I recently visited Eiffel Waffle, and the experience was sublime. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my visit was pleasant from start to finish. Went there after getting a haircut and was craving a quick snack when I saw this place and was intrigued. First thing I see when arriving is the owner, Sarah, who was super nice and helpful with questions I had about the menu. I had the Oreo waffle tower and my partner had a fruity pebble waffle tower. Both were amazing and delicious. I will definitely come back to try more things!

This place is me and my kids new summer hide out! I love the ice cream on the waffle! The customer service is amazing and everyone is so nice from start to finish! If you never been here before come check it out, you want regret it! My daughter said she would give them ten stars they are so good! Get here and try it for yourself!

Absolutely amazing! The cake batter ice cream was rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet, with that classic birthday cake flavor. Paired with a warm, crispy waffle, it was the perfect combination of textures—soft and melty meets crunchy and golden. Definitely a must-try!

Loved this place they have bubble waffle made fresh right in front of you they also have different kinds of desserts such as milkshakes, ice cream and much more the best thing is that you can build your own of anything. Has a little nice area to sit outside.Parking spot could be a little challenging to find.

Went there with my son and husband after dinner. We’ve been here 2-3 times before this time. Each time we’ve had a great experience. The ice cream is great as well as the waffle (if you choose to get it). The waffles have always been freshly made to order. They have a variety of flavors and different things on the menu for everyone. The owner was super sweet and was able to answer all my menu questions. Our items came out quick with no errors. The portion sizes are great for the price. We will be coming back here again and again.

My husband and I came here for dessert after going to Foxtail for dinner. I have been wanting to try this place since I saw it at the Taste of Oakbrook (same company not sure if same location), but refused to wait in the 1.5 hour line. The inside smelled like sweet ice cream. There were a few tables inside, but I'm sure there is more seating in the summer when the weather is nice. I ordered a Kiddie cup Night, because the regular one just looked too big and I didn't think I would finish it. The Kiddie cup was the perfect size for me. There isn't as much waffle, but I don't think it really altered my experience. For my flavor, I chose the Night in Paris. I love chocolate peanut butter. The texture of the ice cream was smooth, creamy, and firm! I loved the added kinder bars as well. The waffle was good, a little dry, but still tasty. I would definitely want to come back to try a shake or another waffle/ice cream combination. It was good!

Be advised that if you order anything with a waffle component, that's going to add some waiting time because they all seem to be made fresh to order. You CAN just get ice cream in a cup if ice cream is all you want, but if you're here, I'm guessing the scent and novelty of the waffle lured you in. I'd recommend doing a waffle tower (smaller size, unless you've got an appetite) and that'll tell you if you want/need ice cream at all with the delights these waffles are. Inside is space only for a queue and a freezer for ready-made items. Outside, in nice weather? Oh my, take a table.

Some may come for the waffles, I come for the ice cream. They let you try the flavors and it sealed the deal for me. I love their flavors and friendly staff. It is great for the summer, but if you go when it is cold, plan on eating in your car.

I've seen bubble waffles like these before, but I was always too full to indulge. I finally got to have one and I was not disappointed. Everyone inside was working really hard because it was super busy when I went, but they were all nice and friendly from taking my order to handing it off. It was crowded inside because this is a pretty small space. There is seating outside which is perfect for summer, but any other time you'll probably have to take it to go. The waffles were made fresh for each order. I chose the night in Paris. I looked at all the posts and this one had my attention. I loooove chocolate, so I could not pass this up. The waffle, the double chocolate peanut butter ice cream, the kinder, chocolate chips and fudge. All constructed perfectly. For me, this was alot, I definitely will share next time I go.

Tried this place earlier this year.. can barely remember what I thought of it so it must've not been that memorable. However, It also could've been what I decided to get. I made my own shake, I didn't go for one of the items on their menu. The workers were very patient with me is what I do remember. I can be very indecisive but they worked with me && for that I will try them again.

Ice cream shop featuring accompanying fresh baked waffles. Ice cream selection is somewhat limited, compared to other local ice cream shops. Overall, the ice cream and waffles are pretty tasty. Recommend sharing as the portions are fairly large. Employees are nice and friendly, although, the line can get quite long, especially in the summer. Location is about a half a block west of Main St., and there is street parking adjacent to the shop.

Very kind service from the staff and who would have thought to put waffles and ice cream together. My only regret is not taking pictures before we ate. Nice patio seating that was shaded in the evening. Absolutely wonderful!

Went to the store in Lincoln Park. Way too expensive for their ice cream and did not feel it was a premium brand. Go to Jewel and buy a 1/2 gallon of Breyers and save your money.

Food was amazing but the service make it looks so bad this little cute spot . The people working there were having no patience to place the order, they didn't even try to welcome us or something. Not friendly at all especially with kids . The place also looks very dirty indoor and outdoor , the restroom was horrible. They should have done better . Such a nice spot but such a bad experience.

Decided to stop in and try this place after discovering it on Yelp. It was such a cute little place and concept. My boyfriend and I split the night in Paris. It was a good size to share and ran about $9. It contained the bubble waffle, chocolate peanut butter ice cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and kinder chocolate bars. Very fun! They had a ton of variety to choose from or you can create your own. Located next to the library, there was plenty of street parking nearby.

Took a while to get the food. Like a really long time. I think they might have given my order to some folks who ordered after me. So we were there for a super long time, it was pricey, the door was kind of dingy, and, the order was, on top of that, too sweet for my taste.

Place was great. Very tasty. Just wish we had better service. I was a dad in with my younger daughters and the manager behind the counter was flirting with the young woman that came in and rushed us thru. Where I understand why, but as a manager you should teach your staff to treat everyone equally.

Great combination of waffles and ice cream cuz the waffles were not too crunchy or soft. The ice cream is from a homemade place in Mount Prospect, Campenellis er something. It isn't the best compared to Village creamery in Niles and Milk House in Pingree Grove but it's homemade so it's quality and beats Edy's anyday or any of the grocery store garage.

Eiffel Waffle is unique in that it combines two great items: ice cream and waffles. I have not had anything like this before. My review is long over use but it's better late than never. The location itself is small so don't expect a lot of sit down availability. It's great for a grab and go. Fortunately, my family and I went in February in the evening. We were the only ones at the time. I heard of another location opening soon. That's a testament to Eiffel Waffle's creativity and success. My wife and I enjoyed everything that we ordered. We'll definitely try it in the warmer months. Check it out for yourself and form your own opinion.

Really good! Loved everytime we have went !! We tried Milkshakes Brownie Batter as well as Mediterranean Sea Salt

I have seen this type of waffle all over instagram and finally gave this place a try. It's not bad, but probably more of a try it once for the trend rather than making it a staple stop for ice cream. Outside of the store, you can definitely smell that they make the waffles fresh. I hate to say it, but the sidewalk was absolutely trashed outside of the place though. Spilled ice cream, toppings, etc. were stuck on the sidewalk. The store though, was very clean. The employees are your typical DG teens, friendly enough but there were SO many people working I felt like it was chaos. The ice cream and waffle are just ok. Fun flavor combos to choose from and build your own, but nothing that made me feel like I absolutely have to go back a second time. If you're taking a small kid, make sure you're splitting it with them - the portion is pretty big (I'm not sure if they have an actual kids size, do that if possible).

I found out about this place by scrolling TikTok and immediately knew my niece would love it. We all got bubble waffle sundae cones. They were amazing but huge. Definitely worth it for a special treat. The bubble waffle was freshly made and my niece loved that there were hollow parts in the bubbles. We all went with the listed concoctions, but there are also make your own options. I'd probably just go with the minis with ice cream next time for something smaller, but it's a tough call. The shakes also looked scrumptious. Everyone working there was positive and helpful.

I met this kid named Xavier. He was extremely kind to me. He was just a nicest kid. The food is great too, though.

Different types if Ice cream combinations in home made waffles make for a excellent treat. I enjoyed their multiple creations with the whole family. Kids can't wait to go back!

Absolutely loved this little ice cream shop. There was seating available and it was just cozy. The parking was street parking and the employees were super nice. I came in 15 min before closing and they still helped me! Absolutely loved the energy and atmosphere. One dessert is pretty good enough to share. There are so many flavors to choose from and I will def be coming back!

Think this is gonna be my new go-to place for ice cream! Although I went on a late yet busy Wednesday night, the staff did a great job at keeping the line moving and fulfilling everyone's orders in a timely manner. I had the "crème de la crème", which consisted of a scoop of Mediterranean sea salt chocolate-covered pretzel ice cream (whoooooo weeeee!!!!) drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with sliced bananas, chopped pecans and whipped cream, all enclosed in a waffle shell. Every bite of it was like pure heaven!!! Well done! I want to go back and try every single one of their flavors (especially the Night in Paris and Lotus Lover)!

Amazing Mint Waffle. It was worth it to try at least once. It may have been a little big for me, but it was very good and refreshing.

This ice cream store was around the area and had positive reviews. I decided to get the "Eiffel'ade fruit punch" which is just fruit punch flavored lemonade. Surprisingly the effiel'ades didn't have an image or description. So I took a risk and bought this. Honestly it's pretty good, but I didn't know that it came with nerds candy on top. I'd recommend getting this, but without the nerds because they do melt and then sink to the bottom. But besides that I'd recommend giving this place a go.

Underwhelming experience. I guess I expected the waffle cone to be warm. It was cold and gummy. The ice cream was also gummy in texture. I was informed after I paid that they were out of chocolate ice cream. The spoon they gave me was pathetically floppy and could not stand up to the gummy texture of the ice cream. Every surface of the store was sticky. Waffle batter all over the floor.

Found this place by walking by. it's a pretty unique concept in that the cone is an actually fluffy waffle. You can create your own or pick one of the recipes from the menu. They do also have shakes if you prefer not to have the waffle. I think if i went back i would go with a smaller option or without the cone. the ice cream was good the waffle was just too much for me and the ice cream melted a little faster due to the warm waffle. Will bring the kids back they would like the concept!

Very different and very good. Everything was delicious and creatively made. They have make your own options as well as their signature creations. The bubble cone was very tasty and added a lot to the flavor of the ice cream. Will definitely be revisiting again soon.

This is a small shop in downers grove but it packs a punch! I thoroughly enjoyed the food here! Only downfall was their sparkling drinks- those are not worth the price in my opinion.

If you're an ice cream lover with all the extras this is the place for you. My son loved it! Real waffle with ice cream and toppings! I think my son got the Paris! It was a pretty long line when we arrived but it moved fairly quickly. The staff was friendly and the prices were pretty decent. I'm not a big ice cream fan so i did the glitter black cherry lemonade it was very good.If your looking for a pretty cool experience i definitely think it's worth the try!

We got one for each of us but definitely would have been better off just sharing one especially since after tip we ended up paying $25. Building your own is pricier but they have so many available options and toppings that the predetermined creations menu doesn't even begin to encompass all the variety. They're pretty big in size and $9+tax (plus additional charge for anything else on top). Tasted great, just too big to finish and a bit overpriced. Definitely something to share with some else. Kids can get a mini one, those seemed to be a more reasonable size and price.

This place is definitely unique! My husband and I split the very best bubble waffle and it was delicious. We went when it was busy and had to wait a while but it was worth it. If we lived in the area, we would try every flavor because they all looked good.

It really is delicious. The fresh bubble waffle with the ice cream inside is a great combo. Problem is how long it takes them to make it. I realize it's freshly made, but they really need to figure out how to speed up the process.

Very delicious and unique treat! We had the midnight in Paris and Cookie Monster treats. Each treat was $9 but was a big portion size. I recommend splitting one or getting two kid sized treats. They are very messy though, so maybe ask for a cup if possible!

Great waffles, but environment inside store is rough. The music inside was so loud this weekend it was hard to order, could not hear the employee. If you love loud music, waffles and ice cream this is your place. If not avoid without ear plugs, I cannot go back.

Great concept, horrible execution. I waited 30 minutes for 2 shakes and 1 scoop of ice cream in a bowl. There were only 3 people ahead of me too and my order was for items that are standard on their menu. More infuriating is that people who ordered after me were getting their orders before me. The only reason why I waited around is because my kids were looking forward to it. Otherwise, never coming back here to wait a half hour for 2 cups of ice cream and milk at $8 a pop. Ridiculous! P.S. - I've been lurking on Yelp for over 10 years and it took this horrible experience to compel me to register and submit a review. That's how much I was annoyed by this colossal waste of time. And the staff was completely oblivious as well. No "sorry for the wait." Good thing there are 2 other ice cream options in downtown Downers.
