I bought the regular size professional slim laptop backpack a few days ago and I love it. It's great for organizing all your technology for a trip or for work. I love the fact that the inside of the backpack is orange which makes it very easy to find things. I also find it to be very useful to organize all my items for when I go to school. I'm definitely interested in their suitcases and other travel items. Inside my package, they included a $100 wine voucher and a $50 gift card for hello fresh.

Ebags backpacks and packing solutions came highly recommended to me. Unfortunately, the items ordered in mid-December 2021 still have not arrived. Worse, my emails to their help center have not been answered personally, and the tracking links also show no progress. Telephone calls have also not been answered. I simply would like an honest reason for the delay, as I still have faith in Ebags' products. The delays from Covid and supply chains are understandable, but their failure to respond is not.

I bought the MKF Collection by Mia K. Farrow Maggie Denim Hobo (Blue) for $24.74, before tax and shipping on 4/24/2020, and it arrived on the 29th. Order number is 34719305. It is the worst bag I have ever owned; very poor and crooked stitching, fraying thread, and very thin fabric in the interior. The reason I picked this bag, is because I liked how it looked, and saw that the comp value was shown as $199.00, expecting one of reasonable quality. I emailed customer service about my disappointment, their response was: "the Comp. Value prices refer to our good-faith estimate of the prevailing suggested retail price for the same item found at other retailers" Over the many years that I have been buying purses/bags, I have never encountered another bag that was priced at $199.00 that was of such blatant poor quality, They advised me that I could return this, however this piece of junk however is not worth my effort or time.

Very Poor customer service, I had a bag shipped in a box the was accordion damaged breaking all the tape and crushing the internal frame backpack, the second was shipped in a plastic bag no protection and it was run over with tire prints. The Third backpack arrived yet again in a Bag and customer service was not willing to help when asking for a supervisor. I have half of a mind to return the last bag and go pay full price at Scheel's with great customer service.

Purchased a Professional Slim laptop backpack - the bag itself gets a 5 star, its awesome in every way. Unfortunately I dont still have mine because of the terrible customer service and my lack of wanting to go through a nightmare over again. The bag I ordered was sent used - I know this because it had someone else's stuff in it (images from a wedding photo booth, chapstick, brochures, business cards, hair ties). When I received the bag I called to inform them that it was someone elses bag and that I was pretty grossed out. After a 45 minute conversation it was determined that I would not have enough time to get a replacement bag sent to me before my international trip. I was told to "use" this bag and return it after I got back - yep... not gonna happen. I used a different bag for my trip and returned the original. As the first agent (Tiffany) that I spoke to didnt follow through with what we agreed to (sending a return label), I had to call a second time in which I was finally sent the return label and assured that I would get my replacement bag as soon as they received the original bag back. However, I had to reach out a third time after they received the bag only to find out that they are NOT going to send a replacement bag, but instead will be giving me a full refund. I was told, "our system says you were aware of this refund" - would I really be reaching out about my replacement bag IF I WAS AWARE?! Bottom line, I still dont have a bag or a refund and they want me to reorder and start over the whole process. Nope, I will go elsewhere and find a different bag. The bag was amazing, but not amazing enough to overcome the more than abysmal amount of terrible customer experience.

DO NOT USE EBAGS - I loved the bags I got from them, however when part of a zipper broke on one bag and I tried to contact them for a warranty claim, I get nothing. Four contacts over a month from me without a single response! (and, yes, I checked spam). I used their contact form and their email for warranty claims and no response. HORRIBLE!!

Ebags sells inferior products and font stand behind them, they tell you to deal with the manufacturer, they say no deal with ebags. Second boot bag failed..no one takes responsibility...they should get rated a zero star.... terrible company..

Discounts are a farce. Try to apply any discount and they don't work with any item marked as an "everyday deal." Since virtually every item they sell is marked as a "everyday deal," chances are if they send you some kind of discount, it isn't going to work - it is just a farce to get you to their online store....
