Eddie V’s is a whole experience—10s across the board. No notes.
We went for Father’s Day and had a full-on surf and turf smorgasbord. My dad is a disabled vet, and he loved it. My husband? Loved it. My mom? Loved it. Everything from the food to the service to the live music was just chef’s kiss.
Parking was super easy. You can either pay less than $10 and park in the garage directly under the restaurant, or park across the way and walk across the bridge for free. Either way, no stress.
We arrived early for our high-top reservation and they were kind enough to seat us right away at a regular dining table, which was a thoughtful touch for my dad. The hostesses were warm, upbeat, and genuinely excited about the day. Our server, Hussei, was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of great recommendations for drinks, sides, and entrées. Kyle, the manager, even came by to check on us and was just as lovely.
The food and drinks? A dream. We started with cocktails and every single one was tasty and strong. With Love, Eddie was a standout—balanced, spirit-forward, and smooth. The margarita and mule were also excellent. Bonus points for the slow-melt ice cubes that kept everything crisp without watering it down.
Next up: warm, fresh bread with seasoned butter, delivered promptly and perfectly soft. Then came the appetizers, which might have been my favorite part of the night. The lobster tacos were incredible—I’d come back just for those. The calamari came with stir-fried veggies and a cashew sauce that was chef-level perfect.
For mains, we went all in: lobster tail, lamb chops, steak, Chilean sea bass, crab cakes, scallops, lobster mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, asparagus, and crab fried rice. Every dish was flavorful, hot, perfectly cooked, and generously portioned. The Chilean sea bass literally melted in my mouth. No chewing necessary. And that lobster tail? Massive and buttery and just… wow.
Best part? For all that food and service and experience, the pricing was reasonable. Large portions, high-end flavors, and top-tier service without the sticker shock.
