Eataly

Absolutely delicious!!! The best option if you have to take the train somewhere, or even if you are not taking any train. It is totally worth it to come to the station only to eat here. I was lucky to meet Roberta and she made everything perfect.

I had been apprehensive to eat at Eataly in Rome, but two different Italian friends told me it was a good option at the train station and the airport. So, I gave it a try. At Termini, there are two sites: the restaurant and the bakery. I tried the restaurant and ordered a Mezza Mina Cacio e Pepe (€15.90), a classic Roman dish. It was good, but not outstanding. The service was super fast, which is great if you have to catch a train. The experience wasn't memorable, but that was expected given the setting. Still, it was good enough to consider having lunch at a train station or airport.

The restaurant is nice, staff friendly. Price value would be ok, if the lasagne is biger than a half slice of bread.. They do not know how to use the airconditioner... Eat a lunch at 28 celsius not to comfortable.

Nice place to have easy food. Nice bread and bakery. Many choices. Prepared sandwich. Self service. Pay at counter then order your food. Fine place to have rest before taking the train.

Amazing food, great atmosphere and service was perfect. You can’t go wrong at Eataly, even at the Termini.

The staff at the cafeteria are very friendly and the coffee and snacks are very good. I highly recommend it to anyone who has been to Termini and is looking for quality food at the Eataly standard.

Good, but slow. It took over eight minutes after being seated for a waitress to come to my table. I ordered immediately, and it took another forty minutes for the Margherita that I ordered to arrive. Together with time to eat and to pay, it takes an hour or longer to eat a pizza here. Also, the wine is served warm.

First of all, the service was extremely long even though the restaurant had a few tables there at the start of the evening at 18:00 (25 minutes wait). When the restaurant was full, the waitress took our order. All the tables around received bread except us. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks and another 30 minutes for our dishes. We therefore spent more than 2 hours at the restaurant. This was for service. For the food, the presentation was beautiful and well executed. The taste, where was the taste? The chicken cesar salad was dry like the burgers. everything was dry and has no taste. For the overall experience, I don't recommend the place.
