Fette Biscottate Are the Best Part of a Homey Italian Breakfast | Eater

"This specialty Italian marketplace is a go-to source for authentic fette biscottate sold in modestly priced packages (around $4–$5), though shipping often makes the overall cost feel high for a few dried slices. Despite the price, the author occasionally orders from this vendor—especially in autumn—because the product and its ritual of topping the twice-baked toasts with marmalade, ricotta, Nutella or nut butter and pairing them with steamed milk and espresso reliably evoke memories of breakfasts in Milan and allow them to recreate that simple, beloved morning routine at home." - Kelly Green

Google
What a great find in Milan! Eataly is a beautiful 4-floor food paradise, offering a fantastic variety of high-quality Italian food and drink. Everything—from the displays to the fresh products—looks and feels premium. We especially loved the top-floor restaurant, which had a great atmosphere. We ordered a few rice balls and eggplant parmigiana, and both were absolutely flavorful and perfectly prepared. For dessert, we had the pistachio gelato—super creamy and rich.! Eataly is not just a store, it’s a full experience. Whether you’re shopping, dining, or just browsing, it’s a must-visit for any food lover in Milan. Highly recommend!

Google
A great store offering a wide selection of Italian products — you can find almost everything you need, and the frequent discounts and promotions make shopping even more enjoyable. There's an especially impressive variety of cheeses, cured meats, and pasta to suit all tastes. Be sure to check out the restaurant on the third floor. It's a pleasant spot to relax before or after grocery shopping, or simply to enjoy a nice dinner. They do a good job with classic dishes, and the pizza is particularly delicious. The only downside is the limited wine selection — not everything listed on the menu is actually available. Nevertheless, I highly recommend visiting both the store and the restaurant.

Amazing Place that will suit even the biggest caprice. Great variety of high quality Italian products and perfect organization. Highly recommended! Don't forget to try their version of Cola drink!

Google
A good stop for grocery shopping. It's gone a wide range of fresh and dry ingredients. The best part is that, it opens as early as 8am. Good for early morning persons. Just some fresh cooking counters only open at 11.

Google
This place is so well-designed — modern, spacious, and super aesthetic. Walking around is actually fun. There are tons of food options, bakeries, and even a big section for gourmet goods and snacks that are perfect for gifts or souvenirs. Wine & alcohol section is next level. So many labels, and some pretty rare bottles too.

Google
it took me by surprise about this hotel. from outside looks something not good but when we enter the hotel everything looks different. The hotel is nice and clean. our room is bigger than any standard room I stayed in Italy. the was big and clean. The front office guy is very nice and friendly. He told us details of where we can go to visit. And the location of the hotel is very convenient and close to the central station. and also a lot of restaurants are near by the hotel area. The breakfast is simple but good . Specially Croisant with pistachio is so yummy 😋.

Google
A fantastic one stop place to go for Italian grocery shopping. Wide selection of fresh produce, meats, seafood, cheese, pasta, wines. The restaurant also serves good pasta and pizzas. Customers can have the choice of buying fresh seafood from the supermarket and have the restaurant cook. Also a good place for coffee, sandwiches, gelatos. Limited underground parking and gets really busy in the evenings.

Google
Love the vibe of this supermarket, it's very chic. If you're traveling and looking for a place to buy gifts back home. I think this place is great. As they offer a lot of Italian ingredients, food, and snacks (chocolates, biscuits and many more!)

Yelp

Yelp
Beautiful market with a great selection. Love the food options as well! Will say from a market standpoint more pricey than other markets in Milan but overall a great shopping and dining experience!

Yelp
One stop shop for all things Italian food related plus in-house restaurant options. Rating this as a grocery and not restaurant since I didn't eat here. I was in the neighborhood and noticed some reviews mentioned this was a good place to pick up food souvenirs. Hafta say I agree, there are all sorts of items and a ton of variety to choose from. From the outside it looks very similar to the locations in NYC, an entirely glass facade a couple stories tall with the word "Eataly" in big caps across the front. There's a stand alone in-house restaurant directly across from the main entrance as well as open air seating at outdoor tables. It was a pretty warm day so I didn't see many people outdoors. Inside the building it's laid out like a mid-size supermarket with a bar area on the street-level floor and essentially a fancy food-court style restaurant level on the second floor, accessible by escalator and elevator. I wasn't hungry so I spent most of my time wandering the aisles checking out the different products. Most of their assortment are items you'll also find in their overseas locations though at a more affordable price. (Like seriously so much cheaper than in NYC.) There's fresh produce, meat and dairy, a bakery, frozen section, home goods, cooking/baking ingredients and condiments, drinks, prepackaged and canned foods, snacks and sweets, wine and alcohol. It was certainly convenient to hit up for the breadth of products! Checkout was easy enough they take cash or cards with chips. Same general rule in Europe they'll charge for paper bags if needed, I had carried a reusable bag with me for this exact purpose so that worked out. They do the traditional aperitivo here, kinda like "happy hour" but refers more to the alcoholic drinks served before a meal, which nowadays usually encompasses a small bite too. I don't get the impression that the general food here is especially stellar, I didn't eat at this location but there are a lot of local specialty spots around so I'd suggest checking those out to start. There are bathrooms located in the back of the street level floor.

Yelp
The crunchiest, most juicy chicken anyone could dream of! At the top of this amazing Italian marketplace is a dine-in restaurant called the Food & Pizza Theatre. The menu features everything from meats and seafood to salads, pastas, soups, main courses, desserts, and of course, pizzas. I ordered the "Rusticella di Pollo alla Diavola" . It includes a boneless seasoned chicken thigh with roasted friggitelli and spicy mayonnaise--and it was a total knockout. Loved it! The waitress warned me that it was really spicy so I was nervous, however, it wasn't that bad and complemented the rest of the dish very well! I also ordered a side of rustic fried potatoes, which was fantastic. The menu is mostly in Italian, but the English translations, written beneath most dishes, were very helpful. The wait staff was also friendly and attentive, making it the beautiful ambience and bustling market even more enjoyable.

Yelp
Always fun times at Eataly, but to be able to go to Eataly in Italy, it's such a treat. The holiday decorations were up so it was really festive. The layout of the store is somewhat similar to that of Vegas and San Jose, but this location can't be beat. Got some Italian chocolates and chips and super cute canvas bag and water too. There's a resto, deli, every Italian wine you can imagine, grab n go and more! I'd definitely recommend a stop here while in Milan, about 15-20 walking distance from city center.

Yelp
It's a very consistent experience at Eataly. The pasta is fresh - that fettuccine is sauced just right - and not heavy, the cheese selection is good. The pork cheese is tender, melts in your mouth and the mashed is puffy!

Yelp
Came here on a busy Saturday night without reservations. And yet, when we arrive, despite a line to get in, we were quoted 15 minutes wait. We were seated at 19 minutes--awesome. I ordered the Spaghetti Vongole with Bottarga. WOW! The spaghetti was al dente, the clams were sweet and juicy. And the heady bottarga elevated the dish to something special.

Yelp
Came here for dinner during our last night in Italy as my partner's former colleague suggested meeting up here. There are Eataly locations all over now, but I never thought to come by for dinner. I believe there are a couple of different restaurants within, but we went to their pizza and pasta restaurant specifically. I got their tortelli di zucca burro e salvi, which consisted of 4 very large tortellini that were filled with ricotta, sage, brown sugar, and sweet potato. It was good, albeit on the pricier side. Not exactly a light meal also, and I felt quite full afterwards. Eataly has good quality food stuffs, so I imagine their restaurants should also have that same kind of high quality mark to them. A "safe" overall bet if you're not sure what to eat, if you happen to be in this part of Milan.

Yelp
I love Eataly and we got a lot of good products there. Pistachio cream, chocolates, different pasta, marmalade, spices, prosciutto... But we always get caught in between lunch and dinner time. Everything was closed for lunch after 3 pm beside terrace outside. I can tell you in 30 degrees heat pasta with the seafood isn't a great idea, but it was only appealing food on the menu. Pasta came horribly al dente and we both didn't finish our meal. Wasn't worth it. Also it was so packed that they sit people the way that they stare at you while you eat.... Buratta and tomatoes were good.

Yelp
What is there not to like about Eataly I could spend hours here looking at all the Italian goodies. Amazing bread and delicious coffee and pastries

Yelp
A huge grocery store filled with many different meats, cheeses, and bottles of wine! There are lots of options to eat here, we had a nice sit down dinner where they served us Carbonara, excellent Tiramisu, and a seafood entree. Service was great and the atmosphere was outstanding.

Yelp
I came here 9:30 in the morning and it was pretty amazing! The bakery just put out some fresh bread so got to try some fresh samples of focaccia here! They have so many flavors and varieties, I bought the dolce focaccia, it was slightly sweat and was so good, fluffy and fresh. They also have a coffee bar, so I grabbed a cappuccino and a croissant, it was probably a bit more expensive than outside at a smaller cafe. Since it was still early in the morning, I got to explore the whole store and see everything it had to offer without really bumping into anybody and I felt like I had the whole store to myself. Even this early in the morning, they had people giving various samples of things, for example I also had some panettone cake. They have a huge selection of Italian foods and snacks, you can consider buying some gifts here or something Italian for yourself! It's foremost a store for Italians, not something for tourists but it definitely is easy for tourists to visit here. They make some cheeses here, have gelatos, wine, gelato, seafood, butcher shop, and almost anything you can think of. I was pleasantly surprised so much in this store by just exploring it, so much hidden surprises! I'd recommend coming here during lunch or dinner too so you can experience the full food experience while exploring the groceries.

Yelp
June 23, 2019 Sunday - 8:45 PM for dinner 2 Adults Atmosphere - 4 stars Food - 5 stars Service - 5 stars This is for Il ristorante della Pasta e della Pizza Background - Our long day of flying from San Francisco to Milan we planned a walk from hotel to Eataly. We wanted to see the whole place and experience it. Atmosphere - This restaurant is located upstairs. The only real complaint is the tables are too close. I could easily take food from the table next to us. I actually had a conversations with a local couple. They were curious where in America we were from. Food Drinks - La Vola Basso IPA a local beer, they actually had four beers all together from the same local brewery. Dinner - First night in Italy you know I am ordering pizza. My daughter-in-law and I both ordered a pizza and share and half with each other. The Diavola is a classic pepperoni pizza and the Parma which is fancy Italian ham. I know I did not give justice to the beautiful ham. Please look at my pictures to understand this ham better. In classic Italian style the pizzas came out uncut allowing you to select the perfect slice yourself. A sharper knife would have been great. But that pizza was magical. Service - Our waitress was great. Every table has a number and when finished you pay at the register by providing your number. Future - Yes please, need more pizza.

Yelp
Get the Fior di Latte soft-serve here. It is, literally, the best you can get this side of Hokkaido (and if that means nothing to you, well, you're missing out). It's one of those things where you go "Oh, so *that* is what milk is supposed to taste like!"
google avatar

Yelp
Way better than Whole Foods in the USA. Not as good as Merkur in Wien. Not even close to FICO Eataly World in Bologna. We came and bought food for dinner. - Some parts were closed.

Yelp
Food is an important part of the Italian culture, and this place exemplifies this importance. Welcome to the Milano branch of perhaps the world's most famous Italian supermarket chain, Eataly! Once you walk into this three-story tall food department store, you'll find that food is not only merely sustenance but also a lifestyle and almost an art. Like other Eataly throughout the world but more, this branch has a large selection of high-quality goods, ranging from prepared food to cooking ingredients to fresh produce. Just going through this store is an experience of itself! Sadly, don't expect to be walking out with baskets of awesome Italian goods if you are on a budget, because prices here are as high as the quality compared to standard Italian supermarkets. Of course, it's hard to resist the temptation to at least buy one of two things in this wonderful food paradise. Whether you intend to buy anything though, you should certainly buy to mark this as a shopping or a sightseeing destination because this Eataly is truly a great representation of the diverse Italian food cultures all under one roof in a stylish display!

Yelp
An easy and casual option for a few mini (rectangular) pizzas and a glass of wine. Considering the convenience factor, the pizza was rather delicious, made with fresh ingredients (including monstrous balls of burrata). This reviews applies to the downstairs pizza bar.
google avatar

Ellen B.

Yelp
I discovered this food paradise during my last visit in Milan. The choice is overwhelming from beers all over the world to strange looking vegetables. Eataly is a mixture between a food market and supermarket. It looks expensive, but really ... a glass plenty of good wine is much more cheaper than in the touristic centre. A heaven for foodies!

Yelp
If you are in Milan, go try Eataly! It is a grocery story primarily but it also has over 5 restaurants within its 3 floors. Warning: the majority of them only open at Italian food hours (aka, for lunch and then dinner. No in between). This is the place also come buy some food gifts if you want to take some back to your family. The employees are kind and were able to guide me through the large selection of pretty much everything Italian you can think of. They helped choose olive oil based on its intensity, wine based on the region and even the best chocolates. What I loved too is that they didn't suggest the most expensive thing, which I've noticed sometimes happens when an employee can tell you're not from the area. Also, you must go try the Fior di Latter soft-serve. If you haven't already tried the flavor while in Italy, you have made a big mistake that you must immediately correct. It's the traditional Italian gelato flavor that is made out of pure milk. Even if you don't buy anything, Eataly gives you great insight into the importance of food in the Italian culture. Everything is refined and thought to the last detail. Italian food doesn't just come together, it's ingredients are crafted with care and precision to make the ideal dish. This "grocery store" represents that.

Yelp
Absolutely love it here! I really enjoyed the one in Chicago so I was super excited to come here. They have a huge selection of everything you can think of, everything is fresh, and the staff is nice. They also have a nice lounge outside and wifi. We went back on our last day to get all our gift shopping done because they have a great selection of food, beer, and wine.

Yelp
Awesome gourmet market located between the Moscova (green metro line) and Garibaldi F.S. (green and blue metro line)! There's fresh produce, market, kitchen accessories, bookstore, and Lavazza coffee shop, a couple eateries including the yummy Lait gelateria. The second floor has fresh cheese, meats, and a couple more eateries. The third floor has a collection of wine and beer. You can spend a couple hours here browsing. There's free wifi and clean restrooms. You may also wish to check out the nearby Garrarufa fish therapy spa.
google avatar

Rein C.

Yelp
The girl working at the gelato bar inside this Eataly needs an attitude check. She looks so angry and miserable (which I highly doubt is how she presented herself when she interviewed for the job). She did not speak a single word throughout the entire transaction. Seriously? The supposedly rude sales assistants at Hermès are angels compared to her. Maybe she should apply for a job at their rudest, flagship store instead of wasting her life away at a gelato bar in Eataly
google avatar

Laura B.

Yelp
Had beers, meat and cheese, a pizza. All ok but really enjoyed the being here. Great grocery.
google avatar

Yelp
Italy's version of Whole Foods! If you are here visiting from the States, load up on the local pastas! And grab great things to eat in your hotel room so you don't have to spend as much money eating out!

Yelp
finally a decent Eataly opened in Milan! (I've never liked the tiny one in the basement of Coin). However, I was expecting something a bit bigger, after having been to the one in Rome that is huge, but I guess Mr. Farinetti used all the space he had available as best as he could. After the several visits I've paid to the new Eataly Smeraldo in these past 2 weeks, fighting against the crowds and waiting patiently to be seated in Italian imperfect queues, here's a list of pros and cons: Pros: - the carne cruda (meat tartar) in the Meat/Fish restaurant is amazing, so soft and tender it doesn't feel like raw meat; - The ice cream is amazing!; - I think it's a good idea to put together the Meat and Seafood restaurants; - I could stare at the people making the mozzarella for hours; - I like the green Superga sneakers of the employees; - I love that they've kept the stage of the theater and that there's live music playing while I dine; - Mr. Farinetti hangs around the pace often and he seems so nice and smiley (of course I would be as smiley as him with all the money he's making :) ) - They have Spaghettoni Cavalieri, my favorite pasta! - All staff are nice, especially the guys at the piadine stand; - I loved Alice restaurant! Cons: - the market spaces are reduced, I was hoping for something bigger; - super-small selection of home products (baking trays, books, utensils), they should have just gotten rid of it and made the market or the restaurants a bit bigger; - the wine selection is not as wide as the ones in Rome and Turin, and the mediocre wines of J.Bastianich were prefered instead of other, better and less expensive, wines; - Fruit and vegetables are too expensive (and the ones in Eataly Rome looked better); -There's no tuna in the Fish restaurant menu (I love Eataly's tuna).

Yelp
If you are a food lover I highly recommend stopping by to check out this huge, multi-level, high end food emporium close to Corso Como. Have a meal at one of the several different restaurants, grab coffee and something sweet at the cafe/chocolatier, pickup some nice wine or cheese to bring home, or do all of the above! It can be a little overwhelming at first having so many high quality choices in one location so if it's your first visit give yourself a little extra time to browse and discover everything Eataly has to offer. Besides all the food they also have a big selection of food related books and kitchen wares. I have heard that Eataly is coming to Los Angeles and I can't wait for it to happen!
google avatar

David I.

Yelp
Wow my mate was right this concept store is amazing. We stopped in for pizza as the prices were quite reasonable and when we arrived the restaurant was fairly empty but by the time our pizza arrived the place was full. I has the cheese, mushroom and ham pizza and it was blissful and oh so perfectly balanced. The price for two pizzas, a glass of red wine and a large bottle of mineral water was just €27 which I think for the quality an amazing deal. You must make sure you check out the chocolate area after your dinner as they have an insane amount of amazing things to buy
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
Eataly brings the cuisines of all Italy's regions together. It has an extraordinary selection of the fine foods Italy has to offer. My main complaint is that the goods are quite pricey (the exception being the wine on tap which is a great deal, just fill the growler and go). So I don't actually buy anything from here, but its still fun to roam the isles. However, the scene is a hectic one. I find that the little cafes, amidst the craziness, offer a nice way to take it all in.
google avatar

Maribel S.

Yelp
I usually enjoy going to eataly in New York so I taught it would be even better in Italy but I was mistaken . Service was extremely slow waited more than 30 minutes to get our order taken . We were super close to walking out
google avatar

Riley S.

Yelp
It's worth a trip when you're in Milan. Granted, it is JUST a supermarket.... but probably the best supermarket I've ever seen. For those from the USA - it's like Whole Foods but... more, bigger, better. We got some chocolate gifts for friends back home, and some of the best gnocchi and pesto we've ever had. We were staying in an AirBnB in Milan so we were able to prepare food at home. If you're in the same situation I highly recommend picking up some food from Eataly to prepare at "home".
google avatar

Yelp
Had been to their Chicago and NYC stores , just had to check this one out too. It's always fun to browse around in this huge store!

Yelp
Loved this place! Will be coming back again to try some pasta! The pizza was amazing and I loved looking around the market to find various products if Italy.

Yelp
A great gourmet food market and eatery. I've also been to the one in Torino and though they are similar and have the same varieties of fresh food, specialty foods, dining options and beer and wine, I do like the layout and feel of the Torino location more, but that doesn't mean I don't love this place. I do. Absolutely!! Great food! Great gift ideas. Very, very cool. Will be a go to place anytime I'm in Milan!
google avatar

Yelp
This store is amazing while traveling I like to purchase my souvenirs from here instead of the t-shrt shop

Aug J.

Yelp
Not as friendly and open as in Chicago where it is large and you can circle each floor. Here you can't circle the floor and it is a tight space. Food was average I was not impressed with the service either.
google avatar

Susan J.

Yelp
We loved this place! What an experience! It's a multi floor Italian food marketplace, with a variety of restaurants too. There were restaurants for pizza, pasta, charcuterie boards, a wine bar and a full service restaurant. We had risotto and a wild mushroom dish at the full service restaurant. Yummy. The red wine I had was delicious and when I asked the host if it was sold in their wine section, he said yes and walked me over to help me find it on the shelf. What service! They had a gelateria too. Check this out...you won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Yelp
(4) ~ very good overall for this Gourmet Italian Market. Although the pricing seems higher than similar items at the local grocery. Still worth a visit for Foodies:)

Yelp
FOOD. EVERYWHERE! For any food lover this is a great place to go to at the end of your italy trip in order to buy all that good olive oil and pasta and balsamico and cookies and wine that you can only get in italy. Eataly is a three floor tall huge shop that sells basically nothing but italian food products. It is like paradise. To make it even better they have three restaurants, on each floor one: One offers pizza, one sea food, and the last one meat. Basically they just set up some tables and chairs on one side of the floor and marked the area as restaurant. Which is really clever, because anyone shopping will see the good food on the plates and won't be able to resist. We went with the sea food. As it was sunday, there were lots of people standing in line for a seat, so the staff wrote down everyone's names on a list. Assuming that it would take quite a while we went to get balsamico really quickly and then went back to the restaurant only to be informed by the waitress that they had been looking for us and gave our table to someone else. So we were really surprised when she winked at us and gave us the next available table. The food itself, and of couse also the wine, was amazing. We were offered free bread in small paper bags as soon as you sit down, and bring you your drinks quite quickly considering how full the place was. I ordered fish with potatoes and pesto, which was presented in a plastic wrap. It was delicious! The fish was tender and juicy and the pesto was simply great! So bring an extra bag and an empty stomach if you visit Eataly! I definitely will leave some extra space in my suitcase the next time.

Jack L.

Yelp
The supermarket and deli areas are great to see and fun for foodies. But at all costs avoid the sit down eating area on the first floor. Without a doubt the worst place I have been to eat in all of Europe. (Burger King was better) It is very expensive. The staff and service is poor. Don't expect everything you ordered to arrive on the same day, I mean same time. The food itself is sooooo underwhelming, there are lots of café's and restaurants nearby where you will eat better at half the price. If you don't take my advise and eat there anyway, check your bill, as my waiter couldn't count and added an extra person on our bill for the service charge.
google avatar

Home Chef Liu H.

Yelp
The Pizza place on 2nd floor, please don't eat here. Pizza is poor & service is horrible. There are tons of good places around this area. I would rate zero star is there is an option.
google avatar

Lauren C.

Yelp
Really cool upscale market. I had read recommendations to come here for coffee and lunch so we decided to go check it out. We didn't realize til we arrived that it's actually a multi story mega healthy grocery store that also has a bad, restaurant, coffee shop and a full floor dedicated to just wine. We went on a Saturday and it was quite busy. Many of the employees were handing out samples of various snacks and drinks. There's so much to see here, you could spend a whole wandering around and resisting the temptation to throw everything in your cart. We wanted to get a coffee or panini while we were here, but it was so packed there was nowhere to sit so we decided to just head out. Still worth stopping by no matter what!!

Yelp
DO NOT EAT HERE! (Unless you make it to Alice, which was closed today) Really, just a horrible meal at the restaurant upstairs (la carne/il pesce). The 39€ steak was revolting--so underseasoned as to be tasteless, and somehow dry even though cooked to about medium (which is apparently how the chef recommends it), and the wine selection by the glass very disappointing. We also got a risotto dish, which was extremely underseasoned, too, but the cheese on the side helped with that. I can hardly believe how much we paid for such a bad meal! And I can hardly believe we had such a bad meal in Italy--not to mention at Eataly, as the food at the NYC location is consistently excellent. Do, however, have a drink at the wine bar. I'm thrilled to have discovered a stunning Valpolicella by the glass (via Coravin) that seems not to be available at all internationally. The list of Nebbiolo-based wines by the bottle is also excellent and so reasonably priced.

K. G.

Yelp
Amazing food paradise! Huge combination of Paris food halls, and Williams Sonoma, with bakery, Gelateria and comfortable patio cafe, with wifi. Easy to stock up on pasta & biscotti & wine...you might need to buy an extra suitcase to get it all home! (Hoping that they'll be opening up a branch in San Francisco soon! )

Yelp
Eataly saved me from my otherwise bland visit to Milan. The panino station was delicious and I was able to pick up some cool gifts (baci, books and olive oil to name a few). I also brought home some of the various jams they carry and soaps. They have an impressive wine selection, although it can be a bit overwhelming.

Yelp
really good food. upgraded whole foods. haven't had their main menu food from restaurants, but took a hodge lodge of things charged by weight in their deli section. tortellini and eggplant skin filled with meatball and cheese was good, had a lot of seafood items that i can't really name but fresh with good sauces. the worker also gave us a complementary vegetarian chewy carb thing. a little pricey but with a wide variety of options, and you get to choose how much of each you want. they also let you bring the wine you buy at the grocery store in, so had a very nice long lunch followed by some grocery shopping and walking. WENT A SECOND TIME AND THEIR BLACK TRUFFLE TAGLIATELLE WAS SO GOOD. the market yogurt is sooooo good get get get every time

Yelp
Run from the sit down restaurant on the 3rd floor. My husband ordered Makerel fish that was horrible. I ordered the roasted chicken and potatoe wedges that is seasoned with B-B-Q sauce which the server described as being spicy. This was edible but definitely not a hit.

Yelp
Based on the food alone I'd give 4 stars but I sat at the bar at "La Carne" and for over an hour watched a line cook go from raw to cooked to chemicals to raw to the phone to eating over and over again without changing gloves or washing hands. Serious cross contamination issues. No establishment should tolerate such behavior.

Yelp
The place was crowded. But maybe it's just not my kind of place. The selection of pasta is limited to 3 - 4. And there is a selection of pizza too. But the menu is small. The place is crowded and the service is not great. Good is just ok.
