Store is always so clean and well kept! Vilma at the cashier was so sweet and patient while taking my order. Leo, who made my bagels, made sure the bagels came out so warm and flavorful and the orange juice is so sweet and fresh. My go to order is a bacon egg and cheese and einstein by far is my favorite to choose from for it. I highly suggest you come to this location as it's sincerely a 10/10 in my books.

The best bagel place in all of the USA, I wish they had more locations. There are none in Mass, really good assortment of bagels and cream cheese. The best chocolate cold brew !!!

We came to downtown Miami as a family of four on a two day visit. Normally we would try different places but we came back on day two as well. Good food. Good service. Eric served us both times and along with the friendly staff who were great with the kids.

My order came out quickly, and the staff were attentive and helpful, even during the morning rush. There's a wide variety on the menu for both breakfast and lunch, so there's something for everyone. The only thing that could use a little improvement is the cleanliness of the tables. They weren't wiped down between customers, which took away from an otherwise great experience. That said, it wouldn't stop me from coming back. Whether you're grabbing something quick or sitting down to enjoy your meal, I definitely recommend this spot for your next breakfast or lunch stop!

Service is very slow at this restaurant. Never have been so wanting to trying something new. Me and my boyfriend were first to order yet everyone got the food and drinks before us. When we said something it took another 10 min for us to get our drinks.

We came on by for a quick bite and we were not disappointed. They have a large variety of bagels to choose from. Previous reviews mentioned that it was dirty but we didn't have any issues. The staff was busy but present. The service was quick. We tried different breakfast options. I tried the cheesy hashbrown bagel with egg and cheese, it was good. They had several options for spreads as well.

The employees are always nice and the bagels are quite fine for Florida. They taste no different than any other Einstein's. But my issue is with the meager tiny amount of protein they give. I ordered the brisket bagel and they barely put a hint of brisket on it. I had the same problem in the past with the amount of lox they give compared to any other Einstein's or a normal bagel shop.

I've been back several times since my last review and they've been doing better, but some times the bagel seems to be under heated by the time you walk from the counter to the table to eat it. They have the best coffee; vanilla hazelnut, but it's always luke warm at best as the coffee vats don't really keep the coffee warn. They staff has been pretty nice and helpful in recent visits.

Stopped by while on a walk. Even though the reviews are pretty negative. Our bagels were great. Very soft and fresh. It wasn't overly crowded. Everyone was polite.

Been wanting to try this place for so long and finally got to try them during our trip in Miami. The hype is real!!! Their bagels are sooooo darn good. Our order - Jalapeno cheddar bagel with jalapeno salsa smear. Green chile bagel with egg and cheese. Six cheese bagel with jalapeno salsa smear. The bagels were perfectly toasted and tasted fresh and crispy. We initially got only two bagels but couldn't resist ourselves getting another one (the six cheese bagel). Definitely visiting this place again. Don't walk, run and grab yourself the best bagel of your life.

Great The bagels are a true masterpiece. They're always fresh, with the perfect balance of chewiness and flavor. From their signature breakfast sandwiches to the rich, aromatic coffee, every item on the menu is crafted with care and tastes absolutely amazing.

They get it done EVERYTIME. Great bagels! Every morning shift I have a south beach, I order a bagel. And they are AMAZING.

We went to this shop for breakfast twice during our visit to South Beach. It was what was expected. This location is similar to other Einstein locations that I have visited over the years. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. They offer a decent selection of bagels. For breakfast, I prefer cinnamon raison or blueberry bagels. I had one of these on my visits. I like the them toasted with strawberry cream cheese. Customers order at the counter and are called when their orders are ready. I enjoyed the bagels.

I placed an order 5 days ago and they did not deliver, the driver himself told me the manager never prepared and this was a common occurrence at this location. When I came in to request a refund the general manager was not only dismissive but gave me someone's personal number to call "to talk to about my refund". Didn't care that it ruined a business meeting for me and I had to post pone. The absolute worst service I've ever received.

Any food place, of course, is about the food - but the people behind the counter really make such a difference as to your overall experience. I really love the team at Einsteins in Miami Beach - without even trying, they create a fun, welcoming vibe that makes you always happy to return. They remember details of everyone's preference (not an easy thing to do in south beach!), they will always go the extra mile, and they are even happy to bring the food to your table, even that it's not their responsibility to do so. I'd say it's the very definition of a really great neighborhood coffee and breakfast joint.

Two things to summarize this place: 1) Bagels that don't taste anything like bagels. 2) Order something and chances are you'll get something different instead.

Gross. Do not go here. Eggs were old and green - refused to eat it and get sick! Bagel was not fresh.

This is the slowest Einstein I've ever been. It took 20 minutes for my order to be made. They were so slow. Many unhappy people waiting.

Really not that great. I ordered an 'All Nighter' and asked them to put it on a jalapeño bacon bagel. They did not put it on the jalapeño bacon bagel but we were late and I did not want to go back in and waste more time. The cheese bagel was ok and not toasted. The egg on the sandwich had no flavor and there was little to no aioli. The worst part was the slices of cheese were cold. My husband got the hash browns and he did not like it. To me it looked undercooked and he ordered two but did not even finish one. Oh, and the OJ, the presentation leads one to believe it is fresh squeezed? Maybe it is? But it was watered down with no pulp. We would have been better off with the 'Florida's Natural' OJ that was also in the case for sale. The only thing we kind of enjoyed was the coffee. This place is not recommended...

I was on a roll, getting all my birthday treats - buy a cup of coffee here and get any egg bagel. Very nice and standard. I've not been here for quite a while, since I'd been dieting. The counter has been rearranged, but the new set up worked quite well. My bagel was delivered very quickly - I had asked for it to be toasted twice, not sure if that was done. Nonetheless, it was a good breakfast for my birthday!

First time to Einstein Bagels in downtown Miami today. Bagel was OK but where's the cream cheese??? They put so little on I couldn't believe it. I was already home so I had to live with it. Very disappointed. They should go to Toasted Bagel in Brickell and see how it's done right.

I don't understand why this place has so few stars- maybe a change of management or something? I ordered an Avocado Veg Out, add cheddar. My bagel was prepared quickly, tasted great, and was fresh. The employees were friendly and happy. The place was clean. I'm not sure what more I could ask from a bagel place.

The only friendly person working in this place is the older gentleman who works at the counter. Even though he got my drink order wrong ..... as well as my food order, he remained friendly and quickly corrected the mistake ...... the manager who was making the food (large bald man) was extremely cold and rude. I ordered a bagel NOT SLICED, just toasted, w shmeer on the side ........ he sliced my bagel, toasted it and put shmeer on it ...... I think that's how it was input on the screen so that's how he made it. When I told him the mistake he threw the bagel across the room to a trash can as if he were put out ...... I told him I wanted it toasted NOT SLICED w shmeer on the side ........ he grabbed another bagel from the bin, SLICED IT lol and stuck it in the toaster...... he was obviously frustrated ..... there were 5 people dining in and one other person at the counter ........ 2 orders on the sceeen ..... so it wasn't like he was under a tremendous amount of pressure... They sure acted like it, and as a person who grew up in the restaurant business, I would never put up with this from one of my managers or employees... Customer service is what it's all about and if you're in a bad mood, leave that shit at home. I will never go back. The first thing you want to see you in the morning when you go get your bagel and coffee is a grumpy jerk. I said please, and I said thank you and I got no response from him other than dirty looks... Makes me sick. I'm posting this review while sitting right directly in front of the restaurant. I hope he sees it today. Thanks for the bagel even though you did it wrong twice.

Ordered delivery from this location two days prior to when we needed it for a Team Breakfast. The surprising facts when you order a dozen it isn't a bakers dozen so since I ordered four dozen we got 48 bagels not 52. Don't just get assorted assuming you will get normal flavors or best sellers just ones they want to get rid of. My initial order of assorted once they listed the varieties I had to call to change the order. They do pre-slice though the bagel I had was sliced more 90% to 10% not 50/50 as expected. The half gallons of orange juice for $10.19 for a half gallon expectations were fresh squeezed not from concentrate which tasted awful,also they forgot the ice. Unfortunately I had ordered four. the total that includes spreads as they call it smear came to $128. Next time I will definitely try some place else perhaps Panera instead. Maybe Brooklyn Water Bagels will come to Downtown/ South Beach.

Unfortunately I moved my 5 to a 2. They got all new staff. Twice this week I waited to order for over 6 minutes without being acknowledged. The first time I left. The second time someone helped me and continued talking to a coworker while I was ordering. I had to repeat it 3 times. He also didn't know which cup was a large. I used to walk in here and they were all friendly and knew my name. Now I'm late for work because I wanted a "quick bite". It's unfortunate how bad it's become.

Ordered a Caramel Macchiato for pick up in the South Beach store got home and there is no whip cream on my macchiato. So basically I paid $6 for coffee and milk (not a macchiato then, which is what I ordered). I called the store to let them know of the mistake, they say we don't carry whip cream may more! Really? How about update your ordering website, and how about call me tell me that and give me the option of declining? Would've been nice a credit as I did not receive what I paid for, but they could care less.

The avocado bagel combo is very tasty but I wish the avocado was a little bit more fresh as I did see that it was a bit brown, I did tell the manager about it and he said it's because they made it early in the morning. Overall the quality of the food was great but the avocado being brown definitely was a letdown for me to be honest.

We I came in for observation to compare here between old Einstein's by Bloomfield township from three years ago things turned out big disasterous out by unpleasant head manager with bad attitude....... this place didn't look nice for customers to come able enjoy their breakfast or lunch with lacking of flavor, stale drinks or foods wasn't too fresh for them to able take a bite or swallow from their drinks....thank goodnesss I didn't try anything from there only had horrible free drink! I would say Nah! I never will come back for interview or grab a bite from here for positivity sure, sorry this location has to go and fire all workers away from how it gotten too dull and poorly outstanding corporation in some places over US...... Sorry folks!!!!

This place is terrible. We went for breakfast this morning because my husband was craving a chocolate chip bagel. I was hesitant but went along with it. Not to my surprise it was horrible. I ordered an asiago bagel toasted with lite cream cheese. When I got the bagel, it was stale and cold. Definitely not toasted unless their toaster is completely broken. While I was contemplating bringing it back up and asking for a new one or a refund, I listened to the guest in front of me ask for a refund as well because her order was wrong and there were egg shells in her breakfast sandwich. Seriously?!? This place is also dirty and filled with interesting characters. Not for me.

Not the cheapest place on the beach but not bad. What I like most about this place is weekday mornings. The visit is well worth the getting up 15 minutes early to stop by and have a quiet breakfast by the windows. The service is nice and polite, the order process is simple, go to the counter, order get your coffee and have a seat, they will yell out when your food is ready. By the front door you will always find teh news papers people have left behind for you to read, and as an added bonus the comics are almost always there. The quality of food is better than Dunkin or starbucks, but the coffee is weak. That said I love very strong truck stop coffee (ala Tim Hortens). I suggest you go with the toasted assiago bagle with egg, chedder, and bacon. The place is nice and clean, the bath rooms are well kept, and if you avoid weekend mornings you will have a pleasent enviornment. They do sell bagles to go in large numbers, and the selections are in stock every time I walk in. I say head over and grab food here in the morning, but if it is just coffee, go else where.

What a mess. How can you have a business in South Beach and close at 3PM? Why is this franchise allowed to exist? And THEN there is the way the place is run. Not clean. Stale bagels and stale toppings served by a miserable staff. What is this place? How do they pay the rent? Why is it taking up valuable restaurant space in South Beach? I don't even know where to get a fresh bagel, cream cheese and locks anymore in this area. Truly a sad state of affairs.

I have been to many Einstein bagels, and this is by far the worst one. It's a shame too, Miami Beach doesn't really have a lot of options. Thankfully, Taste Bakery right down the street has fresh bagels. I will not waste my time coming back to this one again. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, you can't even see the cream cheese. I uploaded a picture, I'm still in shock.

Never knew about Einstein Bros up until about 2 years ago. They have a whole bunch of different type of bagels and my favorite one the chocolate chip bagel. Yum!!! The staff has always been very friendly with me and the place is always spotless. They also have natural juices made fresh everyday. Really recommend everyone to really check it out at least once.

This place is an embarrassment. Wow Einstein used to be good this place is just terrible. Someone needs to step in to save this place. As it used to be the only place to get a good bagel

I have always had a great experience coming here since day one. They have always accommodated my special requests for call ahead bakers dozen orders, their staff have always been patient, friendly, helpful and courteous to me and they have even helped me modify a blended iced coffee drink because of my health, the manager gave me a discount that I received via email even though my cell phone died and didn't give me any difficulty about it and the only issue I've ever had has always been trying to get parking to go pick up my orders. I would highly recommend this location for their excellent service and staff. Just plan ahead to set aside ample time to find parking or bring someone with you who can drop you off while they circle back so you can pick up your order!

Worst location hands down. Bagels are so old and crusty.......you might as well go to Dunkin Donuts. Same taste, but cheaper with better coffee. This has been my experience three times in a row now at this specific location. Lines are unorganized too, and they do orders out of order so prepare to wait.

False representation on menu prices. I've been coming here every single time I come to Miami Beach but they are starting to slack a lot. Menu prices vs counter prices are false. First they do not allow iced tea refills. It used to be outside on the counter and you made it yourself and now they make it behind the counter. I asked for a refill and they said they don't do that anymore. Other locations still have it out. If you charge more than Starbucks for tea, I expect another refill especially when they fill your cup with ice to the very top. The next day I came to get a dozen bagels. Menu says gourmet bagels included. I get to the counter and they charge me extra per gourmet bagel because I am not getting it delivered since they charge a delivery fee to make up for it. That's a first! This franchise location just lost me as a customer

I'm not sure why there are such bad reviews the place is great. The bagels are fresh, warm and tasty and they have a variety of different cream cheese spreads to suit your mood. The staff was very helpful and nice when we visited. They were out of the spread I wanted and he was very helpful in recommending something I might like and after we sat down, he even checked in with us to see how I liked my food and it was delicious :)
