It was my first time at a storefront. I came in looking for an arrangement quickly not expecting much luck. They were able to give me a couple options to choose from to get an arrangement out within 10 minutes. Great customer service and very helpful despite the heat and other orders!

This is my first time with this location. I ordered 12 doz rose arrangement with 6 chocolate covered strawberries. The order was delivered at a great time. My complaint is that the floral arrangement was already dying. I get it that flowers will eventually die off but I have ordered plenty of arrangements and even worked in the floral industry. I would like to hope that next time I receive something better. My fiance was happy but not so happy because she woke up to more dead leaves and petals from the roses.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service, I ordered Valentines Arrangement for my wife to get it delivered, she waited all day at work until 7pm never received it, I paid extra $19.95 just to get it deliver to her the same day. Called over 20 times no one answered, I just wanted to know if I could just go and pick it up from there store. Very disappointed I have ordered many many times from different locations of Edible Arrangements never ever had a problem. They finally called me after 2 days later and left a voicemail and said they could still deliver it with some flowers, again the same thing when I tried calling them back no one answered as expected and I did leave a voicemail but no one has ever called me back… Never again I would order from this place. I placed my order on Thursday for pick up on Saturday at noon. On Saturday at 11:30, I get a call that she’s not going to be done with the boards I ordered until 1 because I placed such a large order. She had a whiny baby voice when she was telling me this. When I get there at 1, she’s still not done and she and starts giving me plastic trays with fruit that I could have just gotten from the grocery store for a fraction of the $240 I spent to buy 1 large Incredible Dessert Board and 1 medium Signature Dessert Board. Literally she tried to give me cheap plastic trays that weren’t even in a pretty arraignment. I asked where the boards were and she said that they were out of boards. I said that I was going to need some sort of refund because again I could have just picked up fruit from the grocery store if all I was going to get was a few piles of grapes and cookies etc. She said that it’s in the policy that they don’t have to give me a board? I don’t know if that is true or not (if it is that is ridiculous) but she called her manager and the manager said that they did in fact have boards (I overheard the conversation). I think she’s was just trying to not do her job because she miraculously found the boards. Then she tried to hand me the empty boards and the plastic containers of fruit and sweets. I asked her to put the fruit, cookies, etc on the boards and she said with her fake little baby voice “oh you want me to arrange them?” Um, obviously??? Again, I could’ve gone to and grocery store or Walmart and bought fruit and put it on a board for a fraction of the cost. Then she asked me to help her arrange the fruit! Ma’am, I do not work here! It then proceeded to take her 45 minutes to finish dipping the chocolate and place the fruit on the boards! I didn’t leave with my arraignments until almost 2pm! Meanwhile she revived a phone call from another customer which I overheard. The man was asking where his delivery was because it was supposed to have been at his place by then and she told him that he wasn’t going to get his order at all because she was so busy! I heard him say that he placed the order several days ago(just like I had). So, the location was on notice for several days that Saturday was going to be very busy. Why didn’t they staff more people? I also overheard another call. During that one, she answered the phone by saying “I’m sorry I am too busy today call back later or tomorrow” then hung up. She still had on this annoying baby voice that I guess sometimes gets her out of working? It just seemed like an act to get out of working to me. I don’t know what this lady’s name was but it was a white woman who was at least 40 or 50 years old who was working at the downtown Dallas location on Lamar Street on Saturday Feb 8, 2025. I hope they are ready for Valentine’s Day later this week because they were not ready for last weekend!

I ordered a birthday box for my girlfriend. It was set to be delivered next day.The next day I waited for a delivery confirmation. I understand delivery times cannot be guaranteed.After the morning passed I called the Lamar location and the girl on the phone explain that they do not do deliveries until after 4pm.In the end the delivery persons arrived around 7 pm. And the arrangement was missing a balloon that was supposed to be included. I definitely won't be ordering anything else from edible arrangements especially not this location!

A quick note about great service I received today. I ordered a last minute gift to be delivered today. Several hours later, I received a call from this location. They were out of something and the manager (I wish I remembered her name!) was calling to tell me and make it right. No issues at all. It's small - but these things matter a lot when you're spending big $$$ on a fruit basket! Customer service is hard to find sometimes, but today was a great experience with Edible Arrangements on N Lamar and I greatly appreciated it.

WARNING: if you order and pay for chocolate-dipped pineapple, you'll apparently receive 0 chocolate-dipped pineapple with your order. After receiving my very disappointing delivery of incorrect items, I was informed that this store doesn't "do chocolate-dipped pineapple anymore." Instead of informing me before delivery, I just received incorrect items. After calling the store, I was told that the manager would call back, but they didn't. Bottom line: Perhaps don't trust the website pictures or descriptions for items. Apparently they don't chocolate the pineapple anymore. No return call from management, customer service or anyone else is disappointing.

ordered flowers for my friend who was grieving 2 family members. gift was not received. edible only sends customers to the store who's driver did not deliver and would not respond to calls. Finally after 5 days the store finally delivered crushed flowers, and my friend cried even more. I am never using them again.

My husband ordered from them for Valentine's Day. I was trying to get off a little early to beat traffic. Well I have called this store 55 times to try and see if I could at least pick them up and not once have they answered. I tracked the order and it's been on 3 stops away for an hour. This store is literally 1/2 a mile from my office...Never again

10/10 absolute WORST location. I never have gotten an order correctly delivered or received. Pick up? Maybe...if they decide to show up with business hours. I would rather have received an Uber delivery of a package of fresh strawberries and a Hershey's bar from 7/11! Deliveries never make it or they don't make note that it's a perishable item. Just choose better for yourselves and shop literally anywhere else!

This has got to be the worst location! My daughter ordered Valentine's Day arrangements for me and my grandmother for Valentine's Day. We never received the order. We tried to contact the store to see what the hold up was. We never got an answer. Today is February 27, 2023 and I finally got someone on the phone. She was able to locate our order. She proceeds to ask when would we like the order delivered. I told her that she could just refund the funds, she responds OK, but hangs up before I can get a confirmation number. So, I called back like any sane person would do. She answers and then hangs up. I call back and she tells me if there is a problem to call corporate. Well at that point there was not a problem. BUT NOW THERE IS BECAUSE I HAVE CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND SHE CONTINUES TO HANG UP IN MY FACE! WTF!!!???? ALL I WANT IS A DAMN CONFIRMATION NUMBER. I WILL BE MAKING A PERSONAL APPEARANCE TODAY!

Shame on me for not reading the reviews. Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I had a similar experience. Confusion about our Dallas business address, holiday package pricing, and delivery instructions. Thankfully they were corrected after receiving a confirmation. As for the arrangement, it was ok, nothing spectacular. In their defense, December fruit isn't ripe, and prices remain inflated.

Location: 407 N. Lamar Street Suite 180. Dallas, TX 75202 This is one of THE Worst Edible arrangements in Dallas, TX. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and need severe training in customer service. I order an edible arrangements 12:49pm. I received a call at 2:15pm saying that something went wrong and they had to reprint tickets. When I expressed how big of an inconvenience, the worker caught an attitude and said that they don't have anything to do with it. She asked did I want to reschedule I told her no just cancel. As she proceeded to cancel the order and I asked for a confirmation number to ensure that I received my refund, she then sounded extremely irritated and responded that she couldn't and that she would just email. I asked her how long will my refund take she responded 5-7 business days. I then expressed how inconveniencing that was because my order was $65. She then rushed off the phone and hung up in my face. This is extremely unprofessional. I feel that location at 407 N. Lamar Street Suite 180. Dallas, TX 75202 should get a specialized training on customer service. Maybe they can even rehire employees that understand that when a customer is unconvinced, then you should show empathy first and not catch an attitude with a paying customer. Without paying customers, the company wouldn't exist. With so many bad things happening in the world, Edible Arrangements was a company that I thought brought positivity and light to brighten a person's day. However, the experience that I have had today proved that this is not the case. I really hope corporate address this issue because this is horrible and I would hate for any other paying customer to have to experience this type of disrespect and rude behavior.

This is my first time ordering from this location. I ordered a Edible arrangement to be delivered on Valentines Day to my husband at his job. I paid 72.67 cents for a 12 count chocolate dipped strawberries with a balloon. It cost 14.99 just to deliver on Valentines Day. I called all day on Valentines Day about 30 times, not being dramatic. When this location did not answered I called another location & they lady explained to me how they were very busy (understandable considering the holiday) and that she would call me back later once her system was working. I never recieved a call back. My husband never received his edible arrangement. He even stood a little after work to see if it would be delivered late... nothing. The following day on 2/15 he drove back to his job on his day off to see if it was delivered then (per company policy) and nothing. I began calling once more, no answer. I called customer service & they never called me back. 2/16 I began calling the store and was finally able to speak to someone. The employee explained to me how their system went completely down, the system took over the allowed amount of orders they normally take for Valentines Day. All understandable, & I asked for a refund because at this point I feel it's pointless to send my husband something. The employee explained to me how her manager was the only person who can issue the refund and she would be contacting me on Monday 2/17. 2/17 I have not been contacted. It it's already 12:35 in Dallas. I have been on the phone on hold now for 25 min with customer service. I feel like I have been more than understanding with this whole situation. Edible arrangements will no longer have my business due to the lack of professionalism & failure to communicate with their customers. At this point I want my refund so I can stop calling everyday.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I ordered a bouquet of flowers, chocolate covered fruits, plus a card to be delivered to my sister on her 90th birthday on Saturday July 2nd. ($84.00!) She and her husband live in a single family home. Both are older. They do not have a cell phone. Land line only! First they could not find the house. (No GPS?) It's on a major street only four blocks from the Vets hospital, clearly marked. Not delivered. They they stated that they tried to deliver and no answer at door. No note left at door, said they called phone there was no answer. It's a land line.(They are 90!) They were home waiting. No delivery. After two days of back and forth, I asked for a refund ... denied because they said they tried twice to deliver. I told them to just leave it at the door. It was finally delivered on Tuesday 5th of July . 4 days after requested delivery! WORST SERVICE EVER,

I ordered a chocolate strawberry box for my husband for Valentines Day on February 5 to be delivered February 14. He never received it. I tried calling the store the afternoon of the 14th thru Sunday afternoon and never could get through. Message said no one was available. I left messages and nobody called back. I finally got an answer late Sunday afternoon and was told corporate shut down all the computers because of too many valentine orders. It was finally delivered Monday afternoon. This is unacceptable and I will never order from any Edible Arrangements again.

Ordered from them days ago for delivery today(2/14). Waited all day with no delivery. The company customer service won't answer nor will this location answer the phone. This company, especially this location is a nightmare. Absolute horrible, 0/10 would recommend. Went online to report non-delivery and their online system says the order doesn't exist. They happily take your money from your account and send a confirmation email, but have no customer support and don't deliver what you paid for.

I placed an order online and had my relative pick up the order, at this location. Not only did she not get the additional item I paid in full ( MOTHER'S day ballon) but I was very disappointed to know it looked nothing like the product Shown online. before my relative showed up to pick up the product, i called ahead of time just to ask if there was a staff member available who speaks (Spanish). Although my relative understands and speaks English fairly, I called to get that doubt off my mind and to also give the heads up to my relative. The staff member who handled my call immediately responded " Yes, we have one of those" And promptly hanged up. If this company is open to the public, I dont understand what the issue is providing service to customers who speak a different language other than English. I didn't feel welcomed in any way . Or Appreciated as a customer. My relative didnt get greeted, she didnt felt welcomed. I'm giving a 1star for this location I'm hoping the other U.S. locations treat their clients differently

I didn't even choose this location... I chose Snyder plaza location and they said they couldn't fulfill my order and transferred it to this crap ass place! Ugh!

Sooo let me tell you... for the last few days I was having awful sick ppl symptoms, finally went to the hospital early this morning, couldn't even finish my shift.. waited for my boyfriend to get out and he took me to the hospital at 5am.. I was being a little crybaby ass because I was in pain, but he was driving me everywhere. We got to my room around 7 and i ordered him some food with Uber eats, my order got cancelled cause the place was closed though.. so I was rly hungry and I wanted everything and everything I wanted was either closed or far away and I was like "after I get my medicine I want edible arrangements" so we found one on the way from the pharmacy around 9am and we went inside and long story short, you guys ONE AND ONLY SHAUNA (hopefully I'm spelling that right) was just the angel to my horrible long night, I got my edible arrangements and I was super happy and told her I would be back for some strawberry cones later when he went to work and sure enough, we were running a little late, but there she was, one box of cones for me. She just made my day, she's the best and I will be back for moreeee throughout my days, weeks, months and years ! The arrangements were super cute and yummy too. I had some pineapples to start my day and some strawberries to start my evening. Hehe

The person who took my order (Ruby) said "none of our items are vegan." She ignorantly proclaimed, "I'm not vegan, so I don't know what vegan means." If you're in the food service industry, it's the law that staff is familiar with allergies and diets. Ruby refused to let me speak to the manager and hung up before taking a message. This location obviously has issues if u read the other reviews. My complaint has nothing to do with delivery, but with the quality of their items and the willingness of an employee to pack subpar chocolate covered strawberries being given as a gift, and not think twice about it. My daughter brought me a gift of six boxed choc covered strawberries. Incredibly thoughtful of my sweet daughter!! She said she didn't watch what the employer packed in the box. Ticks me off that she spent her hard earned money at this place. Five out of six were mushy, one had extremely brown and shriveled strawberry leaves. Only one was large enough to quantify the amount paid per strawberry, all others were miserably small, mushy and all oozy in the paper wrapper which was small yet twice to three times too big for midget mushy oozy choc straw they contained. IN NO WAY WOULD ANY SANE PERSON BE WILLING TO GIVE WHAT SHE/HE GAVE MY DAUGHTER AS A GIFT UNLESS THEY WANTED TO BE EMBARRASSED. When I called the store and was on the phone with the female employee (who was not surprisingly poor mannered and couldn't be bothered to use good listening skills) for exactly two min, the employee tried to cut me off to tell me she had a call come in right before me to place an order and that she didn't fulfill my daughters order in store and that a manager wasn't in and I could call back tomorrow. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The nerve they have to serve poor quality items and then act contrite.

Read the reviews for this place. Only reason it's getting one star is because that's as low as I can possibly rate it. Requested an arrangement to be delivered and in the terms of the website said it would be delivered same day before business hours concluded. It was not delivered but that's not the issue although it was very misleading and frustrating as my delivery was not made on Valentine's Day. The issue is that I requested the order to be CANCELLED AND A REFUND ON VALENTINES DAY AND THIS SHOP JUST PROCESSED MY ORDER!! 6 DAYS AFTER I REQUESTED IT TO BE CANCELLED AND MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED, they don't pick up the phone. They don't get back to you even after you follow all the instructions on the website, this customer service is absolutely atrocious. Decided after I saw my order was still confirmed today after my request to cancel it and get a refund I would go up there. The hours for the store are also misleading, says they close at 6 and showed up at 5:40, 20 minutes before they close, AND THE STORE WAS EMPTY!! Couldn't even talk to anyone about this mess up and I want a refund. This store is absolutely horrible, can't get in touch with anyone, hours are misleading so even if you show up you STILL CANT TALK TO ANYONE about getting your money back. Don't shop here, do not do anything at this store. If this review helps save ANYONE from a bad experience steer clear of this location at ALL costs. If I could give a negative review I would. I downloaded and signed up for yelp just to leave this review for you guys and this horrible store location.

Horrible...I mean HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I love edible arrangements. I have order several times. This location is outrageous. If I had read the reviews before chosen this location I would be satisfied right now. I played an order yesterday for my bestie to cheer her up because of a death in her family. I paid for expedite delivery ( same day). It was not delivered. So I called the location today. I spoke Summer who said she was the assistant manager. All I asked was to be refunded the expedite fee because it was not delivered the same day and I was not called to let me know it will not be delivered. On the website when placing the order there is no mention of a cut off time for expedite delivery and if it's not available for expedite delivery it will tell you. I asked again to be refunded fir the expedite delivery fee . She refused to refund me for the delivery fee but was very rude to me and stated I will just cancel the order and refund the whole order. Now you rather refund a whole order instead of a fee. I'm appalled. I asked to speak to the manager and she would not let me. She started she was the assistant manager and hung up on me. I am very disappointed. Now I can't surprise my my bestie and cheer her up. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HURY! I WILL NEVER USED THIS LOCATION. FROM NOW OWN I WILL CHECK THE REVIEWS FOR ALL LOCATIONS. THIS GIVES EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS A BAD RAPPORT.

This place was great! I placed an order on a week day at 10:30am. I requested same day delivery. The delivered my arrangement at 3pm that same day! My only complaint is that they don't send you a delivery notification. I had to login to the site to track my order. I'll definitely be ordering gifts from here again!

This is my new preferred location for all my friends and clients! I ordered online for my friends anniversary today and although the store was closed for repairs the manager called AND texted to ensure my order was complete and arranged for me to pick it up OR have it delivered at NO additional cost!! I opted to pick it up because it worked better for us. The employee that brought the order out for curbside pickup was also nice and polite!! I'm looking forward to the next time I order from this location because they were on point and my friends loved their arrangement! If that's not REMARKABLE customer service I don't know what is especially during this pandemic! Thank you for your help and great job!!!

OMG just had the best experience ever! Ordered from Mayra at this location and she Wow'ed me with her outstanding customer service! She picked up the phone cheerfully, she enthusiastically took my order and offered extraordinary suggestions that I didn't see on the website. She was just as excited as I was about making my order perfect! She made sure I was the happiest customer on the planet. She went above and beyond to make my experience memorable and magnificent! For that I will be loyal to this location when I place orders for my friends and family in Dallas! I highly recommend this location! I'm a frequent customer of edible arrangements even went to discovery day to find out how to own a franchise! This store made me feel special!! Thank you!

I ordered a box of dipped fruit for my brother's 22nd birthday. I requested for my order to be delivered after 2pm and the driver took it an hour before. I was slightly upset at first when I received an email stating that my order was delivered ahead of time, however when I called to ask for an explanation on why my order was delivered ahead of time the general manager was very helpful and informed me that the driver did so because it would have been delivered at an inconvenient time if not before the time I requested. This is my first time ordering from this location and even though there was a small error the gift made my brother very happy and he enjoyed the fruit. Great customer service!

Wow, I used to work at an EA when I was in my teens. This is not how it's supposed to be ran. I get a call from my concierge saying they have an Edible for me. I am baffled why it was never delivered to my home. It's not my concierge problem. Not only that they straight up lied to me when I called this location and said it was delivered the day before and talked to me on the phone. Which are both lies.... BIG LIES... then hung up on me when I caught her in a lie... PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! I wouldn't be surprised if they have a dirty kitchen and don't follow protocol on top of everything.... they don't even deserve a star... to be honest... I am Hoping EA headquarters steps in sooner then later... sadly they pissed off the wrong customer because I worked with one of the head EA people...

I've used this location before to send arrangements before but I've never taken the time to share my experiences there. So why not now. This, is the only location I will ever used. Every single time I've used them they have been on time, accommodating, and very friendly. This time I was helped by Jennifer. Can I just say, she was extremely helpful, and extremely knowledgable of the customer offering. She really made it easy for me to choose what I wanted. Whoever the owner of this location is should really take time and say thank you to her. Seriously! Customer service is a lost art these days with companies. To actually have an employee that actually work with pride in her work is a rarity. Great individual! Any way, in my opinion, this is the location to use! Thanks guys!

The ladies that helped me were so great! Mayra (spell check) was on the phone taking an order and I was being nosey and listened in and her customer service was exceptional. I did not get the name of the young lady who helped me bust she was super sweet. I work walking distance from EA and will be visiting the shop more often. It will really helps when the staff is nice and happy!! Keep up the good work ladies!!

I placed an order 1-11-2020 for a delivery for today 2-14-20 and have not delivered nothing to my wife and no answer from customer service.They suck and will never order from them again. I will be getting my money back tomorrow for sure.

I've received Edible Arrangement bouquets from differ parts of the U.S. on the fact that I used to travel for work and whichever city I was in at the time, my partner would locate the nearest location and place a delivery. Once, I lived in Houston for over a year and my partner sent me so many bouquets that Edible Arrangement sent HIM one. haha So my point is, I know what a good fruit bouquet looks like. And this location needs to step it up. This is the second time I have received an arrangement from them and again, I'm disappointed. So disappointed in fact, I told the sender they should call and request their money back. It came in a beautiful setup and was very sturdy, but the fruit was not fresh. It was soggy and mushy in your mouth and arrived sweating. By the time I got to the chocolate covered fruit, it was a big old mess. Lesson learned: The Edible Arrangement chain in Dallas is WEAK.

Doesn't look like they have changed in 2 years (see other reviews). I came home from the movies last Saturday on my birthday to find one of those "we missed you while you were out" tags hanging from my front door knob. I called the number on the tag, and they were just closing. They said they tried to reach the driver for a re-delivery but they weren't answering. I rescheduled delivery for Tuesday when someone could be home. They said they would deliver in the morning (9 AM and noon). I came home to find one very pissed off spouse who had cancelled appointments to stay home, yet no one delivered from this place. Wednesday I called the store and got the manager (she says). She looked in the system and said there was not even anything noted for me to have a delivery on Tuesday! She said she would reschedule for Saturday (8/9) morning and, because there was some confusion, she would waive the re-delivery fee!! I asked that the driver call me 1/2 hour ahead of time so that I could go about my Saturday morning tasks, yet be ready when they were to deliver. Mid-morning, while taking a shower, I heard the dogs bark. Of course they had come. No call, nothing. Dripping wet and furious, I answered the door and waived down the driver before she took off. She got the edible bouquet out of the back, and without batting an eye, said "sign here." I ask "why no phone call?" She said she had no such note. I told her I wouldn't sign for acceptance, and she left with the bouquet. I called right away and spoke to April at this store. After telling her of the complete delivery fiasco, she said she did see where I was supposed to get delivery last Tuesday. What the heck?! After ranting a bit about their delivery service and coordination, she asked "what do you want?" I told her I wanted a refund for whomever sent me the arrangement. She said they don't give refunds, but I could have something from their store. I told her I would inquire of my friends for who had sent this, and tell them to dispute the charge on their card. April promptly went into "if we can ever be of service in the future..." and hung up. Bottom line: this place is a scam operating as a business. Don't buy from them.

I was looking forward to having fruit for the upcoming holiday. After having back surgery I thought a gift of something healthy would be on order. I understand that Friday July 3 folks would love to go home early but the holiday is on Saturday thus I received a call telling me that the delivery person left early due to the holiday. I picked this location because I live 3 miles from it. If I could drive I wouldve picked it up myself. So disappointed. After reading the reviews maybe I was blessed?!?!?!

I had a less than pleasant experience with this location this week. I placed an order on Saturday to be delivered that same day. They called me and let me know that my order was not going to be able to be delivered that same day because the specific delivery time I requested was not available. I understood and they let me know that they could deliver it on Monday. I told them that was fine but I would need to change the address for Monday and to wait for my call with the new address (the recipient recently moved and I wasn't sure of her new address). They said that was fine. I called Monday morning to tell them the new address but they informed me that the arrangement had already left the store. I asked them why didn't they wait if i had told them that no one was going to be at the original address. No reason was given. I asked them if they could still change the address, they asked the manager and they said all they could do was bring the arrangement back (which is what would have happened anyway since that is their policy when no one is at the residence). I then had to go pick it up from the store and deliver it myself. I drove 40 minutes to the store I THOUGHT I had placed the order at just to find out that they had sent my order to the location downtown (the one Lamar St). So I drove another 17 minutes downtown to pick up my order. Once I arrived I was not offered a refund for the shipping costs nor did they apologize for all the hassle. But this all ended well, I was able to personally drop off the arrangement with my cousin and now have experience as a delivery person for Edible Arrangements which I will add to my resume immediately. (I would like to add that I have sent and received Edible Arrangements from other locations in DFW and have NEVER had any trouble at all)

My children ordered me an arrangement from here for Mother's Day. When the arrangement arrived it arrived an independent contractor and not how its supposed to look. It looked like it could have been prepared directly by my children instead of paying $72 for the arrangement and an additional $20 delivery fee just for my husband to get in his car and take it back and have it re-done which still wasn't all that hot but a tad bit better. When my husband arrived the lady in the store told him for future references it not going to look like the picture. I don't see why not when we have ordered from other stores and it looked identical or for use close to where we didnt notice it wasn't the same!!! I wont be ever doing business with them again at this location

I ordered Valentine's Day Berries Bundle - One Size yesterday for my mom for Valentine's times day and had it shipped to her job today and she never got it. I will never order from here again Thanks just to let people know I keep calling and no one answer the phone

I placed an order online for same day delivery. Order was placed at 9am. I called around 11am to make sure they got my order no answer. I've called this location more than 20 times with no answer. I've called customer service probably the same amount of times with no answer. My order was never delivered to the recipient as scheduled and as paid for. I would not recommend Edible Arrangements to anyone. This location is a disappointment to the franchise..

If you do not care if your order is not only delivered on the day it was promised but not the next day at the time promised, then this is your store. The intended recipient never received the order, got hung up on when I asked for a refund. NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN!

If ZERO stars was an option, that would be the grade. This place is a joke.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! The staff members are lazy, poorly trained and simply not very bright. In addition the woman i dealt with was obnoxious and rude along with being less than the brightest bulb in the box. I asked simply for them to be accountable and this crazy person, who already has my money but has made no delivery with confirmation, decides to show her lack of discipline and education by being super rude to me as a customer. She needs to be fired, the rest retrained or close the doors. Never using "edible" again as I do not wish to digest their BS. Sending detailed report regarding this employee to corporate office AND looking at legal options to enforce compliance with consumer protections!!

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery from this store. I included very specific directions with this delivery at it was a surprise at a school, and all instructions were blatantly ignored. I do not understand the purpose of special instructions for the deliverer, if they are not going to follow any of the necessary steps. For this reason, the surprise factor was omitted and our efforts were wasteful. When I called the store to express my disappointment, the manager was conveniently out of town for the next 5 days. I will not be ordering from this location again.
