You'd think the hipster-est place for hipster breakfast would live up to its hipster-y hype. It doesn't, the place was not only a deadzone for a good meal, but the place is filled with dejected soccer moms with no real tenacity to cook for their kid. In front and behind the counter. And once I finally got my grub, it was lukewarm. Like they just happen to find my order in a microwave in the back and hand it to me. I can see why the neaby burger joint is always packed.

Almost everything is perfect, and you won't find a better ratio of coffee beverage to price ratio. The only complaint I have is that, even with specifying lightly toasted, I'll still sometimes get a bagel with toppings that are burnt to the point of smelling like a house fire and tasting as such. If you get a bagel with toppings (or "sensitive" toppings), and even if you say lightly toasted, just make sure to check your sandwich before leaving. Even as such, they are quick to remedy the problem and it's never been much of an issue... but I do have to mention it for the amount of times it has happened.

I ordered from this store in the app, they didn't have my order, told me to go to the other store down the road. The manager called and told the other store my order was there. 30 minutes later I picked up my order and the manager didn't apologize but did offer me something for "free" while laughing about it. Not very funny and horrible customer service.

Google
skimpy on the cream cheese, no whipped cream on my caramel macchiato, and asked for a tip in the drive-through; give me a break!

Google
Deleted a bad review for here previously because I thought i was being too harsh. I wasn't, this staff does not care about preparing orders correctly. EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: I pay 40 dollars for two bagel sandwiches and black coffee, get the wrong thing, and am now asked to do homework for a gift card. No thanks.

Google
went through the drive-through, the guy was not friendly and as I was ordering, just kept saying what else what else, never greeted me never said thank you.. I know it might seem petty, but sometimes that makes a huge difference and then they have the nerve to have a tip jar as well as asking for a tip on their credit card reader like dude you're literally talking through a microphone, that's not hard, you're not serving me, you're not making the food , and not friendly.. you get paid hourly that's enough.. then have the nerve to ask for a tip, which is funny.. like I'm not tipping bad customer service.. and reading the reviews I'm surprised nothing has changed as yet saying people are contacted about their experience but yet all this time later the experience that people are having hasn't changed for the better.. says a lot maybe retraining is needed and or replacing the staff that currently worked there if at all possible so you have a fresh start and maybe some friendly faces.

Google
Einstein Bros. Bagels is my go-to for early morning office meetings. A baker’s dozen of bagels is always a people pleaser! Comes with 2 choices from several options of cream cheese. In my experience the store is always kept clean & the staff has provided great customer service.

I never came here, instead opting for the Einstein 's 3 blocks down. This one is great inside! The wifi is fast, the seats are comfy, and it's a great place if you want to hang out and eat inside versus take it on the go As for the food, it's Einstein 's bagels so you know what to expect, and caribou is a huge chain making ok coffee, so you are in for some pleasant but unassuming food and drink.

Yelp
Dingy crummy looking store front. The person taking the order refused to make eye contact and was speaking very quietly. Couldn't hear what they were saying and they seemed like they hated even helping me. 2 chairs inside to sit at, so hope you're the only ones there. The bagel was cut poorly (not in half but more like 1/4 and 3/4 with a 90° turn. Hard to explain and I didn't take a picture). Very difficult to eat. Experience was so bad that the first thing I did after was find a new place to go for bagels next time I want one. Will never return.

Yelp
I am so sad to be writing this. I've been going to this location for 2 years now, i'd go after every test or quiz i had as a celebration the employees were kind and the service was so fast, and the food and coffee always delicious. But in the past few months it has gone down hill, waiting time has increased, coffee tastes old, so many new employees that things come out wrong, rudeness. Today was my last chance in this location. I waited TWENTY minutes when there were only two cars in front of me in the drive through and parking lot was also empty. when i finally get my order i got the completely WRONG order. I ordered two bagels. and only got one, and it was neither of the ones i ordered. i'm sorry but i will not be returning.

Yelp
I wish they all had drivethrus. Quick, easy, accurate order. And a generous amount of lox for once.

Yelp
We loved this spot. Inexpensive and simple little sandwiches are perfect for breakfast. Their cheesy hash browns are annoying to eat because they stick all over the paper wrapping, otherwise they're good. Definitely recommend this spot.

Yelp
Found a metal foreign object in my bagel. 3/4" X 1/2" with a really sharp edge. Fortunately I pulled the bagel apart just before biting into it and discovered it. I'm sure stuff happens but I just want to make sure that no one gets hurt. I've contacted district Mgr and filing a complaint with food safety only to make sure the store is following proper safety protocols and placing a high importance on customer safety. I'm told the store currently has no store mgr. Not sure how this got onto the bagel but someone should figure that out. Side note: the store also has began soliciting for tips through the drive through. Not sure if that's a store decision or corporate/regional but not what a tip is for especially when the base prices are already at a premium. Check your food!

Yelp
This place is just as bad as McDonalds with their illiterate employees. I've yet to leave this location with the correct order. So now I sit at the window and look at every item so I can just have them remake it then vs driving back around or going inside. I we ALWAYS order a bacon egg cheddar on everything ADD swiss and we always get bacon egg and Swiss NO cheddar. Or we order bacon egg and cheddar ADD swiss and ADD turkey. That usually comes cold without cheddar or bacon. It's really pretty damn easy to ADD an ingredient to said item. I will never understand why these idiots always remove shit when we ask them to add cheese or Turkey. Not once did we say NO to anything on the item to begin. For $11 bagel y'all better get your shit together. It's not that hard. Evans location is the only location w polite employees who listen and know how to add ingredients to items.

Yelp
At 11:40 AM, on August 5, 2023, I went into the store lobby to buy bagels. I waited more than 10 minutes before someone waited on me. The staff appeared fixated on waiting on drive-through customers, even though their were a half dozen customers waiting in the lobby. Finally, I was able to order two bagels. After waiting seven or eight minutes, I stopped one employee and asked her to put two bagels in a bag and give me my order so I could leave. All the customers in the lobby were very annoyed that they had to wait so long. I haven't seen management that bad anywhere for a long time! However, the bagels were good.

Yelp
Come on people under staffed when I was there lots of customers and not one chair or table in the place a bench that was full and no one was going to let my elderly friend with a walker and back cast on sit down sometimes the human race sucks as much as this place And this app won't let me take a photo for some reason looks like a cheep ballroom in here Good luck out there

Yelp
Went in on a rainy day to have some breakfast before running errands. First, there was no inside seating. Second, my bagel was awful! I ordered the briskit bagel with no briskit. The bagel had a small egg and a "gallon" of the aioli sauce. I cleaned it off with a napkin and still had too much. Had to throw it out. I won't be returning. Service was good, not great. Employee that helped us was friendly, just a little slow.

Yelp
The food is pretty good. But that's to be expected from the restaurant that has their entire menu already made up for them. What boggles my mind is the lack of personality from the girl in the drive-through in the mornings. She's 100% monotone with zero expression on her face. The greetings sound like she's reading them from a sheet taped to the backside of the window. I'm probably gonna try and find a different bagel shop in the area.

Yelp
Very nice people good bagels and was happy to see coffee on the menu and breakfast ! Try it

Yelp
I rarely EVER give places one star, but I had to. Explanation below. The only time I find myself wanting to go to Einstein's is when I am headed somewhere, and need a quick bagel. After all, it is a fast food bagel place. Service: Bad The workers here are nice, but their service is abysmal. First time I came here, it took 30 mins for them to make two plain, untoasted bagels with plain cream cheese. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went a second time, this time in the drive thru lane. Same story: 30 mins for two bagels. The time to tastiness scale is way off on this one. Here's my issue: I'm sure many people are disappointed expecting a quick bagel and then feeling scammed after having to wait basically the entire time it would have taken to drive to their destination for one bagel. Both times I came here, I could have just driven to where I needed to go in the time it took them to make 2 simple bagels. They don't look understaffed either? There's like 5 workers doing their thing and it still took forever. Just not worth coming here IMO.

Yelp
Omg they literally saved the day when I lost my wallet thank you especially the drive thru girls

Yelp
As an employee here for the past 4 years I'd like to address some current issues because of the pandemic that may not be listed on google. As of 2022 all Einstein's will NO LONGER have any indoor seating. We recognize this is a huge inconvenience especially as some states begin to lower their mask and indoor seating mandates, and have lost a large portion of our customers because of this. Please do not take this CORPORATE DECISION out on the employees. We are doing our best to serve all our customers with kindness, understanding, and respect but no amount of protest will change this CORPORATE DECISION. I will also note that many of us do not agree with this decision especially during the colder months when outdoor seating is not a viable option. If you have any complaints concerning this CORPORATE DECISION, please send them here: https://www.einsteinbros.com/contact/
