Just went for the first time and it was amazing. Soft scrambled eggs, bread is fluffy and toasted, and the ingredients are clearly high quality. I got the "Flip" and the "Cool Guy". I will definitely be back for the Loco Moco. I highly recommend the food to anyone. When you order at the kiosk, you put in your name and they yell it when the order comes out. I heard Zack Attack as someones order lol. It gives a solid fun atmosphere.

So you order with a kiosk which is simple. Got the Flip today at 10:30am, super fast. But Wow. It’s an entire meal in itself. A bit messy, but not a bad thing especially considering the overloaded toppings. It’s not overloaded with bread like other places. This place takes Korean egg sandwiches to another level! Can’t wait to try the other sandwiches!

Man Sunny was very helpful. I was having a hard time getting up to egg flip the elevator wasn’t working couldn’t find it when we pulled up and Sunny helped us to get here. It was like a mission we had to go across the street to Wells Fargo. go up the escalator come across the boardwalk and then finally we see egg flip Thank you so much Sunny for making this experience worth it. Wow all the way from Florida.

I added avocado and a couple of extra toppings, and the flavors all came together beautifully. Everything tasted fresh, like it was just prepped that morning, and it had that comforting, home-cooked feel but with a fast-casual speed. The best part? I was in and out in no time — super fast service without sacrificing quality. The vibe inside Egg Flip is clean, modern, and inviting. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick breakfast, grabbing lunch, or picking something up to-go, it’s the kind of place that just makes you feel good. You can tell they care about what they serve and how they serve it. Highly recommend if you're in the area — especially if you're looking for something delicious, affordable, and quick. Since I learned there was a Korean egg sandwich place in the city, I've been wanting to try this place. Shortly after we ordered and grabbed a table, people started rushing in. The sandwiches were amazing, but drinks were not.. It tasted either different or diluted somehow.. I would definitely go back to get more sandwiches, though! :)

The food is epic. The store is a new skyway restaurant tucked into a corner. The food is brilliant. We got the bulgogi egg sandwich and the avocado egg sandwich. Both were 100% absolutely amazing. The only word of advice I have is that you eat it and you eat it fast. The milk bread is thick and toasted but it gets soggy once the bread absorbs all the juices from the eggs and beef. While it definitely makes the sandwich more delicious it takes away from the texture. So eat it fast 😂 I loved the food. 1000% recommend.

I didn’t know this was a thing. Korean egg sandwiches, who knew? The bulgogi sandwich, so good. I’m not a huge fan of kiosk only ordering, especially when I have never heard of Egg Flip before. Like I said, the sandwich is amazing and the food came out quick. But the tots… eh. It’s like the oil wasn’t hot enough or something. The outside wasn’t very crispy and the inside had too much oil/grease. They tasted fine but the tot texture was off. If I lived here, I would for sure be a regular customer.

The sandwiches were amazing! I really enjoyed the bulgogi bowl, add the spicy korean sauce and it's ten times better. The bread wasnt airy or fluffy but it was good. Just one thing i wish it was fill to the bottom of the sandwich. The sauce was yummy. A lot of space inside the place. There are machine you can use to order your food. One thing i would say is it is confusing to get to the location. But make sure you go to the right side to get into the building and then take a sky walk to get to the place.

Looks can be deceiving... I'm so sad; I was very much looking forward to trying this place!! This small cafe is located in the skyway on the second floor. It is a self-order at the front counter, they call your name and pick it up at the counter. Although the menu looks delicious and the logo and packaging are incredibly adorable!, the food lacks so much flavor, and the tots were so greasy, hard, and overcooked that they were inedible. The sandwich tasted pretty bland and the turkey sausage tasted off, (cheap or overcooked i couldn't quite tell which), and the bread took up most of the sandwich. The best part of the meal was the fountain drink- which should tell you a lot. The staff are extremely kind, and the restaurant isn't dirty- but the food was, (for lack of better words), awful. Hoping this restaurant has some turn around because it's a great concept!

Small casual restaurant for breakfast egg sandwiches and breakfast bowl or burritos. They have a cute egg mascot haha. All the egg sandwiches are made with Korean milk bread, cafe free eggs, signature egg sauce, topped with chives and house gochujang aioli. We got the beef bulgogi, eggvacado, and the flip. Service was good and straightforward ~.

This was okay, I wish there had been a stronger egg flavor profile (or more eggs in general given the name of the store) and I was hoping it would have had more heat/spice to my sandwich. The bulgogi tasted fine and it's a good option if you're looking for a quick in and out experience. It was really easy to order my sandwich with the screen, I got my food quickly, and there were plenty of seating options if you want to eat there.

stopped by here for lunch and it was SO GOOD! I got the avocado signature sandwich and the avocado complemented the eggs so well and made it very creamy. the portion was perfect for lunch.

No frills kind of place but the sandwich was very good. Took 10 minutes for it to come out. Not sure why it came out in a warm and wet tray that looked yucky, they could probably do without those. Anyways, would go back and try more from their menu. Thanks!

Love egg sandwiches, so had to try this place. Great restaurant other than parking. Had the bacon and egg and also the bulgolgi sandwich. Bread is delicious, soft even though toasted. Really enjoyed both, always quick and great service!

I'm not really a breakfast person but Egg Flip was one of three breakfast spots I had on my list for the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. It was also within walking distance from the State Theater where I was for a day and had a break for lunch. Once you find the place it is pretty straight forward. Order at the kiosk and pick up at a window, no interaction with any employees. Now the food was really good. I ordered the Beef Bulgogi which had perfectly scrambled eggs, beef, cheddar, grilled onions, aioli and egg sauce on that "eggcelent" toasted Korean milk bread. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back to try many of their other offerings.

I was really looking forward to something special, but it was only okay. Its an average greasy egg sandwich.

This little honey pot was a delight. However, I will tell you to arrive early to get good parking since they are located in the Skyway. Also, make sure you bring your appetite because Egg Flip will not disappoint. I had heard from a few that Egg Flip was a hidden gem and great for breakfast so I had to see for myself. My fiancee and I got up early and went to see if this would make the list of breakfast restaurants I would like to frequent. The food was really good, I ordered the sausage turkey, and my other half ordered The Flip. We were pleasantly surprised the food didn't take long to come out. Also, it looked delicious, so the taste and the looks aligned with one another so that was great. This is an establishment I would definitely add to my list of great breakfast restaurants. Now the pros are they have many options, service is good, and food comes out fairly quickly. The cons are like most other Skyway restaurants, they do not have a bathroom in close proximity, parking is almost impossible unless you come early, and there's not a lot of seating. All in all, I am happy to have finally tried Egg Flip, and we will be back very soon. Oh almost forgot not much to the decor but it was still nice, nothing fancy but still nice.

I am obsessed with a restaurant called Egg Slut but it's only in LA & Cali. I have been waiting and praying that somewhere even kinda similar would open. Thankfully this place has satisfied my craving. It is located inside of an office building downtown which is never my favorite but not really an issue overall. The branding is beyond cute and I love the vibe! It was quite busy when we were there but I felt as though we still got our food quickly. The sandwiches are a little messy (at least for me lol) but they were delicious. I thought they had great flavor and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Definitely would eat here all the time if I worked in the area!

I am so blown away. The staff was super friendly and let us taste the house gochujang sauce. The sauce was amazing and I want to put this on everything. It's MN spicy, and has a great flavor. The sandwiches were flavorful with textures that played well together. The total were crispy to perfection. Everything here is kawaii energy and it makes for a great vibe in the store. This place is a must to try and for us we will be back.

Inside a neat business building on the upper level, is this tucked away mini restaurant. Menu is simple and quick! Food was plentiful, flavoring tasted exactly as described on the menu. Nothing extraordinary in terms of flavoring or variety as other egg sandwich spots but still good! Tater tots were also crispy but a bit too greasy. Service was simple and quick. An easy place for a quick bite - overall 6/10!

Let's start off by saying the food looks a lot better than it tastes ! If you are driving here, it's a pain because it's located downtown in the skyway so trying to find parking is bad. When you finally get to the skyway, it's located right off the elevator and easily accessible. You order from a kiosk but the menu is right next to you on the wall and is very easy to read and understand. I ordered the flip sandwich with tots and a drink and the sandwich was good but the tots were the worse ones I have ever had. The food comes out pretty quickly . There is a few tables to dine in at but it looks like it was created for takeout. The restaurant is clean and modern. I might give it another try for another sandwich but no more tots for me.

My coworkers and I got EGGFLIP for breakfast this morning & we can't stop raving about it! I had the EGGVACADO: Premium Milk Toast , Signature Scrambled Eggs, Fresh Sliced Avocado, Cheddar Cheese, Grilled Onions ,Chives and Spicy Mayo. The bread is fluffy & perfectly toasted, the grilled onions add a nice sweetness, & I want the spicy mayo on everything. Not to mention that the eggs were perfectly fluffy & moist. Seriously, TRY THIS PLACE!

A friend and I both enjoyed the beef bulgogi egg sandwich! The savory sandwich was filled to the brim inside delicious milk bread! I will definitely go again. Service was fast, you order at a kiosk and our food came out pretty fast. The sitting area itself is nothing special however with this being a sky way restaurant its fast causal - no frill atmosphere works.

Delicious! Sandwiches were bigger than I anticipated. Flavors were good, though I preferred the Bulgogi over the Flip. It did seem like most of the tastier ingredients (bacon, mayo) were closer to the top so the bottom bites of the Flip was mostly just turkey sausage and a bit plain. Service was quick and friendly. Super cute wall murals too.

Super fast service and tasty egg sandwiches. I had the beef bulgogi and my friend had the eggvacado; both were delicious and very generously filled. The restaurant is on the skyway level of the building and has lots of seating. Ordering on the screens was straightforward and I appreciated the friendly team's smiles!

Korean street food in downtown Minneapolis. Though parking would be an issue, if you go to work in dt this is a must go place for b'fast or lunch. We tried bulgogi sandwich and avocado egg sandwich. Super good!!!!

Okay, my packed lunches have nothing on Egg Flip. How will I ever bring my own lunch again!? These Korean Egg Sandwiches are absolutely delicious! I opted for a classic - The Flip. First of all the Milk Bread is the star of the show-- soft, fluffy, slightly sweet. Then the bread is stuffed to the brim with soft scrambled eggs and topped off with fresh veggies, tender and well-seasoned meats, a little sauce, and some chives. The sandwich is served in a perfect little square box, so that it doesn't topple over and you don't lose any ingredients. Since all of the best toppings (bacon, avocado, grilled onions, spicy Mayo) were on top, the best bites were at the beginning, and then it was mostly bread and eggs. But the sandwich was huge and very filling, so no need to worry about the portion size. On a Tuesday afternoon Egg Flip was packed with people, but the wait wasn't more than about 10 minutes altogether. You place your order on a screen, wait while they do their magic, and in a few minutes your name is being called and you're on your way to sandwich heaven. 5 stars for Egg Flip, if you see me here every single day no you didn't!

I'm craving this baddd as I'm writing this review =*) I got the "Cool Guy Bacon" which is their signature scrambled eggs, applewood smoked bacon, chives & chedder cheese in their premium milk toast. Adding avocado on the side. This sandwhich was so yummy! I should've ordered two or more. I love a good egg sandwich & this definitely hit the spot! There's nothing like this I can find any where in Minnesota.. so, I'm beyond happy this place opened. It's savory, and full of flavor. When I went, it was a full house. Ordered on the kiosk without any troubles & luckily, I got seating! I'm glad there's many tables for customers. And while you're sitting & enjoying your food, there's the cutest wall decor to admire! I'm not in the area often so if you're like me and want a fast & easy when in, I parked on the street in front of the Rand Tower Hotel, used their left side elevator to level 2 (the skyway) & walked straight all the way! You'll eventually see it on your left! No doubt I'll be back cause I can't wait to try more!

Very friendly staff, quick service, and a good selection of toppings. It is very filling and there are a lot of good options for both sandwiches and bowls. Would recommend the bulgogi as it's tasty, but not spicy, and adds diversity to breakfast as it's not just bacon or sausage. Certainly can be taken to go, but best to eat it fresh and warm in the cute space. They have hot sauce and salt&pepper you can help yourself to, as well as fountain sodas. Nice spot in the skyway for breakfast!

Absolutely the most amazing sandwich I've had ever. It's all I can think about I only wish it had multiple locations. The eggvocado is perfection.

This was the worst egg sandwich I've ever had. After seeing numerous posts about it on Instagram, I decided that I had to give it a shot. I ordered a beef bulgogi sandwich. The first bite made me regret my decision to try it. The beef bulgogi was overly sweet and tasted like a cheap teriyaki-like sauce. It was as though they only used soy sauce and salt to marinate it, without any additional seasonings. It tasted nothing like actual bulgogi. The beef was also dry and had the consistency of dry, sliced beef from Yoshinoya. Not at all like Korean bulgogi. It seems like the owner has no idea what the flavors of Korean bulgogi tastes like. The scrambled egg was flavorless too. It tasted like it was barely seasoned with any salt. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if they used pre-mixed scrambled eggs that you get in cartons instead of using real eggs. It tasted that disgusting. I couldn't even finish half the sandwich, because it was so lackluster and disappointing. Save yourself a trip and don't try this place. It's overhyped and the food itself is gross. The food does not taste "Korean inspired", it just tastes like unauthentic Asian slop. As an Asian who loves Korean food, I am very disappointed.

Went to try Egg Flip for lunch and got the beef bulgogi and spamtastic sandwiches. Amazing sandwiches! Ready to go back to try more of the menu!

We ordered takeout and the online order was a quick process and they had it ready when we got there. The bulgogi was perfectly marinated and a must try. The spam sandwich was good and salty but nothing too surprising. The tater tots were perfectly crispy. Overall a good lunch!

I saw the hype, saw the crowds, saw the pictures, and felt as though I had to try a bulgogi sandwich from Eggflip. Unfortunately, this was a terrible mistake. The beef was thin, dry, and tasted like poor-quality bulgogi from the frozen meals at the grocery store. The egg was tasteless, with its only purpose being to add a vague fluffy texture to the middle of the sandwich. There was a disgusting, goopy, yellow sauce spread throughout the sandwich. This made the sandwich way too soggy and difficult to eat. It was not tasty either. Also, there was a solid slice of cheese slapped onto the sandwich. It wasn't melted whatsoever. It was as if they just took it straight from the package and placed it on the bread. Gross. At least the artwork on the walls looked cool. Too bad the sandwich was one of the worst I've ever eaten.

The food was amazing! I got the bulgogi sandwich and the flip. The bulgogi was on the sweeter side and the flip is more savory. Both were good but if I had to choose to have every morning, it would be the flip. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Live the welcoming and casual atmosphere. Definitely would visit again!

I had the bulgogi beef/egg. The sandwich was great- just remember to eat from the end to get both beef and egg. The bread started to fall apart towards the end but what a way to go......

It was so good!!!! I would totally come back to try more. The only thing is it's super messy to eat but overall it was delicious.

So cute on the inside, it's a self service atmosphere. The sandwich was good, I just wish it came a little warmer. The cheese wasn't melted and the overall sandwich wasn't warm enough for my liking but the taste was nice overall
