Revival’s Menu Inspired by the Golden Age of Charleston Restaurants | Eater Carolinas
"A vintage coastal motel credited with an original fried-shrimp recipe that was unearthed by a local chef and cited as inspiration for contemporary Lowcountry dishes." - Erin Perkins
A step back in time! The cabins are small but very clean and the service is top notch. Sue, our host was so welcoming and helpful. She was able to give us so many good suggestions for places we might want to explore.

Just what I was looking for when I needed a place to spend the night while working in Jacksonboro! So comfy and charming. Susan is a gem. I slept very well in the reindeer bed and enjoyed the Christmas decorations. Featuring a clean room, clean bathroom, microwave, fridge, tv and wifi. Convenient location, great price. I’ll definitely be back!

Best place to stay when visiting Edisto. Susan is a ✨GEM✨ who will make you feel like you’re staying in her own home. As a solo female traveler I slept very well here. The room was clean and charming and at a good value.

The rooms were beyond clean. The beds were a little rough but for the price and location can't complain too much. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a cost effective motel near Charleston.
Air conditioner worked amazing. Nice bathroom and shower too.

Susan was so incredibly helpful getting us in a room pretty last minute. She is a lovely woman running a lovely business. It was such a charming stay and such a cute place. By far the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. They run the place well and keep it incredibly clean. And unbeatable prices. We will definitely be back.

Needed a place close to Edisto for one night. Was a good situation for us. Called the day before and a Susan texted me back to say she would know in the morning and that was fine with me. They did have a 2 bed room available and it fit the bill well. Yes the decor is from a different era. The knotty pine wall went out of favor for a while. Now it is back so it enjoyed the wall look. If there was a negative it would be the carpet could be replaced. I would put in new LVT wood look flooring. Has just about everything that a more expensive hotel in Walterboro would have. No smoking, no dogs and pay cash all worked for me. Will stay again on next trip to Edisto area.
