The past few times I've been there the service had been downright intolerable. The staff is disrespectful, both to the customers and to eachother. The work environment they've fostered here has led to them being miserable and projecting their frustration onto their customers. There was a man behind the cashier gaslighting the customer infront of me that they didn't have something that they did infact have and her order was already being taken care of by other staff. She legit saw them grab the bagel she asked for, and then the cashier proceeded to do the same to me. It's not the first time communication has been an issue since they do not seem to want to listen to the customer at all. They truly make you feel small and like you don't want to be there.
I'm a manager that consistently emphasizes good customer service and virtually everyone here including the managers need to be retrained or they just really shouldn't be In a high stress job. I understand wholeheartedly that customers are hard to deal with, especially during rush hour, but at the end of the day customer service is part of the job. There is zero reason to take out your frustration on a person who was being nice to you.
