Eddie Bauer

Went in here to find some fleece-lined pants and definitely found some options, but their sizes were very limited. The sizes were mainly from 0-8, with some sizes from 12-16 here and there. The staff also wasn't helpful at all and wasn't friendly. I went here on 12.2.2024, and the staff folding items in the front didn't welcome anyone into the store, and the two workers behind the register were just gossiping and on their phones. Eddie Bauer has good quality winter clothing, but this store isn't the place to go to if you love their brand.

I had forgotten about Eddie Bauer that is practically on our backyard. I went there recently and was so happy to find out that their women's clothes fit me better than some of the other major brands that I have frequented before. This will now become my first stop for any sporting goods types of clothes. I am short and overweight and I love the fit. I am happy the store is so close to us.

The store personnel at Evergreen Walk are amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely one of the best in store experiences I’ve had in a long time. Eddie Bauer customer service over the phone is a whole other thing, I spent two hours with three different reps and at one point getting hung up on by one of them. Eddie Bauer has serious inventory control problems , don’t trust the website for knowing if something is in stock. I had an order canceled because the item was no longer available but when I went online to reorder minutes later, it was available again , or was it??? 5 stars for in store, 1 star for website and phone reps.

Eddie Bauer told me today they no longer are able to process returns at their store for items deemed defective. I bought an item, washed it before wearing and the item fell apart. They would not exchange it, even though I had the receipt showing I just bought it. I’ll never shop there again.

Move over L.L Bean. This is truly an exceptional customer services. I purchased a winter coat last year, and it had several mechanical issues with the zipper. I brought it back to the closet store of my residence this year to see what the store can offer me. To my surprise, the store staff offered me an even exchange for another similar coat while I was in the store, so it wouldn't leave me coatless during the winter. After making me the offer, the staff worked with me diligently to locate another coat in my size, and color which is not a walk in the park. That's an outstanding way of taking care of your customers, and stand behind your products. I'm glad I didn't make a purchase at L.L. Bean for my current winter coat!

I had originally went to get jeans at the Gap. But was completely ignored! So I went into "Eddie Bauer"s. I was greeted friendly, great service, above and beyond helpful! The store was clean. The staff was very knowledgeable and insightful. I will be returning to this store. Thank you.

I was a little nervous about my return; but Victoria set my mind at ease. I work at the local Honda dealership and I know that people are nervous when they come into any store. Victoria made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to help. And she did just that. I can see why Eddie Bauer has been in business for so long especially if they have people like her. Thanks Victoria!

Making an exchange from a purchase online was extremely easy. I had the option of a full refund to my credit card or store credit. Young lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Reading other people's reviews was enough to prevent me from going there. It S like they have quality problems.

I bought some clothes here, washed them once (didn't even wear them) and they fell apart. I then tried to exchange them and was told they do not do returns or exchanges at the store and was told to return them with their customer service team online. Keep in mind, I bought these items from the actual store, not online. I will never shop here again or any other location.

Not at all happy with the new logo and printing on the arm. It used to be embroidered and looked very classy now it's just another vinyl looks like iron on stamp and it looks cheap. It really takes away from the coat and the Eddie Bauer brand very disappointed

The employee that was assisting me this evening, Jennifer?, was super helpful friendly and talkative. She did a great job assisting me before I take a really long hike on the Appalachian Trail. Very good service! Store is clean and well organized didn't have to dig for my size. Everything was sequential. Just wish they carried the slim fit trekking paints. Oh well will definitely be back!

The sales clerk Michelle was rude and not helpful, at first she would not allow me to use the bathroom with my child then when we were trying to go quickly so we could leave to use the restroom quite far away she seemed to be going purposely slow. We were the only customers in the store. I have never wrote a review before and signed onto the app just to post this.
