Fantastic! Breakfast sandwich had bacon egg cheddar cheese and an aioli and it was an A+. The blueberry swirl roll and ham & Swiss croissant were also both top notch. Drinks came out incredibly hot!

Stopped here on our way from Aspen to Denver and didn't taste our baked goods until we arrived at the airport. We had the strawberry swirl, lemon turnover and a monster cookie and we are so mad we didn't buy a dozen more. They were incredibly fresh tasting and so delicious!! Can't wait to stop again on our next trip! So, so delicious! ♥️

Excellent warm turnover and hot coffee. I came to this little place after a cold motorcycle ride, and was greeted with friendly faces, great atmosphere, and warm treats. Coming here again!

We love to stop here when we’re heading home from hiking trips but tonight may have been our last stop. We stopped in at 5pm while killing time to wait out traffic on 70 and noticed that it closed at 6. What’s the point of closing at 6 if you’re going to act like we’re the biggest inconvenience ever?? Couldn’t get a latte. Couldn’t even get a warm lemon swirl. The girl at the counter was too busy with her phone. I’m bummed and this whole encounter left a terrible taste in our mouths (so did the ice cold lemon swirl bun). Just close earlier if you can’t be bothered with your customers…

Best pastries in all of Colorado if you ask me. Owners are super nice and we make a special stop everytime I go through Idaho Springs. If you like eclairs this is your place. Grab a couple and also try a Napoleon and you will not be disappointed

I have been here on a warm afternoon to try their pastries Had a bunch of friends and tried peach turnover, eclair, spinach feta, lemon pastry. All of them tasted good. They are all hand made. The ambience and service are noteworthy.

The pastries are delicious. Edelweiss doesn't have a huge selection, but the quality of the pastries is excellent. The coffee was very good too. Interesting location too, in the historic district of Idaho Springs.
