Went to eat there specifically for Korean BBQ and hotpot. As there are less options for halal Korean BBQ. We also had a plan to try their Thai food but didn’t expect it to be too good. But I must say I was wrong.. their Korean BBQ as well as Thai foods are quite delicious. The meats of Korean BBQ were very juicy and flavourful. For hotpot they served two types of broths.. ramen and tom yam. I find them quite salty..but tom yam was better between the two. Only thing is I expected more items for hotpot. For Thai food we tried steamed dumplings, chicken satay, spicy basil chicken fried rice and whole fish. Thai foods were good. They also had lunch buffet options for $9.99. Then for dessert we tried cheesecake, coconut pudding and fried ice cream. Really liked all of them. Overall it was a wonderful experience. My daughters enjoyed a lot. I just felt a little cold sitting outside. Though they have big hitters sometimes they don’t help.

Halal Korean BBQ: A Family-Friendly Feast !! I recently visited Eatzy Thai with my family and let me tell you, this is the spot to go for Halal Korean BBQ in the Queens and Long Island area. Staff super nice and friendly. We talked and confirmed everything is Halal, so no worry there. Outdoor seating they got, so make sure to check the weather. If it's summer, evening time is best. You can book online, but don't be late, they're strict about timing. Food? Amazing! The soup and BBQ items are standout. Rice, not so much my thing, didn't like the taste. But hey, it's all-you-can-eat. They give you plenty, but you can ask for more if you want. Planning to go back in winter for sure. This is the place to enjoy quality time with family and satisfy your Halal Korean BBQ cravings.

We made reservations and had the Halal Korean BBQ. As far as halal options go, the meats were very well flavored and cuts were really good, though could be a little better. The service was amazing with the guy serving us going way above and beyond to take care of us. He explained how to make the soups, cut all the beef and with a smile replenished any item we ran out of. The kids loved the flavors and so did the adults. Price is very fair for the quality - just one caution that seating is outside (we did not fully appreciate this during an evening of a heatwave) so may want to factor that in. Will be back!

Update 2: Went for Korean bbq with second group of people, great food and a very helpful server. Update: Recently visited again for Korean BBQ. First experience with that, loved the experience, loved the food, definitely recommend it Good food but the surf and turf is a scam. Served the tiniest shrimp they can find and steak was requested for medium but it came out very close to well done. Servers are very nice and helping

Loved eating at Eatzy Thai. They have a cozy interior and the seats were comfy enough. We didn't have to wait to get the seats and we didn't do any reservations beforehand. The dishes were tasty enough, the Pad thai being the best of the order. We also loved the mixed sizzler, it was very finely cooked and the spice balance was just perfect. Two tables were full including ours, and there was only one lady attendant who took care of the entire place. Though she was getting a bit delayed, but she was very efficient with taking orders, and catering to customer's needs. would definitely love to visit again!

Google
Came here just for a chill time and some good bites. WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! The waitress was very kind and attentive, but the food was the best. I got the mixed combo meat on a hot plate, and spicy shrimp rolls. So great. I have had the Korean BBQ in the past too and that was REALLY GOOD. Come hungry if you do it.

Google
I'll be frank, I hate Korean barbeque but tolerate it for my wife and her family. However, I couldn't stand this one. The ventilation system is definitely not up to code and felt like I was choking the entire time I was there. Service was phenomenal but they pretipped themselves 18% so they lived up to their own expectations I guess. Hard pass

Pictured: KBBQ & Hot Pot $40 per person, 90 minute slots, ALL YOU CAN EAT Eatzy Thai recently opened up a halal KBBQ & Hot Pot in NYC 😍 Reservations are currently on pause so keep checking their Instagram for updates as to when they begin again. The food was so delicious. They have Bulgogi, thinly sliced beef, Thai chicken, spicy chicken, and shrimp available. There is also a variety of sides such as fried rice, lettuce wraps, dipping sauces and lots of veggies. The service was amazing. It was about 90 degrees out when we went and they were kind enough to give complimentary Thai drinks for the group. There’s an authentic Korean chef to help guide you through the process. Definitely check them out and make a reservation as soon as they open back up, you won’t be disappointed! 🥢 Follow our insta: @nyc.halal for more halal food reviews!!

Yelp
In Astoria for a late lunch and discovered Eatzy Thai's amazing $9.99 All You Can Eat Buffet Special! First, loved the Green Coconut Curry with Chicken followed by the Flat Noodles with Chicken! There are also Pepper Chicken as well as Tofu Bok Choi dishes. Additionally, the buffet includes Tom Yum soup, green salad, and two types of rice - white and fried! All tasty and a great value, to enjoy in a relaxing modern space. Definitely will go back to Eatzy Thai! FYI - For those who keep Halal, Eatzy Thai has a certification for that.

Yelp
I spent 20+ dollars just on fried pineapple fried rice with limited pieces of chicken and app of four pieces of chicken plus shrimp fritters. I will not be returning . Disappointed

Nabiha M.

Yelp
Def would go back! Food is amazing. We got the Korean bbq AYCE floor $40. So much food and the beef is amazing! The only thing I would suggest is I wish they had some better decor in the back, the front of the restaurant is nice but the back is bland. But food wise great!

Misha T.

Yelp
This place serves halal hotpot and korean bbq in the back. Their hot pot broth isnt very tasty. And they dont have many sauces to pair with the bbq. When i went they also didnt have the lamb option. They charged me extra and i realized a big too late.

Mo A.

Yelp
I came here on Eid with my fiancé, because we wanted to eat Halal. We were really impressed by the photos of the KBBQ and hotpot on their website and yelp. To our utter shock, we had been catfished like we had never been catfished before in our lives. The beautiful backyard garden/patio was closed and we were asked to sit in a dingy little room. It gets worse, they didn't even have a gas or electric grill; instead they lit three catering candles under a steel plate. Our server brought us very sus looking shrimp, chicken and bulgogi; all precooked...they didn't have any other cuts of meat. The hotpot was so disgusting that we couldn't get past the first bite. We tried eating the bulgogi, but got sick after a few bites. Our server never came to check in on us. They say on their website that you have a 1.5 hour limit, we couldn't make it past 25mins. The cherry on top of this shit show is that they charge more than places like Gen KBBQ. I swear to god, I wanted to drown myself in a puddle because the disappointment was unbearable. I wouldn't tell a famished person to go eat here even if they gave the food away for free!

Austin K.

Yelp
I got takeout from here. The pad Thai was standardly good with decent portion size - the chicken was overcooked though so it was a bit dry. I also got the golden fritters, but the exterior was not very crispy and the inside was a little too dense for my liking.

Yelp
Not the usual KBBQ experience but a great halal option for the halal community! I went with family over the summer and meant to write this review earlier but it had just been sitting in my drafts. Oops! I think this business is fabulous because we went on a night where it poured unexpectedly, causing the outside dining area to turn into a waterfall attraction. The water got in everywhere it could and we all had to quickly act by moving the tables inward. The waiters helped us adjust so that we could keep enjoying our dinners. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their help during that chaotic, truly unexpected moment. Kudos to the waitstaff for their hospitality. As far as the food: It wasn't bad at all. I'm just used to an entirely different KBBQ and Hot Pot experience. Something that I hope the restaurant does, in the future, is allow their guests to choose the meats they want and to expand their broth options. It would have been nice to have a shrimp protein that night. But we only had chicken and beef. I liked that the waitstaff didn't wait to refill our meats but it got to a point that we didn't need anymore. It was probably the waitstaff that night, being more giving because of our experience with the rain. But if this happens on a regular, I advise the waitstaff to make sure they ask before they refill protein or it'll go to waste. As for the broths, they were pretty standard. No complaints. Just wish we had more options to choose from. And maybe that will come soon. So I'm excited to see how this will improve throughout its existence. Again, no real complaints from me. Just can't wait to see how this business will grow its outdoor KBBQ and Hot Pot experience!

Yelp
Decided to eat here with my family and was excited there was a new halal restaurant in Astoria. We ordered from the Thai menu and once we ordered the food first dish took 35 minutes to come out and the last dish took another 10 minutes. The food also lacked flavor, and was over cooked. The restaurant didn't seem like they cared much about their customers and how they run their business. I was very disappointed as I decided to try the restaurant and brought my whole family with me.

Jonathan C.

Yelp
I loved the pad thai lunch here! They provide a generous portion that was nicely packaged up and included a spring roll and other side dishes. The noodles were flavorful and cooked well, and everything was ready when I arrived for pick up.

Fateha A.

Yelp
Been here a few times but last night was the 1st time we got the eatzy sampler platter ($15) which comes with 2 spring rolls, 2 of the tiniest lollipop chicken pieces I've ever seen, 2 fried shrimp, & 2 fried meatballs. This is definitely not worth anywhere near $15. COMPLETE WASTE OF $, DO NOT GET. I only tried half a chicken meatball since there was 10 of us & we weren't expecting a baby sample considering the price. RIDIC, ABSOLUTELY RIDIC. Do I feel ripped off? ABSOLUTELY. The fries are ok, the basil fried rice is good, didn't try the pad Thai but heard it's ok. The steak was tough which we were warned it would be & the rice that came with the steak was really spicy. The tacos are great as usual, but I forgot to ask for no bell peppers this time as well. The pina colada was a bit too sweet but good otherwise.

Yelp
I have to start off my saying this place has some of the best service I've yet to encounter!! We made a reservation on OpenTable and when we walked in, they had literally set up everything we needed!! Most Kbbq or hot pot places, when you sit down, it's at least a 10-15 min wait for the water to boil or the meat to come out- here, everything was set and ready to go! They had all the options out for you to choose from and anything you wanted more of, they'd provide! They were constantly checking in and making sure things were to our liking and we really appreciated that. The staff was just beyond kind! Our favorite was the regular bulgogi meat and we REALLY enjoyed it! It was so flavorful! Also, their chicken was SO JUICY!!! I never order chicken at kbbq because it always comes out so dry... not this one! We were all SO impressed!! On top of that... some of the best dang French fries I've had in a hot minute. It was also my aunts birthday and they changed the music of the entire restaurant to a happy birthday song at the end and came out with an oreo cheese cake and a candle. They also have such a cute aesthetic layout. 10/10 would recommend! And, it's all halal :)

Fatima A.

Yelp
I come here every-time I come to NY! Seriously hot pot and Korean BBQ all in one?? So worth it! Reservations are required and they take a $10 deposit per person: They have it set up in a cute patio outside! You have 1.5 hours to eat and I think that's plenty of time. I thoroughly enjoyed everything they had, different meats, soups, rice. The owner was attentive and kept coming to change our grill. I would highly recommend going if you're in the area!

Jennifer C.

Yelp
it's def off like idk if it's over the years they changed chefs ? the food is diff not as good ..... they have a fake k bbq thing doing on . it's ok avg at best not a lot of choices of meats for the bbq .... reg menu is avg a lot of choices but i think they changed chefs or something food tasted odd and off the last time we went

Farzana Z.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place but I couldn't. I came here with a friend and we opted for the Korean BBQ option. It came with some pre-portioned meats as well as fried rice and a hot top broth. While this is "all you can eat", the initial food we received was more than enough for us and we didn't order anything extra. Note - they ever asked us what portion of food we wanted. We would have been happy to order a smaller portion for two people. Most BBQ places ask you how much food you want to avoid waste. They just brought out a ton of food. The food arrived in a set - again, we did not order anything extra at all or any extra meat, we only the had the initial set. We ate as much as we could and realized that it's too much for two people and asked to get the rest to go. They declined and said that they don't do takeout so that people don't take advantage of the "all you can eat" option. We pointed out that we hadn't ordered anything extra so there was no danger of us taking advantage of the all you can eat rule. They said no again and then said that they'd speak to the manager. They came back and said that we can pack our food to go but it would be an extra ten dollars per takeout container. We just did it to avoid wasting food. Btw, the person changing the grill seemed EXTREMELY precarious when picking up the hot charcoal grill to change it for a fresh one. I was terrified and leaning away.

Maria B.

Yelp
Made reservations for the HotPot/BBQ experience at 9pm, we were told to wait and eventually let in at 9:30. Nothing was as promised, they served precooked beef and chicken and the tabletop grills didn't even work. They didn't even bother plugging in the hotpot, and there was no outlet to plug it into either. The service was horrible too, no body came to take our order for drinks or sides either. The outdoor dining area is closed and the indoor space was so dirty. All of the utensils and the table were so grimy and had residue. Save your money, time, and mood because this place is a rip off!

Tajrian I.

Yelp
Ordered ribeye steak with stir fried noodles and Shirley temple. Both were great Service was good

Tina B.

Yelp
The star is for service. They tend to you politely. I wanted to like the food but its muchly standard for me. We spotted "thai" but its more like fuzion of korean and thai. They even asked us what kind of menu, "thai or korean?" That kinda threw me off.

Maria K.

Yelp
Was not expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. This is an all-you-can-eat Halal Korean BBQ restaurant ($40 per person). Your reservation gives you 1.5hr of all you can eat chicken, beef, shrimp, noodles, and more. The flavor on the meat marination was SO good. We also loved the noodle soup base. The environment outside is fantastic and service was great. There's also vegetarian options in their separate menu for those in your group who don't want meat. All the food was really, really good. Plus Halal Korean BBQ is so rare, so we really enjoyed the opportunity and experience of Korean BBQ. Service is super quick and kind. Overall highly recommend!

Ines G.

Yelp
Good fresh food and excellent service Great ambiance I have recommend the Fried Fish or the rib eye steak! I also recommend the Thai iced tea they make it fresh

Julian D.

Yelp
Came for the $40 All You Can Eat KBBQ/HotPot, was not disappointed. Owner was very attentive and very helpful, food (marinated chicken/beef/shrimp) was very great quality. The hotpot was good, but would be nice if there was an option to just get the KBBQ on its own for 5/10$ less. Also got thai Iced coffee and and thai tea and both were very good. Seating area was very clean and very well set up. Looking forward to KBBQ here again!

Sajal B.

Yelp
I was invited by a friend for HALAL Korean BBQ , this place is originally a Thai Restaurant. In the backyard they have started Korean BBQ and Hot Pot. You would definitely need to reserve it , there are about 3 tables of 4 and 1 big table of 8-10. I have been to other Korean BBQ that are non-halal and this keeps up. Only thing with others is that they have a larger selection of meat options. They have 4 options Chicken , Spicy Chicken , Beef and Shrimp. Definitely a must try for my Halal Eaters !! Service - 10/10 Very Helpful Ambiance- Its Outside Parking - Street Metered Reservation- Needed All Food is Zabiha Halal

Christian L.

Yelp
Food was good. Not the typical hot pot experience that you're probably used to. The waiter serves you preset items (beef, chicken, ramen, etc) that you can request as many times as you want. The stove is also from coal instead of electric. Overall, good experience.

John M.

Yelp
I'm very happy with this place i havent tried there regular thai menu but saw i how the service and the presentation was people say it taste good . im giving it a five based on the buffeti eat there every week now you have five items to choose from they allways fill up . they have my favorite greem curry , drunken noodle and chicken fried rice i eat like 5 plates and the it more on quantity over quality . the all you can eat buffet is 10 $ bucks. i live in woodside we dont have a thai buffet we have thai restaurant where it might taste better but ur getting less and paying more.

Aung Zaw M.

Yelp
We went there for Korean BBQ all you can eat, they only gave us 2 types of beef and chicken, and a shrimp. And some instant noodle with pepper and a meat ball cut in half for hot pot. We didn't get what they advertise out in the front like vegetables, tortillas and all other menus. We had to ask so many times for lettuce and kimchi(the only things anyone would expect to eat together in Korean BBQ) , as they gave us so little and had to wait longer in between the reorders, as there was only one staff serving all the table out in the backyard(not ideal for a BBQ experience), plus there was no exhaust and they didn't turn on the heater for us( it was cold that day). We were charged $40 per person and service fees, which we barely received. Overall such a bad experience for BBQ and feels like a scum.

Rianna R.

Yelp
Tried Eatzy for the first time as a delivery order tonight. My order was delayed about half an hour -- I appreciated the update that it would be late, but it also arrived only just barely warm. I placed an order for my go-to Thai dish, tofu pad kee mao. It tasted fine but was pretty one note, very peppery but without the depth of flavor I've seen in other spots around the area. Portion and price was as expected but wouldn't rush back here given better options in LIC.

Ivana A.

Yelp
Decided to give a shot to this place but drastically changed my mind. Food was horrible, smelly and place looks dirty, especially outside area where they grilled their food. Horrible experience!!! Will never ever eat at this place... Do not even try, you will lose your money and time.

Kelly-Mae S.

Yelp
You can never go wrong with a chicken fried rice. Even when it's bad it's till good. The rice was pretty basic, but it was a large serving so it was filling. My favorite part of the whole meal was the Thai iced tea. It wasn't overly sweet and had just enough milk. If I were to comeback to the restaurant it would mostly be for the vibe. They have an outdoor space in the back of the restaurant with nice decor making it feel very cozy. I really loved the ambiance! Pros Large portions Affordable prices Nice decor outback Polite staff Cons Hit or miss with some of the menu items

Sue C.

Yelp
My first experience ever having Korean BBQ And OH MY GOODNESS, they did not disappoint! Extra points for it being halal because one of my girlfriends is Muslim and was able to join us. The service was incredible- Kim really took care of us and the food was so dang good. We had such a great time and left out of there so stuffed! It was worth every penny. A heads up for all of you.. make a reservation first and also they do not serve alcohol! But believe me, the food makes up for it!

Jahanzeb M.

Yelp
Delicious . Their thai is really good and also the lychee ice thai tea is a must try .

Sumyia H.

Yelp
I love Korean BBQ. Having tried countless spots in LA, I was super excited when I heard a Halal version opened up in NYC. Our table outside was already set up with a heated grill, marinated beef, two types of marinated chicken, spicy marinated shrimp, kimchi, fried rice, fries, lettuce, chili sauce, and a huge hotpot with half spicy Tom yum soup and half ramen. All the meats were flavorful and juicy. The shrimp had a perfect amount of heat, and service was great. As soon as we got through one plate of meat another was already brought to the table. The Tom Yum hot pot had an amazing deep flavor with the perfect amount of tangy ness. The beef in the soup melted in my mouth immediately. Truth be told I was totally caught off guard and overwhelmed with the food and service. This is a must try for all the halal foodies out there!

Sara E.

Yelp
My family and I were craving Thai cuisine so we decided to give this place a try. The space was small and adorbs. The hostess was friendly and we were seated immediately. We ordered Spring rolls for appetizers, they were delicious, crunchy, and oil-free which I loved. For the Entrees, we had Pad Kee Mao, Chicken tacos, and steak. The steak was chewy and way too hard to bite into. Pad Kee Mao was good. The service wasn't great. Our waitress didn't look happy at all and she had an attitude since she forgot to bring us plates and silverware and we had to ask. Also, my daughter was still eating and she wanted to take her plate and gave us the check right after. RUDE! Overall: It wasn't the best service, the food was ok, I will probably go back to give them another chance since I live in Astoria and I love to support my community. However, it won't be anytime soon.

Iffath K.

Yelp
I went there with friends. Service was terrible. First of all waitress didn't bring us any plates and cutlery/napkins. We had to ask. When ordering for appetizer we asked if they have chicken dumplings. Was told no. Then asked if the have shumai. That too wasn't there. We ordered one large soup and 4 main meal. They brought our meals at the table before soup. We had to remind them for it. So we had to canceled it. Ohh Waitress had attitude . I asked to take out ice from my Thai ice tea nicely and she never did. She told me I should have told her that before. Which I should have. My mistake but I feel like she should have taken it out after I told her. Specially when she kept making mistakes Prices were good tho and food was alright. Hopefully they are going to improve

Michael C.

Yelp
Eatzy Thai has had a string of negative reviews, but I decided I should give the restaurant a chance. I was not disappointed. My wife and I had ordered the Stir fried beef fire ramen and it was crazy good! I never knew stir fried ramen could be so tasty. It made me wonder, why were all these negative reviews about the food? After the trial run we decided to order some more. We ordered the, pineapple fried rice, ribeye steak with green curry sauce on the side, fried tofu and again, it did not disappoint! The ribeye was tender and juicy, pineapple fried rice was a little sweeter than expected but it tasted great with beef! The ambiance was okay, pretty decorations and a whiteboard for specials that I believe the waitresses hand wrote. The service was excellent and gave us everything we needed quickly and efficiently! I would definitely come back and everyone should give it a chance!

Aisha M.

Yelp
Eatzy is overrated and at best is a good last resort if you are in the area. It's always crowded in here and I'm not sure why. The food is good, but it's not amazing. I initially went here for the hotpot, but the wait was too long. They were out of all Dumpling options by 7pm. I had the Beef Sizzler and it was a huge let down. The Chicken Fire Ramen was okay. The Tamarind Wings were really good and the Chicken Panang Curry was really creamy and delicious, but was very runny. I think they had too many customers and not enough waitresses and it was just a pain to get service from start to end. Also, try to finish all your food because they will give you a hard time if you ask for containers.

Arham B.

Yelp
Great for Halal KBBQ. Been wanting to try a Halal Hot Pot and KBBQ spot for a while so I was excited finally get a reservation here to try it! The flavors that the meats and shrimp were marinated with were amazing as well as the sides that were provided. Although I believe the meat cuts to be bulgogi (server never explained what all we got), they were very thick and it definitely was not viable to cook them in the *warm* soup, like you would hot pot. I say soup because in place of different broths you would have at hot pot, there was Tom Yum soup. Would have rather they just told us it was a side of soup rather than coming in with the expectation of hot pot. Aside from that, would definitely come back for the Korean bbq alone!

dondi g.

Yelp
Nothing really special. Food wasnt great so sorry. Didnt have too much variety to choose. But the service was great. The staff were polite and nice.

Teresa J.

Yelp
I gave this place a second try and I really regret it. The food was terrible. The basket that they placed our lettuce in for lettuce wraps smelled like it was sitting in rotting trash and was then brought to our table. The service was horrible. I had to keep getting up to get the waiter since he was sitting inside on his phone. The only good thing we got was the Thai iced tea. Never going here again .

Aleena A.

Yelp
Small store with a big heart! I did hot pot for 10 people and the whole table was ready with meat, rice, lettuce and condiments when we sat down, it was a sight to see! You have to deposit in advance for a reservation and it's deducted separately from your bill (I didn't realize and under charged my friends). The Thai Iced Tea tasted different from what we expected but still tasty. Lovely experience! My only time experiencing hot pot thanks to it being halal!

Rokeya B.

Yelp
I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went here for the Korean barbecue which is located in there backyard space. While sitting in the backyard space eating our food it started to rain and my whole table and I were soaking. First of all the restaurant should take rain and weather into consideration when having an outdoor space to prepare for rain/snow, we live in New York. It was such a terrible experience eating and then having to be soaking wet. On top of that instead of being courteous and reimbursing our meal, they offered to give us $4.00 drinks for free, that's ridiculous:. The food was okay as well. Please do not waste your time, good customer service is something they truly lack. Extremely disappointed.

Nazmus S.

Yelp
Amazing food, very friendly people. Good price range and the place looks amazing. Definitely recommend.

Navin O.

Yelp
Ordered dinner for my husband at this cute little restaurant, and the servers are so friendly and fun, very cheerful and entertaining , I would definitely recommend this place for your Thai cravings, based on flavor and customer service P.s. we ordered the chicken pad see ew

Clyde B.

Yelp
Just about a 3.51-star review. It's really time for Yelp! to implement half-stars. But before I complete this review, let's pour one for Leng's. Was it the best Thai in the area? Nah. But it was consistent and portions (at least for me) were always pretty good. There was also a duck dish that I thought was great. A decade+ and it's gone. So here's Eatzy Thai taking the location. We've always had Thai restaurants here. Just across Hero Thai, which was 3E which was... another Thai spot beforehand. There's Pye, Enthaice, and the spot on Steinway that used to be Red Basil. Tons of competition. Passed by for a lunch special and go the Pad Kra Prao Over Rice. There's 5 levels of "spicy" and I got level 3. To me it had a good kick. And I don't know if it's my fault but it could have come with a choice of meat. Unfortunately, I don't think I said anything and was just given mixed veggies? You could either have a coke or spring roll and I got the spring roll. The taste is fine, there is an actual spice flavor which kind of overpowered the garlic but I can taste the hint of basil. The spring rolls weren't bad either, nothing mind blowing. For someone who pretty much IFs, the portion was kind of teeny... (I ended up cooking eggs to add on). BUT at the same time I was satiated. You could honestly get Chinese takeout for half the price and be filled as well. But I don't think I've been to a Chinese takeout that had the kind of strong flavor Pad Kra Prao had. Food came out pretty quick and service was nice.

Yelp
Came here a few weeks ago with my college friend who is extremely religious. So it was a must that we found a Halal food. It was so refreshing to be able to find a place that is Halal and also Thai! Maybe not authentically Thai, but definitely at least having halal Thai tasting food readily available was such a blissful find. To start we got chicken tacos to share which themselves was very much filling even for the two of us. Then we each got our entrees which by then I was actually too full (from the tacos and from the Thai iced tea that I basically inhaled because I was so thirsty) to even eat my entree. I ordered the curry and my friend got the noodles. Both of our dishes were just okay, but the major plus side is that they give a lotttt of food. Each dish is definitely enough for two people. So we both definitely had a bunch to go back home with. The food was overall decent tasting but this is an otherwise good place simply because it's halal (since there is a very limited halal cuisine options in general) and because of how much food you get for how much you actually pay. I probably won't come back again because I don't eat strictly halal food but this is probably a good spot for those who do.

Yelp
Bought chicken tom yam soup to try for the first time. Got it to go, opened the box and got a weird stench. Soup was extremely bad and not edible.

Yelp
The service has become terrible. And the workers are very rude. They charge you extra for not taking ice in your drink 0.0... the food became garbage. It was alright back in the days, just terrible now.

Yelp
I went there tonight with some of my friends and initially they asked for a $10 deposit per person. i thought ok that's fine because some places do that for reservations. we get to the Resturant it is really hot and humid, again understandable because of the multiple cooking stations. The food was extremely bad. the experience of Korean BBQ was overhyped in which none of us enjoyed it at all. the taste and service was below par. at $40 per person I believe this is too expensive with us having to cook our own food. the soup was ok but after a while my stomach began to hurt. we paid over $200 and I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed from everything. i definitely do not recommend and will not be going back. I wish I could get a refund as the expectations were high but the quality was horrible.

Yelp
Made a reservation at 7pm online since they don't take reservations any other way. Should have known this place is sketchy from that. Walked in and our table wasn't ready we were told we have to wait 30 mins for the table we pre paid $80 for. The hostess said she has nothing to do with that. Then who does ? I asked for a manager and there was no manager on sight. SURPRISE......Sat down there's no menu. No water. Our hot pot came out 45 minutes into dinner this place is ridiculous. We asked for fries which never came out either. We paid $200 for shitty service and shitty food. Will NOT recommend this place. Will NOT come back. Better off going to sagor Chinese if you want Asian cuisine. Smh
