Eierhäuschen - Historisches Gebäude

A historic building housing gallery shows. The current interactive exhibition is called Doom Snoozers. It’s very original and a bit unsettling! The building is located near the river.

I'm most impressed by how well what was once a rundown old building has been renovated and modernised while keeping its charm. I've been to a couple of small exhibitions here, which were free and worth the time to explore. There's also a good restaurant next door.

We had a fabulous time at Eierhäuschen! Gorgeous place, delicious food, really friendly service! I will admit they could have been a bit more generous with the bread & butter, but other than that nothing to complain. The food was prepared beautifully and very creative, best ingredients, really good wine. I think you should check what you are after - this is a stylish restaurant that could also be in Mitte, if you like that - GO! If you’re looking for a cheap ‘Ausflugslokal’ with basic beer and wurst this is not your spot.

I literally closed my eyes and savored the flavor of my meal multiple times. Oh my goodness the whole experience was delightful. Everything was lovely. Even my dog enjoyed herself.

Amazing building with a fantastic gallery space. Lots going on and the adjacent cafe has some of our favourite food in Berlin.

The food was excellent 👌. Nice service, very nice atmosphere at the water. The food is locally sourced and very well prepared. 100% recommended.
