Leasing an apartment here soon, but the communication from the leasing office has been a bit disappointing so far. I have been trying to reach someone for several days to ask a few simple questions, but haven’t been able to get through during business hours. I’ve also left voicemails and sent follow-up emails that haven’t received a response yet.
The property itself seemed well maintained, which is why I’m looking forward to living here. I just hope the responsiveness from the leasing office improves moving forward, as the initial experience has been a little frustrating.
