First time! We got 3 pork rolls at the New Brighton farmer’s market today and they were the best eggrolls I’ve personally ever had. Even converted a picky eater! The outside was thin, golden brown + flaky. The inside is a nice mix of chopped vermicelli noodles, cabbage and carrot, and crumbly well-done ground pork (probably steamed?). Made for a very consistent and flavorful bite! Sauce was good as well. Service was quick, they just had some fresh and ready to go for whoever’s next. We waited about 20 to get home and dig in and they were still hot and crunchy. Surprised to see so many bad reviews, not sure what all these people are on about. It feels a little rude to leave 1 star just because you expected different components. Leaving photos saying there’s no meat in, when you can see the meat distributed throughout in the photo…lame. My photo for reference (the white crumbles are meat y’all). Excited to come back and try the fried rice!

Came to my work today and these are huge so I'm being very generous with these stars for the value. That being said these were super mid 🤷‍♀️ Sauce is very sweet forward and lacking spice, sour, and umami. The two egg rolls (pork and chicken) we had were hot and crispy. Unfortunately they were also super bland and the meat was so dry it was almost as if it was rehydrated meat. Unlike another review I could tell the difference between pork and chicken but only by the the dryness of the meat. All this could be fixed pretty easily with less cook on the meats and loads of spices garlic and a spicy fish sauce vinegar for dipping. Seems to me alot of Minnesotans palates could like this as is. The reviews are allover the board, it's just not for us.

Loved it .! But will agree egg rolls are a little dry could use more flavor with the meats ! An alf alfa sprouts would be great ! Just more juicier . But I love you ! Yummy. Oh they’re huge ! Love that as well . Other wise you’re great ! Thank You .

I've had The rice bowls and the egg rolls before and the egg rolls are awesome. The last time I had a rice bowl was about 2 weeks ago, in Hastings from the food truck and it was awesome. I had it tonight at the farmer's market in Cottage Grove, when I ordered it he just handed it to me. Usually there's a wait. I sent it back because it looked like it was sitting there for a while and so he said he made me a new one, gave me the little beeper and I came back and they basically looked the same. It was dry, no flavor. I just was very, very disappointed. I don't think I would order it again from that particular food truck. I don't know if it's the same food truck that goes to the one in Hastings, but I won't order it from the Cottage grove again. The last one I had we couldn't stop eating it. It was moist a lot of vegetables. I don't remember so much rice as it had alot of vegetables. I just remember it really being nummy.

Terrible: The egg-rolls are large but 90% rice noodle and grease, no flavor aside from vegetable oil. No large chunks of veg or meat. I have had better frozen egg-rolls, incredible disappointment for a catering truck specializing in egg-rolls, which I love, so i thought this would be a slam dunk. Bought 2, 1 chicken 1 pork, threw them both out. Don't understand the 5 star reviews at all, is there like a different Eggroll Queen truck out there ripping off the real one?

My wife and I had egg rolls and fried rice this morning at the Bloomington farmers market. Egg rolls were large and crispy, however, extremely bland, we ordered one pork and one chicken and could not tell the difference between the two as neither one had a single piece of visible chicken or pork in them. Not horrible, but not much taste, kind of cardboardish. Fried rice was good, lots of taste and lots of meat and veggies. My suggestion would be to actually put chicken or pork in your chicken or pork egg rolls, and some larger pieces of veggies would be nice.

The pork eggroll has zero flavor. It was the most boring eggroll I've had in my entire life. As you can see, nothing is seasoned. If you like boring, it's priced decently for the size.
