The concept is THE BOMB! Finally, fast food that is healthy and delicious. How many times when out and about (especially on road trips) have I longed for something filling, fast and that won't make me feel terrible after the meal. Is that too much to ask!? Owner David Anderson doesn't think so - which is why he delivers fresh, flavorful sandwiches and salads to all. Crisp, fresh salads and thoughtful combinations in the sandwiches - on bread baked in house. I'll be back. Again and again.

I really wanted to like this place!!! However, when I got my order I was very underwhelmed with the amount of food. 1oz of chicken for $3 on my salad?! $4 for a shot glass sized mousse. A $10 salad that barely covered the bottom of the container?! The food was good. There was almost no food though! The people were great. I like the concept. But give people more then a 6 bite salad.

The shrimp sandwich is awesome. I love that they serve Zevia tea, my son’s favorite and the hummus is good.

Delicious hot shrimp sandwich dipped in creamy and tangy aioli!!! The shrimp are fresh.

Just finished the Pollo sandwich I ordered here and wow! So fresh, chicken was juicy, pesto was not overpowering, not too tomato-y, bread was some of the best I’ve had eating out, and prepared and presented thoughtfully for a takeout order. Sandwich was decently priced for the portion size. I ordered online pickup and while Toast can be confusing to order through, it was fairly simple. The drive up window was a little strange looking but that is because the building clearly used to be a bank. However, a gentleman smiled at me in the window and then another gentleman came out to greet me and grab my order. They both were so kind feeling and that is definitely refreshing for a fast food/restaurant experience! Also, the signage for where to go to get your food was clear. I will definitely try some over their sides next time because Sun Chips aren’t the healthiest, but chips are chips, and it is clear these guys want to offer fresh and nutritious meals. I can’t wait to go inside next time and talk with the owners to hear more of what good I’ve already heard and experienced!

So they are obviously still renovating but don’t let that deter you. The menu is limited but delicious. The sandwiches were so good with fresh baked bread and ingredients. Don’t skip the extra cup of aioli for dipping. The service is home town wonderful while still being in the middle of Metairie.

The food was delicious. The sandwich size was a bit small but once you ate it when the high quality ingredients that's in it, it does do the trick of filling you up. The shimsu salad was excellent as well with very good quality ingredients and filled up my belly . Thank you guys and I will definitely be returning back. I can't wait for more menu items to come on the menu. It would be even more awesome if there was a selection of healthy wraps on the menu . Keep up the Great work ! Great food. So happy we found this place with delicious home made bread. A good focused menu. Staff/owner is super friendly. You can see they are proud of the place and the healthy tasty offering. Good Aioli.
