Walking in the Annapolis mall it was the 50% off sale that caught my eye so I walked in to see all the awesome merchandise of which everything was on sale. So not only did the pricing make for a good shopping experience but the two young guys working the store were very helpful very polite and actually fun to deal with. Jason went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for in the sizes that I needed. I highly recommend this location especially with this awesome fun polite crew.

Recently purchased some Eddie Bauer apparel for the first time, and am now a huge fan. Actually purchased a couple jackets online and went to the store to return one of them. I was really impressed with the quality and warmth of the jackets that I ordered, and when I visited the store I was also impressed with the selection and the helpfulness of the staff. The staff member let me know that if I make my purchases from the store, I'll still get all the same discounts but I can also add on my military discount. They were having another sale, so I picked up a couple more items to keep me warm this winter; I recently moved from Hawaii so I wasn't fully stocked up on winter clothing. I've gotten so used to ordering things online that walking through the store and trying on some outerwear was actually a nice change. I was able to get a good deal, have the items that day, and know that they looked good and fit right.

Well stocked and we'll maintained store. I purchased two items from the discount rack. While checking out, I verbally confirmed with the agent that both items were ringing up at the discounted rate. When I got home, I realized only one item had been discounted. I called the store to get this addressed remotely. They declined, citing policy to only refund in person. I emailed Eddie Bauer and the email was responded to almost immediately by the district director who ultimately saved me a drive back to the store and corrected the pricing issue for me. Mistakes happen, but they made it right. I'll shop there again!

Great value for the price, I feel like when I come it's always a sale. Which is a good thing I have found great gifts and apparel here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Website says it opens at 11. Drove all the way to the mall only to find it closed. No sign stating hours of operation. Stuck around until 1115. No lights on. No movement inside. Sad that they can't find someone to open the store on time. Couldn't stick around - and won't return. I'll use my gift card on line and be done with them.

I love Eddie Bauer’s clothing, they last forever and very comfortable. Associates at the store when i had gone this evening felt as if i was disturbing them by just asking a simple question if they had an item i was looking for. I walked out immediately.

I needed a good jacket and this was the place to get it. It was my first time shopping here. I love my jacket. I end up coming back to get a boot too. Gosh I used my boot always everyday for that winter.

I have always seen and heard about Eddie Bauer stuff in other sports stores and browsed through their magazines but never been in an Eddie Bauer store. Their clothes were much more stylish than I expected? I mean, my idea of Eddie Bauer has always been outdoorsey, lets go hiking or camping stuff. But there were a few tops and comfortable tank tops that I thought were cute. They have mostly clothes, not a whole lot of gear or anything else besides the two to three shelves.

I love our Eddie Bauer. The staff is super helpful and have some great clothes and a few accessories that seem to come in handy from time to time. The clothes here are quality and well made. They don't always have a variety of colors and sizes, but if you go with frequency they will have something for everyone. I also loved their jeans, super comfortable. The sales are totally worth it and they also have tall stuff for tall guys (my husband is 6'3" and does well in this store with their shirts).

I can't get enough travel gadgets. I always start at the sale bins. I found some water proof pouches that float. Since we spend a lot of time at a lake, I wanted to keep my gadgets safe. The staffers were nice. One person took the time to look up sale items and show me specific items in the store. She was personable and kind. Bonus points for the clip on flash lights.

I have a lot of Eddie Bauer clothes. I usually get them on sale, something this store seems to do a lot, and I find the quality of their products to be high. You will find mostly clothes here. Make sure you go to the back first, where they usually have a large clearance rack. They usually have a small area with some neat gadgets. During Christmas, the gadget area is bigger with some great stocking stuffers. People are generally friendly and helpful
