Best consignment store in Seattle! <3 Truly all their stuff is amazing, reasonable priced, and the best part is the girls who work there. Going in there always puts me in a good mood and they’re all so lovely! I’ve been consigning with them for about 5 years now and won’t be going anywhere else since they make the process so easy with dropping off items, picking up a check/expired items. Also a plus is you can always check on your items and look at your balance online. Highly recommend selling and shopping here!

Google
Just have to do a shout out to this adorable consignment shop. Well curated and priced. I need to spend some more time here. Bonus: located next door to Rosellinis bake shop. This is my kind of excursion!

Google
Lovely store with a small selection of high quality clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories. Everything is stylish! I am usually picky but I got a jacket, belt bag, and a pair of sandals on my first visit.

Cute, you’ll find Aritzia, Sezane, Doen with no pressure to buy and cozy decor

Google
They have a great curated selection. I appreciate that they’ve already done the work of picking select items for their racks so it’s a faster browsing experience than larger thrift stores where you’re really hunting for a treasure. Easy to consign with them, too.

I can’t help but feel really frustrated with Editor during my last experience consigning with them. They do provide a warning that they will donate your items after the 2 week period that they decide what to sell & not, but it is crickets after that. I would have really appreciated an extra email or text alert when they were about to donate, as I lost pieces that were very special to me because I was very busy at the time and could not make it to pick my items up. Much of this is on me, but I do wish they would treat consigners and clothing with a bit more respect and care when it comes to donating post-consignment.

Cute space, terrible business. Note to the owner: your consignors are your inventory and you need to treat their things with care. I am an experienced consignor with top boutique brands (...let's just say I am on a first name basis with everyone at Les Amis and similar boutiques online). I followed Editor's strict requirements to bring everything in neatly folded, in paper bags, clean and pressed. I made an appointment to drop off. There was no accounting of what I dropped off (my first clue that this was not a professional operation), but luckily, I had taken photos of everything. About 30% of what I brought in they decided not to take and when I went to pick that up, it was returned to me wadded-up, wrinkled, with pet hair and a hat was damaged beyond repair. I am not a happy camper and asked to cancel my contract on the spot and return all of my unsold items. To their credit, the women in the store handled it immediately (returning 18 items) and had me on my way as quickly as they could. I certainly do appreciate that they took action on the spot, but I won't be back as a shopper or consignor.

Google
I do like this store, but I don’t love it. Their selection is very small and they seem to only carry one style of clothing. I wish they were more like Labels and would carry a wider selection. I know they can say they only carry what sells or that they don’t have room, but Labels carries a much wider selection and is also a small place, yet is always busy - more busy. Maybe this will prompt them to rethink their strategy - I’d shop there much more often if there was more selection.

Yelp
I love this store--it's small but well-curated and I almost always walk away with something I love when I'm visiting family in Seattle (right down the street! Lucky me). On my last trip, I was reminded how much I like Editor when I wasted about 2.5 hours roaming U Village and left annoyed and empty handed; I spent 30 minutes at Editor and found a 1/3 price Jenni Kayne sweater that I love. Will just skip the long trip next time and go straight here.

Yelp
BEST CONSIGNMENT STORE EVER!!!! Esme and Rania are the best, always so helpful and stylish. Highly highly recommend for a holistic selection of seasonal pieces at reasonable prices.

Yelp
So cute, so stylish! My friend and I wandered in here while on the waiting list for a brunch spot around the corner, and we were so pleased to find a small but very sweet consignment store. The selection is super fashionable, even if the prices are a bit high. On the other hand, given the quality and brand of clothing they offer, I don't think the prices are exorbitant. Definitely fun for a girls afternoon or a solo trip on the hunt for some secondhand gems.

Yelp
I go here far too frequently, since I live in the area. Everything about this store is wonderful, from the creative and stylish collection of clothing to the range of prices. (As a consignment store, the inventory is always changing, but you can find a $25 top or a $400 couture dress here). They also have a small selection of new items, like socks, perfume and jewelry. Personally, I think the kind employees are the best part of all. (I see a couple of reviews from a few years ago about unfriendly employees, but that must have been before I started visiting. They are an incredibly friendly group!)

Yelp
On a recent trip to Seattle a few weeks ago, I walked by Editor one evening and saw the cutest pair of shoes in the window...then my gaze shifted upwards to a sweet pastel yellow Prada purse I spotted through the window *gasp* ...(purse of my dreams!) That was it, I knew I would be back the next day when the shop would be open. My husband prepared himself and made sure he had reading material downloaded to his phone so he could allow me the requested uninterrupted shopping time the next day :) When I arrived the next morning I could barely contain my excitement- this was the BEST consignment shop I have honestly ever been to. scratch that- one of the best shops in general I have ever been too. Owner Emily was so welcoming and sweet, and I chatted with her throughout my shopping experience there about the store/fashion etc. and couldn't express enough what a beautifully curated store this is. Loved the wide range of items/ price points and noted several gorgeous italian shoes. Emily is awesome, can't express that enough. You MUST visit this shop! Yes, I left with that prada purse, and a basic everlane tee that I am also enjoying. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Amazing selection! Bought two pairs of jeans (Madewell & Free People) that are high quality and in great condition! Also found two great t-shirts. The woman working there gave me honest advice about a couple pieces I was on the fence about. Loved their selection and will be back regularly to check for new pieces!

Yelp
To piggy back off of Julies review, I have definitely been helped by some not so nice employees here. But this review isn't about that, this is 5 stars for Brett Ashley who was awesome today. As soon as I started grabbing multiple things I was asked if I wanted a fitting room started for me. Brett had the best energy while I came in and out of the room, and I could hear conversations with other shoppers with the same kindness. Thank you for making my whole day by complimenting my outfit making skills, wanted to share some of that love back :)

Yelp
Did not feel comfortable leaving my clothes here with no receipt or anything to have them gone through. It would be helpful to know that even if you have an appointment to sell clothes that they will not be looking at your clothes for a few days and you're supposed to leave them at the shop until they contact you. I had a lot of high end clothes in perfect condition which I'll now be donating. Just felt weird to take time out of my day for an appointment when they don't actually look at your clothes during the time of your scheduled appointment...

Julie R.

Yelp
Why can't people just be nice? I had clothes i needed to pick up (to meet Editors deadline) and had just eaten breakfast across the street where I'd arrived at 830. I'd noticed a woman was in Editors at that time since she was waving through the window to our breakfast server. I thought it seemed so nice. After finishing breakfast over an hour later I walked over waved and knocked on the door said hi, and politely asked if I could please get my bag of clothes since I was in the neighborhood. She said 'no' immediately and not nicely. 'You need to come back at 10 when we officially open' and closed the door. It was mood deflating. I guess I'm just sensitive to negativity these days. If things like this don't bother you that's great.

Yelp
I wish I could give this shop 10 stars. Emily is amazing and the clothing selection is fantastic. I've had good luck consigning items and ALWAYS find a few pieces to purchase. This is must shop if you are in Ballard. Pro Tip: after you shop stop by Frankie and Joe's for some vegan ice cream.

Yelp
The best selection of consignment clothes. Felt extremely safe during covid only two people allowed in, felt like I was shopping at a private boutique.

Yelp
This place has a great selection! They carry brands like Everlane, Acne, Eileen Fisher, lululemon and more. It's a small but mighty shop, and I'll definitely be checking in often to see what they get in!

Yelp
Such fun and trendy selections for all occasions and great prices! I've been a couple of times now and love my purchases. The quality is great and findings unique. The customer service was awesome. Emily helped me find an outfit for work along with other pieces I'm excited to wear!

Yelp
This neighborhood gem of a shop is so well-curated and feels like a high-end shopping experience rather than your typical secondhand store. I ended up spending $400 in my first visit! Bought tons of cute sweaters, a couple dresses and a great pair of Sorel winter boots. Conveniently located across from Delancey in Ballard. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I have been to hundreds of consignment shops the world over (no exaggeration) and this one is my all time favorite. Perfectly curated clothing in beautiful condition at good prices. The staff is wonderful too!

Mayte M.

Yelp
Editor Consignment has a fantastic selection. As another reviewer said, this will feel like a high-end shopping experience in the best way possible. I have experience consigning and buying from Editor and I must say that Emily is a pleasure to work with. The shop is adorable and fun to shop in - I plan on bringing friends here when possible!

Yelp
What a gem tucked away in Ballard, beautiful shop, well lit & organized. Really enjoyed our shopping experience there. My daughter & I both found items that were perfect for us and at a great price. Check it out, you'll be glad you did!

Yelp
This shop is lovely! Great, unique selection and varied price points make it easy to score a find. Love the new location close to cafes & an ice cream shop to make a fun outing.

Super cute consignment shop with great customer service! I just got my new favorite cardigan there! Highly recommend!

Yelp
This shop is adorable and so well-curated ('edited'). The owner, Emily, is the sweetest! She has worked very hard to bring this shop to Ballard. Bring in some clothes to consign, stop in to see her amazing inventory, or both! You will want to wear whatever you buy right out of the store (I know, because I did ‍).

Yelp
Beautiful clothing. Beautiful space. Prices are quite good, selection is on point. This is a 'not to miss' stop for the stylish and frugal.
