Food was very good! This was my first time tasting Japanese oriented food. Our appetizers were absolutely delicious, plates were very clean and not dirty! (My Favorite). And the female taking our order was very punctual and polite. Totally great atmosphere, for someone new to the experience it felt traditional.

Good service. I got a lunch combo with some sushi and pork cutlet. The sushi was decent quality and the fish was cut rather generously for the price. The cutlet was a perfectly breaded and fried piece of pork of unusually high quality and flavor, one of the best I've ever had. The Japanese fishing boat themed decor was, well very unique to day the least.

Always come by this place when craving sushi in Little Tokyo. Very reasonably priced sushi, I typically spend $30 to feel full and drink a little too. The walls are covered in restaurant promotions. Interior is themed like a wooden ship. The employees are super friendly. Steamed peanuts served at the tables. Ramen is not their forte but everything else is super. Tons of fun Japanese bottled alcohols that you can't find in other places. I always feel good leaving this place. Parking is close by, walk a couple blocks.

Absolutely authentic Japanese Izakaya. Come and try out some Happy Hour dishes if you are not sure what to order. The delicious grilled Mackerel goes sp well with Sake.

Wide variety of foods I haven't easily found in other resurants. All of it was very tasty, but I am taking a star off because I feel like they charged more based on the atmosphere and the area they are in than because the food is exceptionally good. It was for sure good, just not as good as the prices lead me to hope for.

Perfect place for more obscure traditional Japanese dishes. Not the best sushi/fish around Little Tokyo, but everything is solid and tasty. Chicken Nanban is on point 👈

One of my favorite places in Little Tokyo. They have something for everyone and their fish is always fresh. Very casual atmosphere, affordable and great for food and drinks.
