I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Lidia for my fire and ice facial! She was incredibly professional and thorough, making sure every detail of the treatment was perfect. Her technique was amazing and it was clear she has extensive knowledge about skincare and the process. She explained everything so well, which made me feel completely comfortable and informed. My skin feels and looks incredible! I highly recommend Lidia to anyone looking for a top-notch facial experience.

Def not recommend. Extension on packages doesn’t get any beyond waste of time and money. No follow ups and really disappointing results.

My experience was mainly positive. Zoe was very helpful and Edyta and Marilena gave me excellent treatments and really seemed to care about their work. The only negative thing was a hair treatment with Xhulia. She spent ten minutes mixing up the solution or something (the other therapists always had everything ready in advance) so we started late, and then we finished ten minutes early, so I got a 20 minute treatment which should have been around 40. I thought that what she did was very nasty, presumably she was running late and decided to give me a short treatment to get back on track. Also she did not seem to have a good command of English. I made a complaint but didn't hear back about it.

I have been an EF Medispa client for several years now but didn’t venture further than one common simple treatment; however I have worked hard since the covid lockdowns to transform myself physically by loosing a lot of weight because being heavy affected my confidence. After losing weight I still felt quite unconfident with how I looked and discussed options with Edyta my therapist. I’ve since had several other non invasive treatments and my skin has never looked better. Edyta, my therapist is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and takes her time to understand my skin, facial structure etc and this is taken into consideration during treatments as well as when I am considering additional treatments - I am always given honest advice, which is important and shows she cares and isn’t just looking for me to spend. I’ve always had an interest in beauty and the science behind treatments so it’s great discussing this with Edyta too. She is always attentive, very polite, friendly, smiles all of the time, is always happy and above all provides an exceptional service. I hope she stays forever, as I am definitely her customer for life haha. I am also really happy Zoe the treatment advisor works there. Zoe is ever so friendly, willing to help and only offers advice that is suitable for me as a client; this is important as I imagine some clinics would only be interested in making money rather than having their clients best interests at heart. I can see myself being a client at EF Medispa Kensington forever; they are just like an extension to my family, love them and I really look forward to my treatments!

My second time visiting, for a consultation this time around. Staff were lovely and polite on arrival, offered me tea or water. I met with Lidia who talked me through my options and discussed price points. I can wait to schedule my treatment like...is it payday yet 😅

Absolutely love this Medi Spa I could not recommend it more! There is nowhere else I would trust with my face and body. I have had lip filler, laser treatments and a breast augmentation with EF Medi spa. I could not be happier with all of the treatments, results and the after care I have received. I have been waiting for ten years to have my breast augmentation and I am so glad I did! From the beginning to end I have felt completely comfortable, safe and at ease.

I've been going to EF medispa for botox and fillers for the last year and a half. It is expensive but i'm when it comes to invasive treatments i'd rather pay for quality than pick up a bargain - The first time i had botox i went for a deal at another clinic and ended up looking like ming the merciless, not a good look at all! When i go to EF medispa they really look and feel my facial structure, they only ever put a little bit in and they always say i can go back if i want more. I quite like the consultation, you aren't forced to buy at all but they do tell you all about the treatments they do (lots i'd never heard off!).

I had a great experience yesterday at EF Medispa on Kensington Church Street. From the moment I walked into the beautiful spa I felt looked after and pampered. The receptionists were helpful, honest and knowledgeable about their range of treatments. The treatment I had booked was called T shape which is on the legs. Great treatment which was like nothing I'd had before but at the same time very relaxing. Magda, who did the treatment explained in full detail about what was happening and what the benefits were, answering all my questions. I left the spa very relaxed and my legs certainly look firmer and smoother. I will definitely go back to this spa. Well worth it and a great array of treatments to choose from. Thanks.

Very expensive. They deliberately do not have prices on the website so that they can overcharge as much as they can. The exact same treatments are offered elsewhere for much less. They give you a "consultation" at the beginning which is basically just a way of trying to convince you to part with as much money as possible. I did not like this place at all.

I called to book a consultation for a treatment and after booking a slot, I was asked to give a credit card number. To my question "Why should I give a credit card number when the consultation is free?" I was told simply that they "need to take my credit card number". I answered that I wouldn't give my credit card number, yet the receptionist put the phone down before I had time to finish the sentence. Avoid!

Please dont use this place, I went to see them for some Vaser Lipo and two and a half years on every day when I wake I my body reminds me of the damage the consultant did to my body, my tummy is bumpy, the love handles look as though they're covered in cellulite, my inner thighs are uneven and I can tell you it has left my confidence completely scared. It looks better than it did before however it doesn't look good. The consultant was called Dr. Katerina and she was wholey unprofessional having me visit her on the side at an NHS hospital near Shepherds Bush to try and do some treatment to smooth it out as she said the clinic wouldn't have me anymore or it would cost me (Id already spent near to £11,000) she then avoided my calls and left me so effected, I couldn't even contact the clinic again. Please dont make the same mistake as me, they are some lovely whom do work there however the customer aftercare if youre not happy is shocking, I was made to feel as though it was my fault. Terrible consultant, she should NOT be allowed to practice and I would be very surprised if she was still there!
