Best experience at a Michelin star restaurant in Paris. The welcome, the details of the waiters. From the beginning, it was very special. Every detail in each dish was extremely carefully taken care of, balance in flavors, textures, colors, and smells. The order of the menu was very harmonious, a great journey through the chef's taste. The server and at the same time sommelier made the dinner better. Good wine recommendation, a place to repeat.
