Great food, great service. Our waitress, Paige, took phenomenal care of us throughout the entire night. Started with oysters and calamari, both of which were amazing. Paige also sold us on the caviar. We were on the fence about it, but glad we took her up on it because it was nothing short of excellent. For entrees, I did the 12oz gold grade wagyu strip, and my girlfriend did the 10oz filet with the bleu cheese crust enhancement. Both were cooked to perfection and every bite was full of flavor. Paige was kind enough to let us try the truffle mac. Yet again, a fantastic dish. Dessert included a creme brûlée and bananas foster butter cake. Overall, outstanding experience from start to finish.

I chose Eddie V’s for my birthday dinner with my wife and son back from college. After we were seated our server brought out complimentary champagne flutes and a delicious small appetizer, crispy deep fried oyster with sriracha sauce. We ordered Pomegranate Mules and the Smoked Old Fashion which were outstanding. I ordered the Parmesan crusted sole for my entree. The fish was fresh, the crust was crispy and flavorful, and the garlic butter sauce perfect. My wife likes her steak well done ( no pink) and the 10 oz filet was cooked exactly the way she likes it but was still tender and flavorful. My son ordered the Norwegian salmon and enjoyed it immensely. He said “This is what I live for!” We shared the mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus accompaniments. For dessert we ordered the Belgian chocolate cake with ice cream and fresh berries. We were happily surprised with a second dessert, Bananas Foster Flambé served with a delicious maple walnut ice cream. Throughout the meal the service was friendly, attentive, and professional. I am so glad that I chose Eddie V’s to celebrate my birthday. This meal goes on my short list of most memorable dining experiences.

We were invited to a Private Memorial for a Family friend. Stephanie the bartender served us excellent drinks while we waited for the room to be ready. Jo the hostess led us to a beautiful room where we enjoyed the excellent food and service along with music. We were able to take home leftovers. This is definitely a top-notch Restaurant! We will be back! 👍🏽

Dining out can be bad, good, really good, excellent, or sometimes, it's an "Experience". We had an "Experience" dinner the other night. Daughters birthday, second time there in a few weeks. Our waitress was Alaina. The food was excellent, but it was Alaina who pushed our dinner to an experience. She was friendly, even conversational, in a polite way. She brought nice light conversation, which is really rare in dining out. She was attentive, but not annoying. Had solid recommendations for food and desserts too. We enjoyed it more because of the great service, and we were also sure to tell the floor manager before we left. That is what makes you want to return to a restaurant. :)

Our server was great! Loved the lobster bisque and then presentation was awesome! My dad's lobster was great and so was my steak. I ordered medium and didn't want to send it back but it was medium well. Delicious, just not quite as juicy as it could've been. We had a gift card for my dad's 91st birthday and server made is feel very special about that! Really 4.75 stars if that were an option!

We have come here every year for our anniversary. Tonight was by far the best! Our food was phenomenal. Everything cooked perfectly and delicious. Our server Allie was spectacular. Took customer service to whole new level. Then the manager Tyler came over to congratulate us and made us feel so special! Tonight was one of the best nights we have had in a very long time. We will continue to be back every year on our anniversary! Thank you for the gorgeous atmosphere, good food, and amazing customer service.

Stephanie was the best waitress we had here at Eddie Vs, we went for our 8yr anniversary and when we got to our table that had in all decorated and a happy anniversary card. We got complementary wine and an appetizer from the chef. We always have an amazing experience when we come here. Thank you!

Yelp
My brother Lawrence passed away and we wanted to have a memorial celebration in honor of him. We contacted the General Manager, Steve Olsen at Eddie V's in KOP and everything seamlessly came together. The sales manger, Michelle Schuman reached out to me to make sure all of our needs were met. My brother's Memorial Celebration was set for Wednesday, November 5th, 2025. Michelle worked with us alongside Steve to make sure that everything was meticulous and carefully presented. They worked with us to put together a custom menu made that was breathtaking, along with beautiful table accents with stunning floral arrangements designed by Tommy at Petals Florist in King of Prussia, PA. The menu read "Memorial Celebration for Lawrence Lee", what a tribute. We were in the Liberty Room and had access to the tv monitor to watch videos and photos of my late brother Lawrence, it was a perfect setting. The restaurants opulent views with the sparkling chandelier provided an eloquent background. On the day of our special event, as soon as we arrived Steve and his staff greeted us with hugs and warm smiles as we stepped out of our vehicle. Our heavy grief, seemed to lighten our hearts. Michelle and the wait staff were poised and ready to assist. We will never forget the genuine compassion that shown by the staff. The wait staff (Matt, Jo and other helpers) were ready to transform our space into a, tranquil, memorable and aesthetically pleasing gathering. The kindness shown truly touched our hearts. They also helped us assemble the memorial keepsakes for our family. Everyone was ready, friendly and caring. I'm pretty sure that I may have missed a few personal touches, but it truly was an unforgettable event. The musicians (Lawrence "Weas" Newton, Richard Tucker, Tim Hutson and Charles Baldwin) arrived and the Eddie V's staff treated them and our guests with the utmost respect. The band was so awesome and entertained everyone through the night. During our event, the food service was fit for royalty. The chef delicately made our food selections so scrumptious that everyone is still talking about how delicious it was. We were waited on hand and foot and no request was too large or small. Eddie V's is a top notch restaurant for any occasion or just to simply dine and enjoy. It's a staple for my husband and I, which is why we chose this location for our special event. We are all so pleased with the impeccable service, ambiance, tantalizing culinary selections and the unmatched service. We didn't have a guest sign in book. Michelle went out and purchased a beautiful sign in book for us, this truly was above and beyond. The coat check staff were very warm and assistive upon arrival and our departure. The staff at Eddie V's really helped us during a difficult time. Our delightful experience will last forever. A million thanks to Steve Olsen and the Eddie V's family in King of Prussia, PA for a delightful and uplifting evening. My brother would have been happy and overjoyed. If you have a special event, I strongly urge you to consider Eddie V's in KOP and their partners Petals Florist.

Yelp
Eddie V's has been on my radar for years now and finally I had the chance to experience this restaurants top notch service. First of all the atmosphere is simply beautiful. I felt special being there. The wine vault...,killer! The decor.....sumptuous! The service....white glove. When I say this man took care of us, I mean down to the smallest detail from the table arrangement announcing the birthday girl to presenting each guest with their own bananas foster that he individually lit, it was memorable. The food was also stellar. We were a large party and I don't remember what everyone ordered but there was a lot to share. Oysters on the half shell, crab fried rice, tender steak, buttery sea bass, salmon. All perfectly executed. Can't wait to plan another celebration there.

Yelp
Eddie V's is a solid place to eat! I was really impressed with the food, and the atmosphere had a nice, upscale vibe. Our waitress was attentive, polite, and on point the whole night. I had the steak and the lobster bisque--both were phenomenal. This was my first time dining here, and it definitely won me over. I'll be back anytime I'm in the area.

Yelp
On most work trips, I do not get to decide where we are eating and there are some times, where I am the last to know. Unfortunately for me, I knew that we were dining at Eddie V's for two weeks. I used the Contact Us email option and emailed the Eddie's team asking about vegan options. I didn't want to throw a monkey wrench into their kitchen operations and simply wanted to know if they had an existing 'secret menu dish' for vegans. About three days, I received a phone call from Tyler and he left a voice message. I decided not to call him back as it would have been a phone call during dinner service. I waited for the following Monday and called around 1pm MST local time, which was 3 pm EST. Tyler answered the phone and assured me that they would be able to make a vegan dish with Gnocchi with vegetables in a red sauce without any cross-contact contamination. I let him know that I appreciated the attention to detail and looked to dining with the Eddie V's team. We arrived on time and went to the bar and had a couple of very strong - well poured drinks. Then we were sat at a table in the main dining room. For context, this dining room is more like a ballroom and has tables of different configurations strategically placed. Our table of 8 was seated. Four chairs on the outside but the bench / banquet was tight for 4 people. Our server - Unfortunately, I don't remember his name but he was a trooper. He graciously attended to every whim and chased down every wild goose chase that our table threw at him including getting a warmed napkin to drap over the Octogenarian who was cold. I can't speak to the various filet Mignon or seafood dishes that arrived at the table, but I can speak to the Gnocchi. It was an immense portion that even on my most raveneous days, would not be able to finish. Well perhaps maybe if I climbed all the stairs at the Eiffel Tower. The red sauce was plentiful of favor with extra garlic. I couldn't have been better treated. Tyler came by at least two more times to check on me which was very kind. I want to thank the entire staff at Eddie V's for a glorious dinner with a special shoutout to Tyler. If you have a special dietary need, please contact Eddie V's ahead of time so that they can properly take care of you because they will.

Yelp
I went to Eddie Vs last night for a birthday dinner. It was busy and a bit loud my still nice. It's a beautiful restaurant and the food was amazing! Loved everything we ordered, Asian style Calamari, Stuffed Gulf Shrimp, the Crab fried rice, crab cake & lobster! All was amazing! I also had two non alcoholic drinks El Rey del Sol - spicy but so good!! I will definitely be going back to this location - amazing!! Thank you for making my birthday so special!

Yelp
Service was great. I did get the wrong temperature steak twice. They ended up taking my steak off the bill die to them having to replace it twice. The 3rd time it came out,it was at the perfect temperature, just needed some salt. The sides and drinks were delicious. The night I was there, they had live music that made the atmosphere that much better.

Yelp
Ok, we had a 6:45 reservation but we were not seated until about 7:15. Make sure you bring a sweater or jacket as it's a bit chilly. We were seated right on front of the band that was playing so it was a bit hard to have a conversation without yelling. The band that played was really good though. I was happy about the birthday confetti on the table, it was cute. We waited about another 15 minutes to get our drink order, kind of annoying when they brought bread and water but asked us nothing about drinks. Ordered some oysters, delicious and a Cesar salad, mid. I had the beef medallion with crab meat, medium but it was more on the medium well side. He ordered the filet mignon, Pittsburgh rare, first order was the wrong cut, second was over cooked and finally on the 3rd one they got it semi right. Thankfully, the manager Alex Jorden, comped us the steak. The perfect margarita was really tasty. My date ordered the mango mule but with Tequila, note they charged $23 for the drink ‍. We also shared the bananas foster cake which was amazing. Maybe I'll return for happy hour another day and give them a second chance to redeem themselves

Yelp
Elegant interior w/ private seating spaces aside from main dining room that come to life once chandeliers light against nightfall. Robust wine list & craft cocktails. Smoked Old Fashioned prepared tableside was one of the better had- block ice, Basil Hayden Bourbon, & exquisite skewered cherries. Sourdough & butter for table. 18oz Bone-In NY Strip was about an inch thick & made delightfully salty by adding a blue cheese crust. Tough outter ring of fat gave way to tender meat that was not as marbled as Ribeye, but had juicer texture than a Filet. Added 2 Crab Stuffed Shrimp which were meaty & crumbed w/ herbs but couldn't compete w/ the Lobster tail served to my husband- split down the center, tender & sweet, w/ the most delicious Beurre Blanc sauce ever tasted. Wanted to soak my entire meal in it & now on a mission to re-create at home. Lobster Mashed Potatoes were a little dry & boring. Unfortunately, lobster & butter sauce on top didn't elevate it enough for me to choose as a side again. Honey Sriracha Roasted Brussels Sprouts however, were impossible to resist. Char, sweetness, a little heat, finished w/ cashews- another dish destined to be recreated at home. Don't skip the Bananas Foster Butter Cake which was rich, tropical, had a dip of Butter Pecan ice cream, & lit tableside. I argued being too full, but to skip it would've been a grave mistake. Manager took our pic, presented us w/ a card & mini bottle of Prosecco, & furnished us w/ his card. We felt seen & cared for on my husband's birthday & felt the young staff was well trained & silently present.

Yelp
1/25/25 I treated my parents here for my dad's 80th Birthday and overall it was a wonderful experience. Jo Nguyen was our server- she was personality plus and very personable, attentive and well versed in the menu. She made some recommendations and described the food to a T! My dad ordered Pinot noir and Jo brought him that. He said he ordered Pinot Grigio. (His mistake- no big deal) Jo was kind and apologized as though it was her mistake. I thought that was professional and accommodating. My husband opted to keep the wine and enjoy it with his filet mignon although I'm 100% sure it would've been removed from the bill and taken back. The restaurant table was nicely decorated with "flourish" aka confetti and a Birthday card. The crystal chandelier is beautiful in the main dining room. We ordered Calamari- truffle Mac & cheese- asparagus- mashed potatoes-lobster bisque- lobster tacos-scallops- and filet mignon. I HIGHLY recommend the calamari-it's like no other! My parents are hard core Capitol Grill lovers but they really enjoyed Eddie V's. I enjoyed my food a lot and it was a great experience. Husbands gave high marks to the filet and it was cooked to perfection. Some things that must improve - Lobster Bisque- it was a very small piece of lobster claw meat in the bottom of the bowl and when I had it before it was a considerably larger piece of Lobster. I raved about it to my parents and I was kind of sorry that I did. I would not order that again at 18$ a bowl and barely any lobster. Either bring down the price or amp up the lobster portion. The busboys should have been on top of water refills as my glass was mostly empty. When I asked for more water- Jo refilled it immediately. Jo kept an eye on that and kept my glass full. The truffle Mac and cheese bowl wasn't very full. Again I didn't mention it- I think for the price point they could be generous on these sides. I requested our leftovers be wrapped and I wanted the bread wrapped too and I was told they would wrap a fresh batch of bread for us- that did not happen. I thought it was really nice that when my husband, father and I were enjoying our lobster bisque, our server, Jo l, brought out a complimentary plate of fruit for my mom to enjoy. Jo did bring complimentary dessert- bananas foster and the plate was deliciously decorated with Happy Birthday! The service is spectacular overall. Full Disclosure- I did not complain about the lobster bisque so the restaurant could not rectify it. It wouldn't stop me from going back- but - I personally wouldn't spend the money on that again. The price point at Eddie V's is high so it's not a place for me to go to on any regular basis. My mom loved her cocktail- 24 Kt and my husband ordered a smoky old fashioned and he LOVED it. If you like high quality cocktails I recommend it.

Yelp
I've dinned as Edie V'S always at special times in my life with family and friends. They have never ever disappointed us ever. This is the best restaurant If experienced in 67 years of life. Really.

Yelp
I'm very surprised there's only 381 reviews here. Here's why. Ever been to New York City? The city of lights. It should be called the city where you can't get a restaurant reservation unless you sit outside next to the traffic. But if you should be so lucky, you will be transformed back into the 50s through 70s with an update to the 2020s. That's how unique Eddie V is. You're talking waitstaff in white tuxes with bows and matching outfits. Dress to the nines, including hair and everything else. And they handle themselves with great pride. It's obvious their architects and interiors designers have tremendous pull from both New York and Las vegas. No Gucci and no Kichey. Just really good soft lighting. Gracious table placement and all around good vibes or as architects say, feng shui. When you walk in, think of the flow. Placement of the tables, how everyone walks around. How everyone can see around. How everyone can feel a sense of plating and service from the moment you walk in. Never got to the bar that looks outstanding. When you go to New York, you will find the regulars, always sitting at the same tables, always having their valet cars, minimum $250,000 each, parked right outside for your enjoyment, as well as their psychological pleasure. But hey, you don't have to go to a new car lot that they won't even get you in the door for. Ha ha. There were two Lamborghinis parked there when I was there as well as some other tasty samplings. Let's get onto this fine dining, which is really celebratory dining. Receptions, graduations, birthday parties, finally selling your business and retiring parties, returning home to warm family parties, preteen children's parties, and for sure, sweet 16 and debutante parties. I'm certain the Phillies, Eagles, Soul, and Sixers eat here all the time. And if they don't, they're missing out. We had complementary fried oysters which were absolutely outstanding. Then I had another plate of them. You'll see them in the picture. My brother got the blue cheese wedge, which was probably one of the best I've ever had. Also, the creamiest I've ever had. It was delicious. My brother got the swordfish special, which was unusually prepared, and he ate every morsel of the avocado on top. I never saw him eat so much so happy . He also got a plate of asparagus, which were delicious. I ordered the fillet medallions with crab meat, but asked for the sauce on the side. So they said hey, let's make it a full fillet with crab meat ,,,,,,,,,,,,,bam ! That was good. The aged steaks are fantastic here. Many of you know, aged beef. This steak is some of the best flavored steak I've ever had. And they don't charbroil it at 1600° like somebody you know. But it comes out absolutely superb. So superb that my leftovers tasted absolutely just as good and pink inside. Now the crab meat. Oh my goodness was that good. I'm not sure what they do, but there's some kind of whipped Deliciousness added to them. That's so so good. I also got a side of the crab fried rice just to see if it was any different or unexpected. Man was it good. The crab on top was fantastic. And the rice was delicious. Really a job well done by all the staff. Kudos to Alli a mother, a great Staff talent and shipmate, kind and considerate. Great training guys - good culture. We left very happy and will definitely return for a celebratory dinner or lunch. PS, if this was in New York City, it would have about 1150 reviews. Keep that in mind.

Yelp
Besides the food being exceptional, I have to comment on the service. I came to celebrate my birthday with my husband. Our table had a birthday card and decorations! Then Tyler, a manager, came by and took our picture, chatted with us and was very pleasant. Then a second manager Alex gave us his card and told us next time we come in he would select special wines for us. To top it off our waitress brought us a free dessert! Made my day extra special.

Yelp
Eddie Vs is exceptional. We arrived a smidge early for our 6pm Father's Day reservation and had to wait ~10 minutes to be seated. The server, Stephanie, was wonderful - her positive energy, knowledge, and attentive service was top notch. We had the steak tartare (reallly good, with a nice tangy mustard around the edges) and the warm goat cheese salad (everything about the salad was great) as appetizers. For mains, we had the Chilean sea bass (exceptional) and the ribeye (very tasty - for some reason I was thinking it would be a little larger since it notes 22 ounces on the menu - we could only eat 1/2 of it as presented). We added in the brussel sprouts and sautéed onions - both shareable quantities and very good. For dessert, we shared the berries and créme - a delightful ending to a great meal. It is pricey - but it is exceptional.

Yelp
Eddie V's happy hour has set a new standard for excellence in my dining experiences. The Oysters Rockefeller are nothing short of perfection, and every dish we've tried has left us impressed. The filet mignon sandwiches and Kung Pao calamari have quickly become favorites. The first time we ordered the oysters we ordered a second round. Fyi they were only served in the bar. Our satisfaction has been consistently high, and I can hardly wait to return. The service is impeccable, and the vibrant atmosphere makes for fantastic people-watching. There's an eclectic mix of patrons at Eddie V's, all enjoying great music, delightful cocktails, and outstanding food. This place truly has my attention. The restaurant itself serves high end seafood, as well as steaks and delicious "steakhouse" sides. I highly recommend the truffle macaroni and cheese. It's really dense, but really delicious. It's a special occasion restaurant for sure but with happy hour it can be attainable on an average night.

Yelp
I always enjoy their food when I dine here. Food has flavor & waiters are professionals. Drinks are also tasty. Next time Im taking my food home though Im going to pack up my own food instead of allowing them to do it for me. I received the wrong order once I got home to reheat it

Yelp
I ate here for a happy hour and dinner. I had the Bulleit Bourbon Sour which is a good blend of bourbon and sour. During Happy Hour, I had the Filet Sliders and Lobster Tempura. The slider consisted of a tender filet on a sweet bun with a nice sauce. I had the special which was a 10 oz Filet with a 7 oz Tempura Lobster Tail. The filet was tender and juicy. The tempura lobster tail provided a buttery flavor and crunch which I thought went very well with the filet. Reana took very good care of us during happy hour. She has a wonderful personality. Eric was a fantastic server for dinner.

Yelp
I'm happy to say my husband and I enjoyed a spectacular experience here in celebration of our 11th wedding anniversary! I've heard great things about the food and the staff was equally exceptional. Our waitress Reina really went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, she made us feel welcomed, she was pleasant, warm, knowledgeable about the menu even down to the small details like these cute little things called lemon hats that covered the lemons to catch the seeds as you squeeze the lemon over your meal. The 22oz USDA Prime Bone-In Ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection, well rested, well seasoned, succulent and excellent grade. It is definitely in my top 3 for steaks that I've ever had. Even the blade on the knife to cut the ribeye was superior, well crafted and allowed me to cut through the ribeye with minimal effort. The cold water lobster tail tasted fresh caught, tender and natural in flavor, unadulterated, the lemon and warm drawn butter completed and complimented the natural sweet, clean, light taste. The Medallions Oscar Style topped with jumbo lump crab, savory housemade bearnaise sauce, served alongside steamed asparagus was very good. I'm so glad they put the bearnaise sauce on the side because you don't need a lot of it. Just a few dabs will do. I really appreciated the authenticity of the sauce. Crab fried rice was good and had a cheesy taste although it didn't contain cheese. So just a heads up on that. It was good, just a surprising flavor profile. Very generous portion of tender lump crab meat. Truffle Mac is hands down THE BEST truffle mac i've tasted!! If your a fan of mac and cheese but your NOT crazy about truffle, then you might want to pass on this. However, if you are a FAN of Truffle then this is the dish for you. I LOVE truffle and you can taste it. The truffle really elevates this dish and sets it a part from your standard mac and cheese. This dish was hearty and hugs your soul. Instead of being made with boring elbow macaroni noodles it's made with my favorite, campanelle noodles (pasta shaped like a cone with a ruffled edge). Absolutely satisfying dish. BEST Bananas Foster Butter Cake!!! I've heard this get mixed reviews. Some say it's too sweet or you can taste that the alcohol wasn't properly burned off during the cooking process or the method used. Well tonight it was spot on!!! The flavors all came together and were well balanced. Butter cake was fluffy, buttery, just enough caramelization on the cake with the bananas. I was in heaven! We only experienced one small hiccup but not enough to knock a star off for me and that was when we first arrived we were told that our table wasn't ready and that we could wait at the bar, which is fine because we arrived earlier than our reservation time. However, as soon as we sat down and ordered drinks at the bar a different staff person came to inform us that our table was in fact ready and that we could be seated right away. That was really confusing. And when we got to the table we could tell that no one had been seated there in quite some time because it was well decorated for the occasion which leads me to believe that there was just a breakdown in the staffs internal communications. So for the staff at the hostess stand, before telling patrons their table isn't ready just because they arrived early, it would be a good rule of thumb to double check the table to confirm and avoid confusion. Outside of that, absolutely awesome experience, awesome staff. Frank the bartender is great! He recommended the smoked old fashion (total game changer from the standard old fashion)..the aromatics make you feel like your sitting by a warm campfire and just adds to the awesome vibes you'll feel here. Oh and the live jazz band was amazing!!

Yelp
Good food and excellent service at the bar. The crab fried rice was fragrant and soft. The parmesan crusted sole, recommended by the waiter, was delectable. The bar dinning area was nice and quiet around 5 pm. Of note, I disliked the mocktail. Will come again to try the chillean sea bass.

Yelp
On a blend, Eddie V's is a 3 at best, and I struggled with that number because the food would be the lowest rating for me and it was nearly a $500 meal for two, so a 2 it is. My wife and I ate here a week or so back. First impressions on ambiance were great, the restaurant had a nice vibe from the entryway, you could hear the live music, and the people we could see in the bar were having a good time. Unfortunately, we got to see those people for 20 minutes because that's how long past our reservation time it took for the hostess to have us seated. Once we got a table I was a bit disappointed that we were so far away that we couldn't hear the music, I wasn't expecting that. From this point on, everything moved very slowly. Appetizers showed up before cocktails, the waitress disappeared for long stretches, and even at the end of the meal, she dropped the check and ran, then didn't come back for 15 minutes. Let's talk about the food though. First things first, we shared an order of the Tuna Tartare and the Lobster Tacos and both were excellent, exactly what I'd have expected from a nice seafood restaurant. The entrees and sides, on the other hand, were not. Maybe it was our mistake for ordering steaks, the waitress said they were a "steakhouse with excellent seafood", a quote, but both the Filet my wife ordered and the Wagyu Strip I ordered were completely unseasoned. Same went for the side of mashed potatoes. The side of carrots WAS seasoned, aggressively on some of them anyway, but others were just plain carrots. Even if we consider the waitress calling Eddie V's a steakhouse hyperbolic, I'd have ordered the same sides with a seafood entree and they'd have been just as bad. Would we come back? Maybe. If we did, it would be in the bar and for appetizers and drinks while listening to the band, and I'd guess that experience would be a 4 (our waitress blamed the "really slow" bartender for drinks coming out after the food). The rest of the evening was a giant disappointment.

Yelp
Even before you set eyes on the menu, you sense that the evening will not be for the faint of finance... The waterfall as you cross the threshold... the team of smiling faces behind the hostess desk just waiting to be of assistance... the crystal chandeliers... white-jacketed servers... the soft sounds of live jazz emanating from the bustling bar all conspire to put the fear of God into your pocketbook. The testosterone level in most bovine palaces is so thick you can cut it with a steak knife. Eddie V's Prime Seafood, on the other hand, speaks with a more luxuriously opulent accent. But say what you will about the elegant dressed-to-impress ambiance, the important issue still remains: Does the quality of the restaurant's cuisine justify its over-the-top tariffs? Well... yes and no... At least in my view. First of all, there is absolutely no question that the seafood, which is flown in fresh daily, is at the very peak of good health; it is also impeccably prepared & attractively presented. But Not only are the piscatorial offerings prepared to perfection, they are also artfully paired with a variety of accoutrements that succeed in caressing rather than smothering the objects of their affection. Take the rich and succulent Chilean Sea Bass ($52.00), for example. Prepared Hong Kong-style, it is steamed and then served in an elegantly light soy broth. Equally recommendable are the Georges Bank Scallops ($46.00). Beautifully sauteed to a golden brown, they are finished with citrus ruit, roasted almonds, and an irresistible brown butter sauce. Accompaniments also get high marks, especially the Truffled Mac 'n Cheese ($17.00) and Butter Poached Lobster Mashed Potatoes ($26.00) Desserts are something of a mixed bag and, in my opinion, the restaurant's weakest point. Wine and cocktail prices, as you would surmise, correspond to the cost of the cuisine, which means, of course, that they will put a significant dent in your wallet. Bottom Line: When it comes to judging steakhouse restaurants, foodwise, Eddie V's is clearly at the top of the heap. However, bear in mind that you are paying fine dining prices for chain steakhouse fare - as good as it may be - and atmosphere. And ambience plays a rather important role here. When the main dining area is filled, which appears to be most of the time, it is pure bedlam. The decibel level may only be described as lethal. Is Eddie V's worth the price...? It's your call.

Yelp
Wow! We felt like royalty! First time at restaurant and celebrated anniversary. Table was decorated with flower petals and a card. All staff wished us happy anniversary. Took our picture, printed it and posted in a card. Gave me a rose and bottle champagne. Food and service were amazing! Had scallops, sole, and 2 salads. Accommodates allergies. Worth the cost.

Yelp
This is my go to spot especially when I'm feeling particularly wealthy . There is no particular dish I love cuz I love everything (that isn't red meat or pork). Happy hour on a Sunday?! What more can I ask for?! I will also be having my Holliday lunch here tomorrow as well. If this restaurant is recommended to you, don't hesitate just book the reservation you will not be disappointed!

Yelp
Our anniversary dinner was delicious with showmanship the our server Tyler. His care to make sure the chef had my allergy card to assure my dinner was safe for me. It was succulent scallops just perfectly seared and artfully plated. The decor is modern clubby. My only suggestion is to have a few chairs in entry for those who may need to sit down.

Yelp
Eddie V's Prime Seafood offers elegant dining. It's opulent and perfect for a special occasion. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt the luxurious ambiance. The warm, inviting atmosphere struck us. This service exceeds expectations. The staff is very friendly. Our server, Cesar, was exceptional. He made sure we had all we needed throughout the meal. The simple offering of bread was a nice touch. The warm bread was served with butter at the perfect thickness for spreading. Seafood stole the show, overshadowing every other dish we ordered. The seafood tower was fresh and plentiful. It featured briny oysters, and very fresh crab and lobster. The chef cooked the Rib-Eye steak to a perfect medium rare as requested, and it brimmed with flavor. The Crab Fried Rice was very flavorful. It had a rich texture and perfect moisture. The Brussels sprouts also had great flavor. One minor point of contention was the dress code. I have no strong preferences for clothing. But, it was off-putting to see patrons in shorts and sandals. There was a sign at the door informing of a dress code. A bit more enforcement on this front would enhance the overall dining experience. The price point is on the higher end, but you get the quality of food you pay for. Skillful preparation made each dish worth the price. The portions were very generous, which is hard to find nowadays. Our meal concluded with the flambéed butter cake. The side ice cream harmonized with it in unity. However, the table-side flambéing let the fire burn the cake too much. This left some bites tasting like charcoal. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise fantastic meal. Overall, Eddie V's Prime Seafood is excellent. It's a great choice for seafood lovers and those celebrating a special occasion.

Yelp
First and foremost, the service is second to none. Our server and the men who assisted her were great. The water server was really on top of his game and my husband's water was not even empty for 30 seconds. In an awful restaurant experience we had 2 weeks ago in Harrisburg, it took us 20 min to get water and I had to holler at our waitress to get it! She only had 3 tables, including ours. The restaurant is fancy, but too dark. It is lovely and romantic for special occasions. It's very classy with impeccable service. The seafood and complimentary bread was good. The crab fried rice was not great. It was very greasy. The cake in the Banana Foster was also not good. Next time I'll get a seafood entree and a salad. No sides. I really don't like sides. They end up tasting greasy or too overwhelming. We have gotten sides from Morton's, Ruth Chris, Gallagher's NYC,etc - I've never been impressed by the creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, etc in those places. Ugh. It's better to get a plain old salad rather than a side, IMHO. People seemed to really enjoy themselves here, which was great to see. I like this chain, but I still love Chart House better. We always go to the one in Alexandria VA. Their salad bar and crab stack appetizer are so good.

First time here with my colleague. Our server was Daphne, and she was absolutely amazing and kind. She was thoughtful through our whole service which was a 10/10 and the food was so delicious we came back a second time the same week. Steamboat Oysters - crisp and delicious, def a favorite Burrata and Beet Salad - very tasty and light Ribeye - full of flavor and cooked to perfection Drinks- delightful Definitely recommend!

Yelp
Not the best first impression. I had to quickly adjust my expectations of Eddie V's ambiance. When we were shown to our table, I hesitated in disappointment at the location, but the hostess mistook it for confusion and made a distasteful remark, saying there was no assigned seating. We were placed in the back room, facing away from the main dining area, which lacked the energy and vibe of the restaurant. The food was underwhelming. The brussels sprouts were overly charred, and the bananas foster butter cake wasn't properly flambéed, leaving the cake soaked in liquor (though they did replace it). At the end of the meal, staff began shifting tables uncomfortably close to ours, and I had to squeeze between our table and the wall just to leave. Overall, it didn't feel like a fine dining experience.

Yelp
The ambiance and food are incredible, the management and bar staff are the best, special shout out to Lisa, Frank, Stephanie and Matt behind the bar, the best, ask for them when at the bar!!! Go Lisa!!!

Yelp
Excellent customer service! I loved the atmosphere as well. Went on a friday evening when they had live jazz playing which was beautiful. The food was decent not the best I've ever had but I expect that from chain restaurants. The Caesar salad was gross though i wouldn't recommend that. The truffle mac and cheese was pretty tasty and i liked the calamari just wish it had a different dipping sauce.

Yelp
I give out 5 stars rarely. You really have to hit it out of the park (at least for me) to score 100%. Whelp, these guys make it happen. Don't give me wrong you're gonna pay for it, but the combination of food, ambience and highly professional service was spot on. We enjoyed everything about this experience, start to finish. Delicious bread, well executed martinis to start. Our dinner was the big Eddie seafood tower (which Not disappoint) and a nice bottle of wine. Our only surprise was that the king crab was not served as whole legs - rather small pieces came on a bowl... I expressed a bit of disappointment that this wasn't really clear on the menu to our waiter. He subsequently brought the manager over who offered an explanation, and delivered a second helping of king crab as an apology... very classy. Eddie V's does high-end dining right. If you are in the mood, this place rocks.

Yelp
We went to celebrate a birthday and we had an excellent experience. We ordered the seafood tower and lobster bisque. I would not order the lobster bisque again. For dessert we ordered the banana foster which was very good. The restaurant has very nice ambience and the service was excellent. Almost too much service!!

Yelp
Had a great meal at Eddie V's! It was a busy Friday night, but Service was very good and the drinks were excellent. Calamari app was a nice size and tasty. Branzino was perfect; salmon very good and the complimentary bread with salted butter was also tasty. Our shared side of needed some more flavor/salt/pepper. Would definitely like to visit again

Yelp
We were meeting another couple here for dinner at 7:00 pm. We had hoped to get a seat at the bar early for a few cocktails first, but since this was the day before New Year's Eve, we knew that could be a challenge. The restaurant itself is very nice; it certainly has the looks of what you would expect for steaks/seafood at this price point. We were fortunate that a couple was getting up, and they kindly gave us their seats. We sat there and sat and sat some more. I don't know what was happening, but the bar staff was not enough for the business. Finally, about ten minutes later, we were able to order a few drinks. Our friends arrived and were able to order pretty quickly. Typical prices: bourbon around $20 each, tequila around $25 each, and glasses of cab for $15. Our wives were fine with the first, my buddy and I wanted a second, but that took some time. An hour later (right at 7:00 pm), our table was ready. We cashed out (asked them to split the check between two cards) and went to our table...but something seemed odd about the price I paid (more on that later). The dining room was just as nice as the bar area. And being that this is outside of the city, there's more real estate to space the tables out. We were greeted fairly quickly by a server who asked if we'd been there (we had not), who then went down the normal "how things work." For appetizers, we ordered the West Coast oysters, the tuna tartare, and wild gulf shrimp. In the meantime, they do serve bread and butter; I didn't try, but I was told it was good. The appetizers came out with the normal accouterment and at first glance looked good. But then the first bite, the oysters were oddly dry and missing the liquor that they should have if shucked properly. The shrimp came as described layed on ice, but were also strangely dry like they had sat out uncovered for a while and were almost mushy. The tartare on the other hand was very good so not a complete bust. For dinner, two of us ordered the ahi tuna, one ordered the scallops and another the shrimp. I did try the ahi tuna and it was decent, nothing special, served with a side of soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi. I also tried my wife's shrimp which were topped with crab meat, bread crumbs, cheese and a beurre blanc. These were good and I was glad they did something to elevate the seafood. For sides we ordered the au gratin potatoes which were good with the right amount of cheese and seasoning. The asaparagus we ordered was way overcooked and barely anyone touched it. We opted out of dessert and asked our server for the check. $475 for two couples which again we asked to have split between two credit cards. When they brought back the receipts for us to sign it clicked what I didn't catch at the bar. I see this in many restaurants where they will put a recommended tip at the bottom based upon differing percents (15%-20%-25%). I like this because it helps me quickly assess what I should leave (which is typically more than the 25% recommendation). In this case my head couldn't compute why my half ($240) had a recommended tip of $120. Now, I should have caught this at the bar, but let's be honest, if you're paying these prices are you really looking at the receipt (I certainly don't). I trusted their recommendation at the bar of tipping $25...on my $55 bill because I was enjoying myself and wanted to get to the table. The truth is, they leave the recommendation for the original amount on any split checks. And yes I know splitting checks is a hassle but splitting them 50/50 is not that big of a deal. For this I question what the intent of the restaurant is. So all in all, the restaurant looks nice, the server was on his game. The bar needed more help and the food was lackluster for the price paid.

Yelp
Everything was great! Their service can not be beat! From the minute you walk in the door they greet you and make your visit enjoyable. All the food I had was amazing! The waiters are super professional and will take care of all your needs before you even know it!

Yelp
This was my first time at Eddie V's and I will be going back! EVERYTHING was amazing. The ambiance, the food and most of all the service were all outstanding. I cannot say enough about how awesome Earl was. The best service I've ever received anywhere. Such a wonderful evening and experience.

Yelp
Eddie V's always blows me away. I've been a total of 4 times in the last three years and each experience has been 5 stars. The ambience here is glam but still moody. In the main dinning area, there is a beautiful grand chandelier in the center, but the lights are dim making it perfect for a date night or celebration. There's a view of the kitchen which is a great touch. They also have a private dinning room. I personally love coming here dolled up, but I also notice some people wear jeans and hoodies. I wouldn't recommend. Musts: NY Strip with Blue Cheese, CRAB CAKE, and the crab fried rice. The honey Sriracha brussel sprouts are also okay. Skip: The Sautéed Spinach

Yelp
Classic prime seafood specials along with several great steaks! Everything is delicious and backed by a superb wine list.

Yelp
We had a terrific experience at Eddie V's. We were celebrating a birthday, and when we arrived the table was decorated for us. The food was delicious-the lobster tacos were recommended to us and were fantastic! Definitely recommend them. The steak was cooked perfectly and the butter cake is a "don't miss." Our server Shannon and the manager Alex were so welcoming and really made us feel special. We decided to sit in the lounge as we wanted to hear the music but I think next time we'll sit in the main dining room where it's a bit quieter. The lounge is perfect for drinks and happy hour though. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
A Disappointing Solo Visit to Eddie V's Falls Short of Usual Standards Dining Date: June 15 Reservation Time: 5:45 PM Party Size: 1 As a frequent guest of Eddie V's, I've come to expect a consistently elevated dining experience--one marked by attentive service, well-prepared food, and a refined ambiance. Unfortunately, my solo visit on Father's Day fell noticeably short in several key areas, casting a shadow on an otherwise special occasion I had set aside for quiet reflection and good food. Ambiance: Eddie V's continues to shine in this regard. The live band was a delightful touch, creating a warm, sophisticated atmosphere that remains one of the restaurant's strongest assets. The lighting, décor, and overall mood of the dining room upheld the upscale feel that has made the brand a go-to for elegant evenings. Service: Where my experience unraveled was from the very start. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 5:45 PM reservation and was met not with a warm welcome, but rather a lukewarm, almost dismissive acknowledgment from the host staff. I then waited nearly 45 minutes to be seated while observing eight other parties--some with later reservation times--escorted to their tables before me. Not once was the delay explained or even acknowledged. Once seated, the service from my waitress was notably better. She was responsive and quick to take my order. However, there was a noticeable misstep: she initially brought the wrong side dish. Though she corrected the mistake promptly, it raised eyebrows given the simplicity of a table for one. Food: The meal itself was underwhelming. I ordered the New York strip steak and lobster tail--requested medium--but what arrived leaned closer to medium-well to well-done. The lobster was fine, though unremarkable. The truffle macaroni and cheese, a personal favorite, arrived noticeably cold, which further detracted from the experience. After such a lengthy wait just to be seated, I opted not to send anything back, choosing instead to finish the meal without further delay. Overall Experience: Dining solo at Eddie V's should feel just as refined and welcoming as when accompanied by a group. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling like an afterthought. While the music and ambiance lived up to the restaurant's reputation, the front-of-house team and kitchen execution did not. Eddie V's has long been a trusted destination for special occasions and upscale evenings. However, this experience highlighted a need for more consistent hospitality--especially from the host staff--and better attention to detail when serving individual diners. I hope this was an isolated misstep, as I know the restaurant is capable of much more. But for a Father's Day meal meant to feel special, it regrettably did not.

Yelp
Thoroughly enjoyed this Eddie V location They had a jazz band playing while I was there. Great band, lovely music & entertaining Sat at the bar for happy hour. The bar was packed so I suggest to get there early. Bartenders were some of the best I've ever encountered. Highly attentive and I was impressed by them addressing me by name every time they checked on me throughout the visit. I had the hope diamond drink but sans alcohol- mixed well and as beautiful as the original version South African Lobster was so tasty that it makes you want to order more. Crab fried rice and spinach were both good overall. My fav dessert here is the banana foster butter cake & it did not disappoint. Definitely plan on returning to this location in the future.

Yelp
If I can give six stars, I will! Our anniversary dinner at Eddie V's tonight absolutely blew my mind. I'm a simple person who focuses more on the flavor of the food than anything else, and I actually hate anything that's pretentious. One of the biggest flaws of many fancier restaurants, in my humble opinion, is their unnecessary pretentiousness. But Eddie V's is fancy without being pretentious, and the food is genuinely tasty. The service is just appropriately attentive! Their attention to the details are amazing. Hands down the best dining experience in my recent months or recent years! From now on, I'll definitely make this Eddie V's the designated place for any special occasion.

Yelp
I'm a big sushi eater and normally don't order it at a steakhouse, but the yellowtail sashimi with ponzu sauce was off the charts. The filet was the main event and perfectly done, but the lobster mashed potatoes stole the show. Granted, after I threw in a glass or two of wine it became a $200 dinner, but you get what you pay for, and this is a great treat every now and then. Tomorrow night it's back to pizza and wings for 20 bucks..... ;)

Yelp
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Eddie V's tonight. This was our first visit and we were so impressed. I feel the restaurants either serve average food in large portions.....or delicious food in small portions. Eddie V's KoP nailed the perfect balance of nice portions and very well cooked food. I was also looking through the reviews and wanted to point out something that I think is a little overlooked....service.....the service here is OUTSTANDING.....everyone we came into contact with provided outstanding service.....and it did not feel forced......I feel that management clearly spends a lot of time on training and focusing on the customer experience.....and it really shows......I would highly recommend.

Yelp
Amazing happy hour. Very attentive staff. Smooth cocktails. I should caveat my review with the note that I have never had a full meal at Eddie V's. I've been plenty of times for a drink to catch up with friends or colleagues. I've also made special visits to hit their HH. The Smoked Old Fashion is my favorite, especially if I am sitting at the bar and have a chance to watch them pull it all together. The filet sliders are tasty and a deal during HH. While not my liquor of choice, the Hope Diamond can be pretty amazing. Staff is on top of things. Our last trip it seemed like our waiter was working the entire bar area and yet did not miss a beat. They are great in every regard.

Yelp
Eddie V's tries to be something that it's not. The staff caters to specific clientele. If you go on a busy evening (as a small party) don't expect prompt service, unless you order multiple courses. Cocktails are weak/flavorless. Lobster bisque tastes like tomato soup. Surprisingly the best item was the over cooked steak. I've had fresher seafood from the local grocery store. Not bad overall but certainly not as advertised. Why make a reservation if you have to wait 15 minutes for a table? Dining in KOP has become a disappointment. Reconsider your decision to "dine" here.

Yelp
Service, professionalism, quality food! This place has it all. Eddie V's outdoes itself with service. If they make a mistake they overcompensate to make up for it. This place really does have amazing service and servers! Ask for Lisa. She's the best waitress! I've been here 3 times and the food has always made me close my eyes because it was that good. I always get seafood when I come here. The last time I came for my birthday and got the seafood tower! Everything was excellent!

Yelp
Been there a number of times. Food is excellent. Their steaks are as good as anywhere at the least, and at best, they may be THE best. Mac and cheese side dish, exceptional. Anyway you will be pleased you went. And then there is EMILY, the server who you will want the first time you are there and for every other visit. Ask for her when you make your reservation. Ambiance is not of a restaurant but of a supper club. Beautiful room. Live music in the bar area. .
