8 Breakfast Sandwiches to Start the Morning Right in Las Vegas

"The grab-and-go options at Eatwell at the Cromwell are surprisingly good, but our favorite is The Dapper, an egg sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheddar stacked on a brioche bun. Bonus points: it’s available for room service." - Susan Stapleton, Maddy Sweitzer-Lamme, Janna Karel

Located in The Cromwell is this food stall that sells sandwiches, pizza, drinks and pastries. We dropped $14 (Vegas price) on a ham croissant. It’s a “round croissant” not the typical crescent shape. Honestly, have you tried the Kirkland Breakfast Sandwich at Costco? Tastes exactly like that. Seems like the same manufacturer except ham not bacon. Don’t get me wrong, it was a fat croissant and very tasty. The croissant was perfectly air fried and had the crispy flaky texture. The middle had a lot of ham and melted cheese.

This is a true, affordable gem on the Vegas strip. It's located inside the casino next to the Flamingo. I got the Cuban sandwich. First one I've tried and was happy with my choice. The meat was tasty and plentiful. The sandwich itself was filling and was a well balance with the Cole slaw that complimented the meats used. I also tried the acai protein bowl. Delicious! The berries were fresh and some real good thought went put into this neat, hearty, healthy snack. To top it off, I got the raspberry turnover pastry. I can tell it was baked recently and was delicious! The service was exceptional! The guy I spoke to really knew how to describe the food and what to reccomend. I'll be coming back if I'm nearby and need a bite.

We picked up breakfast while staying at the Cromwell. We got the breakfast bagel, the hangover sandwich, a chocolate chip cookie and the peach cobbler jar. The sandwiches were great. They warmed up the cookie which was nice. The cobbler was good, but definitely not as great as we thought it would be. They weren't taking card this morning. There was no sign or indication before we ordered. So she advised us to use the atm. Which of course had high fees. Luckily, we had a cash out voucher we could take and get cash for.

Google
What a nice place for a quick snack! Incredibly reasonable prices. So clean and bright with nice high stools to sit at looking across the casino and based just inside the Cromwell off the strip. We were recommended to have the Barbary dogs and fountain drink. Could not believe it was 3 mini hot dogs with toppings and a drink for $5. Wow! Were they good. Great value. 5 stars.

Google
I ate The Cromwell breakfast sandwich every day for five days. I STILL dream about it's perfect food to bun ratio, melted cheese, not too crispy or soggy bacon, and perfectly cooked eggs! Service is great and caring. Not much for seating considering it is the hotel's only restaurant but always managed to find a spot to sit and eat. They also serve Starbucks drinks/coffees. Not a full Starbucks menu.

Joseph McGie

Google
Went in the AM, had a great breakfast for the price! Tried the Breakfast burger, very good. Pro-tip, get some napkins! They also serve Starbucks coffee, but they are not a full service shop so there was some confusion on terminology of a drink. The hostess fixed everything, no questions asked and was very friendly.

Google
Limited selection but you should be able to find something you like. With no one in line, it was 5 minutes to get a 10" personal pizza. But it costs $18, with a value of about $10. Friendly service, though.

Amanda Salinas

Google
I would give the place zero stars if I could. Take down the 7:00 am opening from the hotel, Google and all that apply because the two mornings I was there, it wasn’t opened. I had to go to the Flamingo one morning and the Linq the next. As I rode the elevator with another guest, she too was furious that we had to leave the property just to get coffee.

Yelp
Want to eat but don't have the money to drop $20 on something? This is a great stop within the hotel. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it totaled out to be $9.99. Great flavor and portion size. The menu at the place is outdated, so be aware of that. Great service and there's a few spots your able to sit in. Very clean!

Yelp
Daytime associates need to check themselves at the door. When you start tipping the person who rings your items at CVS, i'll start tipping as well. If getting a drink made thats one thing but if its literally a bottle of water, lol what a world. Night shift people there are legit and I actually do tip him for just ringing up a bottle of water. Personality goes a long way. And she said they were out. Lazy fook

Yelp
Went there cuz it says 24/7. I ordered a chicken ceasars salad togo. Server was nice and helpful because their menu was broken on the screen. When I got back to my hotel and ready to eat, all the salad was SPOILED!!! The smell was so bad, I had to toss the salad and leave my room. GROSS .
google avatar

Yelp
I was out taking photos and decided that this place looked good and the food seemed lighter and quicker than other options available. I ordered the Mediterranean artichoke salad. I asked if I could have chicken on it, but it wasn't an option. It was ... fine. There was some kind of tomatoes on it but I couldn't tell if they were just past their prime or supposed to be sundried and rehydrated. I decided much later that maybe they were just marinated. It definitely wasn't for me. But it was quick and the rest of the salad seemed fresh enough.
google avatar

Yelp
The attendant Yoseline made a different sandwich than what I ordered and refused to remake it without charging me again. For a 14 dollar sandwich, I expect to at least get what I ordered.

Yelp
If grabbing a snack while in the casino floor and not wanting to stray too far away is important to you, then this is a perfect place for you. If you're looking for a basic breakfast option at a basic price, this is not the place you're looking for, regardless what YouTubers claim (!). Food is fine, just ... priced according to the location.
google avatar

Yelp
Located at the back of Cromwell, this spot has yummy sandwiches and hotdogs and brews Starbucks coffee. It's open 24/7 so great for a late night snack when everything else is closed. They also have pizza but it's not available at night. I got the egg and cheese crossaint sandwich and it was toasted to perfection and just what I needed. I think I've found my new midnight snack spot in this area!
google avatar

Tara S.

Yelp
Oh expensive breakfast sandwiches for what they are... $15 per sandwich. Decent quality but nothing wow worthy.
google avatar

Mike J.

Yelp
The best Deal on the strip. if your looking for quality food at a reasonable price, this is your place! We tried the steak and egg bagel. It was 12 dollars but the quality and taste of the steak was to die for. They packaged them up in little cute boxes as well. I thought I was shopping at Macys or something. They have a very nice to go bag as well :) Also tried the pizza which was made fresh. For under 10 dollars, it's a great deal. If your staying at the Cromwell or close by, give this place a try.

Yelp
Ummm hidden gem? Surprisingly GREAT breakfast sandwiches. I'll never stay at the Cromwell again but I wouldn't hesitate to come back here for a quick and great breakfast. Staff was also very friendly and efficient. Thanks!

Yelp
Great time staying here! Clean rooms! A definite boutique feel and vibe! Great food from Giada's restaurant! Good location!

Yelp
Staying at Flamingo, I was looking for a late night quick snack. I was curious about eatwell, as it hasnt been opened on my previous trips, so I went over their. Their menu is an assortment of desserts, sandwiches, salads and pizzas. The sandwiches are surprisingly good and can be served cold or heated up. Really enjoyed the BLAT. Bacon was crispy, lots of turkey and a good amount of avocado. The sandwich was large enough that half of it got put in the fridge for a breakfast snack the next morning. Great place for a 24/7 grab and go food option. Next time I'd be interested in trying the $5 3 mini chili cheese dogs with soda.

Yelp
The 24-hour eatery located inside the Cromwell in Las Vegas. Here you can purchase reasonably priced food drink and pastry items. We used them a couple of times when we needed a really early breakfast and no one's buffet was open. Egg sandwiches with bacon or sausage, cheese and spinach on buns or muffin. Delicious. Starbucks Verona coffee is served. Also, juices, sodas, beer and water. No liquor. Throughout the day you can get sandwiches and burgers, salads and yummy-looking pastries. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Went there Sunday April 3 because my wife wanted coffee. Stayed at Cromwell so it was the closest thing. It was 7:30pm nobody in line so great went straight to the cashier. There was a young man just facing down at the register and did not acknowledge my presence. After a minute of just standing there I told him hello do you know someone is looking to order and his response was I'm texting my boss !!!!. I was like huh he repeated I'm texting my boss. I told home are u working or what ? His response I'm texting my boss. WTF does that have to with me wanting to order an overpriced coffee ??? Lol he could have at least said something Instead of just having me standing there thinking he was asleep.... Walked away and walked to ballys instead. People if you want coffee walk somewhere else and don't pay $9 for a large venti. Go to a real Starbucks and get better service...

Yelp
Nice little grab and go 24/7 spot inside the Cromwell. It's perfect for something quick & reasonably priced. I had a Margarita pizza & my husband had the chili cheese dogs. The hot dogs were excellent! The pizza was just ok. It was supposed to have fresh mozzarella on it but it didn't I wouldn't get it again however when I'm craving something quick I would go back & try other things. Plus if you want to be really lazy you can order on your phone & have it delivered to your seat for a small fee.
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
I had to try the chili dogs at Eatwell. For the price, it was a nice little snack. For $5, you get three mini chili dogs topped with cheese and free refill on fountain drink. There's no seating - just long counter where you can stand and knock down those chili dogs. However, the line was forming for Drais. So, I decided to find a two seater slot machine game and ate my chili dogs. So glad I did. First spin bonus, netted $120 win on a 60 cents bet. Anyway, the chili dog was good but not great. The weiners were really salty. Fortunately, I wasn't afraid to take advantage of the free refill on drinks. Would I do it again? Yes if it's 2am in the morning. Casino Royale has a footlong hot dog for $2. Never tried it but thought I mention since it's on the same block.

Yelp
I will say I really do enjoy the Cromwell sandwiches here but service is subpar. Their prices are incorrect from what is on their menus and my server Terence C. was passive aggressive. When I stated that their prices are off. But all my food has been good even though it's overpriced. Sucky customer service. Please fix Caesar's.
google avatar

Yelp
Eatwell at The Cromwell is the best and healthiest then the food court at the flamingo. The price is affordable and very tasty. We love the strip tacos and Latin bowl. The pizza is very delicious too. The mocha latte coffee is yummy. All the food is made with fresh ingredients so it may take a minute or two to make. But you will enjoy!! No big lines as other places and counter stools to sit and eat and watch everyone on the craps table or playing cards. Late night is fun when everyone lines up for Drai's, you get a free show on what every one is wearing and how they are trying to get in the club. If you have never been here before then try it, you might like it!!

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised with this little tucked away eatery in the Cromwell. It has light fare from coffees to pastries, pizzas to sandwiches. The gentleman working the counter was very personable and made friendly conversation while I waited on the food. I ordered a pizza and the roast beef sandwich. I think next time I would skip the pizza and get two sandwiches because the roast beef was hot and had melted cheese and sweet peppers. Both items were reasonable priced considering it's on the strip. Good place to stop in for a quick bite.
google avatar

Ben J.

Yelp
This place definitely hits the spot when I am craving a late night sandwich. They serve pizza and tacos as well! And they are open for 24 hours.... Great value especially being on the strip. I usually get my late night fix here. My homie got the Barbary dogs and drink for $5 and he said it was pretty decent. He was also a little intoxicated so I guess this place is great for some drunk food for great value!
google avatar

Yelp
My flight arrived late at night, and I wanted a quick bite before I headed to bed. Found on yelp that this sandwich joint newly opened and had decent reviews. Came at around 12:30am. Took a look at the menu, and decided to try their coney dog special, and wings. The coney dog special is no longer $5.00, it was now $7.00 which included a fountain drink. The wings on the TV menu was $8.00, but upon paying, was charged $9.00. The prices are changing so quickly that they don't even have enough time to reprogram the menu on the TV's. The coney dogs were okay, but the buns were hard. They warmed them up, so they were soft, but when I got to the last one, they were rock hard. I guess not enough business to keep the bread fresh. The wings took a while to make, which is fine since it was late. There were about 5 slices of carrot "chips", and 6 HUGE wings. The size of these are really big, however the sauce was so pungent. It's a punch in the nose the moment you go and try to take a bite with the vinegar buffalo sauce base. The sauce totally made the wings all soggy, and wayyy too saucy. I didn't try their sandwiches or bakery items, maybe those are better.
google avatar

Yelp
So thankful they are 24 hours. Great place to hit if you are coming from Drai's nightclub or beach club. Bread is good for soaking up alcohol! And this place sells some good sandwiches. The food is reasonably priced so this place has great value. They have breakfast sandwiches and salads. I ordered a sandwich and soda for around $8-$10 in total! Next time, I will try the $5 3 mini chili cheese dog with soda because that sounds like a really good deal. Also sounds like good food if you're a little lit
google avatar

Tim R.

Yelp
Eatwell is open for 24 hours and is basically a deli/cafe that sells a variety of foods. I was staying at the Cromwell and ordered their food through room service. The value isn't bad at all, but the quality of the food didn't quite impress me either. It's good if you are on an empty stomach and a tight budget, considering that most prices on the strip are usually more expensive. The food, when arrived, was warm. The bread was a little hard. Oh well, it was reasonably priced I think.
google avatar

Fabiola P.

Yelp
The worst customer service ever , she was challenging and treating us like we are dumb Food is good but the energy of the place is horrible

Hayley R.

Yelp
Best grilled cheese sandwich I ever had at a restaurant! It was worth every penny of $11 just for the grilled cheese sandwich. They cook it in a panini press & it's a piece of crusty gooey heaven. (It comes with tomato soup, but it's like they poured heavy cream in jarred marinara & then way over seasoned with Italian spice..pleas don't spice my tomato soup!) (The sandwich was sooooo good that I'm gonna overlook the sad soup.) Great late night eatery! You can enjoy the music pouring from Drai's & all the crazy nightclub outfits while u wait on your food!
google avatar

Stephanie D.

Yelp
This place is definitely a hidden gem inside the Cromwell. They have a variety of food like the basic sandwiches, soups, and salads but they also have tacos and mini chili dog for less then $10, that's great price for the strip. It's a perfect place if you need something quick, no matter what time of day it is(they are open 24 hours)
google avatar

Yelp
24 hour service to include a variety of sandwiches, salads, desserts, a few hot items, and Starbucks coffee. My coworkers and I have visited a few times for lunch on days where we wanted to skip the employee dining room. That said, keeping in mind that I was passing on a free lunch to pay for your own food, I found the prices to be very reasonable. Perhaps even a steal? So far, the group favorites include The Press sandwich and the chicken tacos. I also think that the Cuban is particularly good (not something a Cuban might sign off on, but a tasty sandwich nonetheless). As for the tacos, just don't expect a San Diego/LA street taco - think more like tacos you just bought from a cafe - and you'll be fine. If you are one to indulge (c'mon, unlike me, you're probably on the strip for fun and not work!) the red velvet cookie is a wonder. Served warm, you get gooey and cakey all in a massive hunk of a cookie that would make anyone one team soft over crispy very happy (think something between a normal cookie, but not as fat as Levain's). The peanut butter chocolate chip is worth noting, too. Oh and the brownie; good chocolate flavor but more cakey than fudgey for those interested. I have yet to stand in a long line here and have zero complaints about the service. Everything and everyone has been efficient and pleasant. All in all, this is a really great addition to The Cromwell and to the surrounding area.
google avatar

Marilyn A.

Yelp
The cookies were really delicious. This is a hidden spot where it's open 24 hours and they have a variety of different foods. It was clutch when I was out at Drai's and then was super hungry after a tiring night of partying. You can even order it from your room if you're staying at the Cromwell. It might honestly be faster to just go down yourself and order though, cause mine kind of took a long time.
google avatar

Gmoney G.

Yelp
i love this place but they changed the menu since ive been here. theres only one worker whos slow af. i got a cheesecake, a roast beef sandwich and bottle of water. $30. are u for real?! everything is soo expensive on the strip. the worker took forever getting my food. i wanted mayo but figured it would be asking too much of this young worker
google avatar

Yelp
OK here goes this is probably my favorite Starbucks in Vegas now we stopped here every night to get our or iced coffee with seven pumps of classic extra extra cream . for the morning Both the guys are very cool they actually remembered our order what we was ordering when we walked up and remembered us out of all the people that go through and the two guys I have one his name from the receipt but I think he's the one that we talk to you on the fifth floor when he is refilling the coffee that he takes care of his name is Benjamin and the other one I wish I would've remembered his name but I'll just say he is the no job tattoo guy both real nice guys if you go in there and you're waiting on by a guy with tattoos on his hand that's one of them and the other one has to be Benjamin when we're back there in June will be in there to get coffee
google avatar

Edgar G.

Yelp
Open 24hours, serves everything from your favorite Starbucks drink to tacos, sandwiches, & pizza. Tried Barbary Dogs for $5 & came with a soda. Sandy was extremely helpful from the moment we walked up. Super quick and nice to have food close by after a night at Drais.

Yelp
This place was PERFECT as an affordable option for food during my time in Las Vegas. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was incredible -- everyone was so friendly. Thank you!
google avatar

Dee H.

Yelp
The food was fresh and amazing.. britney and Terence are the best.. I'll be back tomorrow
google avatar

Steven B.

Yelp
Those hot dogs for $5 with the drink included! I was super stoked we could fill up on the cheap! More money for gambling! Juicy, cheesy and overall mind-blowing! Unlimited refills! Check it out for a quick bite to hold you off for the expensive dinner or brunches!
google avatar

Jessika J.

Yelp
Went to pick up a bite to eat late last night. We stood at the counter looking dumbfounded for a good 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. I didn't know if they were open or wrapping up with closing duties so I tried to ask one lady if they were still open and she put her finger up at me and said one moment. Well I wouldn't have interrupted you if someone was there to say "we will be with you in one second" - even when she took our order she was extremely rude. However, the pizza was pretty decent
google avatar

Daniel G.

Yelp
Had a good waffle turkey and egg sandwich here. Great price for the strip. Staff was friendly and fast. They do charge a dollar for a water cup so that's less value for your meal.
google avatar

Guadalupe S.

Yelp
There is nothing about "Eating well" at this place. I went there for breakfast and all their breakfast sandwiches are extremely greasy. For a first meal of the day this is not a good representation of "Eatwell" not to mention their prices are ridiculous high. Not worth it and don't waste your money.
google avatar

Tami C.

Yelp
I've eaten here several times and had breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, pastries, and their late night coney dogs. The food has always been a solid choice. Well made, tasty, and reasonably priced. This is really a go to place if you're looking for a quick stop with quality food.
google avatar

Bertha R.

Yelp
Food was really good and the staff was super friendly and helpful, great place for breakfast/brunch
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
Open 24/7 and available for room service if you're staying at the Cromwell, Eatwell fits the bill for late night dining. Reasonably priced and a fair amount of options, but don't be surprised if they are out of certain items. Also beware that the seating area is pretty small and often taken over by people just hanging out or starting at their phones - a little frustrating if you actually want to sit down and eat. The food itself is decent - the latin rice bowl is filling.
google avatar

Yanira C.

Yelp
Fairly priced for Las Vegas, I ordered The Cromwell and coffee and it wast just right!

Maria R.

Yelp
Sucks that there's no seating and then get yelled at for sitting on top of the counter while waiting for food.
google avatar

Martin W.

Yelp
Had a little snack delivered to our room in The Cromwell while getting ready to depart on our final morning. I can't speak for the restaurant overall as I never actually set foot there--but I can say the "breakfast burger" that was delivered to me was AMAZING! I wouldn't hesitate to try them again.
google avatar

Riley C.

Yelp
Good food, but they forgot about half our order and we had to keep asking for things. Also they don't put enough sauce on the Northwest sandwich, so make sure you ask for some southwest dressing on the side or something to dip it in because it is unbelievably dry.
google avatar

David D.

Yelp
Eatwell at the Cromwell was absolutely fantastic. During my recent trip to Las Vegas I went there approximately five times. It became my evening meal place many nights. Try the Cuban sandwich and the blonde dessert bar as they are both fantastic. Service was quick and friendly. Absolutely loved it and it will now be a staple for future trips.
google avatar

Nik R.

Yelp
Pretty good food (if a little pricy) but super weird to be eating breakfast looking out into a second rate casino floor with time-weathered men drinking cheap beer, smoking cigarettes and gambling away their dead mothers' inheritances. Actually, maybe this place should get another star *because* of the view.

R C.

Yelp
Went here which is a great addition to The Cromwell Casino as they only had one dining option (Giada) beforehand. Eatwell has several options to eat which are definitely reasonably priced. Eatwell is also open 24 hours which is convenient for those late night cravings. I was not that hungry when i went to so ordered the barbary dogs and soda combo for $5. Its basically three mini chili dogs and a pepsi. The chili and cheese on then the chili cheese dogs were delicious. The staff was very friendly and the food came out really fast. Place is brand new and super clean. Great experience. They also have sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, salads, and other items as well and all are reasonably priced especially for being in the middle of the strip.
google avatar

Neil M.

Yelp
A great kept secret off the strip. Ordered the waffle sandwiches and they're delicious. Very tasty and True goodness!!! The Starbucks coffee is a nice lil extra perk.
