"Hidden behind the grand façade of this former courthouse are the Rosewood, a luxury hotel, and its restaurant, Eeuwen. Walk through the stately entrance and see how the dining space matches the elegance, opulence and stylish design of the rest of this meticulously restored building. Dutch artworks accentuate the serene mood. The courtyard terrace is stunning. Dutch ingredients are showcased on the plate, presented in a way that brings out their natural essence. Dishes also feature occasional exotic seasonings and sauces that pack a punch. Think barbecued langoustines with a delicate herb oil subtly infused with garlic, an intense langoustine bisque, crunchy peas and briny samphire. What's more, you can treat yourself here every day of the week – including for lunch!" - Michelin Inspector

We had an incredible time dining with friends at this restaurant. Each dish was delicious, and the ambiance was incredibly pleasant. Christoforos was incredibly hospitable and provided detailed explanations of each dish with great care. It was evident that he genuinely loves his work, and it shone through in his service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you to the Eeuwen team and Christoforos for making this evening truly special!

Dining at Eeuwen was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Everything, from the atmosphere to the service and the beautifully balanced menu reflects precision, creativity, and a clear passion for craft. Our table of five enjoyed a four-course dinner, and every dish felt thoughtfully composed. My personal favourites were the spinach oysters and seabass carpaccio, with beautiful, sour notes of sea buckthorn. Service was faultless, warm, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. Each course arrived with excellent pacing, and the staff’s knowledge of the dishes and pairings added to the overall sense of ease and sophistication.

Just had an amazing dinner at my new favourite restaurant in Amsderdam. The oyster dish was especially nice, and I don't even usually like oysters. Amazing experience, will come here again.

Hidden gem in the city center of Amsterdam. The restaurant is very nice but for me the patio is the most beautiful part with availability to dine alfresco. They take pride in offering on their menu seasonal products from farms around the region. One of my favorite dishes was the tomato salad, very flavorful and tasty. The brioche with herring was surprisingly good considering it was our first time trying that popular Dutch fish dish. As main course we had the Turbotin a la Provençal, delicious with potato dauphine perfectly crust outside and creamy inside. The service was amazing throughout the night. To end our evening we craved a cocktail instead of dessert so our server suggested we go to Advocatuur, a sophisticated bar next door. He escorted us there and even got us a cozy intimate table.

We celebrated a birthday at this restaurant. The service was good. The interior is beautiful. But there were some things that disappointed me. 1. My favorite umbrella was missing; apparently someone took it by mistake. It would be reasonable to put customers' umbrellas in a separate room. 2. When we booked the restaurant, a deposit was taken, which was not included in the final bill. We discovered this two hours after dinner, and the deposit still hasn't been returned. 3. We ordered a brioche with mackerel and trout caviar, but it was brought without caviar and we weren't warned that there wouldn't be any. It left a bad impression.

Excellent restaurant, a real gem! We had among the best service I ever had thanks to our lovely Canadian table host, Clement the assistant manager and the sommelier as well! They all gave great recommendations while providing elegant and full of personality service ! The dishes were fabulous, lovely to see Dutch ingredients revisited with such great culinary techniques!
