Nikola was a fantastic chef for our hands on, half day traditional fish cooking class. He was friendly, patient, and worked with us to develop a delicious menu! The menu included fish soup, risotto with mussels, crispy anchovies, and brioche with sheep's cheese and poached apples. The location was beautiful, private, and Nikola also shared EatIstria's balsamic vinegar and wine making process. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
