I’ll admit I haven’t fully immersed myself in everything Eat& has to offer, but my short visit left a lasting impression.
I came in on a personal mission: to try their version of Aglio e Olio, a dish I’ve been exploring all over Cebu. Eat& gave it a unique twist by adding wild sesame, which at first threw me off. But with each bite, the flavors slowly unfolded: unexpected, complex, and surprisingly satisfying. It’s a dish that invites you to be present and patient, and it rewards you for it.
The coffee was equally delightful: well-balanced, rich, and comforting.
The service was a little off though because my dish came in last for something that is simple to make.
Though I barely scratched the surface of their menu, my experience was enough to say: Eat& is worth a return trip. There’s clearly more to discover, and I’m looking forward to doing just that.
