eCreamery Ice Cream & Cookies

This ice cream store was wonderful on all levels. The servers were knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of our gluten-free needs with care. The product was perfect for all age groups. The ambience was relaxing.

I have an annual tradition of surprising my sisters and mom with advent calendars. Each year I try to choose something different, and over the past 10 years of doing this I've had some hits and some misses. When I saw the eCreamery advent calendar, I knew this one was likely to be a hit. But I didn't know just how great it would be! First, I had some hesitation because my family was going on a trip together right when the calendars were set to be shipped out, and no one would be home to put them in the freezer! I reached out via email and got a response from Taylor almost immediately, reassuring me that she could set our packages to go out a little bit later to make sure they arrived when someone could take care of them. I'm so grateful, and they arrived the day we all got home, so it was perfect! My family was so excited when they opened the boxes and saw the flavors, and that every flavor was unique! One of my sisters of course immediately tried one (or more, she wouldn't confirm) -- there's always one in every family. The one who "cheated" replied she'd had the Coffee Toffee flavor and "If it was 25 days o coffee toffee I'd be fine with it cuz it was so good." The rest of us endured the wait, and it was well worth it. Every day so far has been incredible, and a flavor I'd absolutely want to try again! The size of the ice creams are perfect, just enough for one person to enjoy! (My other sister has to battle her husband for dibs on the flavor of the day, but that's a problem for her to solve.) They're packaged in such a lovely, secure way, too, with clear labeling. The ice creams are so creamy and jam-packed with toppings. And so far the flavors have been so fantastic but so different, from salted caramel to lemon sorbet! Every day is a new, special treat! And the 25th is a full pint of deliciousness! I may just have to order this one for myself every year as a special lead-up to the holidays. I feel like a genius for tripping across this advent calendar because it's really been a bonus for me to have a little snack every night when the holiday season can be exhausting. I highly recommend snatching up one of the 200 limited edition advent calendars next year as soon as you get the chance!

My family and I finally got around to trying the ice cream here but unfortunately we thought the place was just okay at best. I was very surprised to see such a limited selection of ice cream flavors. My mint cookie was very much lacking on the cookie part. I got a one scoop cone and ended up with twice as much ice cream as my husband and daughter got in their one scoop dishes. The employees weren't very friendly either.

We had a nice time at ecreamery. It is our local ice cream shop in the area and they never disappoint. My wife got a cone to go of the shark bait I believe and I got a pint of the butter brickle for home for later. Staff was friendly and the shop has a nice esthetic and they use the limited space well. It’s our preferred ice cream shop in Omaha and convenient to walk to for us in warmer months and times. Definitely will keep patronizing it.

We were in town for an event and did a quick search for ice cream on our way out after getting gas. When we pulled up, I was pleased with the look of the building. Now, when you order ice cream from Dairy Queen, you know what you're ordering most of the time. Going somewhere new, it takes a moment to understand the menu. We had also never had Gelato. This created some questions. We had obviously never been here before. The shop itself was ADORABLE. The staff, not so much. They didn't seem to be enthused with our simple questions. They also weren't overly helpful, which is unfortunate. In fact, they seemed bothered that we had questions, even though there were two of them working and not one other customer in the store. They were also priced quite high. I believe one scoop was like $3.55 plus tax. That's a couple bites for the average person. The ice cream itself was decent, nothing I would brag about. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back.

My husband and I saw this on Shark Tank and I love ice cream so I figured it was worth a shot. I placed the order and just a few days later it arrived which was great! The ice cream tasted fantastic, my only complaint is the peanut butter ice cream tasted pretty plain. We agreed we could get this for way cheaper around the corner, and better, too. For 4 pints of ice cream shipped to us it was almost $85. We're glad we tried it but it was a one and done for us

I sent personalized birthday pints to my son in law for his birthday while his boys were visiting from out of town. I have sent eCreamery previously and it is a very sweet gift. I made a big deal of it as they live in a hot climate. With two boys and a newborn they were juggling a lot and I made sure they would be around for delivery, but the delivery never came as promised on his birthday. I didn’t receive notice from eCreamery that it would be late. I checked fedex (the carrier) to see that it was routed elsewhere. Long story short…the product arrived two days late, not dry ice, pints melted and one pint completed destroyed. This was SO disappointing. While they did refund my money, it doesn’t replace the fun of receiving ice cream. They could have replaced it for free (I have ordered several times previously). Any way….will not be using this service in the future.

Great flavor options!! Very delicious, one of my favorite ice cream places in Omaha. It is located in a very cute area! Peanut butter cup is tasty. You get more in a single scoop cone than dish if you are trying to get your moneys worth! VERY hip!

Wow! Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. I actually found out about them through Shark Tank which I believe was a decade ago! Since then we go for celebrations or just the random Tuesdays because it's only $2/scoop those days. Pro tip: you can get half scoops so try different flavors. Or, get seperate containers of one scoops (as it's cheaper than their double + scoops on the Tuesday special). The staff is always friendly and helpful. They even allow you to try the flavors (which most parlors do yet this one has employees who don't judge if you want to try more than a couple flavors). The quality of the ice cream is excellent. They do use artificial food coloring which our family doesn't do so we haven't tried all their flavors like the lemon but I hear it tastes great. This is a staple when visiting Omaha and if you live here and haven't tried - get out there soon! Oh and they also have vegan options which was great when we gave up dairy for awhile to still have a sweet treat for celebrations.

A Shark Tank business, their Shark Bait flavored ice cream offer a taste of the original concept for personalized and specialty lens that can be enjoy locally or shipped anywhere in the country. Friendly service, accompanied by delicious ice cream, and both indoor or outdoor seating, makes for an enticing dessert stop. Excellent and Oeni weather check out the eCreamery!

I got this ice cream at a super nova's game, and it was amazing! It was a larger portion than expected, which I appreciate. Of course, at a sports game, it was highly priced, but it was worth it in the moment! This is a great addition to the stadium!

I am updating my review to 5 stars. Our order had some issues but I can really appreciate a company with good customer service these days. Sadly its rare to find good customer service but Taylor reached out with several options to help make it right. Mistakes happen and I really appreciate how they handled this one.

Great ice cream. Had something called shark bait (at least shark was in the title). They have lots of toppings and are generous with tastings. And of course we all know that Warren Buffet and Paul McCartney were here! Ample seating outside -mostly benches but a few tables and plenty of seating inside. Try their challenge-I think you have to eat a dozen scoops in 20 minutes -haha! Too much for me but some might be up for it. A tasty treat on a hot day

What's better than eCreamery in Dundee? Leaving a restaurant downtown and finding an eCreamery truck by the curb! Great service! Great flavor offerings! You're gonna think I'm crazy, but I don't know you...I don't need your judgement; crazy internet stranger... Vanilla Bean. Just a solid, authentic flavor. Great consistency in each bite. Not too cold to spoon feed...just soft enough to melt with each bite. Great size for walking around and people watching. Great location for grabbing a treat with no plan!

I absolutely love stopping into eCreamery! They have the most wonderful flavors and everything is always so tasty! Tonight we stopped in after a walk and each got our own cone. I can't recommend them enough! The Best in Omaha!

Service was friendly. Location is perfectly positioned at the corner of this cute little town. I was able to try as many flavors as I wanted which allowed me to choose what I really wanted for my full scoop! Seasonal options were available which is always fun.

Every time we're in the Dundee neighborhood, we always stop by to grab some ice cream. Great ice cream spot with lots of good flavor. This time I got the coffee caramel flavor and it was good. Staff is friendly and nice. On a hot day, I appreciate the coldness of the shop.

I wanted to love this spot, I much prefer a local ice cream shop to a franchise but... The place was filthy. Floors were gross and looked like they haven't been mopped in weeks. It just wasn't a feel good feeling walking into a gross establishment. And the ice cream. It was good, don't get me wrong, but there were four of us and two of us pulled hairs out of our ice cream. 50%. I will let one go but the fact half of us had hairs in our bowls says the hygiene of this store isn't great. Maybe we came at a weird time but even writing this review makes me cringe a little.

OH MY GOODNESS. I am a huge ice cream gal and I have a new local shop to add into our fav spots! The space was so bright and open--it wasn't too busy since we went later in the evening which was great because I could not decide what I wanted. There were so so many options--I tried a few different options and settled on the s'mores which was a s'mores lovers dream! I cannot wait to go back and try more flavors

Our family is a fan of the two dollar Tuesdays here-- great for a summer family outing. Love how involved they are with local Dundee events!

I wanted something more unique for a friend that recently had a baby. The quotes on the ice cream "Hello Baby", "Eat Sleep Cuddle", "Over The Moon, Grab A Spoon", and "2AM Feeding Fuel" were so creative and fun. I must say I STRESSED about the shipping of ice cream from Nebraska to Texas that was having over 100 degree weather. I reached out to eCreamery even though I had read on their website that the ice cream would arrive in perfectly frozen condition....Well it all arrived in a perfectly frozen state (and even sat outside my friends door as they were at a Dr appointment. My friends loved the ice cream, and they said the cookies were amazing. Job well done eCreamery!

The best ice cream! Cute shop with delicious ice cream! Staff were great! This was our first time here while moving our son to Omaha for dental school, we loved the coffee chocolate chip and mint chip! We will go back :)

I've been here a few times, but my last visit may have been my last....the ice cream wasn't quite as good as I remembered, and the staff was just generally unenthusiastic. I almost felt like a bother asking for samples (which is part of the fun of coming to an ice cream shop!). There are plenty of other destination ice cream spots in Omaha, that I probably won't seek this one out again.

Another first time in happening now and here. Cool setting on corner. Modern inside and kinda busy now with school girls thing apparently nearby. All is good here. We like some other places better in Omaha.

Awful experience. Waited a while to get waited on when my wife and I brought our granddaughter in for ice cream. I had to get the clerk's attention finally as she rifled through some files. After acknowledging me, she took another minute before she stopped and still did not greet us. I ordered 3 scoops of Butter Brickle and it came to me in a cup without any toffee added to the vanilla ice cream. When I asked about it her response "oh sorry, let me give you some." I had to follow her over to another counter as she dug a scoop into a box that turned out to be the chips they add to make butter Brickle. She dump a in my cup, and said nothing else. I had to churn the raw chips into my ice cream to get some semblance of the ice cream I originally ordered and paid for. They should be ashamed of the way they put out a product that was started right here in Nebraska. Will not be back.

Really nice ice cream. Original house made flavours, really enjoyed my sundae. Nice clean tables but we ate outside (nice benches right out front). Would come back if i were in Dundee again.

Little known fact, during WWII, Omaha was was subject to an attack. More on that later. The icecream is good. They have a good selection of different flavors that change periodically. The atmosphere is fun, and the prices aren't too, too bad. Worth it for me on occasions.

eCreamery is the best ice cream shop in town. They offer so many flavors, including vegan and gluten-free options and seasonal specialties. The friendly staff, fresh waffle cones, and fun toppings made it a perfect experience for an ice cream lover like myself. If you have not been to eCreamery, you must go to try their delicious ice cream and enjoy the environment of a neighborhood ice cream shop. Can't wait to return!

This is the REAL DEAL for ice cream!!! It is so rich and decadent and incredible at the same time. We bought 2 different pints to take home, a little pricey but it's like having the expensive of chocolate so you get what you pay for and it's EXCELLENT!!!!! It does NOT disappoint. I will get this everytime I go to Omaha. My husband had an apple crisp thing. But I had the Cherry Chocolate Chunk AMAZING

I love going to eCreamery with my cousins. My cousins live in Dundee. We love to go and get ice cream during Dundee Days, and anytime in the Summer. Thank you eCreamery for all of the wonderful sweet treats! Hope to be back soon! Thank you again!

It's solid great place to get a cone for a fair price. Plus Warren buffet eats there's, what could go wrong.

Used to be the best ice cream in town. Now it's almost flavorless. The staff was nice, but if you're not into lots of toppings and just want a good ice cream cone, look elsewhere.

A nice place in Dundee to get ice cream. eCreamery has tough competition with other ice cream shops in town. They do a good job of holding their own and you can place an order online. I believe they were one of the first to do that (don't quote me though). Plus there is a decent amount of seating inside. When the weather is warmer there is outdoor seating.

Fantastic ice cream in a bright and colorful shop! They have so many flavors to choose from and provide really hearty scoops. The staff is very friendly and there are plenty of places to sit inside. I found this place as I was interested in seeing the plaque of the site of the WWII balloon attack, and it was a fringe benefit to have such great ice cream here. It's in a great spot in the Dundee neighborhood, and I highly recommend stopping in.

Gourmet ice cream, what's not to like? Plenty of fun flavors to choose from. Good prices. We had a good summer evening walk with this treat at the end. Long, fast moving line, friendly neighborhood spot, ample area parking.

Best ice cream in Omaha!!!!! I have always enjoyed going to eCreamery because of the options, the workers, and the amazing taste!!!! They rotate flavors often and each month have at least one or two flavors that they donate a portion of the proceeds too. My favorite flavor is the "You Matter Mix," which is served the entire month of May and is donated for National Suicide Awareness. They have $2 scoops on Tuesdays, and BOGO free scoops for college students !!! Plenty of vegan options and gelato options. So so good!!!! Will forever be my favorite ice cream spot in Omaha.

I love the variety of flavors AND the customizable cookie sandwiches! I have not tried anything from eCreamery I haven't liked! What a great spot to cure your sweet tooth!!

I got a icecream care package from a friend when I got diagnosed with breast cancer! everything was so good and the the quotes were so cute. I decided to order a little love package for my sister and her family and when I paid for them, I sent them to myself under my name. I went into a complete panic called and email ecreamery and they fixed it immediately for me to make sure that she got it. I couldn't thank them enough. Their customer service is above all!! You can't beat an icecream parlor experience for this price. Located in the heart of Dundee, eCreamery has some great icecream and even greater workers behind the counter. I love that the flavors switch all the time, so I get to try new things every time I come in. The inside has a cute, colorful theme, and it just feels like a fun spot. They even have pretty tasty vegan flavors that rotate out. Definitely check them out if you want some great affordable icecream!

Fun little ice cream/gelato shop in Dundee. They have just a couple vegan options as well. The workers are young, lively, and thankfully for me they don't get frustrated when it takes me 10 minutes to decide which flavor I want! The greatest thing about eCreamery is they will have a flavor that donates to a certain organization/awareness each month! They have $1 off for students and $2 single scoop every Tuesday.

Good local shop to grab some quick ice cream, gelato, or specialty type ice cream. Lots of options (gluten free, vegan, etc). Very nice location on the corner in Dundee, and some indoor seating. Great place to grab a cone and walk the Dundee downtown, which we have done quite often. The ice cream itself is good, not great. Omaha has some great ice cream shops so maybe we are a bit spoiled!

Covid has taken hits to a lot of places around the Omaha area, but this place has been doing its best to keep up with these uncertain times. Some friends and I were taking a study break when this place came to mind. Since moving here 4 months ago, I haven't had any ice cream, so I thought it was a good time to break the streak. When we got there, the line was out the door. The service was friendly and also moved quickly. We were in and out in about 10 minutes which was fair time considering the potential wait we thought we had. I don't know if they give out seasonal ice cream, but anything with chocolate, get that. Overall, solid use of a study break. Well definitely go back in the near future.

Still one of the best places to get ice cream in all of Omaha. Been going here for a couple years now & have yet to be disappointed. No matter what day it is, they always have a flavor or two that will surely please. Today I had the "Scientific S'mores" flavor for the second time. I recommend trying it while you can.

Nice ice cream. Good flavors. Tried two different flavors, and both were excellent. My one comment is that the store smelled like bleach or industrial cleaner walking in. At least it's a clean smell, but not appetizing and I'd expect different. People were very nice behind the counter.

Great service! They were slow on a Tuesday evening when we came in for their $2 scoop deal, and everything moved quickly and smoothly: their employees seemed genuinely grateful for a little business and a tip. The ice cream was deliciously satisfying. We tried a couple new (to us) flavors- one being the pumpkin cheesecake: it was a WINNER! Thanks for having us!

This is a staple in the Omaha area. It's great ice cream with a large variety of flavors. It's quality and delicious! The area has a lot of interesting views and so I recommend getting your ice cream to go and exploring the Dundee area! The ambience of the shop is chill and if you love their ice cream, you can get a pint to take home. The only negative thing I can find is that the Ice cream can be very pricey. A few scopes in a waffle cone can get to about $7-8 which is a bit high compared to other local Ice cream shops. The place is always buzzing though, so people consider it to be worth it! I'm on the hunt for the best ice cream in Omaha and so far, this is it! Great flavor selection and for a good price too. Plenty of seating if you want to dine it for a scoop. I had the peanut butter cup and oreo m&m - both super good with big chunks

I've been here a couple times now and it's decent but I've decided I'll keep driving and head to coneflower or Ted and Wallys next time. The ice cream is just ok and the Carson's cookie fix cookies are mediocre at best so pass on the cookie sandwich. They are hard and crunchy. I prefer a soft chewy cookie. The peanut butter ice cream was lacking a notable peanut butter flavor. Not sure it's worth 4 stars but feel 3 may be a bit too harsh.

This is a cute little neighborhood ice cream shop with a good selection of flavors. Service is efficient and friendly and they are quick to offer a sample. The range of flavors was good too. For traditional ice cream they had the usual flavors plus unique ones like oats and honey. They also had a vegan ice cream (maple walnut- yum!) and a variety of sorbets including pear and watermelon which sound so refreshing for summer. They have tables and chairs if you want to stay and eat or take it to go. Totally appreciated this little gem on a hot summer night.

Gross, gross, gross. I went in on NYE to get a sundae to go. A few hours later, I opened it up and got halfway through it before spooning up a long, black hair. As I was already halfway through, and I have short, light brown hair, one can imagine exactly how I felt at that point. The manager said to come in and collect a gift card to make up for it. I was hoping to get a good replacement so I could leave a better review. Even though they are very overpriced and their brownies are terrible, the staff is very friendly and the place appears to be clean and well-lit. So, I just went back in, got the gift card, ordered a banana split to go, and I watched as the guy who made it peeled the banana then grabbed it with his bare, unwashed hands in order to cut it in half. At least I don't have to eat any of this one BEFORE catching the grossness. I get that places make a mistake here and there. Every place out there does it. But two in a row, and both times specifically for sanitary issues... that's just too much.

This has to be in my top 3 favorite places to get ice cream or gelato. One of the reasons I like it is the tiny cups that allow me to try smaller portions of different flavors. Speaking of flavors, this place rocks! Their menu changes daily with different flavors. They frequently have a flavor that is dedicated to a charity and part of the proceeds go to that. Out of all the delicious flavors that I've tried so far, the Avocado Vegan ice cream was my favorite! I really couldn't taste a strong Avocado flavor, but it was delicious! I also love the Almond Milk ice cream selections. My favorite has been the Almond Milk Chocolate Chip, just keeping it simple, but it was really good! Blueberry Muffin was also a favorite. If you come visit Omaha, I would say it's worth a stop to visit this little shop in Dundee!

Definitely like other places around town a much better, but it does well for the neighborhood. Tried the Hardcore S'mores Sundae, at $8 a pop, it is what it is.
