My experience living here in unit #214 from 2022-2023 was horrible overall it ruined my whole pregnancy experience from the fridge not ever working, to dishwasher overfilling, to roof leaking and creating mold. Food would spoil before expiration date, freezer never froze! A lot of my food/groceries wasted all because of bad management at the time,(managers were very aware) maintenance came 3-4 times to “fix” it but it would go right back to bad the next day! Until they got new management that were nice enough to give me a newer fridge after 9 months!! Roof leak was never fixed and dishwasher was never fixed either. Goodluck

I had a roach infestation and the apartment management did not address the situation for three months. The maintenance crew also threw out the flower pots/planters off my porch because it "didn't look nice and the direction was to toss trash." Fortunately, the workers did go back into the trash and return the planters after I called and complained. The best part about this complex is its location to the Bishop Arts District, and how close it is to the interstate to get downtown quickly.

I have visited and purchased 2 automobiles with Echo Park. Both of my sales guys were awesome! But I have to say by far Vin at the Plano location was AMAZING!!! He did everything in his abilities to secure my choice of automobile and assisted me with the financial aspect as well! The finance team Larry thank you as well for all the work…and anyone else that assisted me THANK YOU SO Much!!!!! I truly recommend this place.
