Purchased a Professional Slim laptop backpack - the bag itself gets a 5 star, its awesome in every way. Unfortunately I dont still have mine because of the terrible customer service and my lack of wanting to go through a nightmare over again.
The bag I ordered was sent used - I know this because it had someone else's stuff in it (images from a wedding photo booth, chapstick, brochures, business cards, hair ties). When I received the bag I called to inform them that it was someone elses bag and that I was pretty grossed out. After a 45 minute conversation it was determined that I would not have enough time to get a replacement bag sent to me before my international trip. I was told to "use" this bag and return it after I got back - yep... not gonna happen. I used a different bag for my trip and returned the original. As the first agent (Tiffany) that I spoke to didnt follow through with what we agreed to (sending a return label), I had to call a second time in which I was finally sent the return label and assured that I would get my replacement bag as soon as they received the original bag back. However, I had to reach out a third time after they received the bag only to find out that they are NOT going to send a replacement bag, but instead will be giving me a full refund. I was told, "our system says you were aware of this refund" - would I really be reaching out about my replacement bag IF I WAS AWARE?!
Bottom line, I still dont have a bag or a refund and they want me to reorder and start over the whole process. Nope, I will go elsewhere and find a different bag.
The bag was amazing, but not amazing enough to overcome the more than abysmal amount of terrible customer experience.
