It’s always a great experience when I shop at this location. Nitzia and her team is always professional and informative about the different types of shoes. And this weekend they are honoring educators for a back to school discount🧑‍🏫 🌸🧿I cannot pick a better shoe brand to wear.

The reason I am posting this review because of the generosity of ECCO corporate., I work for a company that sets up Ecco booth at shoe shows and they gave us a choice of any shoe THANK YOU SO MUCH I AM IMPRESSED WITH MY NEW SHOES ,, THEY PUT ALL OTHER BIG NAMED SHOES TO SHAME!!! Check these out WOW BEST MADE SHOE I HAVE EVER WORN,, BUY A PAIR U WILL BE AMAZED

If it were possible to rate this place with 10 stars, I would not hesitate to do so. My experience with Marty was more than just satisfying—it was truly outstanding. Marty's depth of knowledge about the products was evident, and she provided an excellent service that helped me find the perfect shoe for my father as an early father's day gift. Her understanding of the product range and ability to match it with customer needs made my shopping experience an absolute breeze. Marty's customer service skills were exceptional—she went over and beyond the typical expectations, leaving no stone unturned to ensure that I found the best possible shoe that catered to all of my requirements. Her dedicated assistance and friendly approach made the whole process enjoyable and successful.

Beautiful restaurant, fantastic food, staff so welcoming and just a joy to get to know. They laughed when we knew the number of the table we would like to sit at for dinner.

The customer service at this store is absolutely horrible! The female sales associate at the counter was extremely rude. My wife purchased two pairs of shoes for me as a Christmas gift, and the sales associated gave her the wrong size. I accompanied her to return the shoes, and the sales associate tried to give us every reason why they couldn't be returned. I never wore the shoes because they were too small, and they were being exchanged well within the allowed time frame. I exchanged one pair, but they didn't have the other pair my size. She was so rude that I told her not to bother ordering the other pair for me. I couldn't wait to get out of the store and take my money elsewhere. I love the ECCO product, but I would strongly recommend purchasing online and avoiding this store! When I returned home, I ordered the other pair online and had them mailed to my home. I just took the time to read through the other reviews after posting my experience. It seems that this has been a consistent problem for at least NINE YEARS! I'll never return to this store, and I recommend that you do the same.

I was able to get top notch service from the manager Nitzia.. she showed me how to clean my shoes and what shoe I should try for my plantar fasciitis so I ended up purchasing a Biom. Before I left she cleaned my shoes such great service!!

DO NOT BUY THEIR GIFT CARDS!!! They will only let you use the card in store AND refuse to have the shoes you are interested in sent to the store. So you basically have to drive to the store for them to order the shoes for you. They were also very short with me when I was trying to get clarification on this. I emailed corporate and was told the same thing. I don't mind going to the store to see and try on the shoe in person, but going there and NOT seeing or being to try them on is absolutely ridiculous.

Ecco shoes are my go to brand so when my wife and I traveled to Atlanta recently we took the opportunity to visit the Lenox Mall store. We both found some outstanding new footwear that we are loving. What set our visit apart from other retailers was the exceptional service and attention provided to us by our sales associate, Terrence! Terrence's attention, patience and pleasant demeanor were refreshing and made our shopping experience an exceptional one. Thank you Terrence! We appreciate you for taking such great care of us and wish you continued success in all that you do!

Worst Staff Ever!...Do Not Spend One Penny At this Sorry excuse for a store, The Management and Staff are Totally Inept!

These guys don't know anything about shoes. I have been wearing Ecco shoes for 30 years and know more about their products than they do. I had a pair of shoes the soles fell apart. They were rarely worn and only 12 months old. They told me to send the shoes back to Ecco for inspection. I should not have to do that. Maybe I should go try Mephisto or Samuel Hubbard.

Big fan of Ecco shoes. Good selection of Ecco. staff not as knowledgeable as the folks at Bennie's Shoes. Rather give my money to the small family owned business than the corporate owned store.
