Highly recommend! Our stay was incredible - fresh bread and pastries on the door every morning, shutters that make the bedroom pitch black, no street noise. It couldn't have been better. The staff is so kind and helpful, and we absolutely loved our stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The apartments were very spacious, clean and modern. The amenities were complete and top notch! If I could give this apartment a 10/5 I would!!! The best part was the breakfast. They delivered fresh bread every morning and had different meats, cheeses and veggies. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of Lisbon with great restaurants but minus the noise. Cannot recommend this place enough. There is also a washer and dryer as an extra bonus. Loved our stay here!!!! Shout out to Catarina for being so sweet and professional! This place made us feel at home.

I wanted a place in Lisbon that was in a great location and had more space for my parents and I during our stay in Lisbon and the Almaria Ex-Libris Apartments delivered all that and more. We chose to have breakfast included and the staff would stock the fridge with breakfast every day AND we had fresh bread delivered every morning. The staff also cleaned the rooms every day and gave us fresh towels and restocked water, dish soap etc. I happened to be celebrating a birthday while I was there and the hotel staff caught wind and had a cake and champagne waiting in our room after a day out. The staff at Almaria Ex-Libris apartments went above and beyond and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family for future visits.

We spent three nights at Edificio Ex Libris with our 7- and 10-year-old granddaughters during our recent visit in Lisbon. It was perfect. We had a two-bedroom suite at the top of the hotel, with a terrace overlooking the river and rooftops. This is not a full-service hotel in that there is no on-site restaurant. However, the daily breakfast options delivered to the room were far above and beyond what we could eat. Our girls were more than satisfied with the offerings every morning. The room itself played like a two-bedroom apartment, with a bathroom including shower for each bedroom. We were met warmly on our arrival, and offered any assistance in making reservations or advice on exploring. Free transport from the airport is included.||The location puts it on the edge of both the Barrio Alto and Chiado, making for easy and rewarding window shopping and dining. We were surrounded by more fun and fine restaurants than we could sample in our three nights. Taxis were waiting outside the door for destinations beyond our walking horizon.||I highly recommend this hotel if a traveller is self-sufficient enough to not require a full-service hotel as a base. It is clean, located well, and has a fun personality.

If you ever find yourself in Lisbon, I highly recommend staying at Almaria - Ex Libris. I stayed in one of their apartments for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious, immaculate, and well-equipped, including a washing machine, which was especially handy while attending a conference. The location is excellent—within walking distance of charming cafés and restaurants, with a taxi stand conveniently located right outside. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Amazing apartment, everything you need in a city break. Staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The stocking of the fridge with food was an extra bonus. Aircon works really well and has a washing machine, dishwasher etc.|Highly recommend a stay here.

Loved my stay here! Everything was faultless and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The location is fantastic, 2 train stations and countless tourist attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself was stylish and comfortable. The best bit had to be the breakfast! Freshly delivered bread and pastries every morning along with eggs, pancakes, salad, meats and cheeses that were refreshed every day.

I can't say enough good things about this place. My husband usually likes to stay at a hotel (vs Airbnb) because he likes the housekeeping. But traveling with my two daughters (15 and 21) means staying in a single hotel room is out. And booking two rooms is seriously expensive plus limits how we can spend time together (most European hotel rooms are tiny). This place was the perfect solution. A lovely apartment with two bedrooms (twin beds in one, queen bed in the other) and two bathrooms--plus daily housekeeping AND free breakfast placed in your fridge for the following day. And then--fresh, delicious bread and pastries delivered to your room every morning. ||The location is unbelievable--right in the middle of the most lively section of Lisbon! It's pretty loud at night but the windows keep out the noise--and it's really an experience to wander around the labyrinthine streets in the evening. Walk up about five minutes or so and you're at a beautiful lookout over the city. A few more steps are delightful restaurants with gorgeous views. Walk down and you are at a lively square where the trolleys meet or you can walk down staircase after staircase lined with small restaurants--just magical. ||The staff is lovely--Joanna greeted us and was so very nice and helpful. She even invited my older daughter out to experience the nightlife. I don't know the name of the young lady who helped me find a beautiful beach (Costa Caparica), but she was very nice and listened to what I was looking for (not crowded or too far away by Uber).||The apartment was spotless, updated, and beautifully decorated--it even had a view of the water. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, robes and towels were soft, and there was plenty of high-quality body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (not those stingy, environmentally hateful little bottles like at many hotels). Only two little, very minor quibbles: the bedroom door to the main bedroom would not stay shut (old building, I guess) and a few throw blankets for the couch would be nice.||It's by far one of the nicest places I've stayed in Europe. A wonderful place in a wonderful city. Thank you for making our trip to Lisbon so very enjoyable. Oh! I'd be remiss in not mentioning that there was a small earthquake while we were there and the building felt quite stable. :)

Charming hotel in Lisbon! We stayed on the fourth floor (unit 4C) and loved the decor and central location. Housekeeping stocks your fridge with milk, eggs, yogurt, deli meats and fresh fruit every day. You also get fresh bread delivered to your door at 8:30am. There are plates, utensils, pans, a coffee machine, dishwasher, and even an in-unit laundry machine for you to use. No gym but there's a nice supermarket (Celeiro) within walking distance and i definitely got a workout from climbing flights of stairs back to the hotel. The only major downside is we could hear everything going on in the hall and upstairs. There were kids running around in the unit directly above us and it got a little loud at times. Other than that, I loved my stay here!
