EGGscellent breakfast and Lunch

Wonderful does not adequately describe this cafe. This was the best meal we've had in Las Vegas so far! The omelet, chicken stacked hash, biscuits, Mexican Benedict, coffee and service were incredible! Cafe is clean, well-staffed, and a convenient location from our hotel. This is a must-try spot! Gina was a great server!

We were visiting Las Vegas and went to this place Eggscellent for brunch. It was an amazing experience. Loved their signature dish Eggscellent, the one with steak chunks and cheese inside of bread. All other dishes were beautiful and flavorful too. The portion was generous and priced friendly to our budget. Servers were very nice. Definitely recommend this place to all the brunch people living in town or visiting like us. If you arrive before 10:00am, you get a table easily, after that it gets busy so plan accordingly.

The food here was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Baja chicken hash stack and my friend order the spicy box. The flavors did not disappoint! Despite it being busy, our food and drinks came out in a timely manner. Our server Celeste was amazing! She was kind and took care of my table. Great vibes!

This is THE BEST breakfast you’ll find in all of Nevada! Brenda our server was absolutely amazing! Even better than her top notch service was the delicious food! Everything we tried was beyond perfect! I highly recommend “The Nasty Box” it was incredible! You must come here and support this amazing restaurant- you won’t regret it!

Long overdue review, this place is our favorite place to go to for breakfast. Get there early on a Sunday or expect a reasonable wait time, never anything too crazy. Our server Gina is the best, she’s very attentive and is on top of refills and serving you with your needs. The food is of generous portions and the taste is very different than most breakfast places. They do things a bit different here so you enjoy a different taste relative to your normal breakfast. Food comes out rather quickly and never disappoints. 6 stars wouldn’t do this place justice! Come here with your family then accommodate children and always give you a welcoming feeling!

Wow! What a great place to grab a great breakfast at a great price, not far off of the Las Vegas Strip. My sever’s name is Celeste. If she’s available, have her be your server. Amazing job!!! But all of the servers do great. You can tell that they care. I highly recommend the Chile Verde Baja Carnitas. Soooooo good.

I found this family oriented restaurant on google and decided to treat myself to a bday breakfast. The service and food was top tier the follow-up and communication was great. I have family coming into town and already recommend this place to them. A special THANK YOU to Gina the cinnamon roll was nice, soft and warm. It had just the right amount of cinnamon and icing. You didn’t know but that was my bday dessert. Perfect name for the perfect place.

The eggs in my Carnivore omelet were a bit milky. However, I should have ordered the more southwestern style options. The meat in the omelet was fine but only the sausage really stood out. Potatoes were tasty and the coffee excellent.

I was famished and been dealing with a bad headache from working without eating at all. I found this place close to my account and it looked fantastic! It was! The server was excellent and eggs Benedict absolutely heaven'! The biscuit and bacon they use was excellent as was HOLLANDaise sauce: I had half and saved other half for next day which was still delish, Look forward to coming again!

We came here because our first choice of restaurants was very crowded. Lucky choice in our case. When we arrived, the place was very busy but we were seated quickly. Coffee and water arrived in short time and our food came in record time. We ordered a Denver omelette, 4 egg size so we split it with an extra order of hash browns, Lots of toast too. Everything was very tasty. Very impressed with this establishment and the service. Definitely a highly recommend breakfast place, IF, you're looking for good food with a local atmosphere I will come back again for good eats.

Great good and customer services. We got egg Benedict and plate of eggs/bacon/ham and pancakes. Everything taste fresh and yummy. Kids loved hot chocolate with all the whip cream and toppings.

I love introducing people to Eggcellent! I brought another friend here today and she was so impressed! We moved to the other side of town so we haven't been here in a while, like 2 years! And wouldn't you know the server remembered me! Greeted me like I came in all the time still. Breakfast and iced tea were delicious as usual!

Eggscellent brunch spot! I know, I know. Sorry, I had to, but it really was excellent. Our party of four was seated immediately. Our server was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our food arrived quickly and as ordered. Overall a great experience! The food was delicious and they're pretty big portions! Our group ordered: The Fat and Fluffy French toast ($15.99): Two French toasts sprinkled with powdered sugar and three eggs served with a choice of Ham, Sausage, or Bacon. Ultimate D'lox Benny ($16.49): Lox salmon, English muffin grilled to perfection. Topped with paprika and fresh dil. Mexican eggs benny ($15.99): English muffin grilled to golden brown, smashed avocado and spicy chorizo. Topped off chipotle hollandaise, jalapeños and cilantro. Chile verde baja carnitas ($15.99): Carnitas, corn, poblano peppers, country potatoes, salsa verde, queso fresco and green onions with 2 eggs any style, and toast. The Chile verde baja carnitas was the best meal out of all of them. It had tons of flavor with the carnitas, corn, peppers, etc. Highly recommend! Short pancake stack ($7.99) - 2 pancakes

Got doordash so can't speak much about the service and experience but if you're craving a cinnamon roll, I wouldn't recommend this one. It's was crazy dry and didn't have much frosting. It got alittle better towards the middle but that was like one bite.

I ate at Eggscellent while visiting Las Vegas and loved it so much I went back two mornings in a row! The first morning, I had the Farm Omelette with a side of fruit. It was absolutely fantastic--full of flavor and very filling. The spiced chicken gave it just the right kick, and the fruit was fresh and perfectly ripe. I really enjoyed every bite. The next morning, I tried the Healthy Avocado Toast, and it was also excellent. The combination of microgreens, pico de gallo, egg, and avocado spread worked so well together. I again ordered a side of fresh fruit, which was just as delicious and refreshing as the first day. Both times, the service was fantastic--my waiter was very friendly and attentive. I also had a fresh-squeezed orange juice that was bright, flavorful, and a perfect match for breakfast. I really enjoyed starting my mornings at Eggscellent. The food, service, and overall atmosphere made it such a great breakfast spot in Las Vegas!

Hubby & I ordered the Garden Benny. We always split a meal. Our waiter, Leo, had our order split onto 2 plates for us! And, it was delicious! Great service!

had a wonderful experience at Eggcellent thanks to my server, Celeste. From the moment I was seated, Celeste was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They checked in at just the right moments, made great menu recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal. Something new! In the area, yelp gave 4.9 stars, we will try them. Family environment. A lot of seating available. No wait when we arrived but a full house when we left. Parties of all sizes. A variety of options. Large portions. Food is seasoned. Everything comes with massive sides.

Owner replied "thank you for not returning" That was already set in stone!!! However our second plate was a chili cheese omelette!! Chili tastes that of a can! Do not go unless you have low taste in food!!!

Tried looking for a decent breakfast place not in a Hotel or the strip and found this about 15 min away from MGM Grand. food looked excellent and i was right it was great and prices were very respectable in todays inflated market. the waffles and pancakes and avocado toast was excellent, tried the bigger 1lb burger too, love it and it lived up to its expectations.

Our server Jose was amazing!! He was so nice and delivered great service. Also this place has the BEST eggs Benedict's ever. The Charleston Benny comes with a fresh biscuit that is to die for. 10/10 would recommend

We had a fantastic first experience at Eggscellent. Our server was wonderful and walked us through the menu since it was our first time. There are plenty of options no matter what you're in the mood for. I had the Baja Chicken Hash Stack and it was delicious. The cheese omelette came loaded with cheese, and the Monte Cristo was enjoyable as well. As a tea drinker, I appreciated the large selection of teas they provided - an often overlooked section of the hot drink menu. Everything was reasonably priced as well. I will definitely return on future visits to Vegas.

We are returning customers everytime we're in Vegas we love to go to this spot. The food is so so good and freshly made! Our server Celeste was so kind and patient with us she was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. We tried their seasonal special caramel banana French toast my family loved it :)

After staying a night in the area, I used Yelp to find a breakfast place. This was close by and had good reviews so I decided that it was worth a try. I'm glad I did. I like the wall art but the food and service were even better. I was brought coffee as soon as I asked and it was hot and fresh. I took my time reading over the menu--it's quite extensive. There is something for everyone. I tend to be an omelette or Benny person so I looked especially at those two areas. I decided to order the El Diablo omelette. Great choice. The omelette is filled with andouille sausage, red bell peppers, pepper jack cheese, and topped with avocado and a "hint" of blackened seasoning. You can see the seasoning in the photo. I got breakfast potatoes and marble rye toast. They also give you the option to add peppers and onions on the potatoes and I added that. Before the breakfast came, my server was there witha coffee refill. Then she brought the main event. It was a good tasting omelette. El Diablo suggests it's spicy, but it's not. I put some Cholula on the omelette and I made it extra Diablo. When I was finished, she asked if I wanted a coffee to go. I declined because I had another stop planned just up DI from the restaurant. Service was great, the food was very good, and the restaurant is a pleasant place with lots of fun wall art. One note: on the entrance, there is a sign on the door asking customers to pay in cash to avoid bank fees they must pay. I had the cash available so I paid that way. Normally I'd just put it on my card. Just be aware that they prefer cash.

The food was packed with flavor I definitely leaned toward the savory dishes rather than anything sweet. Service ran smoothly thanks to the whole team pitching in. The interior had a cool vibe with interesting artwork on the walls. Don't judge the place by the exterior; the east side isn't the most polished, but the restaurant itself is absolutely worth a visit.

The food here was very good but don't come here if you have plans to be somewhere later. It took at least 50 minutes after ordering for our food to come out, and I think our orders only came out earlier than it would have only because we asked our server about it, otherwise we might have needed to wait even longer. I ordered the EGGs Benny with Sausage and Hash Browns ($14.99). Both of the yolks in the benedicts were perfectly runny, and the english muffin on the bottom was toasted so well that it was still crispy even when it was saturated with the yolk. The hash browns were also good, but I personally would have liked them a bit crispier than they were. Our food took forever to come out but our server was very apologetic and was very accommodating to hold us over until our actual orders arrived. She was great and it wasn't her fault, but it was definitely frustrating to have to wait so long for 2 dishes. I would come back for the food, but only if I have time to kill and went early so that I don't end up absolutely famished before getting my food.

The staff were so so so friendly and helpful that even if the food were bad - which it wasn't - I would come back just because of that. The fruit I got with my eggs benny was super fresh. I also loved that they provided a little steak knife to cut through the muffin. I personally did not enjoy the hollandaise sauce but the meal overall was good. There's lots of seating and they were able to accommodate my group of 8 without reservation (They don't take reservations).

With a family of 8, finding a restaurant that can handle our eggstra-large crew isn't always easy, but Eggscellent eggsceeded our expectations! They served up eggceptional service and made sure we felt right at home. Being a family that loves to share and sample, we didn't hold back--we cracked into everything: Fruity Pebble French toast, farm omelet, Monte Cristo, avocado toast, chorizo hash, burger & fries, pancakes, stuffed French toast, and the Baja Chicken Hash Stash. Every single bite was eggquisite. The wait time? Shockingly short for a Saturday morning! After adding our name to the waitlist, we were seated in under 25 minutes--an eggcellent win when dining off the Strip. The fresh orange juice was eggstraordinary, and every dish was seasoned to perfection. Nothing took too long to arrive, making the whole experience feel as seamless as it was eggceedingly delicious. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming--not too fancy, just the right vibe to settle into after stepping off a plane. It was the perfect atmosphere to unwind and dig into some comfort food.

April was a great server ! So friendly and so much energy! I was craving a good breakfast and this place popped up on my Yelp . As a Yelper, I trust my fellow Yelpers :) It wasn't busy but there were other dining there . Clean , bright yellow walls and silly eggs cartoons! Cool little place but not super pricey . Less of the frills than some of the spots I visited this weekend as I am here from California. My Denver omelette was good. I did wish my hash browns were a bit more browned .

Eggscellent is a fantastic spot for a breakfast and lunch. They serve breakfast and lunch meals crafted with the fresh ingredients . Everything is made fresh from scratch, and you can tell that's a high level of a breakfast/lunch place. Upon entering the place, we were surprised how spacious the restaurant is and how beautiful decor is, great for taking photos. It was energizing and relaxing at the same time. The food was served very quickly and it was delicious. We had: Chicken Finger B.L.T, Chacha Chicken Sandwich, Bigger Better Burger and Fresh Strawberry Crepes. Everything was delicious and the patty was perfectly cooked the way we liked it. The flavors were satisfying and the portions were great too. The service was exceptional, very attentive and friendly. If you're in the area and looking for a delicious breakfast with outstanding service, we highly recommend this breakfast spot. They are definitely worth visiting, you won't regret it.

What a great little hidden gem! We were looking for a yummy breakfast and boy did we get it! Don't be fooled by the strip mall not appealing walk up. You walk in...super clean, super cute with fun decor! Food was great (giant portions so take note) and our waitress was ON IT. Saw a few locals in there when we breezed through & I could tell it's well loved. Check it out friends!

First timers, the salmon hash was very good, the corned beef hash was ... ok... it needs a little work. The prices were a little high and not worth that much money in all. But, The service was amazing and a nice easy ambiance this early in the morning was nice.

This place was rated high on the list for breakfast and I can see why. My party was seated right away and we had the most efficient server I've ever had to take care of us, unfortunately I can't remember her name but very quick and very good. I had the croissant French toast with eggs and bacon. The croissant was delicious as were the eggs but the bacon was a bit tough. My friends had steak and eggs which they said were pretty tasty. Not the best we've had but pretty good. The restaurant is clean and brightly decorated with A fun egg theme. I would come back again for the simple fact of how great the service was.

Stopped in for breakfast on my way to pick up a rental car. I sat at the bar, and April was my server. She was great! Very attentive and called me "Baby" the whole time. I presented her with two options, one an omelette and the other the Spicy Box. She recommended the Spicy Box as it is what they are known for. I ordered that with the hash browns and a side of avocado. The Spicy Box is a hollowed out end of a bread loaf stuffed with eggs, chorizo, hollandaise sauce and other goodies. It was tasty. I added a little hot sauce. The place was packed, and the atmosphere is perfect for a great breakfast place. Famous egg people on the walls leading to the bathroom. I enjoyed this breakfast spot! Try it out!

Food was great overall. While it was a bit one note, begging for acid or spice, the composition of flavors were solid.

My sister, son and I, wanted to do a quick trip to Vegas. We stayed on the strip, but we enjoying venturing off the strip to find good local food. We saw the reviews for Eggscellent and it was an easy decision to stop in. We came in on a Monday morning, we were a little worried there would be a wait, since it seems so popular. We called to ask the wait time and there was no wait. We showed up about 10 minutes later to restaurant about half full. It was kind of warm inside, but considering it was well over 100 outside it was better than the outside temp. Unfortunately, we were seated next to the door so every time it opened we were met with a gust of hot air. Our waitress, I'm sorry, I wish I could remember her name, was so pleasant. She was so attentive and a joy to talk to. We even had our free Yelp check in offer sitting on the table, and she brought out the free cinnamon roll right away. We didn't even say anything. She told us she saw it while talking to us and made sure we got the item. Not many people do that. There are many food options on the menu. I opted for the Nasty Box. This was loaded with plenty of brisket and onions, my only issue is there was so little Hollandaise that it ate very dry, even with the egg yolk running all over it. My son had a bacon and cheese omelette with hash browns which he enjoyed. My sister had the Irish box which she liked as well. The free cinnamon roll was great. My son had never liked them before and since trying the cinnamon roll at Eggscellent he is now hooked. Overall it was a good meal. The service was fantastic and the food pretty good. I would return next time I'm in Vegas.

Celeste was a great waitress who was super sweet!! The food here is always good and it's always busy here because of it. Even with it being busy the wait isn't longer than 15 minutes. Would recommend coming to this place if you want good food and a good time.

Omgsh this place!!!!! Gina was so wonderful to us! We were seated right away. I ordered the red guveos rancheros and my husband ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of corn-beef hash. Be prepared to take leftovers as the portions are huge. We'll definitely be back!
