Wow! I've never had a breakfast sandwich quite like this ... and it's safe to say that I'll be comparing all future breakfast sandwiches to Egg Drip.
I'd seen this popular, Korean-inspired pop-up all over Instagram, and witnessed the long lines they draw firsthand last fall at the Richland Park Farmers Market. Let me echo the other reviewers and say that Egg Drip absolutely lives up to the hype. I placed an order for two sandwiches via Uber Eats on a Sunday for brunch, and was thrilled to have our food delivered hot and fresh in less than 25 minutes.
I went with their seasonal Ube-Bee, which is the perfect mix of sweet and salty. The eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crispy, the hash brown was well-seasoned, and the ube French toast was colorful and fun. Who doesn't love a purple sandwich? The miso maple syrup really brought all of the flavors together, and my only critique was that I didn't order an extra side of that for dipping.
I ordered the H.E.C. (add bacon) for my husband, and he devoured every last crumb. It's safe to say that we have a new favorite breakfast sandwich spot!
