Seattle Restaurant Openings for September 2025 | Eater Seattle

"Landing inside Melrose Market, the hyped breakfast-sandwich chain opens a Seattle location—good news for 'slut fans, and also good news for the neighboring businesses, who have been complaining about the construction." - Harry Cheadle

I was looking forward to this chain opening from when it was first announced to be coming to the city, and was able to get the Fairfax sandwich this time - which is what they're known for. It's a pretty simple sandwich, pretty much just having scrambled eggs + cheese within two bread slices. With an name like eggslut, you know the most important thing is getting the eggs right. I'm happy to report that they absolutely do. These eggs are phenomenal - some of the best that I've had on a sandwich. They're so soft, scrambled so well, and perfectly runny without being watery. The seasoning is great as well. With the cheese, it's melted in so well you kind of don't even notice that it's there separately because it fully blends in to the taste of the eggs to enhance it that much more. While the eggs are the main focus of the sandwich, there's also the bread and toppings. The bread was solid. The actual buns used were very soft, but what bugs me a bit is that the bread is not toasted. With it being so soft, the entire sandwich kind of feels like biting through just eggs - you really don't taste the bread much. If it was crispier, you'd really feel a textural difference from the harder bread and soft eggs - which I think would make the sandwich just that much better. Also, there definitely could've been more caramelized onions. That would've helped a lot with a slightly different taste For the price, I do think it's a bit too expensive for what's essentially just a couple eggs and two slices of bread. Overall, it's a sandwich with a one-note flavor profile, but thankfully that one note is very very good. 8/10

I visited Eggslut in Seattle today with my son. Since it’s such a famous spot, I’d been wanting to try it for a long time—but honestly, it was below my expectations. The food was unnecessarily sweet and heavy, and even though the menu looks like a simple egg-based “healthy” meal, it felt far from healthy. There was a lot of butter, sauce, and richness that made the overall flavor quite greasy. The taste itself wasn’t terrible, but the combination of excessive sweetness and richness made the meal feel unbalanced and a bit overwhelming. It’s one of those places that might be great for marketing and photos, but not something I feel the need to go back for.

Google
I tried this place for the first time in Las Vegas! I’m very glad that they have a location here in Seattle! The place is small, but wasn’t too crowded on a Wednesday afternoon. That’s my first time inside the building and the building itself has a lot of different small shops. One thing that I wished was the food to be a bit hotter but other than that everything was delicious! I highly recommend and it would come back.

Google
As a frequent visitor to the EggSlut in DTLA, I was excited to come here for the first time. The freshly-prepared food and friendly service did not disappoint! I got my usual: the Fairfax, sub chipotle ketchup. Delicious. I wish they had more beverage options or had more good options nearby, but next time I’ll just BYOB.

Google
Eggslut Seattle serves seriously delicious food, and the quality really stands out from the first bite. The eggs are perfectly cooked, the ingredients taste fresh, and everything feels thoughtfully made. The flavors are rich, comforting, and satisfying without being heavy. It’s the kind of food you keep thinking about after you leave, which explains why there’s always a line. That said, the space is very crowded and seating is limited. During busy times, it can feel cramped and rushed, making it hard to fully enjoy how good the food actually is. The place clearly wasn’t designed for lingering, even though the food deserves to be savored. Despite the tight space, the taste and quality make it worth the visit. If you can grab it to go or come at a quieter time, the experience improves a lot. The food is the star here, and it truly lives up to the hype.

We were in town for an event, and I woke up hung-over and hungry, and started searching for breakfast in the area. The name of it caught my attention, and the pictures of the menu items seemed unreal. I went in with high hopes, and Eggslut delivered! Wonderful flavors and ingredients, cute Instagram-able presentation and packaging, and the cold brew was amazing. It’s a tight space with limited seating, but we were fine with wandering around peeking at the other cool stuff Melrose Market had to offer until a table became available. Service was fast and friendly. It’s pricey, but I’d say that it’s well worth it. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else.

Google
Glad Eggslut is in Seattle, but taste-wise it’s hard to say it’s special. My company and I had fairfax sandwich, bacon, egg & cheese sandwich, cheeseburger and slut. We both expected Fairfax to be the best, but surprisingly we liked cheeseburger > bacon, egg & cheese sandwich > fairfax sandwich. The slut was better than I expected as the egg with mashed potatoes had rich and savory flavor, but the pieces of baguette that comes with it tasted like few days old store bought ones. We had to wait over 2 hours in line to get the foods and it was just average brioche with eggs. If you want to check this place out, I’d highly recommend to wait until the hype goes down. Lastly, they only 3 seats inside and 4-5 seats outside, so be prepared to make your order as to-go.

Google
Overrated and not worth the wait. Came in this morning with my partner and there was already a large group waiting for orders. We got two Fairfax sandwiches and waited over 30 minutes. Seating was extremely limited, so dining in was basically not an option. The pickup system was very unorganized. Instead of calling out orders, customers had to walk up one by one to ask about their food. One of our sandwiches was already boxed and sitting there for about 15 minutes before the second one was added, so it went cold. Since there was no seating, we had to take everything home and the food was no longer fresh. The food itself was just okay. The buns were pretty dry and everything tasted less fresh than expected, which was disappointing considering it is made to order. Would I come back? Maybe at a very off-peak weekday time, but probably not.

Yelp
Hi place, limited seating but the food is excellent. The food in this place is really good and I cannot stress it enough. Customer service is awesome. Highly recommend to eat breakfast here when visiting Seattle.

Maybe at a very random off-peak weekday time, but that's not very convenient.

Yelp
I was super excited to see eggslut opening in Seattle. We got there at a good time and ordered some orange juice to tide us over the wait. Everything was super buttery and delicious, however I was disappointed and confused about the truffle hash browns as they ended up being tater tots.. Lol. I don't recall seeing tots on the menu anywhere, but maybe i could have missed that. The flavor was good but wasn't loving to pay a premium for tater tots that you can get pretty much anywhere in Seattle. The sausage on the sandwich was very well seasoned and tender. Will definitely be ordering that next time. The chive and egg one I had was very good, and the spicy mayo gave the perfect kick. I think we paid about $40 which is a bit high but, I would come back and just get a sausage sandwich to go next time, and nothing else. There is really limited seating and you can tell this new addition disrupts the peace of Melrose Market a bit. Hopefully it will drive people in to discover the other amazing businesses like Cafe Suliman, the meat butcher, and Onigiri spot.

Yelp
Food was decent, experience wasn't great because of the business located next to it. Fairfax: 9/10 very good. I would order this again next time. Egg Salad: 8/10 pretty good. Docked points for both of these because the bread was dry. Slut: 8.5/10. My boyfriend's picky little brother enjoyed it, he wished there were more pieces of bread. Service: 7/10. Workers were friendly. Food takes a while. Tap to pay wasn't working. Ambiance: 2/10. It looks nice but there is very little seating. Since there were no open seats, we stood near the entrance. A group had been standing in the exact same spot just before us, so we didn't think we were in anyone's way. What we didn't realize was that there is a meat shop across from Eggslut. Both businesses share the same entrance area, you can see this in the picture I attached. As we were waiting for our food, my boyfriend's little brother briefly leaned back against the meat display case, and the owner immediately snapped: "Do me a favor and get your butt off my case." My bf's brother got off the case right away, but the owner muttered "fucking rude". He started staring us down and shooing us away with his hands saying "Get!", like we were animals... We stepped aside, but he kept staring us down. So I asked, "What are you looking at? What do you want us to do?" He escalated things further and said, "Do you want me to come find your house?" Absolutely inexcusable to say to anyone, let alone a young woman. When my boyfriend said, "You could have been nice about it." He said, "I don't have to." We were simply waiting for our food, causing no trouble, and were met with aggression from the Rain Shadow Meats owner. Beware of this behavior when you step anywhere near the business.

Yelp
I went to this place with my wife on a random Sunday morning to have some breakfast. My wife had heard about this place and wanted to try it. I forgot what she ordered but I had Wagyu with chimichurri sauce , I think he might have said it was seasonal and emphasized that he only had three left. It was pretty good but not $18 worth. They had a French toast for $9 and we got other things and ended up paying $90. It was a bit more expensive than any breakfast place I have seen but at least we got to try it. The place is very small or at least their seating area and shares the space with other businesses, I think I saw 4 or 5 other business inside. If I am honest, it barely seats 10 but again, I don't think it's meant for that, people usually grab and go as I have seen so many to-go bags by the window. Overall, it's worth a try if you don't mind the price.

Yelp
When I saw that Eggslut had come to Seattle I was so excited! My first experience with Eggslut was in Las Vegas and I did not think I would ever see it in my hometown. As other reviews have mentioned, seating is limited. There are some tables in front of the space, but on a rainy Sunday morning, these were not an option for us. I was lucky enough to snag a seat at the bar top but also was prepared to eat in my car if need be. I had the bacon egg and cheese sammy. On my first bite of that luscious breakfast treat egg yolk ran all over my hands and down my arm, making VERY thankful I wasn't sitting in my car. Clearly you can't take me anywhere. 100% worth the mess. Don't be daunted by the line. They turn and burn quickly, all while remaining friendly.

Yelp
First time visiting this location. So happy they opened in Seattle! Staff are friendly even when slammed. Location is small with limited seatting so plan to wait for a spot or take it to go. I had the with fairfax with bacon and vanilla cold brew. The sandwich was great. The slight heat from the sauce cuts the fat of the egg wonderfully.

Yelp
Pros: good quality food, indulging food Cons: limited menu, customer service is inconsistent, limited seating, I didn't find the food amazing, it certainly photographed well and tasted good, but it was very simple food at a inflated price in my personal opinion. I had a terrible experience when I went the first time. After the egg yolk broke, it burst and ran all over my hand and my arm. There were many employees around, but nobody offered to help until I sought attention. And I also got some perplexing comments from their employees. However, management reached out and offer me a sincere apology and a complementary meal. My second experience with them was so much better.

Yelp
Drove all the way from the Eastside to have the ICONIC EGGSLUT! WOW - it did not disappoint. I had a Fairfax and added bacon. Bomb.com . Staff was friendly and fast. If this was closer to me I'd be there everyday lol! Yall go give it a try!

Yelp
Tasty food, very helpful service. Depending on how busy it is, to-go might be a good option because the space is limited. The cinnamon toast iced coffee was phenomenal. I mean, who cares that it was 45 degrees outside, it was worth it! Sweet and a little salty, all that was missing was a crunch. I liked the egg and sausage sandwich, but didn't care for the bread much. However, that changed with a dollop of the Slut. That took it out of this world. I was really apprehensive about the Slut because it just sounded like a lot of mush, but 10/10. The flavor was delicious. Plus the toast that comes with the order was spectacular. Crunchy, salty, yummy. Will definitely try to come back before we leave.

Yelp
Sandwich was very good, bun is picture perfect, staff was kind, and the place was clean! We got there at around 9:30 on a Monday and waited in line for about 5 minutes, and got our food in about 5-10minutes. It tastes just as good as when I had it years ago in California. Egg yolk was very yellow and it was a bit messy eating (in the best way) bc it was perfectly runny. Loved the aioli too. For a $12 breakfast sandwich (relative to Seattle food pricing nowadays), this is a great option. Side note, my coworkers order got lost, but the staff was kind and handled it well! They brought out the food as soon as they could and even gave her a free orange juice.

Yelp
Just as perfect as I remember. Ah Eggslut, I have missed you! First time i've had this treat since leaving LA! Was super stoked to hear of the new Melrose location, I ordered the egg salad sandwich with avocado and bacon, and it absolutely hit the spot--creamy, rich, and just the right amount of crunch from the bacon. One thing to note: this spot is walk-up only, with no delivery options right now. I'll admit, part of me wishes I could order Eggslut from the couch, but I get it--when a new location opens and the demand is this high, keeping things simple makes sense. All in all, the food is exactly what I remembered and loved, and the Seattle vibe makes it even better. Happy to have Eggslut in town--5/5 stars from me.

Yelp
9.29.2025 We waited about 40 minutes in line on a weekend morning, so clearly the hype is real. The spot inside Melrose Market has a cool, urban feel, and the staff kept things moving as best they could. Once we got our food, the Fairfax sandwich was the standout--soft scrambled eggs, cheddar, caramelized onions, and sriracha mayo on a toasted brioche bun. Rich, messy, and satisfying. The bacon, egg & cheese was solid too!
google avatar

Amber S.

Yelp
They were slammed with customers but still got food out in a timely manner. Service was really welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend the Fairfax sandwich and the truffle hashbrowns! The cold egg salad sandwich was just okay, but everything else was delicious and made the perfect breakfast.

Yelp
Update 9/10: after grand opening weekend I went back again as the owner reached out to me to give the place another try so I did. Wednesday 11am no wait, but it did get slightly busy (about 5-6 people in queue) closer to 11:30am. Food took 10 minutes This time I got the bacon egg and cheese with avocado add on, truffle hash brown, and cinnamon toast cold brew. The order total after tax is a little under $30 (which the owner comped, but my review will reflect based on as if I paid for the meal) which is on the expensive side for a sandwich, side, and drink, as pricing is on par to a more formal brunch sit down restaurant with full service. The avocado add on is pricy at $2.50 for a small amount, so value brings my overall experience to 4 stars. I enjoyed the sandwich this time - though the ketchup aioli is a lot but there is generous amounts of bacon that is fairly crispy. The brioche bun this time is warm and the ingredients and preparation are comparable to what I had a few times in LA Grand Central Market, so I am happy that the owner is receptive to feedback and the employees take the feedback to improve after my bad experience during grand opening weekend!

Yelp
Update : Couldn't resist going back today--had to get my all-time fave, the SLUT (still undefeated ) and tried the vegetarian hash browns too. Both were absolutely delicious! Crispy, cozy, and sooo satisfying. The Fairfax is still on my "must-retry" list for next time. But for now, these two get my top recommendation! Also the staff is super nice Opening day review : I first discovered this place a few years ago in Vegas, and it instantly became one of my favorite spots whenever I visit. So, I was really excited when I saw they were opening in Seattle! I went on opening day yesterday and ordered the Fairfax sandwich. It was delicious--the bread was perfectly buttery. That said, I felt it was missing a little of the bold flavor I remembered from the Vegas location, maybe because of the sriracha mayo (it seemed lighter here, or maybe just less of it). Still, I absolutely recommend this place. Their SLUT (coddled egg) is simply divine. A must-try for all egg lovers!

Yelp
I tried the Fairfax, which their egg sandwich with a deliciously runny, soft scrambled egg. It was incredibly rich and filling, almost to an extreme degree. If you're looking for an over the top filling egg sandwich, give this a try. It was super flavorful and well seasoned. It took a reasonable amount of time to come out, given the line. Limited seating and nice location in Cap Hill.
google avatar

Kevin J.

Yelp
Went in the morning about 30 min after opening on a weekday and there was no wait. I tried the bacon egg and cheese sandwich along with truffle hash browns and French toast sticks. The truffle hashbrowns stole the show as being very well seasoned and perfectly crunchy. The sandwich was well done with each ingredient seemingly freshly made rather than being reheated. The French toast sticks are a great option if you'd rather have a sweet breakfast but not as filling as the sandwich. There are 2 small seating areas inside and 1 small area outside. Id only plan on getting seating if you are coming early but the food is easy to transport togo
google avatar

Diana C.

Yelp
Honestly it's worth the long wait and the line looks intimidating but honestly seemed to move pretty fast based on watching it from where we were seated. We got there just before noon so thankfully we only waited in line for like 3 minutes. Get there before noon if you don't like waiting. The food was all super delicious and tasty. The only tiny error was that the French toast sticks didn't come out with their frosting so we just went up and asked and they gave us some. This place does have tons of options for vegetarians but doesn't have many for vegan or gluten free. The orange juice was really good and so was the cinnamon French toast cold brew. This spot is inside Melrose market with maybe 4 tables inside and about 6 outside so dress like you're going to sit outside if you dine in because you probably will. Would absolutely do it again in 40-50 degree weather.

Yelp
Probably closer to 4.5 stars. No line late Monday morning, even got the last seating for two. Friendly service. Ordered two bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches which were good. Had a surprise ketchup style topping which added a nice tang but the bacon was oddly unsalted nor smoked so missing a little salt (I saw a diner adding salt, I didn't do that). Hash browns were pretty good, like flat mexi-fries. The big hit was the French toast sticks. For $7 you get 3 but they are delicious and the dipping sauce is great. Came to about $52 before tip, a little pricey for the sandwich and sides but comparable for the area.
google avatar

Joshua L.

Yelp
Eggslut is pretty new to the area and already crazy popular and honestly, it lives up to the hype. The vibe is bright and modern, and the food is good just on the pricey side. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese and it was definitely messy, but in that perfect, drippy kind of way. Grab extra napkins. Parking is okay around there, gnothing amazing, but if you're nearby it's super walkable. Overall, great spot and I'd totally go back.
google avatar

Edwards C.

Yelp
Food was okay. Not worth the hype. I recommend the chicken sausage breakfast sandwich and the French toast sticks. The steak sandwich was terrible and overpriced. Tots were okay. Nothing special. Service was good. I recommend ordering ahead of time.
google avatar

Laura S.

Yelp
Ate here for the first time and it was the perfect quick breakfast to catch with a friend. We sat at the outdoor tables. The sandwich was delicious and the paper holder really helped keep it together as I was eating. The tots were delicious and I will definitely go back for those.

Yelp
What a superb place for a breakfast sandwich that hits every taste bud just right! The cold brew was amazing and so hard not chug and the orange juice was crisp and fresh to the taste. We got the Fairfax sandwiches and from the bun to the sauce, and all between, everything was absolutely delicious. The siracha mayo was a nice touch to the hash browns and sandwiches, I could not get enough! The cinnamon toast sticks were the perfect combo of crispy bite and soft inside and the dip for it was heaven! We came here before our hike to mt rainier and it was the perfect fuel to keep us going without feeling bloated or sleepy, and that's always a win! The service was amazing and we got great recommendations for food for our first time there, it had us coming for a second visit during our trip! Absolutely amazing food, I look forward to coming back here.

Yelp
Well- that was underwhelming. Waited about 15 mins in line and another 15 mins for the food. It's quite a cluster mess for the line inside and the waiting space (blocking the meat case for one and people waiting encroaching into a prep area for another). Sure it brings people through though so I guess that's good... Fairfax - eggs fluffy but under seasoned, bread was dry which was disappointing because it looked so good. Egg salad - on the saltier side but creamy and light. Bread. Dry. Hash browns - soggy outside, mushy inside and extremely salty. Vanilla cold foam cold brew - nothing I couldn't get from any other local coffee shop. Wouldn't t wait in line for this. But I guess if you're hungry and don't know how to properly cook your eggs at home this is your spot. It is mediocre at best, nothing stood out other than either being overly salty or under seasoned. The only reason I even did 2 stars was because at least the service was friendly.
google avatar

Dia G.

Yelp
Solid sandwiches! The egg salad one wasn't anything too crazy but I really liked fairfax with the caramelized onions Went around 1pm on a friday and the wait wasn't too bad also was able to find seating

Yelp
This was my third time visiting Eggslut. We came because someone in our group hadn't tried it yet, but honestly, I think I'm over it. The egg sandwiches are good--you really can't go wrong with one--but it's hard to justify spending $35-$40 for a sandwich, hash browns, and orange juice. This time I tried the "Slut" and wasn't impressed. It would be nice if the menu offered something more filling, like grits or a grit bowl, so you don't leave hungry after spending that much. For comparison, you could get a similar breakfast at McDonald's for around $10. Another issue is seating. In Las Vegas there's never enough space, and Seattle was the same. On top of that, the Gaucho is almost never available, which is disappointing.
google avatar

Marge L.

Yelp
They just opened so I get there's a line. There's a line outside to get inside. Then once you're inside you wait in the line to order. Then after you order you wait for your order to be called. In total i probably waited 40mins from start to finish. Seating is first come first serve so I highly suggest you have someone with you to save seats and someone else to wait in line to place the order. I ordered the Fairfax and added a sausage patty which is $3.75. I got my order to go so I didn't check my order once it was picked up since I had already waited 40mins. I was not happy because they forgot to add the sausage patty. The messed up part is they have people checking the orders with the receipts so I don't know how they missed it! I wouldn't be mad if it was $1 extra but $3.75!!! That's a sausage McMuffin at McD's! I really hope they get it together.
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
Their egg sandwiches are delicious!! The vanilla cold brew you could get anywhere, but I'd love to try the cinnamon toast drink that they had. Line was about 30 deep when I got there at opening and it took about an hour to fully get through the line. I wouldn't stand in line that long if it wasn't for the special magnets for the opening weekend and to see the hype that people have for this spot. Learned that it was opened by a Filipino man, which makes it more delicious in my mind. Can't wait to try other menu items!
google avatar

Nadine F.

Yelp
3.5 stars Eggslut is a great addition to the neighborhood, which tends to be a little dead in the mornings. I liked my Fairfax sandwich, and my boyfriend enjoyed his Eggslut. I really wish they had more seating, because this food does not travel well and textures will quickly pretty gross if you can't eat it right away. I think they had two tables inside and four tables outside, but the business next door had a giant smelly pile of trash not far from the seating area. Hash browns were good if you like the McDonald's style of hash browns (kind of like a patty vs freeform), but I wish they came with some kind of sauce. I probably won't get those again. Overall, I do think this is one of the better breakfast options in the area, and it's nice to have something smaller and cheaper than a full-on brunch.
google avatar

Rachel H.

Yelp
Overrated and overhyped. I used to live in LA and had eggslut a ton of times. The location here just doesn't meet the same standards. My bread was dry. The egg was too watery. The line was so long (we went when it was a month post opening). There's hardly any seating available but we got lucky. Overall, would not come back ‍ would rather spend my money elsewhere!
google avatar

Anne D.

Yelp
I like Eggslut's origin story. A Filipino-American story about dreams, setbacks, grit, and success. First time I had Eggslut was in Vegas. The total wait time was about an hour. The line stretched from the dining hall walkway, to a switchback line in the bathroom hallway, then to the registers. They had stanchions set up too. Club vibes. So LA, so LV. Pretty surprised Eggslut made it to WA state. Good customer service. Arrived before 9am. 2 minute wait time in line. 10 minute wait time for food. Minimal seating indoors and outside. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese. It's good but messy. Truffle hashbrowns were good too. I give it a High Walkability score since it's in the Pike/Pine corridor with several public transit options.
google avatar

Alex G.

Yelp
I have been to other locations in Las Vegas and Santa Monica and the brand new Seattle location did not disappoint. The orange juice that was offered while we waited in line was a very nice touch and a welcome offering prior to getting to place my order. While there was a significant wait in line, that can certainly be expected as this was opening weekend and well worth my trip to the area. I ordered the egg salad sandwich and also a double cheeseburger (it was near lunch time anyway and I didn't want to get there around opening time, which is 8am, BTW). The egg salad sandwich was outstanding and I wished I had ordered another one but the double cheeseburger with an egg made up for it and I was feeling full the rest of the afternoon. If you haven't tried Eggslut yet you owe it to yourself to give them a shot.

Yelp
Now I heard about this from IG( to which they posted a pop-up soft opening about their items @ Shuckers, a seafood restaurant located inside the Fairmont Olympic Hotel last weekend, which I missed out of) but was curious to this debut. It's a breakfast/brunch fast casual chain w/locations in California and Nevada (Las Vegas, Rio resort in fact) along with a few outside USA (1 in Japan but a bunch in London, UK) best known for egg sandwiches and the like! The service there is incredible, timing is most definitely impeccable, but the food? Well they speak for themselves... Let's start with what I ordered. I went with first their French Toast Sticks. They're not those you mostly think of in terms of say Burger King version, but rather a thick brioche stick slab, dipped in egg batter, fried golden brown, dusted with powdered sugar, and served with not normal pancake syrup, BUT a delectable maple custard sauce I believe you probably would fight over. Next are their Truffle Hashbrowns, for which they're hashbrown patty bites fried, tossed in duck fat(you can certainly as it in vegetarian mode), and sprinkled in truffle rosemary salt. And finally after some tossups of which sandwiches to try, I landed with a couple of their signature Halifax, which is a soft scramble with chives(and if you want, add bacon or chicken sausage) topped w/cheddar cheese, caramelized onions with a sriracha Mayo on brioche bun. Tasty good. The value is good, but 1 little setback from a complete 5 star, the payment. Particularly it would be good if they take cash, but they went cashless, which was opening mistake. But a kind stranger paid for it(gave him $40 for my troubles), but overall, a well oiled establishment.

Yelp
I had Eggslut in London and it was really good so I wanted to try the one that opened up here. I loved the Fairfax sandwich with sausaged but I have to admit it took a while to get my meal. The ambiance is cool though.

Yelp
We stopped in here for a quick breakfast. We ordered two coffees, 2 sandwiches, and the hashbrowns. Ordering the cold brew was a bit of a confusing experience to be honest. We wanted a cold brew with oat milk, but I guess they only serve the brown sugar cinnamon cold brew? We frankly didn't understand but we just went with it. We thought this would be like a quick order place that's kind of speedy but it was actually a decent amount of time we spent there. The wait in line was about 5 minutes which was completely fine, good amount of time to look at the menu and be ready by the time you get there. After you order, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get your food which was the part that surprised us. The menu is relatively simple, which is totally fine, but in my opinion that usually enables quicker order to ready ratio. Once we got our order we ate it there. There is limited seating but we were able to get a table. The hashbrowns were great. They are definitely made fresh and not just from a freezer bag. We each had the sausage biscuit and were pleased with them. It's definitely a sizeable meal. It's not the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had but it was Seinfeld good and satisfied what I was looking for. I would say overall, wait was just a lot longer than expected which earned the 4 star.

Yelp
Parking was easy. There's a garage parking across the street on both sides. ($7 for the first hr) From start to finish about 40 mins. I was hoping the menu was exact same as Vegas. Because I always get the gaucho. However they did have my second favorite - Fairfax. The sausage I added on looked different it had a green color? The French toast sticks and truffle hash-browns were something new I ordered. It was a hit! My kids loved it too! Orange juice tastes the same. A ton of homeless in the area. And very limited tables.

Yelp
Ordered a sausage egg sandwich and cheese sandwich with chipotle mayo and the French toast sticks. Everything was cooked to protection. Flavors bursting with each bite. Yummy! Worth the trip and the headache of parking.

Yelp
We got the bacon egg and cheese with the truffle hasbrowns. So good! We got our food fast. And the ambiance is very casual. 4 small tables. You order at the cashier and then wait til your order is ready.

Yelp
I had to drop in on the grand opening. Can't miss an opportunity to go to eggslut whenever I'm in Vegas/LA/Tokyo, and glad to finally see it here home in Seattle. The taste is great as usual with the (in my opinion) best menu item the slut. The toast slices were not as crispy as I've had in the past locations but that really wasn't an issue for me as it still tasted amazing. I came in around 12 pm and the line was pretty short with about only 7-10 people in line ahead of me and I was in and out in about 30 min. I'll be coming back for sure !

Yelp
Brioche bun - zero stars. Stale, dry, cold bread? No thanks! French toast -5 stars Egg salad -4 stars. A bit salty but overall delicious . Bacon and eggs also delicious if you don't rate the bread. Truffle hash- 5 stars Service was friendly and fast. Will not go back because of the bread.

Yelp
I grabbed 4 sandwiches and a cold brew . Good service, location, and the food was prepared within 10 minutes after having placed my order. Double cheeseburger - 5/10 The brioche seemed like a good ratio, but for a savory burger that had an egg on it, the breading was too sweet. For $17+, I would rather have gotten a burger around the corner at woodies. Egg bacon and cheese - 6/10 its fine, but would have been better on a bagel, or just toast. Brioche to content ratio was off, and too sweet. Egg salad sandwich - 5/10 - the brioche threw me off on this too. Fairfax 1/10 - I took a single bite, and spit it out. I can see others liking it, but it was just sweet caramelized onion-y egg, on sweet bread, with something else sweet mixed in. Coldbrew 6/10 - it's fine. Doesn't stick out in any specific way. Overall, this place isn't good or bad, it's fine. I thought it would be more because of the hype, but there wasn't a single thing I tried that made me think they were special at. It's fast food with good esthetics.

Yelp
I recently visited Eggslut in Seattle for the first time, and I want to highlight the outstanding level of service I received from Darren & team. From the moment he took my order--Sausage, Egg & Cheese with avocado and the Slut--he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience was a positive one!

Yelp
Very good breakfast sandwich definitely arrive early before the line starts. The service is pretty quick though, and the food does not suffer.

Yelp
Good service so no complaints there but that breakfast sandwich was not worth it. the hasbrowns are. Unless you like to eat a sandwich that will spill all over your hands and has lot of ketchup, probably don't order the sandwiches. If you want to try again or I do, order no ketchup and maybe substitute with their spicy mayo, which is yummy.

Yelp
Place is like a food court so limited space. Services was fine like a fast food. Food was good but to stiff for the price but it's seattle so no surprise.
