It was an incredible experience having the 7-course menu with wine pairing. The small appetizers were fantastic … but some of the main dishes were only okay. Fantastic presentation. Each food in a special dish ware (you can see the photos look awesome!). But most of the fish dishes were just okay - I was expecting something more. Like the zucchini flower and the lamb: exquisite!!! Amazing flavor and textures. The desserts were also just okay. It was my first experience at a Michelin restaurant, so I was expecting a very high standard on all dishes. The service and attention to detail was top! I would be willing to return and give it another go.

Great service wonderful presentation of artsy food made with local organic ingredients. They catered toward my gluten allergy. Yummy food.

Even though we only chose the 3 course lunch menu there were many surprises and amuse-bouches served. We loved the creativity, the decor, the service, the crockery, the flavours, the presentation... Everything basically. One of the best meals I've ever had.

It was the highlight of our visit to Montpellier. We had the 7-course dinner tasting menu and enjoyed every dish - beautiful presentation, textures and depth of flavour in each sauce/broth. The service was warm, intimate and unpretentious, we felt like we were in a friend’s private dining room. Well done to the team!

Incredible. Hidden gem. Best meal we had in Montpellier... best meal possible anywhere, actually. We went two nights in a row. The food is absolutely perfect. Every wine is excellent. Atmosphere classy yet relaxed. Best of all, the service was impeccable and sympathetic. Our hostess even remembered that I don’t like onions and love chocolate! Suggest the corn with Rochefort, ginger duck, and chocolate caramel dessert. I don’t know if this place is Michelin rated, but it definitely should be.

A Must-Do in Montpellier. This restaurant is definitely a must do in Montpellier! With its raving popularity you must book in advance to explore the refined cuisine that chef Boris has to offer! The restaurant offers a crafted menu that is tailored with its local offerings and allows you to discover regional taste . I truly appreciated the creativity but moreover the audacity of the menu-- you are always beyond surprised. Everything was mouthwatering! Enough about the food, Let's discuss the service. This was my second time at Ébullition and it is remarkably one restaurant that I recommend for its impeccable service. The menu is first presented in its elegant gastronomical jargon but then explained in plain language. Honestly, how many times have you been to a gastronomic restaurants and by the time you start enjoying your food you have no idea what you are about to eat!? The team was super welcoming, adaptive (because we had a 4 month old baby with us) , and beyond professional! I truly suggest that if you are planning to be in the Southern part of France around Montpellier area to try this gem of restaurant! From a big fan!
