Einstein Bros. Bagels

Their hot latte (16oz) was better than Starbucks, and a bit cheaper ($3.99 vs $4.45). Service was also good. Will try their bagels next time.

Went to salad creations and paid $10.25 OMG! For a salad and a extra dressing! The girl waiting on me was so rude because she had to work a little bit. Hardly put anything in the salad. They ran out of supplies so she just didn't put it in the salad. She I think was the manager and she has a bad attitude! Poor customer service! Failure! Will not eat there ever again and will tell everyone I know not to eat there!

The bagel was good. The portion size is very small and nothing like the full size portions pictured. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Friendly staff, food and drinks were great, fresh, definitely worth the hour drive to come here from Ocala.

I got the Tasty Turkey and an iced hazelnut latte. Best $12 I have ever spent. A lil pricy but totally worth it. Their bagel sandwiches are like no other.

It was OK. Everything tasted a little subpar, but the store in general was unproblematic. The store also had several bagel shortages while I was there. The staff are nice.

The bagels here are decent for being a chain and an on-campus restaurant. The service was very fast. The ambiance is fine, it shares a space with some other fast food places as well but there is plenty of seating. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have a lot of the flavors listed on the website, but it's understandable since it is on a college campus.

This place is truly hit or miss and for me it's been more misses than hits. I've ordered both salads and wraps from here and every time it's so soggy. My wraps have either fallen apart or the salads are just over saturated with dressing. If I ever do go back I'd ask for the dressing on the side for sure. The customer service needs some improvement. The employees don't greet you and give you borderline attitude. It's also very messy. All the ingredients are all over the counters and mixed up with each other because they just toss everything around. They don't clean the counters it just doesn't look appetizing when you can see it all through the glass. It is the "healthiest" place in this little plaza but, the customer service and the way they make their food kills it for me.

This place has gotten better in the year I've worked here. There is never a line. The staff is always friendly. It's rare when they don't have something in stock. Our office uses them for breakfast meetings. There really isn't a good place to sit inside. This is one of three food places in one small area. But there are tables outside for nice days or if you want to brave the sun. Really, eating inside isn't that great. It's very loud. Because it's so busy the tables don't get bussed often enough (even though customers should be bussing tables themselves, just wipe up your ketchup, friend!) For cookies and other things you shouldn't eat, I'm talking to myself here, this is nice pick me up at Shand's and the Communicore building.

It was my 1st Time here. The shop looks nice and near my work place. It was interesting Maybe I didn't order the right one that I really want to try. I asked for salmon cream cheese. I should ask for Lox.

Staff is very friendly and the food is good (I love einstein bagels). Coffe was fresh and I'm always a fan of the vanilla hazlenut flavor. I give it 3 stars only because I don't see why you would come here unless you're hungry while dropping your pet at UF's vet hospital (that is why I'm here). Parking is free if you have a pet checking in to see a doctor. Good place but again, mainly for the hospital.

Asiago bagel with cream cheese was pretty good! Nice to have a bagel place in the hospital. Seems like they close super early.

I am giving this location 5 stars for their friendliness. Thoroughness and the ability to put out food during a slammed lunch rush. I always love to see employees take pride in their work and this location has that. It is located with several other restaurants at FSU. The other restaurant lines were moving so slow and we were late for a meeting we went here. The food was decent just like any other einsteins nothing different. No secret off menu specials but the service was polite and efficient and that helped us make a meeting we were going to be late for if we stayed in any other lines. So thank you and great work!

UF seems to not manage chains well. First my salad was handed to someone else then they remake my salad either making the wrong one or hand the wrong one to me again.

We just moved here from Plymouth Michigan. Einstein bagels is one of our regulars. Surprised they are not open on weekends. In Michigan 7 days a week and banner business, I do understand people wanting a break though, especially serving the public nowadays.

They have good salads here! They have combo meals or you can make your own salad. And since it's at the hospital it's so easy for the staff to just grab a bite here. You can have your salad to go and you could even have it placed in a wrap so that if you don't have much time to eat you can just munch away while walking. .

Working at Shands it's nice to have more options than just the cafeteria. This place is really yummy but the portions are enormous! And it's a bit pricey. I wish they offered half portions. But that's my only complaint. The fresh ingredients are great!

Never had a bad experience here. I recommend the wrap instead of the salad bowl though. Same stuff for less money. Seems like they mix just as much for each. Super tasty and fast service even at lunch rush!
