Decent bagels . Very fresh. Fast service. Very friendly staff. The portions of breakfast items could be more generous for the price.

Google
This is a good Einstein's location. Shades outdoor seating make for a decent place to stop and enjoy your fare. My only complaint is that you use to be able to enter from the parking lot at the back, and they've shut that down, so you have to walk around to the front. But, all in all it's a good stop for breakfast or lunch.

It’s my first time back after several years. There are new breakfast items including breakfast burritos and sandwiches. They still have muffins, cookies and turnovers. The nova lox was delicious but I really loved my apple cinnamon bagel with plain cream cheese. The shared space with Peet’s makes it a nice neighborhood hangout spot.

Google
I got the maple house egg sandwhich. It was delicious but a little too sweet between the bagel and the cream cheese. Next time I’ll probably just get a plain bagel. Very delicious

Disappointed with the peeled and missing bagels today. Ordered 2 dozens cut bagels over the phone 3 hours in advance. The top of most bagels were peeled off, the rest were not cut in half. More like cut by 1/3 and 2/3. I had to re-cut all of them so they can fit into the toaster. One dozen did not meet the quantity of French Toast as ordered, I had to select other kind and they only put in 12 for the baker’s dozen. Very disappointed. I was told not to use the app as sometimes the orders don’t get placed. You’d end up waiting at the store. But ordering by phone is also painful. The first 13 calls went to voicemail, someone finally picked up at my 14th call this morning. She promised she’ll have the bagels made since I called 3 hours in advance. But when I picked it up, they didn’t have the quantity I ordered. I would not have taken the peeled bagels if I had known the shapes they were in, it was hard to look at them. Please take pride in your products and don’t trash its look. Down graded the ratings I gave 3 months ago.

Google
Very good location and friendly staff. The bagels are tasty and made fresh everyday. But if you are buying more then 6, please beware. Count your bagels in the bakery before you leave. This is the third time (the first two time was at the other pasadena location) that I have ordered more then a dozen and received less bagels. (In this case, got 3 dozen and received 34!) And when you try and contact customer service about it, no response.

Google
$6 for a tiny tiny bagel and cream cheese is just ridiculous. I don't remember the bagels being this tiny. Prices going up and bagels getting smaller. It's crazy how business purposefully take advantage of inflation. I can get better and bigger bagels at Vons.

Carmel Lankford

Google
Okay if you just get the bagel and a schmear it's fantastic for a West coast bagelbut if you start to add egg bacon that's been previously frozen left out all day and then they repeat it again in the microwave and then you get pre Frozen hashbrowns that's cold when you get it you don't mind that... Or as the cheese on your "fresh toasted" bagel sandwich turned brownish. The potatoe salad was great and same temperature as the rest of the food .but I usually 3rd visit i will give a rating because you might visit a place and it's an off-day but everytime I have visited from Las Vegas to California it's the same it's like a fast food McDonald's in the bagel industry it's pretty sad cuz they should just keep it bagel only maybe coffee and tea but not room temperature coffee . Best was the factory made cookies.. dissatisfied

Yelp
Sign up for their rewards program for awesome freebies and discounts. I got a birthday freebie and ordered a specialty maple bagel breakfast sandwich and lemonade. They ended up being out of stock of the lemonade but they allowed me to pick any other drink which was kind. I chose the orange juice and it was good, there's no pulp in it. The service is quick and the staff is nice. There is also a few tables to sit outside under some shade.

Yelp
Great AI response Notice how the reply to my post doesn't address anything specific about what I said Shows disdain for the customer I used to go to this and other locations a lot Ciao

Yelp
3 stars for the farmer house bagel only First of all I think they need to work on the Costumer service, there's training people by themselves taking orders and they are not acknowledged what the menu is or rewards or the app are.. I asked the girl if I could redeem an iced cold brew that I had in the app for my points, she asked me if we wanted With caramel and I said yes When I got to the register the cashier was charging me for a $6 cold brew but I had a free one But she rudely responded and said that that was for the only regular cold brew.. first time redeeming points so I didn't know and the girl in the order taking area didn't know either.. so I said okay so your are not giving me the free let's Do the free beverage size upgrade but she was Uncomfortable and couldn't help me.. so I told her that leave it like that and she couldn't do anything Manager was next to her and she just laughing with a blue tshirt manager as well ( not sure) This is not the first time that I have bad experience with employees, sadly they always with an attitude Whatever. When I got to my car the hash browns were burnt and hard as a rock.. I love bagels here but I think I would rather go to another location than come here , they need work on costumer service I want to enjoy breakfast but always taking a bitter taste from this establishment itself.

Yelp
I ordered the breakfast turkey sausage and bakers dozen with shmears for pick up, and I arrived to find my order ready to go. The sandwich was warm and tasty, the bagels were fresh and warm and the shmears yummy as per usual (got the onion and chives and Veggie cream cheese shmears) . I parked in the back-lot, which had an attendant who provided a time stamped ticket (I believe it said free parking 90min). The back door was only for exit, so I had to walk around to the front. The pick-up station was to the right of the entrance with everything perfectly labeled and ready to go. Customer service was a bit lacking, and It seemed a bit slow to take new orders. I wanted to order another item in store but decided not to as the ordering process was taking long with other customers. Others: There's small patio seating, well maintained with nice plants. The indoor place was clean. There's a single restroom towards the backdoor exit which needs a code to use.

Yelp
I contacted Guest Services one week ago per Robert's recommendation but have received no response. So my review will remain as is, until/unless I receive a response from them.

Yelp
I've been coming to Einstein Bagels for over 12 years and this morning I was a little upset. I came in to buy two dozen bagels for our geology department at Caltech. When I walked in they were out of a lot of varieties. No blueberry, cranberry, chocolate chip, cinnamon raisin and asiago bagels. I still was able to buy 2 dozen and everyone was happy in our department but they should know better to make more. I know it was Friday but that's no excuse. Yes, I will keep coming here for my bagels and for work but let's not keep doing this on a regular basis.

Yelp
I wanted to bring some bagels to work and found Einstein Bagels nearby... sweet! This was my second visit at an Einstein. My first visit was at the Ontario International Airport. Upon entry, I was next in line... another sweet... I don't have to wait in line too long. Ambiance is nice... good size bagel shop. I love how they have their bagels displayed right up front at the counter where the customers can see them. They have the baker's dozen that comes with 13 bagels with 2 spreads of your choice. And that's what I got. Please note this package does not include any of their premium bagels which cost an additional $0.80 per premium bagel. Choose wisely LOL! I stuck with the non-preimums. I may try their premium bagels next time. They have one staff to assist with getting the bagels and one staff to collect payment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Btw, the spreads are right up front next to cashier for you to grab after payment or before as long as they are paid for eventually LOL. I got plain cream cheese and onion & chives... good spreads. They do have other flavors, too. Bagels were very fresh and soft. Love their sesame, cinnamon sugar signature, and french toast signature bagels. You can't go wrong with any of their bagels. They also have specialty bagels. I'll have to try one of them someday. Happy Bagel'ing! FYI They are located next door to Peet's Coffee. There's a good size outside courtyard with tables and chairs for customers to chill at with their bagels and coffee. They also have parking in the back with 90 minutes validation I think. I just parked on the street.

Yelp
I wanted to try something different for breakfast, so I decided to come to Einstein Bros. The bagel sandwiches are good, and the prices were fair. I'm a fan of the bagels here and will be a regular.

Yelp
From time to time, I'll head over here for a bagel since options are limited here in Pasadena. Having had my regular spot in LA, which will not be named, I was already a bagel snob prior to venturing to this spot. I ordered the Lox, which comes with Salmon, cream cheese, red onions, and capers. Don't ask me why but I got it on a cheddar jalapeño bagel. It was an average bagel and the salmon was not that great. It was very salty and didn't taste fresh. My other gripe is how they "toast" their bagels. It was barely toasted and still very soft. I know it may tend to get busy but it needs to be left in the oven for a longer time. The Jalapeños had zero spice and lacked flavor, which I find strange. I've had my share of jalapeños on bagels and most of them woke my palette right up. Here, it was still on snooze. I know this establishment is a chain and in most cases, quality may diminish at some point. It they were to make tweaks in their quality of bagel building, it would make the experience vastly better. This place will have to do for now but I see myself going here less and less.

Yelp
I finally visited the Einstein Bros Bagel chain after watching a Korean reality show featuring Se-Ri Pak. This location has limited shared parking space on S. Lake Ave. Fortunately, upon entering, I was lucky enough to find the last available spot. Unaware of the line, I went straight to the cashier and ordered two bagel sandwiches: the BACON, AVOCADO & TOMATO EGG WHITE BREAKFAST SANDWICH and the NOVA LOX. I must not have known the terminology, because after waiting for close to ten minutes, I received only one sandwich. When I asked about the second one, the cashier seemed surprised, as he thought I wanted the salmon lox package. As a first-timer, I apologized for the mix-up since I didn't know the difference and should have checked the receipt. However, the adjustment wasn't easy, as my credit card was swiped twice to make the correct modification. After waiting for almost 15 minutes, I finally received my second sandwich. I wish the cashier had asked me which bagel I wanted, as both were plain. The BACON, AVOCADO & TOMATO EGG WHITE BREAKFAST SANDWICH features fresh avocado slices, crispy bacon, and fluffy egg whites. It has a great 1:1 ratio of bread to filling. The NOVA LOX SANDWICH, the pricier option of the two, was not as impressive. I've had better lox sandwiches at a local small mom-and-pop bagel shop. It lacked an adequate amount of salmon and overall, it tasted doughy for a sandwich. Additionally, I tasted more cream cheese than anything else on this sandwich.

Yelp
Excellent variety and delicious bagels. Shop is always clean. Improvements are needed in friendliness and staff being personable.

Yelp
"Einstein Bros. Bagels is the quintessential Saturday morning breakfast spot. The aroma of freshly baked bagels greets you as you walk in, setting the tone for a delightful experience. The variety of bagels and schmears ensures there's something for everyone, whether you're a traditionalist or adventurous with your flavors. If you're on a time crunch this isn't for you. It takes about 30 minutes from waiting in line to getting your freshly prepared bagel. Most of the seating is outside. Where you can socialize with friends enjoy the rose bushes. As you savor your bagel. Or just enjoy the solitude as you much down your bagel. The staff is friendly and efficient, making sure your order is just right. Overall, Einstein Bros. Bagels is a reliable choice for a satisfying start to your weekend." One suggestion I have for the business is either offer a text message when your order is ready or the buzzer disks.

Yelp
This morning, I was with my two little toddlers picking up four large bags for a group order. A young employee named Ariel offered to help me carry things to the car. He was so gracious, even complimented my children, and offered them cookie samples. I don't usually write feedback, but he really touched my heart with his kindness! Good job Einstein for hiring such a sweet person :)

J L.

Yelp
What a disappointment. Mediocre food despite great service. My toasted cranberry bagel was only toasted on the edges. It was lukewarm - the butter didn't even melt! I haven't been here in ages - I'm taking a child to school nearby for a couple of weeks & was happily envisioning bagels for breakfast those days. Also I was disappointed to find they no longer carry lox schmear. I get it, if it's not that popular or is too expensive. The only cream cheese that wasn't reduced fat was the plain flavor, if the tubs for sale were any indication. Just so you know. I will try Einstein's one more time and see how it goes.

Yelp
Just came here on a Wednesday morning. This place is soooooooo accommodating and has such great service along with wonderful lox bagels. This young man was soooooooo helpful in the morning, with my decaf coffee and iced tea. He helped me put everything together and pack it up nicely when we went outside to eat in the cozy and relaxing patio outside. Thanks so much for being so nice and kind : )

Yelp
Great food. Excelkent service - especially catering orders. Always perfect. Carried out to my car with great attitude. What more can you ask?

Yelp
Food was meh at best. Got a bagel sandwich with egg and bacon.. they should advertise it as egg and bacon bits. Service was slow AF due to the way they try to streamline orders. The outside is nice to sit at. This place may be good if you're catering some bagels to the office but other than that pretty weak sauce.

Yelp
I have been buying Cinnamon Raisin Bagel for years and I have loved them. But I noticed recently that Einstein Bros Bagels have cut back on the raisins, and possibly even the cinnamon, because they now taste very bland and I don't see near as many raisins as before. That being the case, I am no longer going to be buying their bagels. The problem isn't with this specific store, it's a problem with Einstein corporate who's approved the change. I remember a bakery that had the most amazing cinnamon raisin bread in the Julian, CA area, and they always had a line out the door because of their breads popularity. But then they cut back like Einstein has done, and eventually lost their business because people stopped going; all because they cut back. Einstein has now lost my business, and I wonder how many others are going to notice and also stop giving you business. They need to go back to how they were made before.

Yelp
I looove bagels!! This location is very convenient. The one way parking lot is kind of annoying though. I often confuse this place and the Peet's Coffee Anywho, I ordered online and it was true to the time it said it would be ready. I ordered an Asiago bagel with onion and chive shmear. I asked for it to be toasted which it was but it was cold when I picked it up. That was disappointing. However, everything tasted amazing!! And I appreciated it was cut in half already. Extra points!
google avatar

Adam M.

Yelp
Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. Girl taking my order put my name as ERN (who's named that?), waited over 20 minutes and never got my food because they gave it to another customer. When they realized they said they would make my food but never did. I gave up and asked for my Money back which took three employees and way too long all because not a single one of the dozen people working they knows what they're doing.
google avatar

Michael R.

Yelp
Can't really complain about Einstein Bagels, I have been to many other locations and they are all pretty much the same as far as the bagels and quality of the food they serve. I did notice something new, and maybe it is not all that new, just new to me but, they have an option to make your bagel thin?! And while I appreciate the option for people wanting to watch their weight, if I'm going to a bagel shop, I want a bagel, plain and simple, don't make it thin, give me the fat!! Anyways back to the review, this location offers private parking that is both for Einstein and Peets coffee and it is definitely worth it because it is a pain in the butt to find parking on the street. The service, options and the staff were all great. Really enjoyed our breakfast/brunch here with Coffee from Pete's and a delicious bagel sandwich from Einstein.
google avatar

Yelp
I rarely eat bagels, but after I tried Einstein Bros, I came here the next day for another bagel haha. Parking is 90 minutes free with a validation stamp and Einstein Bros is right next to a Peet's Coffee! If you order on their app, they have a free hot/iced coffee with any purchase! Also they have a free bagel with schmear with any purchase (used to be without purchase based off of previous reviews) for first timers. Their app also has rewards where you can redeem your points for certain items! I ordered the farmhouse egg sandwich (~$8) and the Asiago cheese bagel with Onion and Chive Shmear using the free bagel with shmear deal. For coffee, they have self-serve creamer and sugar packets. Overall, I really liked the farmhouse egg sandwich. It was still warm when I took it to-go and it was very filling.

Yelp
Ok so to get this out of the way, my favorite type of bagel in the world is a chocolate chip bagel. I know. I know. I can't help it. And even more ridiculous of me but I'm also one of those weird humans that loves to have her breakfast egg and meat on a sweet bagel whether be a blueberry bagel or cinnamon raisin bagel, I just really enjoy the contrast between the savory inside and the sweet bagel. As you can probably already tell from previous statement, my favorite breakfast bagel sandwich is on a chocolate chip bagel and Einstein makes a really good chocolate chip bagel. Especially when they're fresh out of the oven. Like whoa. Einstein's has one of my top 3 chocolate chip bagels. I agree with others who say parking is pretty crazy for this Einstein but I avoid that by doing street parking instead of the lot. There's an ample amount around the block and I've never had an issue with it. This particular Einstein's also has a really sweet staff. They're always very helpful and patient. Great bagels. Excellent bacon. Get the Farmhouse. Nice folks. My go-to when I'm feeling for a chocolate chip bagel in Pasadena.

Yelp
One of my favorite stops for Nova Lox on a plain bagel, lots of smoked salmon and cream cheese on chewy but delicious bagel. Would prefer a little softer bagel but not complaining. Parking is convenient and can order ahead. Nice group of food stores in a pleasant setting. Service is efficient.

Yelp
It's been a good number of years since I've been to Einstein Bros. I was in the area and was starving while I was running errands so I decided to stop in for a quick bite to go. I got lucky that the morning rush was over. The parking lot was practically empty. I was surprised to see there was still a parking attendant handing out tickets when no one else was there. Parking is free with validation from the businesses in the plaza. Just seems like a waste of paying an attendant and a waste of paper, not to mention a lengthier process for cars getting in and out. I was only one of two people in the shop so I was glad that this indeed would be a quick trip. The man at the counter who took my order seemed uninterested. I wasn't even quite sure he heard my order properly. Asked me my name (not an easy one) but didn't bother to ask if he spelled or pronounced it right. Pretty sucky for the women at the registers who have to read the names out loud. My name is spelled Miori. My order was under Miornmy..... that's a first one for me. Einstein's are giving Starbucks a run for their misspelling with this one. The girl who called my awesomely spelled name at the register was quite distracted as well. She was barely audible when speaking to me, no eye contact, and then blindly reached my receipt out... not within my reaching distance. But she wouldn't have known how far she was from handing it to me because she was too busy turned fully around, talking with coworkers behind her. She did validate my parking ticket so I guess that's a plus. I ordered the Farmhouse breakfast bagel. It was ready and in my hand in a reasonably amount of time. The boy who handed me the order was the friendliest staff personal there. Advise to management: put him on the front lines. I took my bagel sandwich to go. It was pretty tasty and filling. Only complaint is that the bagel was soggy. I would have liked it a little toasted. I wasn't asked for my preference though so I don't know how the sandwich is usually made. Overall experience: ok food. less than mediocre service. I remember liking this place when I frequented it years ago. I don't think I'll be returning any time soon though.

Tatiana M.

Yelp
This is a joke. I ordered a breakfast bagel and literally got bacon between bagel buns, no egg, no cheese, just bacon...
google avatar

Bianca L.

Yelp
Ehhh.. to be honest, I expected better. Kind of disappointing. The bagels are basic and taste very generic. I got a spinach bagel and a jalapeno and cheese bagel. The bread just didn't taste good. It tasted cheap. I also went for a bacon, ham, egg, and cheese bagel.... 3/10. The bread was not tasty, the bacon was slivers, the ham was extra salty, and the egg was skimped. On the other hand, the order did not take long and the employees were kind. Waited about 3 minutes for the order to be ready.

bill m.

Yelp
Terrible bagels. Always stale. Go to Winchells across the street. Much better bagels there. At least there crisp and you can bite into them without pulling out a couple teeth.

Megan S.

Yelp
At the LAX Einstein bagel in terminal 1, I ordered the turkey sausage, cheddar and egg bagel breakfast sandwich. When I was served and unwrapped it, the cheese wasn't melted. Just a square slice of cheese. I returned to the counter and said my cheese isn't melted and the server said, you didn't ask for it to be melted!!! What world do we live in that you need to asked for cheese melted on a breakfast sandwich? She threw away my sandwich as she said she wasn't allowed to take it back, all of 1 min later! I got a new breakfast sandwich with melted cheese with a side of attitude!
google avatar

Yelp
Download their app and they offer free coffee and iced coffee with any purchase! The best perk I've seen in a while. They also offer a free bagel with schmear without purchase for first time app users. I ordered the jalapeño bagel with honey almond shmear and that was amazing! So much flavor and hits the spot. Staff is friendly and quick to refill the milk. The parking structure is first 90 minutes free. There's plenty of tables outside for seating and for working.

Yelp
The pandemic is over people. Please extend your hours a least until 3 pm... I can't believe you guys close at 2:00 pm. Even on the weekends.... Your answer shows me that you don't care. Nothing is more disrespectful than a generic response!!!

Ang M.

Yelp
Asked for a toasted bagel. After waiting 15 minutes it was not even toasted. It was not as if it got cold. The bagel simply wasn't toasted.

Yelp
Delicious bagels and very good service. Every time I stop by I encounter friendly staff. Their bagels are delicious and they have good variety.

Yelp
Manger Semmi here is extremely rude came to me being disrespectful feeling like a personal attack coming from someone who is supposed to be the manger doesn't know how to manage has zero customer service

D L.

Yelp
This place cant get 1 order correct. First time i ordered in person i ordered a bagel sandwich without cheese and i even confirmed with the associate taking my order but when I got home, cheese all over my bagel. 2nd time I ordered online and since there is no way to remove cheese from bagel on app I added it as a note/request on app and i called the store, they confirmed no cheese will be on bagel and when i arrived at store to get my food i checked the order while in store and cheese was in my order again! At least when i told them they remade my bagel sandwich and the manager asked me to return for a complimentary bagel next time. I decided to return months later and mentioned my previous experiences and asked for the manager but unfortunately she was not available and when i got my bagel, cheese again! I just requested a refund and they told me they would only refund the mistaken part of the order, i accepted and called the manager the next day. The Manager asked me what my order was and told me if i want the same order with no cheese i could come in anytime and she would take care of it herself. The Manager was very apologetic and did live up to her promise and the food is actually good but why does it take 4 tries to get my order correct without an ingredient i am allergic to?!? It just shows how little they actually care about the customer (except for the manager), not worth the wait nor the price to get poisoned, stay away.

Yelp
Purchased 13 Texas brisket sandwiches for my men at Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and this is what we got. I was embarrassed to hand these out.

Yelp
I love my Nova Lox on a warm everything bagel...salty lox, velvety cream cheese, meaty juicy tomato, and briny capers...yum!!! Standard bagel shop nothing fancy--you order and wait for your items. Of course as to be expected anywhere--the wait is slightly longer when there are more customers. It's never been a time that I've had to wait longer than ten minutes. My only gripe about this place is that the coffee station is always messy...creamers aren't regularly refilled, sugar/sweetener, napkins in disarray coffee runs out, or dispenses warm (not hot). I enjoy a hot cup of coffee as much as the next person...can we keep this area tidy and fully stocked? This location seems to get a steady flow customers and is always busy on weekend mornings--keep calm and bagel on.

Alli K.

Yelp
I come here almost everyday and the bagels are consistently great! The staff is always pleasant and there food is great quality I would definitely recommend

Yelp
Will start by saying out of all the bagel chains, Einstein's bagels are by far the softest. I even had my New Yorker friend tell me he enjoyed it more than any other bagel he's had while in CA. Einstein's *bagels* are also much better than Goldstein's in my opinion (though the fixings at Goldstein's are better quality than Einstein's). While the bagels here are at least a 4/5, the toppings and the cream cheese are a bit lacking. If they improved the quality of the toppings it could be a 5/5. They also don't give you the option on doordash to add extra cream cheese to any bagel so I had to order a full tub on the side. To go order thru Doordash (July 2022): * Breakfast sandwich with bacon on an everything bagel (3.5/5) * Nova lox on everything bagel (3.5/5) * Everything bagel toasted with cc (4/5) * Tub of cream cheese (3/5) Breakfast sandwich was just okay but the bagel it's self is so soft and yummy that you accept the toppings are subpar: two sad pieces of bacon and two egg "patties" that remind you a bit of McDonald's egg McMuffin. It's also a bit dry (doesn't come with Mayo, ketchup, or cream cheese). Bagel is a 4/5 but toppings are 3/5 so giving a 3.5/5. Defintely not the best breakfast sandwich in town, but so far the best bagel. Lox sandwich was the same: Bagel was good, lox was fine, cream cheese is okay. Would still order again (3.5/5). Everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. Perfectly toasted and still soft. Defintely not enough cream cheese as I prefer so I wish they offered an option to add extra. Would order again.

Yelp
I catered breakfast from this location and they were amazing!! They would respond to my emails so quickly. I asked that they would cut the 36 bagel sandwiches in half and they did so, plus individually wrapped each half AND labeled each sandwich! I ordered turkey sausage, ham/Swiss, and bacon/cheddar. All three were delicious! They were timely with the order pick up and the worker helped me carry everything to my car in the rain! The breakfast sandwiches were a hit! I appreciate you guys!

Yelp
Einstein Bros. Bagels= the McDonalds of Bagels. Except McDonalds is faster. If you are in a rush DO NOT come here. I recommend ordering ahead if you are in a rush. I got the Sante Fe bagel the sauce is what saved it the egg reminded me of a McDonald's mcmuffin. My bf got turkey sausage and cheddar bagel and it was so dry. Overall not great but not terrible. You get what you pay for. The inside looks like typical bagel shop

Yelp
Second time the person taking my order has no patience when asking questions. This time no one behind me. Another customer service statement is you have to repeat your order serval times. Especially when first ordering. Piped music is soooooo loud over by you order. Don't feel that necessary. Breakfast sandwich bagel and coffee was excellent. The coffee station is well attended early in the morning. Not so after 9:00 am. The tables where you to eat are dirt the entire I sat not one employee cleaned any of the tables. I had to clean mine. Also this location had a leaking ceiling with a bucket and wet floor sign right near the doors. As a customer looking at that I'm wondering if profit is more important than fixing a leak so the stores atmosphere is better. I also observed the employees taking the time with their regulars and new customers are rushed like a assembly line worker

Yelp
2 stars for the bagels. 0 stars for the experience. I stood in a giant line on Friday morning and decided to download and order from the app. As advertised in the store, "save time, order through the app". 20 minutes later, all the folks in line had already picked up their orders and left. I asked a worker where my order was. "Oh, we're out of the bagel you ordered, what would you like instead?" Wtf!?! If I didn't say something, how long would they have let me sit there? If they didn't have that type of bagel, why did the app allow me to order it? False advertising. The app did not save my time. It wasted my time. Another 10 minutes later, I left with mediocre bagels in hand, never to return again to Einstein. And oh yea, I deleted the stupid app.

Yelp
When we arrived there was a line out the door, but the wait was short especially on a Sunday. I looked through the glass display and saw my favorite bagel - jalapeño cheese. I requested my bagel toasted with jalapeño cream cheese which made it spicy hot and perfect.

Yelp
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! 8/8:30 am ish... rainy day somewhat busy. there were 4 girls "working" each with different colored hair. All were moving at a really slow paced like they all were suffering from a hangover. I ordered 3 poppy seed bagels, sliced. That's it. Paid for my ordered and waited... and waited... and waited. After like 15 minutes of watching everyone that was behind me in line getting their order before me, I went up to the girl who took my order and told her I was still waiting for my order. She then check with the other geniuses and after a few minutes gathers up my bagels and hands me a bag. I quickly look in the bag and leave. I'm pissed she didn't even say sorry or give me any reasoning as to why I waited so long for my bagels WHICH BTW HAD NOTHING ON THEM.. just plain old poppy seed bagels. I get home and pull out the bagels and only one was sliced. I was and am still so triggered (This just happened.) Never coming here again. F these stuckup bs!

Yelp
They make a great low-calorie breakfast bagel! When I lived near Lake Avenue in Pasadena, I used to come here early in the morning. They have a convenient app that makes ordering and picking up quick and easy. It is highly recommended to try the breakfast bagel variety as they are very low in calories and very tasty.

Yelp
I recommend checking any order you place over the phone before you pick it up. Multiple times my plain bagels have been brown and burnt. Not happy about that.
