Yelp
Overall? Really impressed. They delivered the full package, ambience, attentive service, and a menu with some standout highs. The space strikes a nice balance between elevated and approachable, and the experience felt thoughtfully curated from start to finish. I'd absolutely return for another round

We had:
House Bread (5/5):
Phenomenal. Crisp on the outside, light and fluffy inside, this bread was unexpectedly one of the best parts of the meal. Served with a lightly whipped butter that melted perfectly into each bite, it was dangerously good. Honestly, it could've been an entree on its own. I had to actively stop myself from going back for more
Sweet Fire Cauliflower (5/5):
Absolute standout. Perfectly crispy, with a texture that felt straight out of a Korean fried chicken joint. The sweet and spicy flavor was bold but balanced, coating each bite without making it soggy. Hands down the must order dish
Fried Spinach (4/5):
This dish had great potential and mostly delivered. The spinach was lightly fried and flavorful, with a nice savory base. The combo of red onion, cauliflower, and broccoli gave it some body, and the chile lime vinaigrette added a zippy, tangy brightness that kept it interesting. But what it really needed was more crunch. A little more texture would have taken this from good to amazing. Still, it's a creative, bold side that's worth a try
Bone Marrow Carne Asada (2/5):
This dish felt like it came from an entirely different kitchen, and not in a good way. The bone marrow was barely there, both in flavor and portion, and the generous heap of onions on top made it seem like they were trying to hide that fact. The carne asada itself was fine at best, underseasoned and forgettable. The bread it came with was serviceable, but I actually ended up using the house bread instead (which says a lot). Definitely the weak link of the night and an easy pass next time
Zabuton (4.5/5):
Tender, rich, and packed with deep beef flavor, this zabuton cut delivered. The marbling was spot on, and it melted beautifully with each bite. Just a touch more char or contrast would've made it perfect, but was still a top tier steak worth savoring
