Eddie V’s Prime Seafood – A Perfect Valentine’s Day Lunch My wife and I had a fantastic Valentine’s Day lunch at Eddie V’s, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our server, Brent, was spot on—attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I ordered the scallops, which were beautifully seared and full of flavor, but they couldn’t quite compare to the incredible filet my wife had. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy, and easily one of the best steaks we’ve had in a long time. I truly hope this feedback reaches the chef, because that dish was unforgettable! From the outstanding service to the expertly prepared food, Eddie V’s made our Valentine’s Day lunch a memorable one. Thank you for an amazing meal! We’ll definitely be back.

Me and the girls love Eddie Vs. this is one of our fave happy hour and hang out spots. We always relax at the bar and enjoy many items from the menu. Gary the bartender always provides exceptional service. This is an all round great place to visit. The food is always cooked perfectly and great portions.

Eddie V’s has been our go-to place for a nice dinner for over a year. We drive over two hours to have dinner and catch up with our favorite server Roger. He always goes above and beyond for us to ensure we have the best time. We LOVE Eddie V’s and Roger!!

It was my first visit here for my birthday. The service here is unmatched. The servers are very attentive. I loved the view from my table. Valet parking was available, which was nice. The food was good also. The crab fried rice was the star of the show. I loved how they had my table decorated with a card. It was a nice touch. They were very accommodating with our allergy request.

Reservation was for 7, got there at 7 and had a short wait. It was a Saturday night and the bar was crowded. We got seated near the bar and wasn’t the best seating. It was loud and busy. People walking by us and bumping my wife’s chair. Not the best ambience for our anniversary. The food was okay. My appetizers was great. I got oysters and they were fresh. My wife got the lobster bisque and it was just okay. Our entrees were good but not great especially for the price. Overall it was an okay experience not sure it match the price I paid.

Google
The food and service were excellent. We had Jayden and Funsho as servers and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Don’t skip the crab fried rice and lobster bisque. Cocktails are also unique and delicious. Does get pretty loud when super busy and couldn’t hear the live music too much from the dining area.

Google
Excellent establishment for customer service and food dishes that totally satisfy. Word of mouth and majority of the 4 to 5 star reviews spot on. I was with a party of of six on a Sunday evening and 95% of the dishes ordered were magnificent 👌 🙌. The reason for my 4 start over all the salmon needs a bit work. The group I was with had just about everything on menu and all rave reviews. Favorites were the tacos 🌮, calamari, lamb, banana Foster, crab cakes, mac cheese, and asparagus just to name a few. Worth severa return l visits to get a chance to try everything. Be warned food portions are quite large 😋.

Our server was nice and informative/knowledgeable about the menu. Ordered the steak tartare as an app and the ribeye medium rare for an entree. Both were unremarkable, with the ribeye being overcooked and full of fat. A very pricey restaurant that didn’t end up providing the sort of experience that would warrant a return visit.

Yelp
Visited for Halloween 2024. Very nice ambiance- on one side, it's more of a bar feel, and the other is more of a restaurant feel. We made reservations for two about a week out, and we were seated on the bar side. Our server was Tony, who was both energetic, helpful, and friendly. We ordered the crab cakes (8/10) and breaded shrimp (8/10) for appetizers. Also, we ordered Henny Sidecars (10/10 as all bartenders are not created equally). For entrees, we had the 22oz ribeye (7/10) and the lamb chops (10/10) which were both amazing. For a side, we ordered the crab rice (10/10). I will definitely return!

Yelp
We are extremely disappointed. We drove a distance because of prior experienced. But what a difference a year makes. Quality/portion of food has decreased to a low considering the brand, price point and location. There is more cheese than any other ingredient in the side dishes.... Perhaps good for those who don't mind clogging their arteries in one meal. The service is not that of a "4 Star". Please stick with your local mom and pop restaurants. They care and quality is more consistent. Sorry Eddie V's. You should know better.

Yelp
Came here for lunch and everything was spot on. They put on the football game for us which was nice. We sat at the bar - the service was fast and attentive. The only design flaw is that the glasses hanging block half of the TVs no big deal though. The truffle mac and cheese is the best in this area. Get this to share! The steak tartare was solid. Not the best I've had but it was decent - definitely ask to add pepper to give it more flavor! The passionfruit mule was great. No complaints overall!

Yelp
We came here on a Friday night and had such a great experience! We arrived for our 7:30PM reservation and were seated shortly after arrival. Our waitress was very kind, engaging, attentive, and prompt with her service. We started our night off with the Point Judith Calamari, which was very tasty. The pairing of the Ginger Soy Sauce with the seared veggies and perfectly battered calamari was simply delicious. As we ate our calamari, the live band played in the background which added to the exceptional ambiance. For the main course, we both had the bone in ribeye, which was perfectly cooked at medium with the asparagus and the truffled Mac and Cheese. The ribeye was pretty good and the Mac and cheese had a unique flavor, sort of an acquired taste. We ended the night with the banana foster butter cake (a dish that generally wouldn't be my first selection), which absolutely delicious! I will surely be back to experience the ambience again, HH, and just for another taste of that medium ribeye . As it relates to parking, there is valet parking and garage parking (not complimentary) which is abundant!

Yelp
I ate here one night and the previous one I had been to Ruths Chris nearby. While Eddie Vs has a great looking restaurant there were several things I found lacking. I eat my steaks Medium Rare and if you serve a steak that is Medium or Medium Rare on a cold porcelain plate the plate will act as a heat sink and the steak will cool off in minutes. PLEASE warm up your plates when serving hot food. Keep them in the Kitchen near the grill or in a plate warmer. The filet was not nearly as good to me as the previous night at Ruths Chris. It wasn't bad or anything, it just really lacked the great flavor of the previous night. The side of Brussel Sprouts was good as was the bread and service. The food to me was overall a 3 star but the service made up for it so I give it overall 4.

Yelp
Eddie Vs is a tasty and great experience each and every time. We tried the crab cakes (remoulade could have been tastier), yellowtail sashimi (excellent), goat cheese salad (very very tasty), salmon (delicious) and ribeye (oh my was it outstanding) and ended the meal splitting the berries and cream (oh yes!). Service was excellent.

Yelp
We took my grandmother to Eddie V's for her birthday and we really enjoyed. In the restaurant you can see a beautiful view of Tyson's Corner, and certain nights they have a band playing which is a great vibe. For food, I ordered the ribeye, medium and it was pretty good, could've used a little more flavor. The au gratin potatoes were phenomenal! They did a birthday surprise for my grandma which was super sweet, and service was top notch! I'd go back to this location!

Yelp
I had a very good meal here recently. The service was definitely above average, and the front of house staff were friendly even though we did not have a reservation. Our seafood all seemed fresh and was nicely prepared. The creme brûlée dessert was particularly good and comes with a few cookies as a garnish that were fresh and yummy as well. We happened to be there when there was a jazz trio playing live, which was really nice as well. Conveniently located near the mall or just off a major highway if visiting the area.

Yelp
I had my very first experience at Eddie V's for a team event. we reserved a private room and landed on a preset menu. This restaurant is really pretty and has a very intimate vibe. There was a man playing the piano and singing. The tables are very intimate and cozy. It's definitely the kind of place that you would want to go if you're celebrating something or just seeking an over the top experience, the food at Eddie's was delicious. We had truffle mac & cheese, which was a shareable family style dish and the Gess of the cheese had that cheese fantastic one of the best parts of reserving the private room here was the view you had you got to see beautiful landscape architecture, and the train riding by in the background, which was really pretty to see, especially during golden hour. The service here exceeded any expectations that I had and in my line of work I get to partner with several restaurants and the service here is one of the best that I've ever experienced. I would definitely recommend Eddie for team events or special occasions.

Yelp
Amazing girls night with two fav ladies! Great food and great drinks and awesome lively ambience. Danielle and her team were professional and friendly! Always a nice team here!!

Yelp
We got a reservation for Friday night and it was very busy and had to wait a while. The ambiance was great and they had live music. We were celebrating a special night and it's definitely a more expensive romantic vibe spot. I got their oysters and lobster tail and filet mignon which was delicious. They cooked the filet perfectly to medium rare with the crispy edges which I like. We got some side asparagus which wasn't overly salty like some places. My husband got their lobster bisque and branzino which he loved as well. We got their creme brûlée for dessert and it was awesome. Service was amazing and they also recommended a good red wine. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would go back again!

Yelp
Came here to meet up with a few friends and it was a lovely experience. I was so busy with friends and eating the food, I only got a picture of my entree. We started with the steak tartare which was prepared table side and I'm so glad we did. It had some spice, but was the perfect amount. It had little pops of tart with the capers which helped cool everything down. The crostini that came with it was the perfect accompaniment as it helped bring texture to an otherwise soft appetizer. I got the scallops and they were exquisite. Super buttery and was balanced nicely with the tart citrus on the plate. The sides came as family style which was great for the table. I only got to try the crab fried rice and it was delicious. Great amount of crab on there and the rice was nicely cooked. We came for lunch on a weekend and there were very little people. Extremely quiet and the waiter was extremely helpful and patient with our big group.

Yelp
I know I am supposed to be wowed and give 5 stars, but I did not experience excellent service. Actually, it was a meh...slightly frustrating experience. Atmosphere is très, très elegant and upscale. Most of the patrons got the memo and were dressed fashionably chic. There were some people wearing athletic apparel, and you really don't want to embarrass yourself that way. This is the place your dress up for and put on something stylish! I came here on a Saturday night around 8:30pm for cocktails only and did not sit in the full dining area. The surrounding bar/dining area was slammed. Absolutely slammed. It took me over 20 minutes to order a single cocktail and 30 minutes for a buddy of mine to get a beer. The bartenders were lazer-focused on filling orders and never look up at their surroundings to make eye contact to acknowledge you. Maybe it was the time of day and they felt overwhelmed because it was crowded. We had an unnoficial server and and they were overwhelmed as well. Unnoficial because they would disappear for a while. I did not try the food. But from what my friends ordered it looked pretty good. I had a Pomegrant Mule, but I could not taste the pomegranate, just sorta sweet syrup flavor. I would try coming back here, maybe just at a different time, perhaps?? The bartenders really need to look up from what they're doing from time to time and acknowledge patrons. Literally takes 3 seconds to do. I really felt like I was at a nightclub where the pretty female bartenders may or may not look at you, just cold face. Sadly, that was the vibe I got.

Yelp
We celebrated our anniversary at Eddie V's and they surprised us with a thoughtful celebration that went beyond a nice dinner. We were seated after a 10 minute wait and were delighted by the rose petal-strewn table, single red rose at my seat, and Happy Anniversary card. The presentation made us feel even more festive! We shared crab fried rice as our appetizer (delicious!) then had lamb chops, filet mignon, and sautéed spinach for our main course. We enjoyed everything, but my Cosmopolitan was bland because they don't have lemon vodka. Our server suggested red wines that complimented our entrees perfectly. The capstone of the meal was a flaming Bananas Foster- inspired dessert. We noticed that a lot of people at the bar seemed to know each other. The atmosphere was very convivial. All in all, we had a great time and we would recommend this for any special occasion.

Yelp
It's been over a year since I last wrote a review for the restaurant I visit most frequently. I travel for work quite a lot and I go straight to Eddie V upon my return to soothe my aching cold soul. Service is still superb, drinks are excellent, and food is fresh and perfectly seasoned. What more could we ask for? Every single dish on the menu exceeds my expectation for mall food. I usually sit at the bar and get a seafood tower while sipping on some dirty martini. I was actually here during the shooting last year - and the manager took swift action to lock the doors and send all the bar patrons towards the back. The restaurant area patrons didn't even notice what had happened. I'm still going to recommend the sea bass as the single most bad ass thing on their menu. They do it perfectly. And their bartenders are top notch!

Hoi W.

Yelp
The ambiance is nice. Live music is fantastic! We went there for dinner and sat next to the bar. A bit noisy for us. Our server was attentive and polite. Meet the fine dining basic requirements like changes silverware, extra plate for bone and shells, clean table etc. the appetizer and dessert looked good and tasty. However 3 out of 4 main course do not meet the standard. Fillet mignon with roasted lobster served cold. One of us orders medium filet mignon which came out as close to well done. I had lamb chop which cooked at right temperature with right seasoning. However big chuck of fat from the lamb chop combined with chimichurri sauce made it very greasy.

Christina W.

Yelp
Service was excellent, Andrews was our server and he was great. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and they made it special. The table had a rose and rose petals on it and a card. They sat us at a table with a view overlooking the city. The food was great, the lobster mashed potatoes and the stuffed shrimp were my top picks. The espresso martinis were good as well. They gave us a complimentary coffee beverage and a small portion of the bananas foster dessert as an anniversary treat.

Maria

Yelp
Sea Bass was stale. It had a rubbery texture... very disappointed! I will not go back.

Lawrence G.

Yelp
Proposed here in a private room with family and friends. First anniversary dinner here....the food, service, and atmosphere with the periodic live music is nothing less than five stars.. Whenever on the Virginia side of the Woodie Bridge, this a go-to spot for drinks, brunch, or dinner... my favorite, the smoked old fashion with chocolate bitters. When I travel to different locations and see they have a presence, New York, Charlotte, I make it a point to stop in.

Cearia D.

Yelp
THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE IN THE WORLD LOL went here tonight everything was great as usual! These are some of our favs besides the honey siracha Brussels. The 24karat is still my favorite and the champagne was DELICIOUS. I can say the calamari portion size keeps going down which is disappointing but The service is always SPECTACULAR! No matter the waiter or waitress

Sheri M.

Yelp
What a New Year surprise we had at your great restaurant !!!!!! Our friends invited us on NYE, and we didn't plan on staying past midnight, but that's what happened. The brass band sound at midnight with the delicious champagne (what ? I don't even like champagne usually), and the festive balloons everywhere Our meals were so delicious ! We had the best server too..she was fun and so consistent with ensuring we had what we liked. Thank you Eddie V's for a great evening and your staff sharing their own New Years with their patrons !

Patricia S.

Yelp
Eddie V's in Tyson's Corner is a noteworthy establishment. The atmosphere is both sophisticated and welcoming, making it an excellent choice for a special evening, and there's the added bonus of live jazz performances every night. However, our dining experience was somewhat inconsistent. Upon being seated, we noticed some missing plates and utensils, and our server seemed a bit flustered and forgot minor requests. The menu is moderately sized, with a range of options, large portion sizes and the wine and champagne selection is extensive. The complimentary bread on the table was delicious. Our table ordered a variety of dishes. I tried the wild gulf shrimp, which was delectable. I also sampled the branzino, although the skin was a bit too oily for my liking, the fish itself was delightful. Unfortunately, my crab seafood fried rice left much to be desired. While everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals, I had slightly higher expectations for this restaurant, and I left with a somewhat mixed impression of my overall experience.

Tamika H.

Yelp
Everything, food delicious, portion size amazing, jazz band fab, service was swift and thoughtful, went home with leftovers and they where even better the next day

Danielle F.

Yelp
I loved this restaurant. Will definitely return. Went for a date night before a show. It was fully booked. Noise level was moderate. Not loud but not quiet either. Didn't have to scream my order to the server. Food was excellent and so were the cocktails. My only negative is the dress code. I wished they didn't allow athletic wear - tshirts, sweatpants, hoodies; a collared shirt dress code should be enforced. Being a 5 star restaurant, the attire of the patrons should also be of 5 star standard.

Drew b.

Yelp
I wish I could write about the food, but unfortunately, we never got served. My girlfriend and I went in around 1:30, we got seated and went 15 minutes unapproached until the wonderful lady behind the bar, Jessica, greeted us and offered us bread, water, and drinks. She apologized that no one had come to serve us and said she'd go to the back to find out what was going on after she made the drinks. Another 10 minutes passed, and nothing happened. Outside of Jessica, the service was disappointing. Had it not been for Jessica we would've never been greeted.

Jessica D.

Yelp
Eddie V's is such a special place to come. This is a splurge kind of dinner but so worth it. I'd definitely dress up for dinner to come here and enjoy the view of Tyson's at nighttime if you can. To start, I'd recommend the lobster tacos and lobster bisque. The lobster tacos are SO good. I dream about them. I enjoyed their peach mule so much that I had two. Entrees: the George's bank scallops are a really yummy and refreshing choice. The citrus fruit pairs nicely and the scallops are cooked to perfection. I've had the filet mignon as well and it is great. My fiancé tried the lobster tail and filet entree and it was delicious. I'm not sure you could go wrong with any entree. The lobster poached mashed potatoes are great and can definitely serve several people. Dessert: creme brûlée!!! It's amazing. Even though we were stuffed, the creme brûlée is a must. It's not too heavy or overly sweet, and comes with fresh fruit and two cookies. Overall, if you're looking for a special date night, anniversary, or celebration dinner, THIS is the place to go. We like to take our time enjoying every minute of our dates here. It is pricey of course, but worth it!

Mila F.

Yelp
Everything was top notch! Service was excellent, quick and attentive. The lighting was dim and gave off a very grown and sexy feel (on a Saturday night). And the food was amazing ! Highly recommend the Branzino and crab fried rice side but everything was a hit on flavours and temperature! Also we had a couple shots and they were generous pours so seemingly great place for drinks as well! I'd love to return to try happy hour at the bar!

Kristi J.

Yelp
This place schemes on multiple levels and I'm shocked they're still open. No such thing as Happy Hour prices because they are the same as the Dinner price- Manager said the menu is correct, we "highlight" some of our dishes on the Happy Hour menu. Nope, that's just called misleading and lying to your customers. Calamari looked like a descent amount at first, but was actually sitting on a mountain of inedible hard rice noodles- take a closer look at available pics. The crab rice was bland and should be priced a lot less because there is barely any crab. Both are way overpriced and tasted like they should be at an Applebee's or TGI Friday's. Some reviewers writing about "great food" really need to get out more. Service from waiter was great, so giving the restaurant 2 stars. For how bad everything else was, nothing could have bumped it up any higher.

Jonathan D.

Yelp
I went and enjoyed the experience and the service. Kyle was great and made my girlfriend and I's visit very special. I asked for rose pedals and a hand written card for our table and they delivered. Nice live jazz and ambiance with great city view, Food was great and will make sure to make something to your liking even if it's not on the menu. 10/10 experience overall I reccomend Eddie V's and cannot wait to visit again. Im sure other servers are great but Kyle helped us and was attentive. Thank you Eddie V's team.

Yelp
My family and I came to Eddie V's for my mother's 84th birthday. We were sat at a table next to the bar and live music that started at 7:00 on a Monday evening. The table was decorated with red rose petals which I thought was a nice touch. Since we arrived earlier than our 6:30 reservation, we were able to order food and drinks off the happy hour menu. We ordered a variety of the dishes and everything was flavorful and delicious. The bourbon sour drink was perfection and seemingly a crowd favorite as the bar was busy making them. For entrees we had a few orders of Jumbo Gulf Shrimp, 10oz filet mignon, and 18oz ribeye. Everything was cooked just the way we liked it. The sides are shareable but the rice and corn were outstanding. I wish they had other green veggie options other than basic asparagus. Our waitress was super nice and patient with our orders. Even brought us out complimentary champagne to toast the birthday girl. Looking forward to coming back the next time I'm in the area.

Andi H.

Yelp
I went to Eddie V's on 12-23 for lunch with my friend. We have been going to Eddie V's for 7 years together in celebration of holidays, birthdays, etc... To say the restaurant was a disappointment is a understatement. Our waiter was not engaging, he acted like he didn't want to be there. My friend's lobster bisque was luke warm and had little flavor. I always get the parmesan sole which was not on the menu. The restaurant compared to each time we have been there was not busy as it used to be as well. Unfortunately, we will not be going back again.

Tiana S.

Yelp
I wish I could give this place 10 stars because we had an amazing experience for our 1st year anniversary. My husband and I decided we wanted to have a nice sit down dinner for our anniversary so why not go somewhere fancy. I made a reservation and added a note about it being our anniversary and they set the table with two roses and card from them which was nice. We also were set by the window so we could see the view. Let's talk about our server, Harmonie. She was truly a joy! She helped us with what to order for food and drinks. Also, she was super sweet! I would definitely sit in her section again when we go back. We ordered the crab cake for an app and it was so good! I ordered the steak with scallops and my husband got the lobster tails with stuffed shrimp with a side of the fried rice. Everything was so good! We girl the banana butter cake for dessert and it was good! We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back.

Maria K.

Yelp
I would like to start this review by saying THANK YOU! My husband and I had the most memorable and lovely 10 year anniversary dinner at this amazing restaurant. Our amazing host Morgaine was so professional, quick and efficient; she provided exceptional service and made sure that our dinner was extra special since we were celebrating. Our server Collins was so kind and knowledgeable about the menu and was poised but also personable while providing excellent service. The food was outrageously good and so was the atmosphere and live music. We are so grateful to you all for making our evening so lovely. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back soon!

Kathleen K.

Yelp
I'm having a hard time getting through to your number to reschedule with management hopefully for tomorrow.

Yelp
Me and my husband walked into Eddie V's about 3:45 pm. We was meeting my sister, my nephew and his girlfriend for dinner. We arrived first and it was not crowded there was sof music playing in the background. We sat at the bar and ordered a drink. I ordered don julio tequila and pineapple juice. The drink was really good the perfect mix of tequila and pineapple juice. Around 4:30 pm the restaurant was getting crowded. Once my family arrived we were taken to our table and ordered an appetizer called the big eddie which is a mix of king crab, main lobster, wild gulf shrimp, raw oysters and tuna poke. Before the appetizer came out we was served warm bread and soft butter. Now I am not a big bread eater however the bread smelled so good I had to try it and I was not disappointed. The bread was soft the butter just melted on the bread it was so good I ate 3 pieces. The appetizer came out about 15 minutes after the bread was served. The big eddie is the right name for this appetizer. Let me tell you, this seafood tower was huge with good portions of everything it is enought to feed 4 people maybe 5. The seafood was fresh and tasted so good. Everything on the tower was great. The oysters were fresh and clean no grit, the main lobster was cooked to perfection with a lot of flavor, the tuna poke was fresh and served with crackers, the gulf shrimp was good as well very flavorful. I was full after eating the tower I did not order an entree (that's how much seafood was on the big eddie). I will definately return to try other items on the menu and I know not to eat so much bread lol! If you are ever in the Tysons Corner Va. area do yourself a favor and check this place out

Yelp
Came for dinner to celebrate the new year. Loved the ambience and service was excellent! The lobster bisque was tasty, my boyfriend got the raw oysters which he enjoyed. The salmon was good, loved the sauce on it. The scallops were good also. My boyfriend got the stuffed shrimp which was good. We got the crab fried rice, brussel sprouts and lobster mashed potatoes as the sides. The brussel sprouts were delicious and the lobster mashed potatoes were amazing! The crab fried rice was decent. We also got the 24k cocktail which was tasty. Definitely would go back.

Yelp
Celebrated Thanksgiving 2022 (a couple days early) here at Eddie V's. The food and customer service were amazing! I didn't really order much of a meal, just my favorite appetizers. The caviar and accoutrements were amazing. The steak tartare was very good, but I think that I had to super season it in order to get it to my liking. I also ordered several drinks along with the seafood tower. I ordered way too much food, tbh. My family isn't as bougie as I am, so they only tried a few of my appetizers. Both of them were happy with their selections. Because I'm from out of town, I thought it was awesome that we were able to get a reservation around the holidays. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely be back!

Dorothy B.

Yelp
Really top notch from service to the meal. Easy access parking. The dessert was amazing. Highly recommend

Julie J.

Yelp
Came here after our engagement photoshoot and it was an amazing experience. LOVED the lobster tacos, lobster mashed potatoes, truffle mac and cheese (I don't even like mac and cheese!). Their filet mignon and scallops were also delicious. I would definitely want to come back! The service was a bit slow but it was dinner time and the food was too good I didn't mind:) I don't think I loved their lobster bisque and bread as much as I love soup and bread though, but the steak, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and tacos make up for anything!

Jason B.

Yelp
Our server was fantastic, but was overall disappointed in our experience. Went to celebrate our Anniversary and requested to be sat in a quiet spot far from the bar. We were sat in the separate room off to the side of the bar where it was very noisy from the live music. Ordered my filet cooked medium; it came out well done. Wife and I ate separately since I had to wait for mine to be redone and didn't want hers lobster tails to get cold. Lastly, the restaurant makes an effort to point out how they're upscale and there's a dress code. However, on our Friday night dinner, I observed in the restaurant being seated 2 adults in ripped jeans and a teenager in jeans shorts; hardly appropriate per their dress code.

Yelp
Seating and taking order in a timely fashion. Staff is friendly. They know the menu and make good recommendations. Steak cooked properly according to the clients's order. Drinks mixed well, many unique cocktail sections.

Yelp
Eddie V's is an excellent fine dining restaurant. From the moment that you enter to the moment you leave, you receive an outstanding level of attentiveness and customer service. I have been here a few times this time Harmony waited on us and she was awesome! I was here with a colleague and both had the Filet Mignon and shared the sides of the Asparagus and Crab Fried Rice. I had never had the Crab Fried Rice before and it was out of this world good. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Overall the expereince was top tier. The interior of the restaurant is very beautiful and would be a perfect place for any special event. If you are looking for a fine dining experience look no further.

Yelp
I come here all the time and it never disappoints. The ambience is great for date night for a casual hangout with friends. I've tried almost everything on the menu and there's never something I dislike. I've only tried one cocktail from here and that's because I fell in love with it from the first time I tried it. The Hope Diamond 100/5 - It's a grey goose vodka, grapefruit and butterfly pea flower mix. Very smooth and just lightly sweet. Yellowtail sashimi 3/5 - Good, but nothing special Seafood Tower 5/5 - I love their seafood tower! The oysters are plump and the lobster was chewy. Fyi it might be a lot for just two people, so make sure you bring more people to try it. Filet medallion Oscar style 5/5 - The steak was cooked to perfection. Perfectly medium rare and the sauce paired so well was the steak and lobster tail. Filet Mignon and cold water lobster tail 4/5 - The filet mignon wasn't as good as the filet medallion and it was a little tough, but the cold water lobster tail was a 5/5. Truffled Mac n Cheese 5/5 - My boyfriend and I are OBSESSED with this. It's perfectly cheesy and I usually don't like truffle, but this one isn't too overpowering. Crab fried rice 3/5 - Not bad, but I wouldn't order again. A little too salty and the rice felt mushy. I've also tried the happy hour menu which is from 4:00 pm-6:30 pm Sunday - Thursday. Lollipop Lamb chop 10/5 - Get this!! I got it cooked medium rare and it was great! Black Truffle Tartare 4/5 - This is really good with the truffle and cheese, but there was no enough bread for the tartare. South African Lobster 3/5 - These are fried tempura lobster, but I rather just get the whole lobster tail. Definitely worth a try!!

Yelp
Thanks to another fellow yelper. I learned about this place. And i am glad i did. Great place in Tyson corner Let me get into some details Parking : I found two options. You can either park at the Hyatt hotel garage and walk up to the restaurant that way where you can park in the garage that his restaurant is above and your room park on whatever level you get in and then take the elevator to the lobby. You will walk out of them another restaurant, which name I forgot now and.walk to the eddies this way. I couldn't figure it out so I thought maybe I will help the yelper community out here Ambience: a the atmosphere is absolutely great. They do play live music but it's not too. Loud. bar is very lively and the restaurant is very busy. so make sure if you want to sit at the tables you make reservations. you may wait 10 to 15 minutes to find a seat at the bar. Very diverse beautiful crowd. And All the bartenders are super friendly. Food : I love the diversity of the menu you can get some raw fish sashimi style you can get raw steak salad. You can get regular salad and a Japanese. They have all kinds of steaks so I just love how it's a mixture of options. Everything I ordered tasted absolutely delicious I got yellowtail carpaccio, which was fresh and the dream about. I also got wedge salad with some extra tomatoes, and absolutely loved it. My partner got crabcake, which is not your typical traditional crabcake. It's kind of covered by the crust, and the crab meat is on the red, but it is absolutely perfectly made almost no fillers, all crab meat and delicious you may want to if you're super hungry we're also added some spinach and mac & cheese and old was absolutely great I did not feel like the menu was overpriced, because we are in a center of Tyson in a very beautiful restaurant with amazing service so in my opinion, the prices of reflecting all of the above mentioned, and still were not super high at all definitely recommend if you and Tyson next time it's a go to place

Yelp
I love this place for its classy look. The service was outstanding as well as very acknowledged staff when it comes to every dish. The food is some of the best in town. I will be coming back for more of that lobster Mac and cheese. A must visit if you have the chance.

Yelp
We have been here several times and love sitting at the bar. They often have live jazz bands which really adds to the ambiance. In our experience, the service has always been wonderful and bartenders are very friendly and attentive. Last night we started with yellow tail which was served sashimi style with cilantro, red chilis and ponzu. So good with just the right amount of heat. For our main course, we shared the morel encrusted lamb chops with chimichurri, lobster tail, and the sautéed spinach. Everything was wonderful. Historically, we have ordered streak and lobster but the lamb chops were certainly on par with the excellent steaks we have had here.
