This is the best Egg Harbor I’ve been too. It’s great for families with little kids because it has a play area. My daughter absolutely loves it and it’s a nice place for parents to relax with a coffee while their children play.

Great spot for a weekend brunch. Loved the seasonal coffee and skillet. Store was clean and felt very cozy. Will be happy to return.

My go-to place to have breakfast when in Chicago! The options are varied, the food is delicious and the portions are generous. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Recommendation: It would be cool to have some smaller pancake portions available, or maybe have them as add-ons to other meals. I often want to try them, but as a post-meal treat. Something like a protein pancakes option would also be interesting!

We had heard a lot about the Egg Harbor Cafe so we decided to go try it out. As we entered we were immediately greeted by kind workers who made this experience amazing for us. The cinnamon French toast was sweet, decadent, and extremely delicious. All the menu items with meat can be substituted with beyond meat which is great for dietary restrictions. The joes healthy scrambler had fresh produce and went well with the biscuits. We will definitely be coming back!

We go there with my husband a lot! So far the service was good until today.. We use to have Betty and some other servers that they have been nice and today we were shocked! The hostess was so rude, didn’t say hi neither made any eye contact with us. We got there at 1:40 and even if the restaurant closes at 2pm there were still people in there. Our server didn’t welcome us and didn’t brought water to the table, also she didn’t cared to ask what do we want as our sides. We had to call her to come back to the table about 3 times. When we were leaving also nobody say buy or something. Egg Harbor used to be one of the best Breakfast spots so this message going to the owner or manager to let you know that something needs to be changed because we don’t want to stop coming.

Ok SO GOOD! One of the best breakfast/ brunch spots I've ever eaten at. The place is kept warm and the meals are also warming. I ordered the spicy hash with plant-based sausage and a cinnamon roll. The hash was actually spicy and the melty cheese and options for plant-based sausage was a good surprise. The cinnamon roll was a bit disappointing as it was too dry and not sweet enough, but it looked great. Service was excellent and just everything about this place was great.

Great discovery in Chicago. Very busy place but after tasting the food, makes sense! We had the Meaty skillet and the traditional breakfast and they were amazing. Our server Debbie was the best, lovely and funny. Will 100% recommend and go back!
