Google
Horribly slow service and super disorganized behind the counter. A nearly 30 minute wait for a simple bagel sandwich is wild for a place like a to go restaurant in an airport. People have flights to catch. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered here.

I ordered a coffee and two bagels. Bagels took 20 minutes to arrive and when I mentioned I ordered a coffee, the guy who looked UTTERLY pissed to even be existing in the establishment motioned to a cup another customer had left on the table as if I ahould take it. Went to put coffee in my cup and it was out, and other customers were waiting for it so he knew and explicitly didn’t tell me. When the coffee finally came out it was a light yellow color, not brewed remotely drinkable. Horrifying service. No refund for my $5 coffee either.

Would never visit again, unsafe food conditions! I got violent food poisoning a couple of hours in to a 13 hour flight. This was only source it could have been. Food poisoning is bad enough on the ground, non-stop vomiting for 10 hours at 35,000 ft will make you question a lot of choices and eating here turned out to be one of the worst ones I ever made.

7am, rush morning airport crowd and only one employee working. He was doing his absolutely best but he needed help. Orders were taking so long that people had left so he was making food for nobody. Really unfortunate by MSP to not properly staff the location that is right next to security

Google
I wish I would have checked the reviews before I ordered. They are out of multiple ingredients, spending time dealing with that instead of taking it off the ordering. Severely understaffed. And never refunded me for items they were out of that I ordered

Google
A disaster. Staff are completely overwhelmed. Orders are messed up. An example of a business that should not exist.

The 3 guys working were working hard and constantly changing their gloves to not cross-contaminate. It was busy and people were impatient cause it’s the airport, but the workers were constantly moving. People are rude to workers who are working as fast as they can? They need a raise! Plus the food was hot and delicious.

This place is literally a scam. The food they serve is simply not what you order at all and it’s crazy expensive. A breakfast sandwich that was described as scrambled eggs and American cheese on a brioche bun served with tater tots ($13) was actually an over easy egg on a bun that was certainly not brioche served with literal French fries. I returned it and asked for a refund. This place should be shut down.

Yelp
Tots were good, wait was atrocious, egg sandwich was inedible. It took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and no creamer or sugar was available. My kid's lemonade stand is run better than this place

Yelp
Zero is what this place deserves. They are way overpriced and have an atrocious system which takes absolutely forever. Unless you have 20-30 minutes for an egg sandwich skip this place.
