Edward's Bakery

Good old school bakery, reminds me a bit of Bagel Bake on Brick Lane. I had a slice of baked cheesecake which was a generous size for £3. The taste was good, a bit tangy and not too sweet as it should be.

Amazing old fashioned bakery, I love everything here but it also loves my hips too much.

Bacon roll - was dry and hard, bacon was somehow soggy and dry at the same time. Cinnamon bun - was just old bread with some vague cinnamon flavour Cinnamon doughnut - 99% bread 1% cinnamon. Definitely not a doughnut Iced bun - possible made a week ago judging by staleness of the bread

No nonsense cakes and bakes. Don't go expecting anything fancy. Just proper and basic but tasty baked goods for a very good price.

Big variety of goods freshly baked however it did not seem very clean , it is like it's been there from another century the hole shops consent. I liked the fact that they charge the bags it makes you be more responsible if you buy from them constantly but the fact that you have to buy more than 5£ to pay by card it's silly .. I would recommend their almond croissant and their cookies as breakfast if you want to pumper yourself

Customer service is good. The Belgium buns are unique they have a soft spongy layer to them that I have never tasted or experienced before. The banana cake did not taste like banana cake. The kids enjoyed there cupcakes.

very nice looking place, seems well organized ,just when you place order for coffee make sure you tell them exactly what you like otherwise you may end up with short or wrong coffee and "explanation" about "how is in this country".... First day perfectly understood coffee order ,even went for second one , second day different person behind cashier ...not waiting my answer do I like milk in coffee ...not nice

I absolutely love this bakery ... Both myself and my family and friends have been ordering our birthday cakes from this bakery for years . They are always friendly with lovely customer care and very helpful . The cakes have always been amazingingky delicious and I have never been disappointed . They have also accommodated me when i have ordered fresh cream cake late in the day for the next day even though you are suppose to order fries cream cakes i. the mornings . They are open long hours and everyday do it s convenient for everyone. Love this bakery 👍👍👍

Edwards bakery in willesden is the best.Amazing costumer service, lovely staff.The kinda and polite lady who took my order was very helpful she made the cake exactly like I requested listened to me and answered all my questions with patience. the cake was amazingly delicious and looked beautiful i give them 5 starts.

The pineapple upside down cake is out of this world. I order 2 pieces at a time so watching my waistline very carefully.

I dont rate this place at all. In fact the area is in real need of a good bakers and Im sure this place was good at one time but it doesnt seem to have moved with the times. In fact it is probably stuck in a time warp from the 1950/60s. The bread just isnt that appealing. The French bread is long, shapeless and not that tasty. Their loaf bread is the same and the cakes aren't much better either. There is an opportunity in Willesden to offer something exciting from a bakery point of view but no one has grabbed the bull by the horns. Edwards could do with visiting other bakers to see what else they can offer rather than the same old tired stuff which just isnt exciting or appealing. My tips would be L'Angolo/Siansbury's for bread and Lisboa Patiserrie for cakes. Trying something different would be a start.

I always buy cakes from Edwards Bakery. The cakes are delicious. these guys make the best cakes and value for money. I got a cake for Christmas with free christmas decoration on cake for £20. Cant ask for more. I would recommend edwards bakery to all my friends.

We don't get our cakes from anywhere else except here. We've been loyal to Edwards for years because they've got fantastic tasting cakes, not too sickly sweet and jammy but just the right balance with the fruits cream and nuts! And for reasonable prices compared to other some higher end bakeries which don't even taste anywhere near as good. I also buy some of their delicious sandwiches made with freshly baked bread daily.

Consistently high quality of cakes and even though we don't live local to them anymore, we are still willing to order from them and drive all the way to pick it up!

This used to be good well over a decade ago. I bought a pasty here and it hardly any filling. Over priced and not good products. I like to support independent businesses where possible, but I'd choose Greggs every time over this place.

excellent service, very friendly and helpful and most importantly- best cakes i have tasted and reasonable prices too- unlike patisserie valerie who are popular but charge extortionate prices for cakes which are not as nice as edwards! their sandwiches also
