I've been here before but this review has pictures and a combined remark from when I went with my partner for restaurant week recently. The staff is always very timely, friendly, and fantastic. The bread is great. Yes, I do judge a restaurant on their bread because if the free item is good, you know the paid for items will be excellent. We got the caesar salad and lobster bisque to start, both were really delicious. The soup has a great lobster flavor with a piece of lobster right in there. (Dip the bread in it!) We both got the filet and truffle mash. The filet mignon was cooked perflectly medium rare for mine. Slight over down, but still good on the other. The mash is really flavorful. No sauce needed. It was that good. The desserts, I got the banana foster bread pudding, my partner got the butter pecan ice cream. The bread pudding was bruleed on the spot. Very fun. The bread pudding was very good. Custard ran through, so it was anything, but dry. The pecan icecream came with a cookie and was really tasty. The food was really great, but what brings me back every time is the staff. Really professional, nice, and patient. Definitely a great eat.

Meant to give this place a rating since last October but didn’t get a chance to until now. My boyfriend and I had chosen this place to celebrate our 10th anniversary together. From the time we reserved our table for our dinner while speaking to their worker over the phone to while being greeted when we got there until we were seated and was introduced to our waiter everyone there was just so pleasant! Our table was personalized for our anniversary without us even asking them to do so in which I thought was so thoughtful of them. The atmosphere was amazing, cozy and calm. Our waiter James Flynn was awesome, kind and very helpful. The food and desserts we had ordered were amazing as well! I highly recommend this place as well as our waiter.

I had an incredible dining experience at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The atmosphere was elegant, the food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Ashley, who took amazing care of us. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made the evening memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Thank you to the entire team at Eddie V’s for an unforgettable night. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Google
We had a reservation for a party of 7 on a Wednesday evening. Every drink, every appetizer, and every entree was perfect. I had the filet and South African lobster tail and it was 10/10. South African lobster tail is sweeter and more delicate than Maine lobster. Order and try for yourself.

First and foremost, the service was outstanding! Simos was very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and yet personable. He went above and beyond to make us feel very special, the epitome of exceptional customer service. The food was spectacular and the drinks were top notch quality. We couldn’t be happier and cannot wait to return. Thank you again Simos for your stellar service. Highly recommend!!

Google
The chefs special the day I went was the $66 surf and turf. It was alright. I actually came in for the lobster but one lobster tail was $55 and they had no lobster roll. The next option was the lobster bisque but adding that was pushing $100 for one meal.

Google
Outstanding experience! 🌟 Our server was professional, personable, and incredibly attentive making us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down. The seafood was cooked to perfection, bursting with fresh flavors, and the drinks were expertly crafted and absolutely delicious. Every detail, from the ambiance to the presentation, exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back highly recommend.

Google
3.7 rounded down. As far as steakhouses go, Eddie V’s is pretty standard, good steaks and seafood at premium prices in a beautiful environment. The quality of the steaks was average. The medium and medium rare was cooked the same, much to my dining mate’s dismay. The NYStrip was nothing notable. The steak tartar and crab cake were pretty good and portion size was big. The seafood tower was fun to share for 4. The mashed potatoes were good, fluffy. The Brussels sprouts were just ok. These sides were portioned for about 3-4 diners. They have a huge wine list but they didn’t have the one we wanted and the recommended replacement wine was not good. The complimentary bread and seasoned butter was really good. A few days later, I went with another person for happy hour. The vibe was great with the live music. Several TVs were showing sports. The service was attentive. There was no beer menu so I was slightly taken back with the price of one of the canned craft beers ($16). The bar menu apps labeled ’Teasers’ were exactly that: small/tiny portioned items (compared to dinner menu), leaving one wanting more; Value wise, not worth it - half priced, half the size. I usually try Happy Hours bar food to see if I could have a light dinner; conclusion, I would not. Dec2024

Yelp
Eddie V's is our go-to anniversary spot every year without fail. This year we celebrated 22 years of marriage, and once again, they made us feel like family. Joe, who used to be our favorite server, is now in management, and it's amazing to still see him delivering meals, smiling, and supporting the team like the pro he's always been. That kind of leadership matters. Jarod was our server this year, and he was absolutely phenomenal, warm, attentive, and truly made the evening special. The food? Unmatched. We started with the Maine Lobster Tacos (buttery and flavorful) and the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake... LEGIT all crab, and no filler. For our entrées, I had the Stuffed Shrimp (packed with crab and herbs), and my husband had the salmon cooked to perfection. Sides included Brussels Sprouts, and the star of the night...the Lobster Mashed Potatoes, this was our first time trying them, and they were rich, creamy, and unforgettable. The warm bread service, chilled Acqua Panna, and elegant touches throughout made it all feel extra special. Even when the Prudential location was open (and closer to home), we made the drive to Burlington because the staff here consistently make us feel seen and valued. It's more than a dinner, it feels like visiting family for a top-tier meal. That's rare. I come from a family of baker's and chef's and I know good food is more than taste...it's the love and heart of each meal. Thank you, Eddie V's. We love you, TRULY and we'll see you next year.

Yelp
Service was excellent. Seafood tower (appetizer) was fabulous. Dessert was interesting. Unfortunately the roasted Brussels sprouts came in like a bowl of charcoal. Overall it was average.

Yelp
For my first experience at E.V I must say it did not disappoint. I went out for my dearest friends birthday dinner. Our waiter was beyond exceptional, major shout out to Darrell who was very energetic and provided us with his perspective of items he thoroughly enjoys and we were ecstatic that we took his advice. We started off with the lobster taco and as I'm writing this my mouth is watering thinking about it. This had your guac, corn, and cotija cheese and so much more, the flavor that came from the taco was exquisite and the lobster was chef's kiss. For my entrée I had the filet medallions Oscar style, and my friend had the jumbo gulf shrimp. I love my steak medium well ( when it comes to steak hold the pink for me haha) and they cooked the steak to perfection. They had this sauce that I drizzled over the steak and the asparagus that brought everything to life. I tried my friends jumbo gulf shrimp and that was very delightful. We also ordered the au gratin potatoes and the cheese was rich and it had me in a food coma. Everything we ate was top tier, I have 0 complaints. I don't drink and ordered a guava mocktail which was very refreshing and sweet. I informed the waiter that it's my friends better and requested the banana foster desert for her and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO delicious, truly a great way to the night. Aesthetics were great, this establishment is very classy and on the high end side. I appreciate their complimentary valet. Don't walk, run to Eddie V's. Thank me later, I can't wait to hear about your experience.

Yelp
I must really like this place as I returned a month after Easter for the Mother's Day brunch, second year in a row. The prix fixe menu was the same so I switched it up; smoked salmon appetizer and filet mignon and a frittata. Both lived up to the hype. My dining companion escheweded the brunch for ordering from the menu--salmon and a salad, which she proclaimed "delicious." The starter apple cinnamon scone was a bit of a disappointment; it was served warm but was a little dry. I started with a bellini which was perfect. That's it for brunches here for the year I suspect but I will be back -- Eddie V's is a favorite!

Yelp
This was my first visit to EV's, and my standard for exceptional service and food has always been the Capital Grille. Well, I'm here to say that Eddie has edged out my usual favorite to take the top spot! The dining room is open but not terribly noisy. The white clothed tables are elegantly set and we three were seated in a roomy round booth adjacent to the kitchen. Andy was our server and he provided exemplary service throughout our entire meal. He offered his favorites across the menu and explained features/ingredients or answered our questions. I asked about mocktails and he asked my flavor profile preference--all I said was "tropical" and he returned with the perfect beverage! The bread service is delicious and my very hungry son accepted a second delivery by Andy when he noticed it was gone! We enjoyed the fried calamari and table-side steak tartare. The Asian inspired calamari was one of the most delicious preparations I've eaten. The tartare was VERY delicious (though I prefer a finer grind on the meat to avoid needing dental floss). Our mains were filets and Chilean sea bass. Steaks were cooked perfectly. My bass was prepared in an Asian style, deliciously dense and delicious. Our sides were the harissa roasted carrots (wow!), au gratin potatoes (some of the best I've had) and the crab fried rice. The rice was flavorful and generously topped with lump crab. I wouldn't call it rice, per se. It was more of a rice porridge, but super delicious nonetheless. I will say the sides were more generously sized portions than in most steak houses. Andy presented the birthday girl with a lovely plate featuring three mini desserts (one being the bananas foster) as he flambéd the fruit. We also ordered a chocolate cake and full sized bananas foster butter cake with pecan ice cream. This is where a good pair of SPANX comes in handy. Desserts were fabulous! As I've mentioned in other reviews of comparable restaurants, when you're dining at this price point, you expect service that matches. Andy (and his back waiter) were unequivocally consummate professionals who anticipated needs and missed no details. I'm Eddie V's newest, biggest fan.

Yelp
Service was obviously incredible and the room was glamorous. Food was delicious (especially the crab cake, Parmesan sole, and dessert) and loved having the view to watch them cook in the kitchen. Only dish I didn't like was the crab fried rice and the lobster bisque was a bit too rich.

Yelp
Everything was awesome! Wedge salad, filet mignon, scallops, desserts and wine. Definitely a special occasion place, for us anyway!! Service impeccable

Yelp
Another great time celebrating our anniversary here. The service is always amazing (thank you James!) and they really make you feel special when celebrating any occasion. The food is always amazing, this time we went with Chilean Sea Bass (my new favorite) and the special (filet mignon with tempura fried lobster). I highly recommend coming here when you're celebrating

Yelp
Came here for the first time the other night for a date night and had a wonderful experience. There is plenty of self parking, you can valet your car as well. We were sat at one of their booths right next to the kitchen, table was nicely set. Our wait was very friendly, even offering to bring us likes or lemons for our waters. We got cocktails to start, I had the 24 karat which has a sugar rim, so it gets sticky pretty quickly but it was very tasty. To eat I had the filet mignon, I'm not kidding when I say it was the most perfectly cooked steak I've ever had. I also ordered a sauce to go with it, I had the cognac peppercorn crème, which was a really nice accompaniment to the perfect steak. We shared the au gratin potatoes and Brussel sprouts, portion sizes were perfect for two. We shared the banana fosters cake which was flambéed table-side and while very tasty, you may want to avoid looking at the calorie count . Will definitely be back for another date or special occasion!

Yelp
My annual " going back to school " dinner tradition with my grandchildren was a big hit once again. Our server , James, was awesome and very impressed with his knowledge and delivery . The Mac n'cheese is beyond belief and all entrées were delicious. There were no doggie bags! Will be back soon!

Yelp
Hello - this place was iconic, everyone. My group of four is still talking about this food three days later... Portions were divine; heaping. Ambiance & atmosphere felt both homey & upscale. The service was top-notch and incredibly attentive. Personally, I ordered a Special of the evening - swordfish topped with crab... (I am not doing the name nor description any justices...) The fish was amazingly cooked & seasoned. The crab meat was succulent & made me feel radiant & powerful. Also the desserts were 10 out of 10. Very fresh. Very tasty. Plus, if you are there for a celebratory occasion, waitstaff might light ur dessert aflame. Wowwee! Someone in my party ordered sum steak - they said they never tasted a filet so succulent. Dense with flavor. Pricing is high; to be expected. But the cringeworthy credit card swipe is well worth it. [Ur credit card limit must exceed $90 tho]

Yelp
We went to the Eddie V's outside of Denver recently and loved it - then found out we had two near us in Boston! Took my sister in law there for her birthday- there were five of us and we had a fabulous server (sorry that I forgot her name ) we had the smoked old fashioned, lamb, salmon, sole, and filet along with sides of crab fried rice, potatoes and Brussel sprouts and wrapped up with the desserts in the pictures. An overall wonderful experience at both restaurants- worth the trip for sure!

Yelp
Nate did a phenomenal job serving me and my college roommate tonight! We were having a reunion dinner and a birthday celebration. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the menu. He provided us with excellent recommendations and was very attentive to us both! I will be back and will definitely be asking to sit with Nate next time! Cheers!

Yelp
We've never been to Eddie V's before but always heard only good reviews about them. It was my husband's birthday last night so I took the initiative to surprise him with reservations since he is a steakhouse lover. The vibe here is so intimate but also high end. The big chandelier in the center is so pretty. Darrell was our server tonight and he did such an amazing job at making the night lively and even decorated our table with a happy birthday card and some stars. He recommended the jumbo crab cakes over the calamari and it was so good. It had a hint of spice, although in my preference I wish it was spicier, and the softness of the crab meat was melting in my mouth. Absolutely loved it. We got our steaks cooked medium and to my surprise, it was so easy to cut through! Usually places like Longhorn and Cheesecake have steaks that are a little tough to cut, but here it was so easy! Not to mention the steak was not tough in the slightest! So easy to chew because it just melted in my mouth! I added some king crab legs to mine and I loved the taste of the butter on the crab meat, it just enhanced the flavor. Omg the lobster mashed potatoes were so gooey and so good. They definitely mixed mozzarella or something in the mashed potatoes because every time I scooped some out, the cheese was STRINGING. And the lobster claws were not tough at all, so soft. For drinks I got the love jewel and my husband got the Java (?) . It's so strong ;( Like I would be able to finish mine but that's if I spent all night there taking 1mL sips every 5 mins. I don't even wanna imagine what the Java tastes like. Afterwards Darrell brought over a birthday dessert and gave us a little fire show. Although it was too sweet for us. Overall, this is a great place to celebrate with your loved ones.

Wendy J.

Yelp
A great place to celebrate a special event or gathering of friends! The food was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. The warm atmosphere and hum of relaxed conversation and laughter gave the room an upbeat contagious energy. We especially enjoyed our very attentive and animated waiter James. He was helpful, knowledgeable, anticipating all our needs, and brought smiles to our faces with each encounter. Highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable dining experience.

Yelp
Never disappoints! Food excellent. Service excellent! Ambiance excellent. Live entertainment was a perfect backdrop to a nice evening out. Their lobster bisque and hope diamond drink were delicious. My husband said the filet was one of the best he's had.

Susan F.

Yelp
Our party of 5 had an outstanding Easter Dinner. With two of our party wearing hearing aids, the reservation requested a quiet table to facilitate their hearing. We were accommodated with a table at the end of a small room, maybe with 8 tables - it was perfect. The food at Eddie V's is always top notch! We enjoyed the salmon, Chilean sea bass, sole, scallops and filet mignon - all delicious. In addition, we enjoyed the calamari, shrimp cocktail, brussel sprouts and the crab fried rice. Desert was crème brûlée, lemon tart, fruit with cream - all delicious. Last but certainly not least, the service was impeccable - totally attentive and courses well timed. Truly a flawless experience.

Yelp
Try the scallops and the au gratin potatoes!! Service was excellent. Server made an excellent recommendation for wine pairing.

Jeff M.

Yelp
Place is top notch. Service and food has always been excellent. Bar ambience is great as well with the live entertainment. Take your date here to look like you know what you're doing. And don't wear jeans and a t shirt or a stupid baseball hat. Dress classy for once in your life and bring plenty of dough.

Yelp
Leap year birthday celebration, new place to celebrate. Quiet evening. Cold wind outside brought us to a warm and comfortable place. Check in was simple. So many choices! I chose the Parmesan crusted sole, dinner companion (and birthday girl) requested the ribeye bone in. Side dish of au gratin potatoes. Attentive waitstaff. Bread was offered and happily devoured. Main dishes arrived. Sole was delicious as well as was the ribeye steak. Dessert was a must has a lemon tart and chocolate cake. Next time use valet parking, front of restaurant is behind and not in front of the restaurant. Great visit.

Yelp
Upon entrance, the hostess didn't have the best customer service . I overlook foolishness. I spoke with mgr, David, regarding the encounter. The waitress, Karla , was attentive and suggest selections from restaurant week . The old fashion was smoky and very tasty.. The wedge salad was crisp. The lobster tacos were succulent and delicious. The atmosphere was very casual. The noise level was average. I was able to hear my co worker and a conversation.

Yelp
Came here with a reservation on a Friday evening and we were seated quite quickly. The space was pretty large and even had a live band playing, but our table was in a more secluded room thus we weren't able to hear them by the time we were seated due to how far we were. Overall this wasn't an issue since it seemed like it would've been hard to talk if we had been seated closer. Our server was delightful, friendly, and quick with service. He was polite and friendly when answering questions and it wasn't hard to get a hold of him when needing water or other requests - overall a really fantastic experience service wise. The food was on the pricier side, but the quality definitely was up there in terms of presentation and actual ingredients. The steak cut I got was well cooked and seasoned to perfection while the lobster was tasty and full of flavor. The sides we got as well, spinach and lobster mashed, were fantastic. I would highly recommend the mashed potatoes as they were deliciously cheesy and filling. By the time the dessert came, we were properly stuffed. The tart was really lovely, the sorbet was really light (also super plentiful - the scoops were huge) and the birthday plate was really nice as it was free and even came with a little bit of a spectacle with fire. If you're looking for a great dinner with wonderful service and delicious food, Eddie V's is pretty fantastic!

Yara F.

Yelp
Beautiful and well decorated venue, phenomenal service, the only reason I am not giving five stars is because I think at this price point for this area the food could be leveled up a tiny bit. Don't get me wrong, I will be coming back here for sure, but I was slightly disappointed with the calamari (portion size was a little small, and the fried noodles it was on top of tasted like they were fried in old oil), and the presentation of the stuffed shrimp left something to be desired. The Sea bass was was probably my favorite dish out of everything we got. Fish was cooked perfectly and the broth with the ginger was a great contrast to the fish. Also really enjoyed the lobster bisque, and the BLT wedge. Overall I would definitely recommend this spot for special occasions or date night, and if you have the budget its a great option in general.

Alexander S.

Yelp
My favorite chain steakhouse. I'm sure the seafood is really good but the steak is too good to not order. Perfectly cooked every time, hot and a little crispy on the outside but medium rare on the inside. Service is very professional. It's high end but also casual feel if you want, at least in my experience. Will keep coming back

Yelp
We had a really nice dinner here with friends on Wednesday night and honestly cannot say enough great things. The restaurant is decorated so tastefully and we had a great meal. Our server Joe was one main reasons for 5 stars, he was extremely nice and so helpful. Two of us had food allergies in the group and he took such good care of us double checking each dish. He also recommended a great bottle of wine for our table. Some of us had fish, some had steak, and yet this red paired nicely with all. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Yelp
Very delicious! Definitely bring a long sleeve light sweater or jacket. It's cold inside. Staff members are great and helpful.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and amazing food as always! Just wanted to drop this review to talk about the amazing service from Lauren! She was very attentive and took great care of us! Thank you Lauren for your excellent customer service skills.

Yelp
Our first time here blew us away. It started with the host and his inviting manner seating us with the other members of our party promptly and more friendly than any steak house in the area. Followed up with our incredible server Clev and his helpful partner Sophia. They were attentive and gave us space to enjoy our time dining together vs pushing us through our dining experience. Our food was incredible - everyone's steaks cooked to order, seafood as great as described and sides better than we hoped. The cherry on top was the delicious desserts and cocktails. Can't wait to return.

Yelp
Came into town for work on Mother's Day. Was greeted by the friendly staff. It was just me so I wanted to sit at the bar. I sat at the last available seat. The bar tenders were very attentive & professional while being also welcoming. Ordered a vodka martini up, it was fantastic. Ordered the lobster tacos, the homemade tortillas & fresh lobster were delicious. I regret I couldn't eat more. Looking forward to coming back.

Michael L.

Yelp
The bar service was terrible. Sat with empty drink and closed menu while the two bartenders chatted up other couples. Literally for 30 mins with no attention. Unless you know the women who work the bar don't expect quality service.
google avatar

Yelp
Went to Eddie V's to celebrate a birthday tonight. The ambiance is amazing We had great seats, a booth with a view of the kitchen and overlooking the whole restaurant. Our server, Tess, was very attentive and helpful. My problem was I ordered a filet to be cooked rare. She questioned me if I wanted it red and cool in the center, I said yes. My steak was cooked medium. I couldn't eat it. She offered to bring another one, but I didn't want to delay the other diners, so I declined. I did get a free dessert, but it was a bad experience. Won't be going back.

Yelp
Great spot for Thanksgiving/ holiday celebrations! Very decent price for turkey breast plate with sides! Cozy environment with tables spaced out to give you extra comfort. Service was excellent. Dessert portion was huge and presentation on point! Will definitely come back for other occasions.

Yelp
Food and atmosphere were absolutely to die for. The service was amazing. Our waiter was a very attractive man, who made us feel right at home. Would recommend for a special occasion. Lobster tacos are great Toodles

Yelp
The food was delicious, but the noise level was much too loud. We went before Christmas and I could not hear my sister who was separated by my boyfriend. He spent the night translating. There was two other people in our party who were allergic to dairy. I had called many weeks in advance and when there the waitress had to see if it was cooked with no dairy. I was excited when we were seated in the top left side, but it was very loud.

Rose M.

Yelp
This was our third visit!! Outstanding!! The first visit was cocktails at the bar. The second visit was the beginning of November for my birthday. Lisa the bartender was excellent. There was one other bar tender was excellent as well. I only knew Lisa's name as of last evenings visit. The happy hour is a great find. The filet sliders are very good. Drinks are great! We had salads. 1 wedge and 1 ceaser. Yummy!! It's a must try. Our second visit we had the filet and stuffed shrimp. Cooked perfect. Lisa and John were in bar last night and again wonderful service. They are both very polite.

Sandra C.

Yelp
My prime N. Y. strip steak was excellent and was cooked perfectly. My husband loved his salmon. The lobster mashed potatoes were creamy and the lobster tender. The desserts, Banana Foster butter cake, were fantastic.

Yelp
Thank you for a wonderful anniversary dinner. The service, food quality, and overall ambiance was amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection and the horseradish is a must. Each course arrived on time and precisely as ordered. We met our server and a supporting server. They both checked in regularly and were available for questions. Well done!

Yelp
Nice place but pretty pricey. Tried their Goat Cheese Salad, lobster taco appetizer and crab cake appetizer. All 3 were delicious but the first 2 were even more devine the next day. Salad; Loved the flavors of the mushrooms, onions, goat cheese and arugula together with a really nice vinegrette. Tacos: Lobster was tagged as being from Maine, was decent but not honestly that special. I think it was $25 for 2 small tacos. The tortilla was homemade but definitely not my favorite part of the taco (ate the contents out of the second taco with a fork). Again nice combo of flavors. Crabcake: Described as a Maryland style crabcake. Definitely lump crab with minimal breading except for the crispy outer crust. The remoulade sauce was so good. The little bit of spice was perfect. It was great to try out, but definitely not a favorite. And no, Eddie V is apparently not for Eddie Van Halen :(.

Yelp
We had dinner with friends at Eddie V's on Saturday night and it was truly spectacular! The service was great, the food was ridiculously delicious, the atmosphere was great, I cannot wait to return. We had the tuna tartar and lobster tacos for appetizers both of which were delicious. For mains we had the sea bass, branzino, rack of lamb, and surf and turf. I am literally dreaming of the sea bass! So, so good. Even the desserts were amazing! The crème brûlée, berries and crème, and the lemon tarte were decadent. I highly recommend this place for a special night out!

Yelp
This was the 2nd time at Eddie V's in Burlington. First was in October for our anniversary. This was booked through Open Table for 6:30 pm on 1/28. Arrived on time. Used valet parking as the lot was full. Greeted by host and she said Happy birthday to my girlfriend which was nice. We were seated on time at a booth. There was a card on the table for her. Very nice touch. Lovely ambiance at the restaurant. We started with a beer and she had the Hope Diamond cocktail. Also ordered the lobster tacos and I had half dozen oysters. Tacos were great, nice and fresh. Oysters were spot on as well. We also shared the Burata and Beet salad. The Burata cheese was nice and creamy. For entrees my girlfriend had the 8 ounce filet with lobster tail. I had the George's Bank scallops. Both dishes were very nicely done and tasty. I did add some salt to my scallops. We also had the butter poached lobster mashed potatoes. I added crab stuffed shrimp to my scallops. The shrimp were loaded with crab meat. Delicious. For dessert we had the bananas foster which was set ablaze at the table. Great carmelization on the butter cake. Overall a great dining experience once again. Great customer service and wait staff just like the first time. Highly recommended and will be back again soon. I believe the entire dinner cost $320 or so with tip then $20 to the valet.

Yelp
My husband and I went to dinner here with one of our friends who had been here before. We loved the beautiful decor such as the gorgeous chandelier and blue artwork throughout the restaurant. The food was also good! We got the lobster bisque, scallops, potatoes au gratin, and lobster mashed potatoes. We were celebrating two birthdays and they brought out two complimentary dessert platters that were gorgeous! The bananas flambé dessert was delicious and so cute shaped like a heart. It is definitely an expensive restaurant but it is fun for special occasions.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this place! My friend and I came here for restaurant week and were not disappointed. I started off with one of their signature drinks, 24 Karat, which was so delightful. It was really sweet which I loved. For my starter I stuck with the typical Caesar salad. Nothing fancy about this, it was just your standard Caesar. I wasn't feeling any of the other choices. For my main, I of course got the filet mignon. I had mine cooked medium and my friend got hers cooked medium rare. They were both cooked perfectly to how we asked for them, but for me personally I do wish I would have asked for medium rare. Maybe that's just a rookie mistake on my part! The medium was still delicious though, and the mashed potatoes it came with was a perfect side~ soft and garlicky! Now the dessert was my all time favorite part of this meal. I ordered their famous banana foster butter cake, and let me tell you...this little cake was to die for! They lit it on fire when they first served it to us so it had this deliciously perfect crunch on the outside but a soft and gooey center on the inside. Not to mention it made for a great pic and post! The ice cream on the side was just what it needed to balance the warmth of the cake too. Just 100% all around and I would honestly come back just for this!! Overall I had a lovely experience here. It's definitely upscale and would be perfect for a special night out or celebration. Atmosphere was warm and beautiful, service I would say was just okay, but food was spot on!!

Yelp
Very comfortable dining space. You get what you pay for. No regret. I thought it's business causal but saw couple of people warning shorts.

Yelp
Great ambience. So glad it replaced the italian chain restaurant that was in this location They start you off with warm bread and seasoned butter. You can't go wrong there. This was a review for Dine Out Boston menu. Had the Maine lobster bisque. It was a little short on actual lobster, but the flavor was good. Very rich and creamy. The lack of lobster made it feel like it wasn't quite up to the standard I expected. The Filet was cooked perfectly and so delicious. The potato pureee with Truffle was a nice accompaniment. Great execution. This was the star of the night, as it should be. The dessert was good, but felt really basic. I'm not sure what to add to ice cream and cookies. Perhaps warming the cookie would have helped. It just felt like something you might be served at Applebees. Wanted a like more effort from the high end steak place. OVERALL: I don't think I would have trouble giving it 5 stars on another visit. It was almost there. When you go to a nice steak place, you do expect an elevated level of everything. They're almost there.
