has no shortage. Solo diners will find that the bar is not only comfortable but often quite social, while groups take on the tables and outdoor patio in this bright yellow-hued space. If you drive: It’s at the mall and there’s a nice, not-too-big parking lot right at Eataly’s entrance that is not one of the most overused or difficult to navigate.
