An Absolutely Flawless Lunch Experience
From start to finish, our lunch at EGGENTALLER restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. We began with gluten-free Spaghetti Mancini paired with a luscious tomato coulis and the creamiest burrata — a deceptively simple dish elevated to pure perfection. Then came the showstoppers: truffle tortellini crowned with 100-day aged Parmesan, each bite a masterclass in balance and indulgence; a perfectly seared tuna, cooked with surgical precision; and a 700-gram T-bone steak, dry-aged for two months to achieve a depth of flavor that was simply remarkable.
For the grand finale, we surrendered completely to temptation: a farandole of six desserts, in fact the entire dessert menu (save for the few containing alcohol). From delicate ice creams to a sublime tiramisu, a decadent chocolate mousse, and an almond parfait, every creation was flawlessly executed — not a single weak note in the symphony.
Service matched the cuisine in excellence. We were attended to by the manager herself, whose efficiency, warmth, and genuine kindness turned a perfect meal into a perfect afternoon.
Having, quite literally, sampled the full breadth of the menu, we can say without hesitation: this is a rare culinary gem, a true sans faute from beginning to end.
