Yelp
Samira was an awesome server. Great food loved it. The stuffed French toast is to die for.

Yelp
We visited on Father's Day, a choice made by my partner despite my initial hesitation due to a prior bad experience as a local. However, I wanted to make the day special for him, so we decided to give it another try. To my pleasant surprise, we had an excellent meal and received outstanding service. I am very particular about my food, and everything came out perfectly. My partner loved his omelette, too. Our server, Athena, was quick and accommodating, especially considering my partner's gluten allergy. She was incredibly kind and a joy to talk to. Thanks to Athena and the quality of the meal, my perception of this restaurant has completely changed. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
The food was very interesting in that they had dozens of permutations of about 12-18 ingredients. Our dishes were cooked perfectly! My spinach and strawberry salad was amazing with what seemed like 2 cups of strawberries perfectly positioned and the chicken was moist and perfectly cooked and seasoned. Lighting was bright Noise and sound was muted. The service was admirable and dutiful albeit I never saw our waitress after she dropped off the food. All around was average.

Yelp
The place was very clean and delightful decor. A real moving toy train was going on the ceiling. The menu had many unique food combinations and it was a tough choice. I got the mashed potato omelette.... Right? And a half order of strawberry stuffed crepe. Delicious. Our waitress was a doll. She didn't make us feel rushed and had an awesome attitude. She helped us with some of the menu items that we had questions about, gladly. I wish all our waitresses were like this when I eat out. *The egg omelette needed milk added to the eggs before cooking so that they wouldn't be flat and dry... *The strawberry's on the French toast was actually strawberry jam or at least tasted like it. *Potatoes had so much salt they weren't eatable. *Mashed potatoes were too runny and seapted out of the omelet.

Antonio M.

Yelp
I haven't visited this place before. They offered an extensive menu. After an early morning of golfing, we ended up having breakfast here. We were promptly seated, and our waitress was exceptionally attentive and friendly. I was fascinated by the train gliding along the ceiling. I opted for an avocado omelette, which turned out quite tasty. It doesn't seem too challenging to make these omelettes, I suppose.

Yelp
Egg works is such a good spot for brunch! The restaurant has such a home-y feel and has a nice country vibe, The workers are very nice and attentive and we always feel welcomed. Their loco moco is my favorite and their POG mimosa is delicious. Although the place is always busy, the wait is little to nothing. We love their seasonings so much that we bought 2 different kinds to take home.

Yelp
Pretty Good! Location: This Egg Works location is in a lot with other businesses but is very spacious. Parking: There is plenty of parking available in the lot where the restaurant is. It is in a shared lot with other businesses but parking was not an issue. Ambiance/Decor: Cute and fun! I felt like I was in the South having a good old fashioned breakfast. I love the cute toy train they had running above the tables on the ceiling. Food/Beverages: So good! We ordered the Grandma's Biscuits and Gravy and the Stuffed French Toast! Although my biscuits could have been a little softer, the dish was still pretty flavorful. The Stuffed French Toast was not only an amazing and creative concept, but it tasted PHENOMENAL! On the downside, I did find it very odd that they did not offer Almond Milk or Oat Milk. When we asked the server if they had Almond Milk, she seemed confused as if she had never heard of Almond Milk before and told us no and that they only had whole milk. Service: The service was mediocre. I felt that our server had so many tables to tend to that she just kind of did the bare minimum in order to serve the tables she had. There was nothing spectacular about the service we received. Honestly, the food runner who gave us our food seemed like he would have been a much better server than who we had. The cashier was nice as well. Additional thing to note: You are charged differently if you pay with cash vs a card. That is something that should be communicated before you are seated and not a surprise extra charge when it is time to pay for your meal. You are charged a little bit extra if you pay with a card. Overall: Overall, the meal was good enough to give Egg Works a second try to see what else is delicious on the menu but it doesn't have me wanting to run back anytime soon based on the service and full first time experience overall. I hope this review helps you decide on where to have brunch in Summerlin, Las Vegas! :) Overall Rating: 3.5 Stars

Yelp
Service was phenomenal here. Sam was my server. I came in alone on a Saturday. I'm in town for a friends wedding. Sam was super friendly and checked in on me to see how I was doing. When meal was being prepared she let me know she was checking on it for me to make sure it was done with efficient timing. I ordered the two egg breakfast meal with home fries, sour dough bread, and sausage. Everything was cooked to my liking including my two eggs requested at over hard. The home fries were a tad over seasoned, but Sam had warned me about this and they were still good. The ambiance is causal and inviting, everyone is as friendly and I'd definitely stop here again if I'm in town. Thanks for a good experience!

Yelp
Been here many times, but it was a beautiful morning, so we decided to sit outside in their dog-friendly patio. There are so many choices on the menu. I usually get an omelette, but today I had the Breakfast Sandwich, which was delicious. Egg was cooked just right, over-easy. We always love the Banana Nut Muffins here! Just like the other Egg Works around Vegas, there's a cute train that goes around the restaurant. Our server Stehanie was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Brian H.

Yelp
The food was good and the service was fast. I liked my hash n eggs .. but the potatoes were kinda weak. I'll get something different on the menu next time. It has a great feel. Our service was good. It has a little train that runs around the ceiling. It was pretty cool. It's a good place to eat and I will be back...

Yelp
Came here for takeout for wifey birthday and it was a great experience! Got a couple of omelettes and pancakes for the kids and there were no issues. Location of restaurant is in a very random office parking lot so might be hard to find but overall location is well kept and facilities are nice. Girl that took my order was very friendly as well and was able to answer questions that I had. Location is a nice breakfast spot and not too loud. I would say if you want quite stay away from bar area because that is where all the workers get the food out of the expo window. Great spot so try it out!

Yelp
Don't order online. My order wasn't made and I waited another 20 minutes in the restaurant for slightly below average food. Obviously I understand mistakes happen. I wouldn't have written this review except there was no "sorry", no accountability, not even an acknowledgment of what happened. Instead, they just tried to make me feel like it was my fault for ordering online and told me it's better/cheaper to order over the phone. Okay then, I guess I'm sorry for ordering, wont happen again.

Irma B.

Yelp
HUGE portions! THE best home style potatoes. Perfectly seasoned and super tasty. If you are coming on a Sunday make sure to arrive before 11 to avoid long wait times. We were seated right away when we arrived at 10 but when we left at 11:30 the waiting area was packed and several parties waiting outside. On my way out I overheard the wait was over an hour for a table.

Cheramie M.

Yelp
We dined here for breakfast. The service was ok--nothing to really brag about. I really like the pancakes--they were very moist. I ordered crispy bacon, and it was flimsy at best. One thing I was little salty about was the powdered eggs. I assumed they would be shelled eggs being that the place is called Egg works but you have to ask for those. Other than that, I would try them again.

Naureen H.

Yelp
Clean restaurant, fast service and decent food. I like this Egg Works location better than the one closer to me on Rainbow Blvd. We came here for Sunday brunch around 8 am and were seated immediately. Ordered Chili Rolleno, California Benny and a Bloody Mary. I would recommend they improve on coffee which was very light but everything else was good. They also have a pet friendly patio and I hope to bring my dog here once the weather gets a little better for sitting outside. Highly recommend this place for quick and heart warming breakfast

Jane J.

Yelp
The food is pretty good. Service is nice. The ambiance is a good vibe. Unfortunately, the food is way overpriced. But, who isn't price gouging these days? But this morning I went and got a breakfast sandwich. It cost $20. I will NOT be going back to this place.

Luke K.

Yelp
The Ham & Mushroom Skillet I Had Was Perfect, The Service Was Just Excellent And The Ambiance At Egg Works Was Just Great That I Recommend This Place To Anybody.

Tommy C.

Yelp
It's ok. Classic American breakfast fare with some southwest options. They even have variations of Loco Moco for those craving an Island option. Service was pretty good on a Friday morning. Attentive and kind service.

Anne D.

Yelp
Finally found a really good Breakfast place. Food was delicious. Definitely will return.. To try different things on the menu..

Montse S.

Yelp
Breakfast potatoes are my favorite here! The eggs Benedict were poached nicely and the English muffins toasted enough to avoid any soggy bottoms. Outdoor seating is nice and peaceful here but a little chilly after November.

Lisa M.

Yelp
This is THE breakfast spot. I don't know what else to say. Everything is delicious. Obviously, the banana nut muffins, but the actual food is awesome and I always have a bottle of their green chile sauce in my kitchen. I'm trying to eat my way through the menu so here's my review of what I've tried so far. Corn beef hash: first time having it, LOVED it! I always get poached eggs on anything. Mom thought it was too salty but I completely disagree. It's corned beef. It's gonna be salty. That's the point. LOL Moco Loco: yes. Do it. Get this. Traditional Hawaiian plate done the right way. ANY BENNY!! THEY'RE ALL AWESOME!! Brad's Scramble: so good that my husband got it the next time we went because he ate half of mine the first time I ordered it. LOL the green chile sauce is perfect on this dish Chicken Mushroom Spinach skillet: PACKED with the veggies and chicken. Again, perfect with the green chile sauce. We've been to multiple locations but this is our favorite. DOG FRIENDLY PATIO!!

Sandy L.

Yelp
This place is egggggcellent! From the staff to service and the food, everything was great! We went there around 10:30 and the wait was less than 5 minutes. I recommend their eggs Benedict and blueberry pancakes! Slather some butter on their freshly served banana muffins as a dessert and your tummy will thank you.

Stephanie B.

Yelp
Food was good, service was great and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Have been many times and still love how delicious the banana muffins are. My omelette was huge and the skillet my husband ate was a lot. Nice neighborhood vibe.

Andreaus T.

Yelp
The place was very busy but they have muffins that you can eat while you wait I got a potato skillet with mushrooms and chicken with feta cheese

Suzanne B.

Yelp
First time here and it was good. It was a Friday around 9:00 and pretty busy. The restaurant is huge. They have a nice outdoor patio, but the girl that sat us said the service would be better inside. There was only one server outside and she already had 5 tables, a little disappointing because we always like sitting outside when the weather is nice. Our server was nice, she was really busy. The food was tasty, but I will try something different next time. The menu is also huge, a lot of variety. The banana nut muffins are delicious.

Martina T.

Yelp
This place is awesome!! Thank you Yelp for finding me a breakfast spot! Plenty of free parking in huge parking lot shared with other establishments. We were seated right away during breakfast time. It was pretty packed on a weekend. The menu is very cute, looks like you're reading the newspaper. They have so many options for food. I had the Ensenada burrito and it was deeelicious!!! I love the tomatillo sauce. I swapped the sides to rice and beans and they were yum. Also got a side of their famous potatoes-very good. Their chili omelette is also two thumbs up. If you check in, you get an enormous, moist and delicious banana nut muffin. Their pancakes are all soooo good. The batter is different than regular pancakes. Their big, fluffy and perfect. We ordered the Apple pancakes- there were bits of apples inside the pancake. Service is very attentive and great! They have a train running around if you look up. The decor is very detailed and fun. Cool art on the walls. Once you're done with your meal, you take your bill to the front cashier and pay- she's very friendly too. Amazing food and such a fun experience.

Yelp
While I've ordered delivery from this location, either via doordash or Postmates several times, and have no complaints about the taste of the food, this particular morning I ordered my usual "Fresh Veggie with eggwhites and potatoes" and as I scooped a fork full of potatoes into my mouth, I look down into the bag and see a string looking item. Hmmm...I said to myself..that's weird...so using my fork I reach in the middle of my potatoes and pull out a fully seasoned beige elastic rubber band! I was immediately mortified, as I have no idea what this band was used for, what it touched before it entered my food, and how many additional germs my already sensitive digestive tract will now have to handle. Needless to say I immediately called the location, got transferred to the "to go" department...who then transferred me to a manager...who at first told me I did not order from there this morning. After I pled with her, she looked again and found my order. I then was placed on hold .... When she came back on the phone she told me she checked the cameras and did not see anything, that there were no "rubber bands" in the area and that she did not "not believe me" but there was nothing she could do and that if I wanted to request a refund to take it up with Postmates. I told her I can send her a picture of the seasoned rubber band but she said she did not need to see it. I will not be ordering from that location...or EggWorks ever again! -Disgruntled Customer

Yelp
Excellent customer service. Good was very delicious. The food could've been hotter. It was warm, but it was good. The waffles were too dry for my liking. Serve real butter in a dish not little packets like I was at a Hilton free breakfast with butter and a packets.

Kenny O.

Yelp
Another great breakfast in 11 minutes. After a Aviators game, we celebrate here the morning after. Great service, good chow clean dining and restrooms.

M G.

Yelp
So close to my home. Great food, and great service. Tried a Groupon Coupon. It is pricey but it's worth it. Love the fruit with breakfast Will definitely return

Idan D.

Yelp
Great place for breakfast! The food is nothing too special just a good breakfast like every time you go to Starbucks you know the coffee won't be extraordinary but you're not dissatisfied. Prices are average for a breakfast place. The reason I give It a high rating of 4 stars ie because the staff is always amazing. They are sure to be attentive and will always make sure you're feeling comfortable and have everything you need. That's always key in breakfast joints and diners as a large important aspect. I love the hash browns cannot go wrong with this and always get my eggs Sunnyside up which they always do an excellent job.

Vanessa K.

Yelp
Lisa Provides us with the best service every time we come. We love Lisa Food always great as well

Robin L.

Yelp
Ambiance at this location is nice, spacious and cheery. The food is really good, service was fast. Everyone is friendly.

Ju M.

Yelp
Service is great, restaurant is clean. Coffee was good. But my food!! My food was drenched in sauce, sour cream, and straight up cheese. I was basically eating soup. I hate complaining - but not everyone likes to eat this way. The photo I'm uploading is HALF the cheese I removed. I couldn't even see my eggs or tortilla.

Mariana G.

Yelp
I love the food at egg works don't get me wrong But every time I do a to go order it's problematic and I've had it. Today my husband and I were on our way to work and wanted to get Egg Works to take to work and last time we came here, they quoted us 10 minutes and it took 20 so we called ahead of time knowing they take longer than they say We called in to order the employee put us on hold for 6 minutes and we gave up and called again, which he answered and took the order right away (did you forget we were on hold????) Anyways they said approx 20 min which was fine since our ETA was 30 so we went. My husband went it to pick up the food and of course it wasn't ready and there was a long line of people waiting for orders. Which is fine and it's great to have a lot of business but if I had known it would've taken 40 minutes and made us both late to work I wouldn't have gone... and they also forgot the sauces for my burrito This isn't the first time any of this happens either. I feel like these employees need a better and more efficient way to expedite their orders, and maybe if you notice someone is waiting a long time for their food, maybe offer an additional item or something to make up for it???? Maybe have a manager talk with the customers and apologize or SOMETHING ???? As a masters in hospitality, I think the whole staff needs a briefing on how to fix this. I'm never coming back

Cindy W.

Yelp
OUTSTANDING PLACE FOR BREAKFAST!! *And genuine warm staff and fun decor! Have had many breakfast at this location and always consistently great (and I'm not even a breakfast person which really makes a crazy!!). From the hostess to each wait staff, it just feels like he walked into a small town diner the way they truly care about you and always deliver such upscale service! On April 19. My husband and I went for breakfast here. We were going to order our usual but I decided to Try something new I saw on the chalkboard in the lobby - I ended up ordering the special of the day- the chipotle eggs Benedict. First bite; My mind was blown. And it just continued! I remember looking at my husband saying " This is literally the best thing I've ever tasted!" - and we are foodies so that is saying a lot! Our wonderful tentative server, Ren, asked us how everything was and noted that me and my husband both eating my breakfast -we told her how wonderful it was and she said that unfortunately it was only on the menu for 3 days and tomorrow it would be gone. . We ended up ordering another one to go and had it for dinner. It was all over Bliss again! We are imploring Egg Works; please PLEASE KEEP THIS ITEM ON YOUR MENU!! It is TRULY a one of kind signature menu item! Your cooks have NAILED this dish! It cannot be improved -except to KEEP it on the menu! The manager checked in on us, and again we were complement of the staff and the cooks, as well as Ren and even the manager, as she was so sweet and sincere. In a world where customer service has gone down so much this place is so refreshing and nice to spend time at -for breakfast, lunch or even just stopping in for a cup of coffee, and a nice dessert. You won't regret it!

Shana V.

Yelp
Amazing service! Amazing food! We will definitely going back soon. Country Fried SteakStuffed French Toast

Sylvia S.

Yelp
My spot for the veggie skillet! It's always good and I ask for extra veggies and light on the potatoes and they accommodate without any issues. The ranch dressing is house made and delicious. Eggs are fresh and no additives to stretch. I have tried various options in the past when I did indulge in beef and pork and my hubby says it's still delicious. I recommend going earlier or later, they get packed really quick and don't let that deter you. They move fast with orders so you'll most definitely thank yourself for the wait. Fresh food, friendly faces, kindness goes a long way. Smile and enjoy life! I recommend this place;)

Elaine J.

Yelp
Management graciously rectified the situation with a lovely apology and our next meal was much better.

Season C.

Yelp
Do not eat here if you are gluten sensitive or have celiac! We tried to discuss what my husband could eat from the menu because he can't have gluten. Our waitress said they have gluten-free pancakes. We asked about the potatoes and she said she didn't know. She didn't even try to find out. Even after we told her he can't have gluten, she asked him if he wanted toast or the banana nut muffin with his meal. He definitely got gluten from eating here and was sick from it. It ruined the last two days of our vacation.

Isabella D.

Yelp
I wanted to love this place because there are such good reviews! But my brother in law ordered over medium eggs and his eggs came out sunny side up and that's being generous. Even the egg whites were runny! My pancakes weren't cooked through. Service wasn't bad. But food just was not good.

Rich N.

Yelp
Egg Works at one time was a favorite of mine. 1. They have allowed their prices to rise so high that even with a $10 newspaper coupon, the bill is still higher than what can be justified. 2. Summerlin location had the worst counter service I had experienced there. Arrived as the only one sitting at the counter. 10 minutes pass with about 20 persons walking by me without a single person acknowledging that I was present. Finally attract someone to order (clearly not person assigned to counter). Food arrives with scrambled eggs highly overcooked (as is common there). Finish my breakfast without anyone having checked on me. Then another 10 minutes waiting for my bill with again 20 people walking by with no attention. Finally I give up and go to the register to just tell them what to charge me. Surprise, no one at the register. Another 5 minutes, I explain the situation - no apology or no offer to adjust bill.

Bernardo M.

Yelp
Food was good, but the service was one of the worst I've seen in a while.. we sat at out table and it too 20 minutes for service to come see our table. Furthermore, after we ordered out server came by out table 10 minutes after to confirm our order. We then waited 15+ minutes for our check.

Tami G.

Yelp
What a great find! We had breakfast and coffee. They brought us our own pot and offered flavored creamers. When breakfast came, my omelet was fluffy and full of flavor. Ingredients are not skimpy--lots of bacon & avocado for me. Multiple sides offered too. Adorable train going through the ceiling and TV's available if you want to watch. Our server was so great and the restaurant was very clean!

Dee J.

Yelp
Food - large , high quality portions, at reasonable price. Had breakfast, they don't have buckwheat, covid did it int. Service - attentive, good Ambiance- rustic yet cool I would go back, highly recommend !

Krista S.

Yelp
One of my favorite breakfast locations. The one in summerlin is best in the area for sure.

TJ N.

Yelp
Egg Works was a very enjoyable experience. The wait staff was very nice, and their menu is very diverse. I ended up getting the Loco Moco and my sig other got the chile rellenos omelette. Chili rellenos omelette tasted all right. It just seems like it didn't have enough chilies in it. The hashbrowns was very crispy and delicious. Loco moco just felt like a carbo load. Was very heavy on the rice and just not enough protein (One egg). Gravy was overly salty. Just made the whole dish sort of disgusting. The banana bread muffin was to die for. Warm, moist, flavorful, Rich/Buttery. Unfortunately the only good thing that I had on this visit and probably would even just come for this exclusively. I would've given this place a three star review; however the wait staff, the environment, and the banana bread muffin all made it a four star rating. I may have tried the wrong dishes at this Time. Loco moco may just not be my breakfast style.

Erian R.

Yelp
I love the chocolate banana muffin especially when it is warm. Excellent service overall. Tried this place 4 times and never been disappointed. Great place for brunch. I like the train above by the ceiling. I bet the little kids loves it. I love their omelette.

Catherine M.

Yelp
We came to Vegas for the weekend and our friend took us to the one of " the best" breakfast spots in town. Food was beyond amazing and service quite exceptional. I noticed their portions were relatively big so we decided to order an entree and share it. It was more than enough for my husband and I and we tend to eat a lot. We ordered the chili rellenos omelette, side of fruit and banana bread and were beyond stuffed. I was really impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. Also, prices are competitive compared to other restaurants near the strip. Our waitress Penny was super helpful and welcoming. When we first approached the host , he received us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to get me a cup of water. Boy was I parched when I got there! Overall, waited less than 24 minutes, received exceptional service and left completely satisfied. This is our new Vegas breakfast spot for future weekend trips to this beautiful city. :)

Dominic C.

Yelp
Great service party of 6 sat right away. Erika toke care of us and was very great. Hawaiian toast was incredible so delicious
