Honestly, it isn't the greatest breakfast-ish place on campus but it's not horrific.... I got a cookie though that was a bit sketchy, I honestly don't know if it's the microwave that made it like it is or if it was raw. All I know is that it was gooey and I ate it with a fork... I'd recommend using some other heating equipment other than a microwave (maybe a catering air fryer?)

$10 for the world’s plainest bagel. I have visited the past 2 days and I order a bagel with extra plain cream cheese. Today I noticed that my bill was almost $11. I checked my receipt and “1 bagel with cream cheese” is $3.59 which is right. Then I see “1 add on Einstein” for $4.69 which is more than the entree. There’s no way extra cream cheese should be that much. Especially when you’re serving broke college students.

When they ran out of something I ordered on grub hub, they were quick to accommodate and let me know!

Food is good if they actually have an option for you. Service is absolutely horrible though, and were very disrespectful to me and my friend who had been waiting in line. We tried to order drinks but the server disrespectfully shut us both down because we only wanted smoothies. Not everyone wants to eat a bagel. Their smoothie is incredible, but definitely not worth the horrible service we were given. Very small and not many places to sit if they're even a little busy. Not worth it, and I will not be returning.

The coffee is very yummy. Convenient location, but the food has a little bit of an odd taste. Friends have speculated that this location doesn't wash their vegetables. Nothing wrong with the atmosphere, you can watch alot of campus from that hall.

The past few times I've been there the service had been downright intolerable. The staff is disrespectful, both to the customers and to eachother. The work environment they've fostered here has led to them being miserable and projecting their frustration onto their customers. There was a man behind the cashier gaslighting the customer infront of me that they didn't have something that they did infact have and her order was already being taken care of by other staff. She legit saw them grab the bagel she asked for, and then the cashier proceeded to do the same to me. It's not the first time communication has been an issue since they do not seem to want to listen to the customer at all. They truly make you feel small and like you don't want to be there. I'm a manager that consistently emphasizes good customer service and virtually everyone here including the managers need to be retrained or they just really shouldn't be In a high stress job. I understand wholeheartedly that customers are hard to deal with, especially during rush hour, but at the end of the day customer service is part of the job. There is zero reason to take out your frustration on a person who was being nice to you.

If I have a nickel for every time they messed up my order, I’ll have 2 nickel, which isn’t a lot, but weird that it happened twice. Food is okay, bagel is better than brunch menu though the latter come in big portion. It’s eatable, not exactly bad but I wouldn’t say good. Of my 2 times ordering, only one among those at the counter seem like they know what they doing, the rest are not.

One of their servers, a man, dropped his tongs in the floor, picked it back up and continued to serve people without any regard for cross contamination. They do not train their employees to make any of the drinks besides a simple coffee, so if you want anything else you’ll get a disgusting mess of milk and water. Terrible customer service as many of the other reviews said. They never engage the customer. Why is this place still in business nobody should eat this trash, just make a bagel at home. The man who served me should have his food handlers permit revoked. 0 stars if I could.

Yelp
I love these bagels. It was my first time trying the cheesy hash brown bagel and the onion and chive smear and it was so yummy. The service was very nice. The ambiance was friendly.

Yelp
Every time I come I wait for over 20 minutes for a bagel when multiple people go infront if me and the workers are more worried about giving there friends free food.
