"Eight Colors of Korean BBQ Pork Palsaik Samgyupsal , which means, "Eight Colors of Pork," is a divine discovery for a bacon lover like myself. Seriously, what can be better than a restaurant that specializes in flavored bacon? You can't help but salivate as marinated slices of pork sizzle and pop on the grill in front of you. The eight flavors—Original, Wine, Ginseng, Garlic, Herb, Curry, Miso Paste, and Red Pepper Paste—take your tastebuds on a delicious journey as K-Pop music videos play on flat screens in the background. There is always a crowd, so make sure to call ahead, get there early, and prepare yourself for a massive meal of meat and endless sides."

"The grilled pork belly is the thing to order here—and there eight kinds to choose from. You’ll find variations including black sesame, curry, garlic, and miso, as well as steaming bowls of kimchi stew, spicy buckwheat noodles, and stir-fries. The space is bright and airy, with a slightly industrial vibe (polished concrete floors, super high ceilings) that creates a feeling of breathing room from the smoke at other tables."

Found this place around the corner from our hotel and enjoyed every bit of it. We did the all you could eat Classic and tried their 8 Pork Belly flavors. The sesame, red pepper and garlic were my favorites, but each were really delicious. The service was very quick and very friendly making sure we had enough water to drink with our meal. Definitely want to come back when we are in town.

There wasn’t a wait on a Friday night for our group. The server was great despite our large group. He was quick, to take orders and cooking at our two grills. However the meat quality was disappointing and the meat tasted frozen and lacked flavor slightly better than the meat quality at Gen. It definitely looks good but unfortunately the meat flavor wasn’t there. The chairs were stools with no backing which was not comfortable. Completely okay for the authentic experience but wished the meat quality was better as I had high hopes for this place.

Google
Great spot for Korean bbq. We ordered the pork belly combo for 3-4 people and there was plenty of food/we had leftovers. Ask for the spicy sauce-it’s not too spicy and it adds good flavor. We had great service-They cook it for you, which was nice. Overall score 4.5/5.

Google
Heads up, pork belly fans! Eight Korean BBQ now offers all-you-can-eat pork belly with 8 flavorful options and tasty kimchi stew. The pork has a deliciously different texture and flavor, hitting the spot every time. Shoutout to the attentive servers who ensure your grilling game is on point. However, the water has a strange metallic taste that's a bit off-putting. One round of pork belly is plenty to satisfy your hunger. If you're craving pork belly, this is definitely the spot to check out! 🍖

Google
I really enjoy this place. Been coming here for 10 years, even when I lived in Westwood and even Orange County. If your new to Korean BBQ, talk to your server. Ask questions and they engage. They really hired good folks here and I've learned alot. I grew up in Koreatown, and this is likely one of the great original standing KBBQ joints. Huge free parking lot, right across the street from the Ktown Plaza, our beloved mall. You can find all the BTS albums, Korean skincare and clothes, and a taste of old Ktown. Eight Korean BBQ has friendly service. Great food. Be loud, have fun, enjoy life. Perfect place to laugh and hang out with friends and family. Much smaller than the modern kbbq joints, but with so much to give. Thanks Eight Korean BBQ!

Google
Decent option for kbbq (AYCE offered on Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday). The interior of the restaurant is nice, but the ventilation isn’t great. It got a little smoky while cooking the meats. Beef tongue is on the menu, but the quality wasn’t too great. Favorites were the thinly sliced beef brisket and thinly sliced pork belly.

Google
The food & service were awesome! They cook the meat for you at your table. We had the 8 Flavors Of Pork Belly and the meat was very flavorful & tender. I really liked the wine, garlic, miso & red pepper paste flavors. The seafood soup was good as well. The bf & I had the combo and had so much left overs. It definitely feeds 4. We'll definitely be back.

Google
I'll start by saying I'm not a big fan of pork but I was with others that are. We got the eight flavor dish for $60 and even though the presentation looked great, flavor wasn't. I only tasted a faint flavor on the curry and miso pork, everything else tasted the same. Combining it with the rather expensive price for it, I think other Korean BBQ restaurants would be a better a alternative.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I came in right at 5pm on a Friday and the service was amazing! We were well taken care of and the restaurant was just opening so it was nice and peaceful. The different flavors are not as strong as you might think but the curry and spicy flavors are my favorite. There is an assortment you can try so everyone can taste everything. The banchan (side dishes) were so fresh and paired perfectly with the pork belly. The presentation was also so inviting. The only negative thing was that the kimchi fried rice was very soggy and tasted bland.

Yelp
Is this place closed? We came here twice and loved it been trying to come back but seems like it's closed down.

Yelp
Everything about this place was amazing. The seasonings for the pork belly were all on point. The pork belly rolls presentation looked appealing. I love their grilled kimchi and bean sprouts. The soup and fried rice at the end completes the meal. I'm sad that the buena park location closed down so I had to make the drive out to Koreatown to satisfy my craving.

Yelp
We ordered combos B and E for a group of 6 and it was just the right amount. Combo B is the all pork combo, their signature plate with 8 marinades of pork. It's fun to try the selection, but hard to remember which flavor is which, once they've taken it off the display dish. Combo E, their large prime beef combo, was also delicious. Their side dishes were good. Unfortunately service was slow that afternoon, since they only had one waitress and one server, while the restaurant was fairly busy. It wasn't clear if we were supposed to cook parts of the meat ourselves. I assume that they're supposed to do everything, but we ended up doing some cooking since the food would've burned otherwise. It's a cool place to bring guests from out of town, definitely a more unique kbbq spot. I just hope that they are better staffed in the future.

Yelp
It Says On Yelp That They'll Reopen on February 13 Th , But What Year ? , Im Here And Its Closed , And Its February 13th 2025 .

Yelp
i think they might be closed for good, came here on Feb 7 at 6pm, unopened letters in the front door, Lights off.

Yelp
If this is your first time, definitely try all eight flavors of the pork belly bbq! I like that this places serves unlimited kimchi on the bbq plate as it tastes so much better after absorbing the flavor from the pork belly. The servers do a good job helping us cook the meat, although we went on a Tuesday and they were extremely busy/ understaffed. Food is really good and great selection of banchan as well. Recommended!

Yelp
The whole experience was very good, from the service to the food. We ordered the AYCE basic set and all the side dishes came quickly. The meat came after a little while (sometimes we had the feeling that they were under staffed), and the 8 types of pork belly came all together. The waitress cooked our meat and was very friendly, letting us know when the meat or seafood soup (that was included in the set and was so good!) were ready. First piece in my mouth and I already knew that I came to the right place to eat. That particular day I was feeling a little bummed for things that happened but that comforting and delicious meal just made me forget everything haha. For dessert, we had the mozzarella kimchi fried rice that was also good, but of course, not the star of the show. We left feeling full, loved and thinking when would be the next time we're gonna go back.

Yelp
Great food! I love that they have a different variety of samgyupsal and that they cook the food for you. Everything so far has tasted amazing.

Yelp
Staff was super friendly! I loved all the flavors of the pork belly. I'd definitely recommend coming and getting the 8 flavors with more than 2-3 people! I came here with just my boyfriend and it was A LOT of food! My favorite one was the wine flavor and garlic! Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
(IG: @foodwithdeni) We ordered combo A which includes 8 flavors of pork belly, seafood soybean stew, kimchi fried rice, kimchi, bean sprouts, mixed salad & assorted banchan (serves 2-3 people) It was more than enough food for the two of us but our priority was to finish the pork belly. We enjoyed every flavor but the ones that we liked the most were garlic, sesame & miso paste! 8 Pork Belly Flavors--Wine, Original, Sesame, Garlic, Herb, Curry, Miso Paste & Red Pepper Paste

Yelp
Happened to stumble on this KBBQ during lunch hour on a weekend. Surprised it wasn't busier, maybe we got lucky, but was seated and served swiftly. The interior is large and many other tables that could accommodate bigger parties (probably would call ahead and make reservations). We decided on a preset menu where we got to sample the 8 different marinated pork belly and so happy we did (miso, garlic, wine, to just name a few). Mouth watering and oh so satisfying, come with an appetite and maybe a bigger group of friends to share and taste it all. Plenty of parking available in the lot, you can't go wrong with this KBBQ spot!

Yelp
I haven't been to Eight in a very long time, so recently, I went on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. This place used to be super busy which deterred me to go, but on a Saturday night, it was not as busy, which was great and no wait (which was even better). The menu has changed since I went there is a AYCE option and a la carte option. I was not super hungry so opted for a la carte combo. My combo had the different combo of pork, soup, and fried rice at the end. I also really loved all of their side dishes, including the heaping of garlic they gave. Really, really enjoyed it. The waiter were also super nice and paced the meats very well. The pork was still as good as I remembered, my favorite was the pork belly. I stuffed at the end, but make sure to leave a little room for the cheese fried rice at the end. I will definitely come back here. Decent price, very good meat and loved the banchans. Also, great service.

Yelp
The food here is always great! The service was fast and plenty of parking! If there are only 2 people, all you can eat options are better. We came on a Friday evening around 7:30pm, it's busy, but only waited for about 20-25 mins.
google avatar

Yelp
I always miss this spot when I'm not in LA! The prices are honestly pretty good, because for the $28.95 combo, you get all 8 flavors of pork belly, kimchi pork stew, mozzarella kimchi fried rice, salad, and banchan. Not to mention they have bottomless beer/soju 3 days of the week! Only for $9! & those 3 days are also AYCE days if you're feeling really hungry lol. If you're in the mood for beef, they also have it on the a la carte menu. Over the years of frequenting this spot, quality has stayed pretty consistent, and it is one of my favorite places in the area for kbbq.

Yelp
As we walked in we smell the wonderful aroma of what we are about to eat. We came here because of its amazing reviews and I definitely agree with the review. Two friendly servers greeted us and took turns cooking our food for us. We tried their all you can eat. It was $40 per person but it was worth. The food was delicious including the little side dishes, the seafood soup and steamed egg. Their 8 different flavors pork belly spread is delicious. When you combined the pork belly with a piece of salad, and kimchi wrapped very thin rice paper, every bite was a party in my mouth. Definitely wan to come back again.

Yelp
Our go TO KBBQ spot! Great combos and AYCE. No complaints just good food amd a good time
google avatar

Shelly Z.

Yelp
This is our favorite Korean bbq spot. $30 all you can eat pork belly. We add the $9 all you can drink. The service is always quick. We love the ambiance. Oh and the soup is bomb. We come almost once a month.
google avatar

Paula V.

Yelp
It was empty when we walked in, around 3 tables including us, so it was fairly quiet. The menu has 4 different combo options and 3 different AYCE options, we picked AYCE premium which allowed pork belly, premium pork, and premium beef selections. Their thinly sliced pork belly was really delicious as well as their beef back rib and short-rib. Service was very thoughtful and enthusiastic, they made sure our meats were cooked correctly.

Yelp
4.8 stars. This has become one of my favorite kbbq spots, though this place is a little pricy. If you want to have beef in your meal, you have to order the highest tier, which would be around 45 dollars pre tip and tax. There is an automatic 18% service charge that gets added as well since they cook all the meats for you. It's an overall great time to just chill with your friends or family while they cook and clean the grill for you. The portion sizes of each order was pretty large and all of the meats were high quality. You can also get a miso seafood stew with your order and it's filled with a lot of fresh seafood with a flavorful yet light broth. The steamed egg that comes with the meal is comforting and delicious. There is also the typical side banchan, but it was really cool how they automatically put kimchi and bean sprouts on the grill, letting it soak up all the delicious meat fats. My favorite meat was the beef belly and pork belly flower, but I think if you order the most expensive tier, just order a bunch of beef. Overall, I would highly recommend checking this place out if you want some high quality kbbq and good service.
google avatar

Amanda F.

Yelp
Very delicious kimchi rice and Kimchi. All their kimchi items were delicious. Overall Delicious food and great sides. Everything was fresh. Ambiance was nice and the restaurant was very clean. This restaurant mainly serves pork. The cheapest all you can eat menu only included pork, so the whole table would have to pay more if you wanted the beef and pork menu which was inconvenient. The pork marinades were really delicious and they had a lot of options
google avatar

Yelp
My friends and I came on a Friday night and it wasn't that busy so we were seated immediately. We ordered combo A which was the perfect amount for the 3 of us. The server will cook and cut the meat for you. I enjoyed all the pork belly flavors (except the sesame). They jam pack it with flavors and IT'S DELICIOUS when paired with the sides. My favorite was eating it together with the radish and salad. They give you a generous amount of bean sprouts and kimchi on the grill. The seafood soybean stew was pretty good. The broth warmed my soul. The kimchi fried rice was savory and delicious with the melted mozzarella. It had the roasted flavor from the stone pot. It's a great place to drink and hang out with friends. And the grill is large enough that everyone can reach for what they want.

Yelp
Came here with the family on a Sunday night for dinner. We had a big group of 8 people. I was able to call in on the same day to make reservations, which was fantastic as we were visiting the area and making plans on the fly. Once we got there, we were seated immediately and provided with the menu. We opted for the AYCE option that gave you the most choice of meat. I would say that each plate came with a good amount of food and they came out pretty quickly. The meats were fresh and the flavors were delicious! The staff also came frequently to clean the grill in between meat orders. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and gave really good service. They took the time to answer questions we had even the silly ones like why the kimchi was on the grill. I'd definitely come here again when I'm in the area and craving AYCE KBBQ.

Yelp
4++ really delicious Korean barbecue that specializes in pork belly. When we went, we got the combo that let us try all the different marinates or flavors. I think we also got there relatively early so wasn't super crowded. We were seated pretty much right away. I can definitely see the potential for it getting lively and crowded, but it just wasn't like that for us. The service was friendly and efficient and once we ordered, it seem like the food came really quickly. I definitely would come back. Great place for sure.

Yelp
Omgee our first time here and the food is amazing. The flavors come together in a combination that makes you so happy!! The variety of choices and amount of food will not disappoint. Go try them out!!! DO IT!!

Yelp
Great food and excellent service! I came with a group of 5 on a Sunday evening around 5:45 pm and we were seated right away. We got the premium AYCE (pork and beef) combo which was about $40 per person (plus tax/tip) and it was so worth it! Everything was delicious, from the variety of quality meats to the banchan. I also like how they cook the meats for you because they do a much better job than I could. Service was top-notch - all the servers were super attentive and refilled banchan before we even had to ask. We never felt rushed during our meal and they came back multiple times to ask if we wanted to order another round. The restaurant is very clean and the decor/tables make for an authentic kbbq dining experience. There is also a decent-sized parking lot since the restaurant is located in a strip mall, which is hard to come by in ktown! 10/10 would recommend.
google avatar

Anthony N.

Yelp
I like the vibe, the food was excellent. And the service was on point. I love that they grill for u and control the grill. It takes the stress of cooking and grilling... especially if there's a big group. They do a premium ayce on Sun-Thurs for $40 a person, so after taxes and tip about $50. Which I thought was well worth it for the ability to get everything and the combo comes with soup and banchan. Great for groups of peeps, the garlic pork belly was amazing. The service was also very good considering how busy it got. Try to go early and avoid the crowd!
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
This place is definitely known for their different flavors of pork belly. I came here for the AYCE Deluxe menu for $35 and it did not disappoint. When doing the AYCE, it's definitely better to come with more people since you can try many more things on their menu. My friends and I tried the garlic, miso, gochujang, herb, and curry flavor pork belly flavors. All of them had a unique taste. My favorites were the garlic and gochujang. The pork jowl was on the AYCE deluxe menu and the it was good too. The grill does a great job of getting the meats charred and giving them that grilled flavor. With the AYCE menu, it also came with Seafood stew and the mozzarella kimchi fried rice. These weren't particularly my favorite. They used to make the fried rice on the grill. Now the fried rice comes in a hot bowl and is not as good as before.
google avatar

Gigi T.

Yelp
This is my second time here and still very yummy! They seemed to be short staffed so even though we had a reservations we still had to wait a bit. They had empty tables but just not enough staff to clear and serve. You can either order combos, AYCE, or ala cárte. By observation, the AYCE (which really is only 3 rounds of pork belly I believe) is really not doable for a single person. The pork belly is pretty gigantic and don't think a person can finish 3 rolls of those! We ordered a combo that had rice and stew and another type of beef. And we ordered a single order of 8 marinated pork bellies. The 8 flavors are original, red wine, black sesame, garlic, herb, curry, miso and gochujang. My personal favorite flavors are garlic, curry, and gochujang! The servers there bbq it for you so you don't need to keep checking. And the sides (bean sprouts and kimchi) actually taste so much better after sitting in the seared pork belly juice the whole time! The seafood stew tasted great and what was even better was the servers then put the rice in there to cook with the left over soups and then added cheese and seaweed flakes to it. Really good fried rice! The 5 of us were stuffed! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
google avatar

Amba L.

Yelp
I went here after going to the location in Buena Park SEVERAL times. It was my favorite restaurant and now that we were in the area, we stopped by. We ordered the combo with 8 flavors of pork belly and they were really really good. One thing I noticed was they don't make the fried rice the same as Buena Park. In BP, they used the soup base of the seafood stew to make the fried rice. Here, they didn't, and we weren't a fan of the fried rice. It felt cheap and mushy. Other than that, we enjoyed it so much. I wish the BP location didn't close but I will come here again when I am in the area!! ALSO!!! the corn cheese was so so so good!!!!
google avatar

Kenneth A.

Yelp
I love this place but now, I love it even more. Eight has a promotion for three tiered all you can eat menu on Weds, Thurs, and Suns which is a complete steal for the amount of food you'll get. But here's a kicker, they also have a bottomless soju deal as well. I recently organized a friend's birthday here and we definitely got our money's worth in terms of food, drinks and service. They accommodated 10 people. The service here is great and I loved our server. Parking is a big shared lot and should be plenty. 10/10 - bring the kids, your mom and the dog.
google avatar

Lina K.

Yelp
In my bid to keep trying different KBBQ spots in Koreatown, I came across Eight. We stopped in at 5:20 on a Sunday evening and decided to go with their premium AYCE option. I do prefer when they cook the meat for you, so I loved the fact that he came around and immediately started grilling for us. Our server recommended we started with the beef brisket, beef belly and the seafood soybean soup and I'm so glad we did because the seafood soup was amazing with its rich broth and it went perfectly with the soju. Our next round consisted of trying their various flavors of pork belly of which they have 8 different varieties (hence their restaurant name). Each flavor was delicious and was probably the highlight of the meal in both presentation and taste. A good value for an AYCE and one that I would definitely return to.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I are semi-regulars from the IE. We drive out here to eat at Eight KBBQ, and our friends are regulars, too. Tonight, Eight was short-staffed yet performed amazingly. Huge shoutout to Albert. He was an amazing waiter and made the experience better. The food is great, and the service is, too. I 100% recommend Eight to anyone.

Yelp
Came to celebrate our friends birthday, staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend going for a good or fun night out.

Yelp
Mmmm... I love eight bbq! Their food is DELICIOUS and the service is usually AMAZING! I love all their flavors of pork belly and the kimchi fried rice is so good! The place is pretty nice, even though it isn't that new so that's a plus. So I highly recommend this place if you love Korean bbq.

Yelp
Found this spot on accident but now it's one of my favorite kbbq places! The food is amazing and the customer service gets a thumbs up!

Yelp
Our party of 4 arrived at 6pm on a Saturday to celebrate a friend's birthday and much to all of our surprise, no wait! Our group loves Korean bbq, but I personally am not too keen on pork belly. My husband loves it, so I inevitably end up eating a few pieces whenever we go out for KBBQ but I definitely never order it myself or miss it when it's absent. So I wasn't terribly enthused to be going to a place that specializes in pork belly. But I was wrong to feel that way, because this pork belly was amazing. There are 8 different flavors pork belly, plus the flower pork belly and one other kind I can't remember the name of, but I think it's whole thing was that it was thicker pieces. Like pork belly really needs to be thicker than it already typically is. But it was all so good! The wait staff was super friendly and personable. They helped cook our meats, which generally bothers the other members of my party, but they were all on board. Must be the actual conversation and friendly demeanor of the staff here. I also really liked the addition of a soup on the second burner on the table. We tried almost all of the pork belly flavors. We skipped out on plain and herb this time. Gochujang was everyone's favorite, I think, but they were all good. Everyone in my party loved the curry (but that is not something I'm ever gonna be able to get on board with. But everyone else said it was great, so if you like curry, go for it!). Overall, great experience from the staff to the quality of the food. Will definitely be a go to spot from now on for this group.

Kevin N.

Yelp
Super value! They have AYCE pork belly for $30 and then an additional AYCE drink for $9!!! The AYCE drink includes both fresh soju and also flavored soju - if you're looking for a value deal and also an authentic KBBQ spot, this is it!
google avatar

Matthew G.

Yelp
Just wow. First time ever trying KBBQ. you know a KBBQ place is great and authentic if you see a lot of Korean people eating there too. Food was amazing. Various sorts of beef/pork. All delicious. Banchan was great as well. Tried soju for the first time and it is so smooth. We were blown away by the experience. Will def be back in the future

Yelp
Overall: 4.8/5 Our party of 4 was seated right away on a Saturday night. They set our table up with all the banchans and salad right when we were seated. What's unique about this place is they put the kimchi and bean sprouts on the grill. All the banchans were pretty basic. The kimchi was more on the sour side, the macaroni salad was light, the potato was slightly undercooked, but the cold marinated tofu was refreshing. The radish they used here was pink instead of white and is more crunchy so it definitely adds texture. The salad and rice paper went really well with the meat so we got refills on those. Combo A ($72.95): This came with kimchi fried rice which was pretty dry and flavorless to me. The seafood soybean stew has a really good broth but I wish they gave us a separate paper bowl so we didn't mix it with the meat. I was worried that 8 pork belly would be overwhelming but it wasn't at all. Each flavor was unique and subtle. The quality of the pork belly is amazing, & they cook the meat for you so that's probably why it's so good too xD Boneless Rib Galbi Bulgogi ($41.95): This was good but not worth the price tag. Not sure if they forgot to adjust the heat setting after cooking the pork belly but the galbi ended up being overcooked. We got the bottomless soju & beer for $7/person. We got the grapefruit flavor soju which was good and sweet. The beer bottles were huge and greatly enjoyed by the men. By the end of dinner, our eyes were glazed like donuts.

Yelp
Excellent restaurant When it comes to pork bbq, this is it! I know it as a Korean! Yummmmmm
google avatar

James L.

Yelp
Known for their 8 marinades of Pork Belly, this place really hits the spot to satisfy your Korean BBQ cravings. on specific days, sun/wed/thur there are all you can eat specials of varying tiers that come with different side dishes. We got the middle tier (35/person) which came with a seafood stew which was nice. On the meat we got Curry/Herb/Garlic/Miso marinades (the curry and miso were our faves) and also tried the pork shoulder, and Pork Jowls which were delish. We came on a weeknight and didn't wait for a table during peak dinner hour. We will definitely come back again

Yelp
I've come here in big groups a couple of times now for ayce and it's always a good time! They have a good deal for bottomless drinks. Good service and they offer many side dishes. Love getting the seafood stew to wash down all the meat.

Yelp
Best Korean Barbecue in the city of Los Angeles!!! The service was amazing and the place has such a good vibe to it! Great place definitely will come again!

Yelp
Excellent pork belly AYCE place. Price is reasonable and they offer 8 different marinaded pork belly. Great service. Love all the side dishes and the kimchi!
google avatar

Jeffrey K.

Yelp
Get it all here. Service is top notch and parking abundant for a Koreatown spot. The food is all high quality and banchan is on point as well. It's not too loud but can get busy from time to time. Come on Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday for ayce madness.
google avatar

Cassandra L.

Yelp
My husband and I have been coming here for years...like since we were only bf/gf so like 11 years!!! We've been coming here every year since then! We always get the Signature Combo A which comes with 8 different flavors of pork belly, some banchans, and our favorite seafood soy bean stew! Whenever we come here, we never finish the combo so we always ask a friend if they're available to be our third so we can finish it haha! Otherwise, we just try to eat as much as we can. If it's your first time here, make sure you try all 8 different flavors. My favorite would have to be the wine, garlic, and the red pepper paste. It's pretty cool too that they have an All You Can Eat options. They also have ala carte so if you want to order a certain flavor again, you can just order it. This place is very consistent with the taste and service! The workers cook for you so you don't have to worry about over cooking your meat. They always refill everything you need. It is a good place to eat and drink with your friends as the rest of the patrons here are also having a good time drinking and eating. Overall, this is a great restaurant to eat and drink soju with your friends....or a fun date night!

Yelp
My favorite KBBQ place in Koreatown (and that's saying a lot)! - food recs - We got Combo A, which came with 8 flavors of pork (wine, original, ginseng, garlic, herb, curry, miso paste, and red pepper paste), seafood soup, kimchi fried rice, and banchan (side dishes like salad, potato, Korean mac and cheese, radish, and rice wrap). This was ~$80. They advertise this as enough for 2-3 people, but this is plenty for 4. I've come in a party of 6 and still not be able to finish! So my advice- order the Combo first and if you get hungry, order some more later. Our personal favorite pork flavors were the original and garlic, so those are definitely the ones you want to try! The soup was unexpectedly delicious and we ate all of it. The kimchi fried rice was not the best I have ever had but it's still a great part of the combo. As a side, we got the egg souffle. It's not a part of the combo, but it's an extra $4 that I think is worth it. - wait time - My party of 4 was seated right away at 8 pm on a Thursday night! - parking - Plenty of parking in the big parking area! You're pretty guaranteed to find a parking spot. - service - Every time I've come, they have always been so kind and helpful (even if they get really busy)! They do cook the food for you, so you can sit back and relax. - perks - You can store your belongings (like a jacket) in the chair so you can avoid getting the kbbq smell on your clothes! I love that about this place. A great restaurant overall! Every person I've taken here has loved it and I'm sure you will too!
