Echo Park

Major parking problem. Parking lot is always packed and if you live in the main building you have to park in the bottom lot 90% of the time. The EV spots have non EV cars parked in them every single night. There are cars blocking the parking lot roads by parking on the curb and they never tow like they say they will. The dog back carousels are always empty and there are packages left in every entrance as well as food deliveries left in entries for days. Maintenance can take weeks or months on end and have to request multiple times for them to come visit. People smoking on balconies and in the building make the halls smell awful and if they don’t smell like smoke they will smell like dog pee most of the time.

Echo park is the best apartment complex I've lived in here in Omaha. I have lived at 4 others and they just do not compare. The staff here is so friendly and willing to help and the facilities are all very nice. The pool area feels like it belongs at a resort. The gym even has a separate room for yoga or a stationary bike. The parking garage stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer and the prices here are beyond fair. As long as I live in Omaha this is where I want to be!

I had a short lease due to a move from Omaha to Lincoln for a new job. Ashlyn has been super helpful and has help guide me through the process. Her level of professionalism and help has been next level. Highly recommend this community! Everyone is friendly; The community is super clean, comfortable and quiet. If you’re looking for a place in Southwest Omaha, this should be your only stop! The amenities are plentiful. The calendar of events is full. This is how community/apartment living should be. I appreciate how engaged the property management is with its community.

The management here is amazing! They’re helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. We got a unit we didn’t think we were getting, and they were very helpful in switching our units.

These apartments are still actively under construction. Construction workers actively walk through the building during the day. The parking lot is way to tight. There is dust and debris everywhere. The pool is not finished. There is no dog park and the view is of a dirt lot. They charge full rent even though not everything is finished. Not all the appliances were hooked up when I moved in. These might be nice when they're finished but absolutely don't think about it until the construction is done.

Very pleased with this whole complex. Great people, fantastic environment and apartment views. Most recently we had our guest shower that started to get noisy, HOWEVER.. after turning in a maintenance request while out for dinner, we came home to find that it had already been fixed and replaced within the hour! Highly recommended and by far levels ahead of any other place we have lived! Nick got it fixed and taken care of right away

My daughter lived here for one year. The good: nice, clean modern apartment; nice pool. The not so good: her unit was along a very busy main thoroughfare so there was constant traffic noise. The bad and the reason for this 2-star rating: She was on the 3rd floor. As a foster mom, she had a foster baby whom I helped with often. When the elevator broke in April, management allowed the elevator to be out of service until August 31 (due to “circumstances beyond our control” “thank you for your patience and understanding” “sorry for the inconvenience” yeah yeah right). She intentionally chose this complex because it had an elevator and she knew she would have foster children. How convenient it was to haul baby, car seat, groceries up flights of stairs. (The family with 5 children on the 3rd floor moved out during this time, no surprise!) The day she had movers come get her furniture, one of the movers said he used to work at a different apartment complex under the same management and they allowed an elevator to remain out of service for 2 years in a building with many elderly residents. I have a hard time believing in a city like Omaha it really took 4 months to get a part to repair an elevator to accommodate their residents. The not-so-funny end to the story is that the day I helped her move out, I clocked 77 flights of stairs and then at 4:45 pm, the email was sent announcing the elevator was fixed! Seriously?!

Emma in the leasing office is so kind and helpful every time I call and the 2 maintenance guys here are also very helpful and kind. I have yet to have any issue and I’m going on 2 years here. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a nice and well maintained place to live!
